We had the knuckle once and the roulade once. What can I write, it was very tasty. Only the white cabbage wasn't to my taste. But I had never eaten it before.

Absolute Perle in der Gegend. Reservierung nötig, da gut besucht. Tolle Küche, sehr freundliches Team! Portionen ordentlich! Kommen gerne mal wieder.

Super delicious Bavarian food and drinks, quick service and a cozy atmosphere, what more could you want?

My visits so far have been consistently positive. Unfortunately closed in the meantime.

We were there with the family on Christmas Day. The service was very nice and accommodating. The food was good as expected. I would recommend it to everyone. There was something on the menu for everyone. Only vegans may have difficulty finding something

We've been there several times. No matter what time of day the house is well attended. Last but not least, it is due to the good, friendly service and of course the delicious beer 🍺not to forget!

A young waiter was very unfriendly even though I spoke very friendly to him. One would think that guests should be greeted differently at Christmas time.

The staff is very attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic. The food was very tasty. When I'm in Oberhausen, I like to come back here

Unfortunately, the chef was probably in love. My food was very, very salty. Colleagues also felt the same way (liver dumpling soup and Wiener schnitzel).

*edited review* After this incident, the management immediately took care of it and informed me that from now on I would only be allowed to collect money if I presented the invoice. I had the feeling that this review was definitely taken to heart. What happened afterwards, however, was a bad joke and I would like to share it again here: The management had asked me to (delete!) my review or at least adjust it accordingly so that it doesn't seem as if guests were being systematically withdrawn. Of course I understood this and changed my review (see below). I didn't want to delete the review because that's what happened. However, I thought to myself: "The management and the store itself can't help it if a waiter made a mistake." As compensation, I was offered a voucher that I could pick up. Unfortunately, this voucher was never given to me, even after several follow-ups (I was in the store more often and they always said they didn't know anything about it) and a statement from management by email remained unanswered. Apparently they were a little angry that I didn't delete the review - I can't explain it any other way. I would simply advise you: do yourself a favor and avoid this store - as beautiful as the outside area is, even in summer. Unfortunately, you can't support something like that anymore and Münster simply has far too many other nice shops for that. ;-) _________________________ Original review: We were there with a larger group. The food is quite expensive for the quality but tasty, the beer garden is nice and the service was attentive and well organized throughout the stay. We then paid separately. However, when we collected bills of around 50 euros or more, the waiter automatically told us 2 euros more than we had to pay. This only became apparent after we wanted to take the bill with us. My friend and I were the only ones who requested the bill - after the payment process - and wanted to take it with us and thought that - even though the waiter said the adjusted amount twice - we had simply misheard each other and therefore said nothing. When we told our friends about this after our visit, they added up what they would have had to pay and from around 50 euros they somehow strangely said 2 euros more than they had to pay. I would like to point out that in this restaurant you should perhaps only pay once the bill has actually been printed out. ____________

The lobster cerviches were awesome. 1 point deducted because the atmosphere was too cold for me personally. But will definitely come back. It was a highlight to be able to drink a glass of wine with the chef!

Many thanks to the Bavarian Wirtshaus for the fantastic food! The shrimp skewers were superbly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The baked potato wrapped in aluminum foil, combined with the delicious herb sauce, rounded off the dish wonderfully. I'll definitely be back!

We stoped here for dinner. Staff was very welcoming and send someone to us that spoke English as we do not speak German. Food was very good we eat everything off the plates nice music in the background. I would recommend this place they also have outside sitting for summer period
