Great pub/restaurant. Food very tasty.

Good location (with pub character), cozy furnishings, nice and attentive staff. The menu is manageable, the food is good. With an adjacent beer garden. Table reservation is recommended.

Good atmosphere, Guinness in tap. Burger was good, maybe a little too much BBQ sauce for my taste

There were four of us there and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful ambience and the very relaxed and good atmosphere. We all enjoyed the food great, and the service and value for money were also great! We'll definitely be back!

A real highlight of the Gütersloh restaurant scene! Super cozy atmosphere and incredibly delicious food and drink selection. Can especially recommend the Camembert burger😊

We had a lovely evening here. The salad with baked Camembert and honey mustard dressing was delicious. The service was a bit overloaded at times and therefore not so fast, but the staff made up for that with their friendliness. We would be happy to come back.

The selection and taste of the food are great! Also many dishes for people who follow a vegetarian diet. If the Blue Fox is reasonably well attended, it can quickly become noisy. Conversations in larger groups are no longer possible. But you can often get places spontaneously and the most important thing: dogs are allowed!

A nice restaurant in itself. I think the pricing for the food is excessive. 6.90€ for fries with mayonnaise, almost 18€ for a salad (without meat/fish!) is unfortunately just too much for a pub...

I've always wanted to come here. Always looked cozy from the outside in. Today we set off by bike. There are usually five of us, we go for a ride and always try something different. Today it was the blue fox. We sat in the beer garden. “Totally cozy” Mediterranean. Very nice. The music was good. Despite the renovation and scaffolding, it didn't affect the comfort. The beer garden is large but there are lots of small areas thanks to lots of greenery. It was well staffed, but the team was well staffed, professionally organized, always on hand, always friendly, very quick, but not stressed by the large number of people. Very good classification. Since I learned gastronomy myself, I am unfortunately always a silent observer. We will be back. Most certainly. Thank you for the nice relaxing evening 😊

Great atmosphere and a beautiful beer garden!

A wonderful beer garden, relaxed and relaxed, delicious food and well-kept outdoor dining. Staff very friendly and nice. The last time I was there was almost exactly 50 years ago (moving to North Frisia), of course a lot has changed, but only positive things.

Nice location with a relaxed atmosphere. However, there is quite a bit of noise when all the tables are occupied.

The duck has its fountain. The fish have a pond, all the guests also get something to eat and drink: Heart, what more could you want?

We were there for the first time today. The beer garden is absolutely beautiful and cozy. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the food was really tasty. Wasn't the last time. Definitely a recommendation

We went there with a few friends for a beer and also for dinner beforehand. So far we have a very good impression, but at least in the spring the outdoor area could be made a little more attractive - in the summer you feel much more comfortable there. Unfortunately we were also forgotten to serve us for a long time, which was a shame. But they apologized as soon as it was noticed and from then on it was no longer a problem. We'd love to come back!

This evening (7:45 p.m.) we wanted to go out for a delicious meal at the Blue Fox again - this time in the new premises. According to the service, we had a free choice of seats and sat at a free table for four at the edge. A short time later we were asked to sit at the cat table in the back corner, ...“sorry if a larger group comes” (there were still several free tables for 4 in the middle). The order came surprisingly quickly. The Alsatian tarte flambée, however, was better. The ratio of onions to ham wasn't quite right. There could have been a little more ham, the onions were very roughly chopped. The small portion of sweet potato fries was more mashed potatoes than fries, and the small portion of mayo was more than enough for half the small portion. A pity. We would like the service staff to have a better overview of the occupancy of the tables, because after we sat down at the small table in the far corner, all the four-seater tables at the window gradually became free and the large company stayed away.

Great shop, very nice staff, food looks and tastes good and the atmosphere is really fun! Very successful and we would love to come back!

A quaint pub that has been around in Gütersloh for ages. With good food and drink

One of the most beautiful beer gardens in the city paired with the best pub food and friendly service.

Super tasty bugers, tarte flambée and pizza. Service very friendly and competent. The restaurant is always worth a visit. Unfortunately it is a bit noisy when the place is full.

Everything is pretty good, but the side dishes charge extra for the burger, which costs around 16 euros. I find it cheeky

5 stars are more than deserved. The food is outstanding, the service is very attentive and courteous!

BlueFox has been reinventing itself again and again for several years. And it keeps getting better. When I moved to Gütersloh, it was my first stop and remains my favorite restaurant to this day. In winter, the parlor with delicious dishes and classics. In summer the most beautiful beer garden in Gütersloh.

Because of the many positive reviews, I decided on the Blue Fox. The staff is really super friendly and quick. Unfortunately I didn't like my cheeseburger at all. (Everything with chicken was "already sold out" at 7:30 p.m.). The onions were cut way too coarsely and there were the stem ends of a pickled cucumber on my burger. That is not how it works! The sweet potato fries were very, very brown and crispy...a little too crispy. A pity.

I've been coming to the Fox for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. And now they have generously expanded their already great restaurant, making the atmosphere even more comfortable. And the food is still a culinary delight. Cozy, friendly, high quality, what else can you complain about? 🥰

An inconspicuous restaurant from the outside, but which comes alive from the inside and invites you to linger. The food was great, nice service and a good selection of drinks/bar. No matter what the occasion, I'll be back soon. 5/5 stars, nothing to complain about.

With the expansion of the guest rooms it has become very nice. The service is very good, all the service staff are very attentive and friendly. I felt very well.

