So I was there on October 19, 2024 at 8:15 p.m. and normally the employees are very friendly, only there are 2 employees who are very unfriendly, they are still very young and have blonde hair and the pinnacle in Gütersloh stings for about a week I can order from Uber Eats but unfortunately it's not online on the app yet. I just hope it doesn't get worse because luckily we have a Subway in Gütersloh.

Now staffing a sub is relatively time-consuming anyway, when external orders come in and there are only two employees there on Saturday evenings, one of whom is apparently completely untrained, so an order like that can be quite stressful. All information is requested several times, misunderstood, there is very loud (unpleasant) music playing, which doesn't make communication easier, every 1.5 minutes the "fire alarm" of a delivery order... By the time all 4 subs were ready, the first one was cold again. The restaurant was dirty, not all bread and drinks were available, and there were no baskets for eating on site, which left the employee briefly perplexed. Subs were still tasty, but the service and "ambience" were really subpar here.

13 euros for a roll with all increased costs. Very steep. Team at Detmolder Straße nice and competent.

I had dinner there last night with my two cousins ​​and the two boys were very correct and understanding. I tipped over my Pepsi and one of the employees was very friendly and cleaned it up and said it wasn't a problem at all. Everything was kept very clean and highly recommended!!!🙃

Pissed off and absolutely disappointed! 2 hours delivery time and the food was cold and inedible! We ordered 3 subs that are now in the trash can because we couldn't eat them anymore, the churros we ordered were a joke! Rock hard and tasted like cardboard, €3 for inedible cardboard?! The food wasn't even McDonald's standard, why do you offer delivery if you can't get it on the chain?! Totally unprofessional and disgraceful! 40€ for the bin... NEVER AGAIN!!!! We've really lost our desire for Subway. No recommendation! My husband complains of stomach pain because he couldn't tolerate the food, which has never happened before.... Just disappointment!

I have 20! Waited minutes for my sub even though we were the first to order and everyone was brought forward. The store wasn't even full when we ordered. That doesn't work. That has nothing to do with good service! Update: the sub was completely cold when I received it.
