Subway in Rheinberg

I ordered a Footlong via Lieferando, but it was delivered as a small item; a drink was missing from the menu, and I can't reach anyone.

The food was cold and took forever. (Within Rheinberg)

It's basically like any other Subway, but what's absolutely disgusting is the employee who goes into the restaurant with a cigarette and then smokes with the door open. Completely unacceptable.

I love this Subway!!!!!! I've never seen such wonderful, admirable employees. Everyone is so nice, and almost every time we order, we get free cookies or something. Unfortunately, the restaurant is almost always empty, which I find a shame because the service is really great. My little brother said he wants to work there when he grows up. 🥹❤️‍🩹🙏 I love you so much.

So I went to Subway again after years and placed my order. The bread was hard and dry, not fresh at all. Too bad, the contents were fine.

I've never eaten so badly. The two (Asian) employees tried hard but were completely incompetent. I don't even know where to start, it was just a complete disaster. I was given the wrong bread, wasn't asked about the toppings or my objections were ignored. The toaster was used incorrectly, so the procedure had to be repeated, but the result was still for the trash.... Never again Subway Rheinberg!

My order didn't arrive, I drove there and the nice young man tried to get rid of me and lied to my face :) + 1 star because he reluctantly gave me cookies

I ordered a 15cm sub, a 30cm sub was made for me and I was supposed to pay for it that way. Paid twice as much instead of 5, what a disgrace. The cashier could barely speak German and said she didn't understand what I wanted. She didn't want to take the sub back either, I was forced to pay

Sunday afternoon/early evening and exactly one person works there. The service was friendly but a bit slow and the counter no longer looked inviting. Certainly difficult for one person to do. The sandwich was okay, although not properly "assembled".

Coupons could not be accepted because neither person was able to redeem them. You should pay the normal price and it would work next time (when the manager is there).

We were there today, unfortunately the young man barely understood anything and the order took a long time, but that was okay. What was actually bad were the muddy breads that seem to be for toothless people. So we will never visit Subway again if it tastes so disgustingly muddy everywhere. We once had to visit the chain at an airport and everything tasted different, fresher and a crispy baguette.

So unfortunately I have to give a criticism. How can you leave a young man standing alone in the shop who a) doesn't understand customers, b) doesn't know how the sandwiches are topped and then pushes them to death at the end and c) doesn't even know what's on the menu. Sorry, but that doesn't work. Neither to the customers nor to the employee.

Most of the employees don't understand you at all 😩 and I had a stomach ache after my sub. The jalapenos were totally sour and didn't taste good anymore...

I ordered delivery and everything was great. They respond perfectly to your wishes and if an error occurs when ordering, it is not a problem for them. Great👍

Unbelievable, the driver insulted loudly again unfoundedly through the entire front yard after delivery. The door was already closed! He was apparently of the opinion that he had to wait an extra 2 minutes beforehand, even though they said in a friendly manner, “We'll be here immediately,” which was the case. After he was clarified on the phone, he continued to be incredibly unfriendly. He wouldn't care at all anyway, even if it was unfounded, no apology, nothing. So I'm sorry, but I've never experienced that before with a delivery service, it doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately the staff wasn't friendly. The lettuce looked so wilted that we didn't want to eat it, which was initially ignored. When our request was accepted, the sub put the salad back into the salad container... for the next customer...

The store appears to have only recently opened. Friendly staff, delicious food, nothing to complain about. But maybe they should change their opening times on Google, because it says that they are only open on Fridays, but we were there on Saturday :)

Endlich hat Subway in Rheinberg langer Zeit wieder geöffnet. Der neue Besitzer und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Die Subs schmecken super, wie von Subway gewohnt. Immer wieder.

Wir sind froh das wir ein Subway in der Nähe haben. Der Laden sieht sauber und modern aus. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Für den kleinen Laden waren immer 2-3 Mitarbeiter Vorort. Die Qualität und frische ist wie im jeden Subway sehr gut. Ich hoffe der Laden wird lange durchhalten👍👍

Wir waren dass erstmal dort und haben uns einen Sub geteilt, der Chef hat sehr viel Liebe mit dem Belag aufs Sub gebracht. Außerdem gab er uns ein Getränk und eine neue Cookiesorte zum probieren aufs Haus. Der Chef super gelaunt und kennt seine Gäste mit Namen, sogar ihre Standart Bestellungen hat er im Kopf. Wenn wir nochmal in der Nähe sind, dann kommen wir gern nochmal auf ein Sub vorbei.

Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Leider kommt es in letzter Zeit immer häufiger vor, das dass Brot steinhart ist. Der Laden hat leider komplett zugemacht.

Ich bin oft bei verschiedenen subways in der Umgebung und das in Rheinberg ist mit Abstand die beste Filiale. Immer sehr gut belegte subs, es wird nicht am Gemüse gegeizt wie bei anderen Filialen. Immer vollst Zufriedenheit 👍🏼

Bester Subway in der Umgebung. Sehr sauber und vorallem lecker. Alles ist verfügbar. Und es wird nicht gepspart, der sub ist immer ordentlich gefüllt. Das es länger dauert ist ja klar, es wird ja frisch zubereitet. Der Mann hinter der Theke ist der beste 👍🏼

Leider auf sehr demotiviertes Personal gestoßen. Das Sub wurde lieblos zusammen geschmissen so das alles rausgegangen ist als ich es essen wollte. Jedes Wort war zuviel, keine Empfehlungen oder Tips zur Sauce oder sonstiges. Schade kenn ich von Subway so nicht. Werde ich demnächst umfahren.

Gutes Subway, nette Mitarbeiter! Hier wurden bisher immer die Coupons angenommen. Bei anderen Subways wurden diese schon öfter nicht angenommen.

Essen lecker, auch die Erreichbarkeit war gut. Als ich da war, musste ich bei einer Schlange von 4 bis 5 Leuten knapp 25 min warten bis ich bestellen konnte. Daher 3 Sterne.

Hier stimmt einfach alles! Selbst unter Corona-Bedingungen gibt es keinen Stress. Jedes Sandwich frisch und von Hand gemacht und individuell hergestellt bzw. belegt. Einfach nur Daumen hoch und weiter so. Bleibt gesund!

Netteste Bedienung, Chef vom Laden ist herzlich und gut drauf. An diversen Situationen gabs auch mal was gratis dazu, was absolut positiv irre ist. Ich komme gern auf meinem Weg nach Xanten, oder Moers dort vorbei.
