Never had such delicious baguettes! You can tell that everything is always freshly made and topped here. The baguettes are very large and there is a lot to choose from - especially the tartar sauce and the melted cheese on the baguette were very tasty. For the price you really get a lot and good quality here. The team is very friendly. The shop is definitely the first choice for a delicious and inexpensive snack in Dortmund.

It feels like every few weeks there are new staff who have to be retrained. That's why the service is often slow and makes mistakes. (Wrong calculation, wrong cookies if you don't pay attention for a moment, etc.). It was definitely more pleasant in the past with trained staff.

I just like the subs. Find it a good alternative to MC and BK. I like to go here because the service is good and you get friendly service. The place is clean and usually not crowded. You just have to eat subs immediately and not take them home with you, otherwise they will become too soft.

This store is a complete disaster! If people knew what kind of inhumane people work there, they would consider going there

What happened here in 2025? The well-known boss is apparently gone. New staff, significantly worse. Food bad, service bad, slow, unfriendly and can't speak German.
