Subway in Gütersloh

So I was there on October 19, 2024 at 8:15 p.m. and normally the employees are very friendly, only there are 2 employees who are very unfriendly, they are still very young and have blonde hair and the pinnacle in Gütersloh stings for about a week I can order from Uber Eats but unfortunately it's not online on the app yet. I just hope it doesn't get worse because luckily we have a Subway in Gütersloh.

I showed up there with my family on October 6, 2024 and we were all just horrified. Only one employee was on site and he was neither allowed to offer us the offer on the poster in front of the window nor accepted a coupon from the City for Two magazine. Incompatible staff... Sorry - absolutely not recommended! In addition, there is no access to the toilet to clean your hands before and after eating and this is a Muslim family. Once....and: Never go there again!!!!

Yesterday on July 7th, 2024 I was at Subway (around the evening), just like the week before, they suddenly said coupons must be printed out, otherwise they cannot be accepted? Last week everything was going smoothly, so why are you advertising this: The Subway® system promises to offer a variety of tasty and healthy products while keeping the environmental impact as low as possible...if you have to print everything out first? contradiction in itself. Service: Young gentleman with earring, slightly longer hair, totally unfriendly, it's a miracle that any lettuce ended up on the sub the way he just threw everything on it. 21€ for 2 subs and then really poorly filled and really poorly served. Thanks for nothing.

Food was great as expected. The employee named Jakub served me perfectly. The food tasted twice as good :)

I just don't understand why you can't manage to place the scanner at the checkout in such a way that it can't cause any health damage (to your eyes). e.g. downwards and that it only lights up when it is actually needed. It seems like you don't care or make it extra

Buns too burnt. Employees can't do anything.

Basically, I like eating at this Subway. I now live in Bielefeld and had to change trains in Gütersloh. I didn't have my wallet with me and had to go to the bathroom urgently. After the tavern at the main station wouldn't let me use the toilet, the employees at Subway turned me away. The use of their toilet is only for guests or you pay €1. I told you that I didn't have any money with me and that I urgently needed to go to the toilet, but I still wasn't allowed to go. Then I announced that they were now the second ones not to let me in. The answer to that was: “it is what it is”. Then I announced that I would no longer visit the store as a guest and left. Afterwards, an employee who was maybe 17/18 years old said that I had to go home if I had to go to the toilet. Should I now explain my situation in full and explain myself because I don't have any money with me. Why would I think of asking at your subway if I could use the toilet if I couldn't pay? There is no other way I can interpret such a careless statement from an employee. I find it cheeky and not exactly professional. Day: 04/13/24 Time: approx. 6 p.m. The young man is perhaps 1.75 m and around 17-18 years old. Maybe it will help the young man, after constructive criticism, to make a person who urgently needs to go to the toilet and gets annoyed easily understand that such an ill-considered comment is clearly a counterpoint to the company in which he ultimately works . Not recommended. The scanner is constantly shining in your eyes and it doesn't work at all.

Dishonorable dog shop for labor dispute haters, the sandwiches are premium but unfortunately the management has to go!! No respect for your own employees 😤

Incredibly stuffy air. Carelessly prepared sandwiches (Italian BMT). That was simply unreasonable for the price asked. (From memory the chain was one times better). A pity.

A classic Subway that isn't much worse or better than others. It's fast food after all. The problem with this branch, however, was that there was only one employee there on Friday evening, who also had to train a new gentleman. The two of them were super nice, but understandably hopelessly overwhelmed. The problem probably lies with management. In the end it tasted quite good, hence an average rating.

Some employees work with chewing gum. That's disgusting. The food itself is top. But when you know that chewing gum is being used there, you lose your appetite.

Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of the toppings on the subs as well as the general cleanliness in this branch also depends very much on the staff, as we discovered on our last visit... 😏 But today we agreed. Our Tuna Subs were the tastiest, juiciest and thickest subs we have ever eaten!!! 😋👍🏻 The service was exemplary and the restaurant was clean and tidy! Please continue!

First and last visit to the subway in Gütersloh. I have never experienced such an unfriendly tone from the service (black hair and tattoos) as here.

The waitress with the black hair and tattoos (Nadine was written on the name tag) was unfriendly and rude, both to us as guests and to her colleague. First and last time thanks to the “nice” service.

Dirty and the employee, let's call her "Nadine", is as friendly as a cellar door.

Das Essen ist ok, etwas lieblos zusammengeklatscht! Die junge Dame mit den schwarzen Haaren und den Tattoos sollte mal dringend an ihrem Ton arbeiten! Als Mitarbeiterin sollte man tatsächlich etwas kundenorientiert sein und sich mit respektlosen Kommentaren zurückhalten. Wirklich ein Grund, dort nicht mehr zu essen.

Der junge Mann der mich bedient hat, wirkte sehr genervt. Musste alles sehr schnell gehen, auf Fragen kamen leicht patzige Antworten. Laden nicht sauber. Das Sub an sich war gut, das Brot ein bisschen trocken aber durchaus genießbar

Lange Wartezeit, ohne Warteschlange (Mitarbeiter waren einfach abwesend gegen 20 Uhr) Kekse gibt es dann auch keiner mehr. Wegen der Wartezeit für nichts bin ich auch wieder gefahren.

Im Großen und Ganzen OK. Leider hat das Brot in dieser Filiale nicht frisch geschmeckt, war nicht warm oder sonstiges. Nur einfach Brot vom (vielleicht) Vortag - in anderen Filialen hatte ich definitiv nicht das Gefühl, schade!

Die neue Mitarbeiterin, die heute mein Sub zubereitet hat, war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Das Sub war sehr lecker. Vielen Dank :)

Expansions-Konzept, Preis/Leistung und Qualität allgemein fraglich. Jedoch ist das Personal an diesem Standort top - großes Lob!

Typischer Subway. Aber nicht ganz fair an der Kasse.

Nette Bedienung. Die Tische waren sauber. Leider klebten auf den Sitzen einige Essensreste.

Wie ich finde einer der besten dieser Kette!! Freundliches Personal und immer ordentlich.

Die Subs wurden reichlich belglegt. Alle Produkte frisch und freundliches Personal. Warten mussten wir auch nicht. Der Rest war so, wie bei allen anderen Läden.

Gutes Restaurant um schnell einen Sub zu essen.. :)

Super laden esse dort sehr gerne wenn ich Mal in der Nähe bin der Laden ist auch sauber was mir immer wichtig ist 👍👍

Subs schmecken, es wird so belegt, dass nicht alles rausfällt, ich finds gut hier.

Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, trotz geringer Besetzung ( Ruhe bewahrt) und zügig die Kundschaft nacheinander abgearbeitet. Top. Weiter so!

Der Geruch ist sehr lecker und das Essen ebenfalls! Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich!

Bin seit Jahren Stammgast, aber die Subs variieren, je nach dem wer es belegt von den meisten wird man wie ein Kunde behandelt, von einer Person immer als wäre man eine Nummer. Diskutiert mit mir was auf das Sub kommt, obwohl ich seit Jahren immer das gleiche Sub nehme, statt 12x Salami nur 8, nur als Beispiel. Werde dem nächst zum nächstgelegenen Sub fahren. Edit: nochmal ein 2. Mal hier gewesen und es war noch schlimmer, zudem sieht der Laden echt dreckig aus...

Parkplätze muss man im der Umgebung suchen. Bis 13:00 Uhr war es normal voll. Danach stand die Schlange bis zur Tür. Aber trotzdem gut.

Sehr nettes Personal und super leckere Subs! Die aktuellen Angebote per App sind unschlagbar.