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend im Blue Fox! Ein toller Service, obwohl fast alle Tische besetzt waren. Die Essensbestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und sehr zügig geliefert. Das Essen war heiß, frisch und sehr lecker. Eine tolle Kneipe mit einem besonders schönen Ambiente. Gerne wieder!

Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war äußerst angenehm, und das gesamte Personal war nicht nur höflich, sondern auch außerordentlich freundlich. Ich wurde besonders von der Freundlichkeit und der überaus leckeren Pizza beeindruckt

Super leckeres Essen, leckere Limonaden und ein sehr guter und netter Service

Ambiente gut, Karte gut, Service gut, Preise gut, Einfach alles gut.

Wir waren gestern mal wieder im Blue Fox zum Abendessen. Das Blue Fox ist in GT eine Institution, urige Kneipenatmosphäre, schöner, lauschiger Biergarten, freundliches und aufmerksames Servicepersonal; das kann man nur lobenswert hervorheben. Die bestellten Getränke kommen schnell, das Essen nach angemessener Zeit. Leider waren die Speisen, die wir bestellt haben, sehr enttäuschend. Ich hatte die Spare Ribs, auf welchen die Sauce schon getrocknet war, das Fleisch war zäh und trocken, ich habe noch nie so schlechte Spare Ribs gegessen. Meine Begleitung hatte einen Salat, der im Dressing schwamm und dadurch nicht mehr knackig war. Die Süßkartoffelpommes und die normalen Pommes waren jedoch sehr gut. Eine weitere Sache, die zumindest uns sehr aufstößt ist die Tatsache, dass im Biergarten geraucht werden darf, wobei die Tische sehr dicht beieinander stehen. Man wird also während des Essens von anderen rauchenden Gästen regelrecht mit dem Qualm belästigt. (Mir ist klar, dass es in Deutschland leider immer noch erlaubt ist, in der Außengastronomie zu rauchen.) Alles in Allem war es diesmal ein enttäuschender Besuch, der nur durch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und den schönen Biergarten "gerettet" wurde.

Das Essen war früher um einiges besser. Es war frisch zubereitet- nicht vorgefertig eingekauft und die Portionen dem Preis entsprechend groß. Nun bekommt man a) vorgefertiges Essen ( Spare Ribs z.B.)warm gemacht und die Portionen( Portion Krautsalt- großartig angeprießen und diese war dann 2 Teelöffel groß..Portion Süßkartoffel Pommes bzw normale Pommes Portion war um einiges kleiner als früher und somit überteuert) Burger wurden ebenfalls kleiner und die Pizza schmeckte nach nix...leider war das Essen nicht das was wir erwartet haben und von früher kannten.Ambiente und Service dagegen war super.

Wunderbares Konzert im schönen Biergarten

Das Blue Fox mag von der Front her eher nichtssagend aussehen, aber ein Besuch lohnt sich! Der Biergarten ist trotz der Lage an einer der Hauptstraßen in Gütersloh schön ruhig und gemütlich. Dort kann man sehr gut den ein oder anderen Sommerabend verbringen. Die Speisekarte ist nicht zu überladen und bietet unter anderem vegetarische und vegane Gerichte, Salate, loaded fries, Burger (auch mit vegetarisch oder vegan möglich) und Pizza. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Leuten da und uns hat es ausnahmslos gut geschmeckt. Das Essen kam unerwartet schnell (wir hatten bei der Gruppengröße mit einer längeren Wartezeit gerechnet). Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Einzig bei den Parkplätzen muss man Glück haben, da es im kleinen Innenhof nicht all zu viele davon gibt. Aber rund herum sollte man ebenfalls eine Parkmöglichkeit finden.

Sehr aufmerksames und fleißiges Personal in gemütlicherer Hinterhofbiergartenatmosphäre mit hervorragendem Essen. Wir waren 9 Leute, das Essen kam zügig und es wurde sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Definitiv ein entspannter Ort und ein echtes Kleinod in Gütersloh. Preise fair, Kartenzahlung möglich.

Moin, ein nettes Restaurant mit Kneipenatmosphäre sowie einer interessanten Speisekarte! Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und es gibt mit Sicherheit für jeden etwas. Von der Straße aus nicht nicht zu erahnen, ist das fantastische Biergarten. Im Blue Fox trifft man auf ein gemischtes Publikum [Jung und Alt]. Auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden.

Das Essen ist wirklich richtig gut und es gibt auch mal ein paar "andere" Sachen als in anderen Restaurants. Biergarten und Service ebenfalls top :)

Toller Biergarten mit netter Atmosphäre und Live Musik am Samstag. Allerdings ist die Musik so laut, dass eine Unterhaltung nicht möglich ist. Selbstbedienung für Getränke und Essen klappt gut.

Rustikale, urige, nette Kneipe mit tollem Außenbereich. Das Servicepersonal war höflich und die Speisen waren in OK.

Das Blue Fox hat echt etwas zu bieten.....super leckere Speisen, viel vegetarische und vegane Auswahl. Alles auch sehr schön dekoriert ..das Auge isst ja mit.... Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und kompetent.... Immer wieder gerne ...

So ein richtiger Retroladen mit einfachem preiswertem Essen ,netter Bedienung und zivilen Preisen,Guinness vom Fass gibts auch.

Die Kneipe hat einen fantastischen Biergarten. Regelmäßig Live-Musik & eine gute Speisekarte! Schneller Service! Ich bin vor 10J. Nach Gütersloh gezogen & das Blue Fox war die erste Kneipe, welche ich betreten habe. Ich komme immer wieder gern hier her!
