We (me and my son) ate here for the first time today on my birthday June 29th. Due to the very warm weather and the upcoming European Championship game, it was pleasantly empty. There were only a few visitors here that day, but that was our luck, because when we were here spontaneously, it was very full - so full that we didn't have any space left could get. So today we were finally able to taste and enjoy the food, drinks and the great service! It started with a very friendly table reservation! We arrived on time and received a warm and friendly welcome from the service! She even knew the name and congratulated me with a strong handshake! Great - I would still marry her 😂. The service here is on point! Our order was taken quickly, drinks and food arrived very quickly. In addition to beer, I also tried the house iced tea, which tasted really good and of course refreshing! I ordered the beef roulade with red cabbage, dumplings and sauce - absolutely delicious and you could tell straight away that it was homemade. My son had chicken slices mountain farmer style - with a great salad on the side! Later we had a Kaiserschnarrn dessert which we shared because of the size. Everything was superbly prepared, deliciously prepared, served quickly, super friendly service - all in all a very successful birthday meal for me and my son! You also get a schnapps on the house! Thanks to the team for the nice evening and reception. We would love to come back and I would also arrange to meet up with friends and customers there for the next meal! Price, performance for quality and service appropriate! Prices are usual for professional catering businesses. All clean. You can tell that the gastro business is a family business that is run with passion and that the seniors themselves cook with heart and soul! Parking spaces in front of the house and several parking spaces behind the house, nice beer garden with comfortable chairs, interior design matches Bavarian food. Definitely a 5-star gastronomic recommendation for Minden and the OWL-Lower Saxony area. See you soon!

Dungarees, hats, a mass 🍻, that sounds suspiciously like Oktoberfest in Munich. Okay, Oktoberfest only takes place in Munich, at least the original one. But there is also a “little Munich” in the deepest OWL, namely in Minden. The entire restaurant has a Bavarian flair. Both in terms of the ambience and the menu. Well then, holla di hitti. Nothing against Bavarian cuisine. But the best "kitchen" - if the word "kitchen" is appropriate here - is only available in HEAVENLY JERUSALEM WITH THE LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS ​​CHRIST. And you definitely shouldn't miss this kitchen, because if you do, you'll end up in the "Devil's Kitchen" in the truest sense of the word. Today I ate beef roulades in the Bavaria inn, with dumplings, red cabbage and sauce. The beef roulades were extremely tender and tasty. The Bavaria is a very cozy and traditional inn. The pleasant music is played very discreetly. The very nice landlady was very attentive and quickly fulfilled my wishes. I will definitely visit this inn more often. 👍👍👍💕💕💕💕💕💕

The food is great, I can highly recommend the beef roulade. Unfortunately, last time there was a birthday party in the hall next door, so it was a little louder there. Rustically furnished. We like to go there.

The ambience was very cozy, but we were unfortunately very disappointed with the rest (food & service), especially since the prices were really impressive!! I have NEVER experienced the fact that you can't be served fried potatoes with a schnitzel instead of the manageable amount of fries, but can only order them "on top" for an additional charge! Very inflexible.

Actually, it was always our favorite restaurant. A few days ago we spontaneously went there with 4 people on a Thursday. When we came in we weren't even greeted. My husband asked the waitress if there was still a table available for 4 people - she rolled her eyes!!!! Impossible. Good, I thought - it's busy, there's a lot to do, she's stressed. Unfortunately, she didn't become any friendlier when she took in the drinks and food. 4 x schnitzel with hunter's sauce and salad, 30 euros per person????!!!! You can get a rump steak for that price. Portions much smaller than before, French fries only mushrooms in the forest mushroom sauce (5 euros extra for the schnitzel), salad ONLY leaf lettuce (5 euros extra for the schnitzel). Outrageous. 2 fried eggs 5 euros extra????!!!!! When we got our food, my salad was missing, which was actually served first. When I asked, I was barked at that she only had two hands and would still bring it. Are you crazy? Schnitzel was not seasoned, fries were too light and not crispy, only mushrooms in the forest mushroom sauce and they were no longer fresh, side salad only leaf lettuce, more than unfriendly service, prices outrageous. Sorry, but it's over for us.

Good food. Well-filled plates with typical German dishes. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. Not the entire restaurant was equally atmospheric.

This is Minden's traditional funeral pub. Good rooms after every funeral service. The slices were OK, but meat-heavy and could have been a little more sophisticated. Service is not the fastest unfortunately. It was full too.

Good food, very nice service but very loud

Gemütlich und mega lecker! Ein wenig kalt fand ich es im Raum. Später wurde es besser. Aber ansonsten alles fein!

