I had a very bad experience. I ordered foot long sub with half and half meats (chicken teriyaki + nacho chicken) and the person on the till didn't mention anything about extra cost or whatever but he charged separately for two six inch subs, which was almost 40% more than the foot long price. He couldn't have very well said that meats cannot be mixed in foot long subs or could have said at the beginning that it will count as two six inch subs. He made it feel like it was all my fault. I am sure this branch could offer better service and be very clear with the customers on cost.

I was just at Subway in Monschau. Every company certainly wants such a friendly employee. Very accommodating and polite. You'll be happy to come back there at any time. Unfortunately I don't know the young man's name otherwise I would have mentioned him here. PS 5 star plus!!!!

I like going to Subway. And I would actually give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, a woman works here for whom friendliness is a foreign word. She doesn't know the time of day and because it was a little more stressful, she probably doesn't have the right to just snap at a customer like that. It wasn't the first time either. Detmolderstr. unfortunately never again. Everything went well with the rest of the staff. Thanks for that.

The bread was dry and hard like rusks, i.e. old. I haven't been sold such rubbish in a long time. It was my last visit to this store.

Even though I wasn't a big fan of Subway, today's meal made me change my mind very quickly. We were greeted warmly by the employee and he quickly took our order. The food was great and the atmosphere was great too. The only problem was finding a parking space, but you also have to take into account that it's in a big city. Everything together was a great experience

Always delicious, but unfortunately, I've already eaten a lot of it today. I ran out of Parmesan and oregano, so I tried whole wheat. It wasn't that great. We also got the last cookie that was available, not the one I ordered. It's annoying when a whole class or so comes here before you. Respect to the lady behind the counter, she kept calm and remained friendly. Strong nerves, great. Hopefully the boss appreciates that.
