I pre-ordered with a pickup time and had to wait 20 minutes on site. This shouldn't happen.

You are served by quite young but very competent people. The sales room is relatively small, there are plenty of seating options, but if it's busy you should wait a while and consider ordering take-away. Otherwise, I'd love to eat locally again

1 star only because of the 2 staff. Seems like they hate their job and i felt like i was asking for free food. It was exactly 14:30 on 15.03.25. These kind of people should not serve people with their grumpy attitude. Find a better job you love.

The food is so delicious that you'll want to become a regular customer. The ambience is also pleasant and the delivery service is also good and fast. I would just like it to be delivered to Rommerskirchen too. The employees are always very nice too. The blonde employee is also very sweet.

Shocking conditions!!!!!!! Three out of four visits had no sandwiches. You can only get a sub after a 30-minute wait. This is definitely due to a staff shortage; there are usually only three employees on site who do nothing. No student menu available: March 27, 2025

Incompetent staff with 2 or 3 customers already overwhelmed to the max. I will never leave my money here again

First of all, the food was delicious as always. But when you eat something delicious, you want to be able to enjoy it. I was there this afternoon, around 5 p.m. A young, southern man works for them. Totally aggressive from the start, throws everything loudly on the shelf, slams doors, throws things down and is totally unfriendly. Suddenly he comes out of the door for employees very quickly and I would describe it as aggressive, I was totally frightened! I was sitting at the table and he was cleaning a table where guests were already sitting and walked past mine, where you could see without looking that everything was dirty and full of crumbs. I asked him to please clean my table too, he just said "What?!" replied. I repeated myself and he cleans the table, but all the crumbs flew onto my clothes. During the meal it was a catastrophic atmosphere, he continued to throw things on the counters, the metallic sound was also very loud. And to top it off, he starts whistling non-stop! What kind of atmosphere is this?? You should perhaps train your employees on how customer friendliness and appropriate behavior work in the catering industry. I will never set foot in this store again and will pass this on to friends and family.

Great toppings and very tasty for me

The employee was friendly, the sub was delicious and topped the way I wanted! UNFORTUNATELY, the boss has no idea about customer service... When I wanted to upgrade my sub with Pepsi and Waffle Fries (which was displayed and offered as an advertisement above the counter!) as a menu for 3 euros more, he said: "No, that's not possible! Only chips are acceptable for the sub of the day!" and pointed to the mini chip bags behind me! I then put the Pepsi back and said stick with the sub! Bad luck, dear boss - but please don't screw your customers! Never there again!

Very bad service, dirty, no toilet, unfriendly service

Today I was in a Subway for the first time and luckily in this branch - the employee was super friendly, gave me great advice and really took time for me - the result was extremely tasty :-) Thanks again for this - if I stay here again at some point to stay overnight, I'll definitely come back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very nice staff, food was also very tasty. If you didn't always have to drive so far, I would be there often, something like that would be an enrichment in Lingen because there hasn't been an opportunity to eat something like that here for years. The falefels were very tasty and a good vegetarian alternative. We will definitely be back and would like to have you in Lingen!