Hatten Schnitzelbuffet für den stolze Preis von 25 Euro pro Person.Bis auf die Championsauce, die hervorragend war, war der Rest auf den Niveau einer Pommesbude und nicht von einem Restaurant und hatte mit Bayern nicht im Ansatz was zutun.

Wir haben unseren 50. Geburtstag im Bavaria gefeiert. Der Chef hat gekocht, für 130 Leute. Es war sehr lecker! Der Service war gut, die Chefin ist ein Schatz. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder feiern!

Bavaria war eins unser Lieblingsrestaurants, jetzt waren wir vor ein paar Tagen dort zum Essen mit 8 Personen. Der Service hat anscheinend gewechselt, da muss ich leider sagen dieser war nicht wirklich schnell. - ein Essen mit einer kleinen Umänderung , Bratkartoffeln anstatt Pommes würde normalerweise nicht gehen wäre von den Chefs nicht erlaubt. - insgesamt haben wir 50 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. - Die Schwammerlpfanne, war aus Champignons. ( Schwammerl = Pfifferlinge ) - leider, sind viele gute Gerichte von der Speisekarte genommen worden - selbst die Jausenplatte. Sehr schade, es war vor einigen Monaten deutlichen besser!

Erstklassige Gastronomie mit nettem,zuvorkommenden Personal in einem schönen Ambiente mit vorzüglichen Gerichten aus einer gut organisierten Küche die man in der schön gestalteten Karte. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist dem Service und den vorzüglichen Gerichten entsprechend wenn nicht sogar als etwas zu günstig zu bezeichnen. Kann nur sagen gerne wieder.Danke für den schönen Abend

Ja so schweinebraten 5 gegessen habe war sehr gut auch die dazugehörigen Knödel waren lecker

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit vor 13Jahren im Bavaria gefeiert. Sind immer gerne dort und haben auch in Corona Zeiten gerne was abgeholt. Waren an unserem 13.HZT. dort essen. Diesmal waren wir etwas enttäuscht, weil die Speisekarte, Situations bedingt, gekürzt ist.( Verstehen wir). Mein Mann war zufrieden mit seiner Speisenwahl. Ich habe Spareribs bestellt. Leider waren unter einer frischen "Rippe" ...alte.- aufgewärmte, also sehr trockene Rippenstücke. Schade. Trotzdem werden wir wieder zum Essen kommen.

Zünftige bayrische Küche gepaart mit bayrischen Dirndl, ein erfolgsrezept und ein wirklich leckeres. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Blonde Kurz Haarige und Brünette Damen sind einfach Top nicht zu Topen ! Echt bin da so zufrieden essen mega lecker !

Wir waren heute zu dritt im Restaurant, beim letzen Mal zu zweit. In beiden Fällen haben wir auf die Vorspeise (Suppe) rund 45 Minuten gewartet, der Hauptgang wurde in beiden Fällen nach über einer Stunde serviert. Geschmacklich und vom Service haben wir nichts zu beanstanden - aber so eine so lahme Küche nervt. Das manche Speisen länger brauchen wissen wir, okay, darum bestellen wir ja eine Vorspeise. Eine Suppe sollte nach 15 Minuten auf dem Tisch sehen, wird ja nicht Portionsweise gekocht.

Leckeres Essen und super freundliche Bedienung !

Wir sind vor Corona sehr gerne und regelmäßig dort essen gegangen. Anfang März waren wir zu einem Geburtstagsessen eingeladen. Der Empfang vom Personal war sehr schroff und unfreundlich Dies hat sich auch bei der Bestellung der Speisen und Getränke fortgesetzt. Wir stellten fest, dass mittlerweile die Speisekarte überarbeitet wurde. Ein von mir bevorzugtes Gericht gab es nicht mehr. Aber das Angebot ist insgesamt gut. Ich finde das es für jeden eine gute Auswahl gibt. Nach einer sehr langer Wartezeit von einer Stunde wurde das essen aufgetischt. Ich muss sagen, dass wir von der Qualität und von der Zubereitung enttäuscht waren. Kaum Gewürze an den Speisen, teilweise kalt und auch die Proportionen waren nicht gut abgestimmt. Es gab zwei Damen die für die Bestellung und Service zuständig waren. Bei den gut besetzten Tischen war der Arbeitsaufwand warscheinlich so hoch, dass wir um nochmals Getränke zu bestellen an die Theke gehen mussten weil keiner mehr kam. Auch die Bestellung der Nachspeise wurde nach einer Stunde Wartezeit und nach einer Nachfrage gebracht. Ich denke das die Küche auch nicht gut besetzt ist. Wir sind erstmal bedient und werden so schnell nicht wieder dort essen.

Super Ambiente. Essen top. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Sympathischer Service. Paul ist ein cooler Typ. 😀
