This review is only for the manager Nadine and not for the food. This is always typically delicious from Subway. She was never really friendly in her dealings with me and probably with the other customers too. There was never a nice hello and she never had a smile on her face. You could sense their lack of motivation. But today the arch was overstretched. Me and my girlfriend just asked if she could do 2 subs in 8 minutes because that was when our bus came. We were then informed that she cannot look into the future and does not know that. I then said to my friend that we have never been served so unfriendly here. When the cheese, salad, etc. came on top, it was just thrown on carelessly. When she was taking the exam, she gave them passive aggressive answers or asked questions the whole time. The look on her face showed us that she wasn't interested in us. When my friend was asked about the sauce, she said Chipotle. She asked angrily, hot or medium hot. My friend said normal. She replied that we didn't and my friend had to decide between medium and hot. Now let's be honest, I've been going to Subway for years and they've had the extra hot chipotle sauce for a few months now. Every Subway employee knows what regular chipotle sauce is. The fact that she acted so stupidly was just provocative and didn't work at all. I'm not saying she's stupid either, I'm just saying she acted stupid here. I'm really stunned. Especially as a manager, you should be able to deal with customers. This behavior was absolutely unacceptable, unfriendly, cheeky and, above all, unfair. I was really disappointed. Maybe Subway itself can teach her how to deal with customers better, because it's definitely not acceptable. Maybe it's my fault because I asked if she could get the order in 8 minutes, but I don't think so.

So I was there on October 19, 2024 at 8:15 p.m. and normally the employees are very friendly, only there are 2 employees who are very unfriendly, they are still very young and have blonde hair and the pinnacle in Gütersloh has been standing for about a week that you can order from Uber Eats but unfortunately it is not online on Uber Eats on the app yet. I just hope that it doesn't get worse because luckily we have a subway in Gütersloh.

I showed up there with my family on October 6, 2024 and we were all just horrified. Only one employee was on site and he was neither allowed to offer us the offer on the poster in front of the window nor accepted a coupon from the City for Two magazine. Incompatible staff... Sorry - absolutely not recommended! In addition, there is no access to the toilet to clean your hands before and after eating and this is a Muslim family. Once....and: Never go there again!!!!

Yesterday on July 7th, 2024 I was at Subway (around the evening), just like the week before, they suddenly said coupons must be printed out, otherwise they cannot be accepted? Last week everything was going smoothly, so why are you advertising this: The Subway® system promises to offer a variety of tasty and healthy products while keeping the environmental impact as low as possible...if you have to print everything out first? contradiction in itself. Service: Young gentleman with earring, slightly longer hair, totally unfriendly, it's a wonder that any lettuce ended up on the sub the way he just threw everything on it. 21€ for 2 subs and then really poorly filled and really poorly served. Thanks for nothing.

Basically, I like eating at this Subway. I now live in Bielefeld and had to change trains in Gütersloh. I didn't have my wallet with me and had to go to the bathroom urgently. After the tavern at the main station wouldn't let me use the toilet, the employees at Subway turned me away. The use of their toilet is only for guests or you pay €1. I told you that I didn't have any money with me and that I urgently needed to go to the toilet, but I still wasn't allowed to go. Then I announced that they were now the second ones not to let me in. The answer to that was: “it is what it is”. Then I announced that I would no longer visit the store as a guest and left. Afterwards, an employee who was maybe 17/18 years old said that I had to go home if I had to go to the toilet. Should I now explain my situation in full and explain myself because I don't have any money with me. Why would I think of asking at your subway if I could use the toilet if I couldn't pay? There is no other way I can interpret such a careless statement from an employee. I find it cheeky and not exactly professional. Day: 04/13/24 Time: approx. 6 p.m. The young man is perhaps 1.75 m and around 17-18 years old. Maybe it will help the young man, after constructive criticism, to make a person who urgently needs to go to the toilet and gets annoyed easily understand that such an ill-considered comment is clearly a counterpoint to the company in which he ultimately works . A classic Subway that isn't much worse or better than others. It's fast food after all. The problem with this branch, however, was that there was only one employee there on Friday evening, who also had to train a new gentleman. The two of them were super nice, but understandably hopelessly overwhelmed. The problem probably lies with management. In the end it tasted quite good, hence an average rating.

Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of the toppings on the subs as well as the general cleanliness in this branch also depends very much on the staff, as we discovered on our last visit... 😏 But today we agreed. Das Essen ist ok, etwas lieblos zusammengeklatscht! Die junge Dame mit den schwarzen Haaren und den Tattoos sollte mal dringend an ihrem Ton arbeiten! Als Mitarbeiterin sollte man tatsächlich etwas kundenorientiert sein und sich mit respektlosen Kommentaren zurückhalten. Wirklich ein Grund, dort nicht mehr zu essen.

Bin seit Jahren Stammgast, aber die Subs variieren, je nach dem wer es belegt von den meisten wird man wie ein Kunde behandelt, von einer Person immer als wäre man eine Nummer. Diskutiert mit mir was auf das Sub kommt, obwohl ich seit Jahren immer das gleiche Sub nehme, statt 12x Salami nur 8, nur als Beispiel. Werde dem nächst zum nächstgelegenen Sub fahren. Edit: nochmal ein 2. Mal hier gewesen und es war noch schlimmer, zudem sieht der Laden echt dreckig aus...

We went there for dinner before Christmas with a fairly large group. The service was extremely friendly but the food - for the price - unfortunately did not meet expectations. Two girls in our group didn't get their pasta until everyone else had finished. Nobody denies that it is difficult to bring everything to the table at the same time for a group. But serving noodles almost thirty minutes late seemed extremely delayed. It was very uncomfortable for the girls to be the only ones in the group who were still being “observed” to eat. The atmosphere isn't exactly Italian either. Since it was a working lunch, I can say - I wouldn't come back privately. And I think that our group won't be coming back this year either.
