5 stars – A very special evening! We went to the EssAtelier for the first time on Saturday – and what can we say: it was just absolutely wonderful! As soon as you walked in, it felt like you were visiting good friends. This warm atmosphere, the sincere interest, the friendly smile of everyone - hospitality is truly lived here. You can feel the passion and love for being a host in every detail: from the warm welcome to the small, attentive questions at the table to the perfect timing between courses. And the food? A dream! Every course was a feast for the senses - sophisticated, lovingly prepared and full of taste. But what we took away was more than “just” fantastic food. It was a mood, a feeling of arrival, enjoyment and appreciation that we haven't experienced in a long time. Thank you for this special evening – we will definitely be back!

The canteen is really an insider tip! The food is not only incredibly tasty, but also very reasonably priced. I particularly like the variety - there are always new dishes on the menu, so it never gets boring. All the employees are super friendly and create a great atmosphere. I look forward to eating here every time. Absolutely recommended!

They run this culinary place with heart and love for the gastronomy and the people who stay here... an enrichment for Klettenberg. A nice meeting place that you want in the neighborhood. That hasn't happened here for at least 35 years. At that time he ran a grocery store here, the B&N (opposite). They met there while shopping. But there has never been anything like Martino.ItalySnack. My recommendation is the Pinsa Ilenia... with crema di carciofi, mozzarella, ham, champions... sensationally delicious... but the ice cream is also a poem... I often get a dish to take away. But I also like to eat locally. Delivery service available. The postal address is Geisbergstr 31c. But the shop is around the corner on Drachenfelsstraße. After the renovation there will be 25 seats in the winter garden. It's a small restaurant. Serving alcohol is possible again. Italian beers and wines. Unfortunately no more Kölsch. There is no sufficient parking space. Come on foot, by bike or the SL 18 (Klettenbergpark stop) or with the KVB call taxi line 185 (Geisbergstraße stop)... about 6 minutes on foot...

We felt very comfortable with Kris & Chris! We enjoyed the four courses very much, lots of exciting creations, and very well coordinated. Matching wine & espresso. We'll definitely be back!

Today we went to the great Abo Anass snack bar again, the staff are always friendly and helpful. We have eaten here several times and are very satisfied. Everything tastes freshly prepared, made with passion and heart and we taste that too. Can really recommend the food, we would come back any time. So far we have had the falafel plate and the XL falafel sandwitch and they were extremely good. Many thanks also to the team!!!
