Besonders für große Veranstaltungen zu empfehlen! Diese Bewertung basiert auf der Erfahrung eines gelungenen Abiballs mit ca. 160 Personen. Die Preisleistung ist fair und das Essen hat jeder einzelnen Person hervorragend geschmeckt. Danke an die gute Arbeit der Küche! Das gesamte Essen war durchgehend frisch, es war immer genug da und jeder konnte etwas für sich finden. Die Professionalität des Teams hat man durchgehend gemerkt: Jedes Teammitglied hatte den ganzen Abend eine positive Ausstrahlung, jedes Teammitglied hatte ein gutes Auge (Teller wurden passend abgeräumt, es wurde passend nach Getränken gefragt und Getränke waren schnell genug da) und das Team hat sich meines Erachtens untereinander gut verstanden und verständigt. Der einzige kleine Mangel: Der erste Kontakt über Email oder WhatsApp dauerte bei uns leider etwas lange. Wir hätten uns zu Beginn etwas schnellere Antworten gewünscht. Nachdem wir das zurückgemeldet haben kam freundlich die Antwort, dass wir bei Fragen lieber anrufen sollen: das hat dann immer super funktioniert. Mein Fazit: Im Brauhaus hat man Professionalität, guten Service und ausgezeichnetes Essen an einem Ort. Egal mit wie vielen Personen ist man an diesem Ort richtig. Große Veranstaltungen werden gut begleitet sodass am Ende ein schöner Abend entsteht. Danke an das gesamte Team und vor allem Christopher und Ann-Kristin, die uns alle Fragen beantworten konnten! PS: Ich soll von mehreren Personen ausrichten, dass die Getränke immer passend gemischt waren. Beispiel: „Der Vodka Lemon war mega“

Wir hätten uns keine bessere Hochzeitslocation wünschen können! Von Anfang bis Ende war einfach alles perfekt organisiert und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war hervorragend!!! alle unsere Gäste waren begeistert von der Qualität, dem Geschmack und der Präsentation der Speisen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an unseren Kellner Kevin: Er war aufmerksam, professionell, unglaublich freundlich und hat mit seiner positiven Art maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass unser Tag so entspannt und wunderschön war. Besser hätte der Service nicht sein können! Die gesamte Atmosphäre, die Organisation und die Liebe zum Detail haben unsere Hochzeit zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen perfekten Tag. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Location entscheiden und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Essen war lecker! Portionen waren für uns völlig ausreichend! Für hungrige Bauarbeiter vielleicht nicht! Alles in allem perfekt 👍 Und das Bier war natürlich auch sehr lecker! Wir hatten daß Dunkle und das Bernsteinfarbene 👍 Kann man gut machen 😃

Das Bier ist top, auch das Essen war volle Punktzahl. Wir durften sogar eines unserer Handys beim Personal laden. Volle Punktzahl!

Waren in Gütersloh aufgrund von einem Seminar. Der Seminarveranstalter hatte uns hierher eingeladen. Das Essen war lecker und von der Portion her vollkommen ausreichend. Positiv: -Super Service. Schnell,immer freundlich und entspannt trotz voller Hütte und Tische. -Essen kam zügig und hat bei ca. 15 Personen geklappt dass fast alle gleichzeitig das Essen hatten. -Das Bier. Vorallem das Schwarzbier war grandios. Schön süffig ,malzig und ein angenehm deftiger Geschmack. Die dunkle Bier war auch sehr lecker. Ging so Richtung Kellerbier. Sehr gut . Kleine persönliche Kritikpünktchen: -Etwas zu wenig Champignons auf dem Champignon-Schnitzel (hätten ruhig ein paar mehr sein können). -Brauhausschnitzel lecker nur bei den Bratkartoffeln hätte ein bisschen mehr Gewürze dran gekonnt (hätte man mir sicherlich gebracht hätte ich gefragt 😅). Aber ist halt Geschmackssache. - Zum o.g. Brauhausschnitzel hätte super eine schöne Biersoße gepasst (vorallem das Bier ist ja vorhanden). Die hab ich ein klitzekleines bisschen vermisst. Komme gerne wieder hierher, wenn ich in Gütersloh bin. Waren zwei super Abende hier im Brauhaus.

Zum ersten mal besucht, gemütlicher Biergarten, gutes Essen, leckeres Bier, sehr netter Service, auch unser Vierbeiner wurde freundlich aufgenommen.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend am 18.04.26 im Brauhaus in Gütersloh. Unsere Familie wurde hervorragend versorgt vom Service. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.Unsere beiden Kleinsten bekamen Buntstifte,Papier und ein Memoryspiel.Das Essen war super. Unsere Gäste waren alle sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen als gebürtige Gütersloher gerne wieder.Vielen Dank Familie Karenfort,Service-,und Küchenteam.

Essen und Service sehr gut, wenn wir wieder mal in der Nähe sind, kommen wir auf jedem Fall wieder.

Ich war hier wegen einer Versammlung. Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Das Essen war leider nicht so lecker.

Schöne Gaststätte mit gemütlichem Ambiente. Teilweise sehr laut. Leider war mein Essen nicht gut, da mein Schnitzel sehr versalzen war. Vielleicht ist der Koch verliebt ??

Waren mit Gruppe da essen. Die servicemitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und bemüht allerdings mit Reklamation ein wenig überfordert. Dennoch würde ich da immer wieder Essen gehen da das Essen wirklich lecker und sehr gut zubereitet ist. Kann mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit lecker Bier (ich würde das ungefilterte empfehlen). Innen rustikal und sauber, neue Toilletten und sonstige Räume sauber und gepflegt. Leckeres Essen und gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Stühlenim Saal könnten allerdings mal eine neue Polsterung gebrauchen, die sind teilweise sehr durch gesessen. Ebenerdig gut zu erreichen. Es war sehr laut im Saal, dass liegt allerdings an der Gruppengröße. Vorne in der Gaststätte war es ruhig und gemütlich.

