We waited over an hour for the food, the result was ok, but it didn't blow us away

Cozy, even in the beer garden, the food quality is excellent. Friendly staff. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We'd be happy to come back 😊

Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit to the restaurant. The cleanliness of the outdoor furniture was questionable. Although it is normal for bird droppings to land on the furniture (the tables are surrounded by trees), one would expect this to be cleaned before guests arrive. Apart from the long waiting times, the food quality was extremely poor. The burger patties were overcooked, the buns were burnt and the ribs were dry. The French fries were oversalted, and the chicken nuggets for the children were undercooked. The meat in the nuggets was raw (salmonella risk!). When we confronted the service staff about this, they prepared the nuggets again, but not all of them. Some of the nuggets were simply returned to the plate. As an apology for the issue with the chicken nuggets, the staff offered a 50 cent reduction in the price. Overall, it was an expensive experience for a lousy dinner. Never again!

Absolutely fantastic! The boss here loves and lives his job, and it shows👍. We always enjoy having guests.

Very tasty food, although it wasn't really hot anymore. However, we were there with a larger group, and there was another party next door, so the service seemed to be struggling. However, the service was very friendly and attentive. The room we were seated in seemed a bit bare, with just a bit of plastic moss on the walls, which made you wonder what it was for 🤔. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend it for delicious food.

The food and service were good, but the ambiance was a bit rustic. We would eat there again.

We celebrated our wedding in the living room with a closed party. The food with buffet, service and ambience were great despite 100 guests, all of our wishes were taken into account and we felt super comfortable during the planning and on the day itself!

Nice restaurant in the Gütersloh area, extremely entertaining service. The parking situation is very tense, there is a sign the size of a postage stamp that says there are still parking spaces on the other side of the street. Good selection for vegetarians.

Best vegan burger in a long time...

First of all: I don't often give five stars and now I have to put into words why I liked it so much😁. The restaurant was busy on a Wednesday and all the parking spaces in front of the restaurant were full. No problem, as there is another parking space diagonally opposite on a meadow. This is identified by a small sign and also marked with a ribbon. The restaurant itself consists of several rooms and a counter area. I would describe the furnishings as “classic/conservative” and in keeping with the older building. When I visited, many tables were occupied, so there was a certain proximity and noise to and from other guests. But that didn't feel uncomfortable. More like, to stick with the analogy, like a small family celebration in the living room. The service was extremely attentive, nice, friendly, helpful and competent. A small piece of the puzzle that I think is often missing these days. Very strong employee! The menu is well structured and there is something for every taste. I definitely recommend reading the barcode on the card. This will take you to other seasonal offers. Well done! We chose the antipasti plate as a starter. There was also the spinach salad and the burger with goat cheese. All dishes are very tasty. When it came to drinks, we opted for the lemonades. One of the highlights afterwards. Some compilations sometimes seem a bit “wild”, but these things can do something. Absolute recommendation! I advise every guest to order one and try each other. I found the price-performance ratio to be very good. Overall, everything is a little more expensive, but for the service and the taste/quality, I never felt like I had to pay too much for any dish. Most likely with the salad, but the goat cheese and caramelized walnuts were just good. I will definitely try more dishes. Preferably when it's a little warmer, because the beer garden also makes a good and inviting impression. RECOMMENDATION! By the way: The LIVING ROOM is also represented in the voucher book!

The walls could use a coat of paint and the chairs could use more comfortable ones, but the food was excellent and the service very attentive. We ate there in March, so we can't comment on the beer garden's ambiance, but we'd love to try it again in the summer. Definitely worth a visit. I made a reservation in advance via email. If you want to be on the safe side, you should make a reservation in advance.

Super friendly staff and a totally pleasant atmosphere! The food was delicious and good cuisine. There was also something delicious for vegetarians like me. Only the burger was sometimes a bit difficult to eat off the wooden counter. But that wasn't a problem. We'll be back!

Let's come to the ambience, rather cold, minimalist and very loud in our room, that obviously depends on the guests. The restaurant was full and far too few staff, but they were very nice, the food had good portions, the steak was on the Point medium but without spices and only lukewarm, my crême brûlée was burnt, I got it replaced and we didn't get a 20 percent discount, only the final amount is on the bill, so from my point of view and my three companions I can't recommend the living room. Many restaurants today are struggling with a lack of staff, but overall quality shouldn't fluctuate so much

We had solid burgers - including a vegetarian burger with a goat cheese patty. The homemade raspberry-elderberry lemonade was very tasty :)

That was nothing... we came in and had to keep our winter jackets on... the service was rather amateurish and slightly overwhelmed... ... unfortunately the food wasn't convincing either... the pasta with walnut pesto was carelessly prepared... the veggie burger was far dry with no sauce... just some aubergine which was supposed to be grilled vegetables... There was supposed to be fresh Romanesco with my cabbage roulade... I got frozen mixed vegetables from the bag without salt and butter... The puree was fresh but unfortunately completely without salt and pepper... totally lame... The mince in the cabbage roulade was dry and slapped together without love... only the sauce was good... Unfortunately, I don't understand why there are so many cars in front of the shop... but we'll probably never eat there again

In terms of the combination of food and drinks, it's probably the best shop in the Gütersloh district

We were there today for the first time, but definitely not the last time. I had a burger and my wife had a steak. You have to get it to the point first. The service was very helpful and always quick. So I'm thrilled, but it's sad that people know where the store is. A bit out of the way. But really great.

Absolute recommendation! The deluxe fries are for dipping in (the only complaint: a little more mayo would be great), the steak was on point and super tender, delicious and very fresh salad. What can I say? Finally a restaurant that really deserves 5 stars (unfortunately rare these days). The food is always very fresh and the prices are absolutely fair. My highlight is that there is bread with dips before the food arrives, which is no longer available at many others. And the bread is also incredibly tasty. The ambience is also nice and the outside area under the trees is really impressive. Again and again 🤌👌

Went there for the first time yesterday. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly and everything happened very quickly. The rooms seemed a bit cold. But that is a matter of personal preference. All in all a nice evening :)

Anyone who lives between Gütersloh and the south of Bielefeld should definitely eat here. The burgers are really tasty, the meat on the patties comes from Isselhorster Weiderind, and the normal fries are also great. For starters we had the antipasti plate and bruschetta. Our son said that he had never had such delicious antipasti in a non-Italian restaurant. The service may not be as fast as a hyper duper restaurant but super nice and accommodating, taking the time for a quick chat. The living room is only recommended!!

Service and ambience are excellent. We felt great care and the food was delicious, but it took a long time to arrive. However, it was also a Friday evening and very crowded. On such evenings, the antipasti plate might be recommended. It comes quickly and tastes great. We will be back definitely!

We were outside in the beer garden under the trees. It was very comfortable despite the proximity to the street. The food was great and the lemonade was great. It certainly wasn't the last visit. Only the parking situation is a bit stupid!

The living room was very busy - reservations would be advisable. Unfortunately there weren't enough parking spaces available. The menu was varied. Since most of the burgers came from the kitchen, I also tried one - unfortunately it was very dry. There were plenty of fries. The service staff was attentive and very nice.

So dear people. A young, nice team, speaking on a first-name basis, which I personally think is very good. We Germans have a pretty good time... food options were a bit limited in the beginning, okay too, we had antipasti plates, bruschetta, burgers, club sandwitch and Caesar salad. We enjoyed everything and would love to come back.

We had a cozy evening. There are very successful burgers here with and without meat, but also other good, modern dishes. What I liked: homemade lemonade.

Wir waren gestern zum 2. Mal im Wohnzimmer essen. Die bestellten Gerichte schmeckten allen sehr. Aber die extrem lange Wartezeit auf Essen, Getränke und sogar auf die Rechnung war nicht schön. Wir haben 30 Minuten auf das 1. Getränk gewartet und dann noch mal 1,5 h auf das Essen. Wir waren fast 4 Stunden im Lokal🙈

Wir waren zu sechst mit Hund im Wohnzimmer. Der Hund wurde vorab telefonisch angefragt und wir haben um einen ruhigen Tisch gebeten. Diesem Wunsch wurde problemlos entsprochen. Der Service war aufmerksam, Getränke und essen wurden zügig aufgenommen und schnell gebracht. Im Sommer ist der Biergarten auch sehr schön. Gerne wieder!

Man kann hier richtig gut sitzen und ein Bier trinken. Das Lokal könnte allerdings etwas eher aufmachen. 1700h finde ich gerade am Wochenende etwas spät, aber ansonsten war ich zumindest im Sommer draußen immer zufrieden. Speisen gibt es auch, allerdings hatte ich diese noch nie. Allerdings sind vegetarische und vegane Optionen klar ausgeschrieben.

Der Service war wirklich super. Total freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war auch sehr zügig da, und das am Samstag, aber geschmacklich war der Cheeseburger nicht so mein Fall und das Bier etwas abgestanden.