Spontan in der Woche einen Tisch bekommen. Schönes Brauhausambiente. Die westfälische Saisonkarte kann man empfehlen.

War mit meinem Sohn da und wir beide hatten das Brauhausschnitzel. Wir waren beide begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend, um 19:30 war das Brauhaus sehr gut gefüllt, nicht desto trotz, wurden wir schnell bedient, Getränke kamen auch recht zügig. Es gab Schnitzel und den Brauhaus Burger, der Schnitzel mundete sehr, der Burger war nicht wirklich mein Geschmack leider. Die Speisekarte ist sehr übersichtlich und relativ klein, man findet aber definitiv etwas. Ein oder zwei Gerichte mit oder aus Hähnchen wären super, meiner Meinung nach. Das Ambiente ist aber sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Alles in allem ein schöner Abend in einem Lokal, was ich gerne weiterempfehlen werde, vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter

Hallo Wir waren am 27 Dezember mit unserer kleinen Familie im Brauhaus in Gütersloh. Sofort beim ankommen sind wir sehr freundlich und lustig von der Kellnerin empfangen worden. Wir haben dann verschiedene Biere gehabt, die alle sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Danach kam das Essen was Mega lecker war, und schön für das Auge zubereitet wurde. Den Nachtisch haben wir auch noch bestellt, und sind gut gesättigt einige Zeit später nach Hause bzw. ins Hotel gestrumpelt. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend mit sehr freundlichem Personal vom Brauhaus. Das Gütersloher Brauhaus gehört zu Gütersloh wie Dalke und Lutter. Wir waren letzte Woche mal wieder dort und es war wie immer super.

Super lecker, die Hauptgerichte sind große Portionen und ihren Preis wert. Schöne Einrichtung und nettes Personal. Die Gulaschsuppe aber leider etwas zu teuer für eine kleine Portion meiner Meinung nach.

A large, traditional restaurant in the heart of Gütersloh. Good food and excellent beers in a pleasant atmosphere. Sometimes too crowded.

The restaurant itself absolutely deserves its cult status in GT! The decor is a mix of an old Miele factory and a brewery. Really cozy and beautiful! My drink order was forgotten twice. However, the place was absolutely packed, lots of Christmas parties, so it's forgivable. For food, I had the mixed grill. It was simply delicious and the portion was nice and large. I'll definitely have to have it again next spring!!!

Traditional German cuisine in a classic brewery setting. The steak was cooked to perfection. Special requests were no problem. Smooth service despite our large group. Excellent home-brewed beer. All in all, great – we'd gladly return.

A visit to the brewery is always worthwhile for groups of all sizes. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Due to food intolerances, we needed a special dish. This wasn't a problem at all, and it was prepared according to our wishes. We'll definitely be back!

The drinks are fine. The food is a big letdown. The schnitzel tastes strongly of frying oil. The sauce and breading seem like they came from a mix, not at all light and fluffy. The selection of vegetarian dishes is extremely limited.

The Gütersloh Brewery completely won me over. The service was attentive and friendly, and the quality of the food was truly excellent. I was particularly impressed by the size of the interior – you'd hardly guess it from the outside. Thanks to its spacious rooms, the brewery is perfect for all kinds of events. Highly recommended!

Since we unfortunately couldn't get a table at the brewery last year, we preemptively reserved one for our Christmas party back in January. Our group of 12 was really looking forward to it when, four weeks before the event, we received the disappointing phone call. The reservation was canceled because a larger group had already inquired. Not only is it nearly impossible to find a table for a group of this size at this time of year, but this way of handling it also leaves a rather bad taste in our mouths...

This restaurant was a very pleasant discovery for us. It's a shame we don't live in Gütersloh—otherwise we'd be here more often. The spaghetti aioli and the spinach dumplings were excellent!

A lovely atmosphere with delicious food, whether we've held a celebration at the brewery or simply gone for a meal alone or with friends. The brewery always offers a pleasant journey through its ever-changing menu. We love going there!

I've been there several times now and always find it pleasant. Highly recommended.

We were here for dinner with friends. The men were satisfied with their meal, the Brauhaus schnitzel. However, my half duck was very dry, partly inedible. Perhaps it had already been reheated? The side dishes (red cabbage and dumplings) were very good. The staff, friendly and nice, unfortunately didn't ask if we wanted more duck when clearing the plates, even though there was still some left. A shame... I also missed having a small plate for the bones. My girlfriend's venison ragout lacked venison. Again, the side dishes were good, but the ragout consisted mainly of mushrooms... for that, as with the duck, the price is too high.

We were there with several people and the food was very tasty. The ambiance was also very nice. Before and during the meal, we were asked if we wanted drinks, but afterwards you were left thirsty there, and there were many trays with used glasses on the bar area – it didn't look very nice.

We had a wonderful meal here, recommended by the receptionist at the Miele Museum. There are few, if any, authentic German restaurants in the city center, which is ridiculous. But we had a truly delicious meal here, definitely recommended 🥰😇

We only stayed for a beer but the service and atmosphere were great. The food looked very nice and there were a lot of local people, enjoying the food - which is always a great sign. Would definitely give it a try when next back in Gutersloh.

I was there for a family celebration. The food was—ahem—good standard. Quite tasty. Eager, friendly staff. We were treated extremely nicely, but not in a slimy or obsequious manner. Friendly and open, in fact. The restrooms were quaintly built-in, but clean. I'd go back anytime if it suits me. -- I was there again in late summer 2025. Once again, everything was fine. The food was even excellent and plentiful. Friendly staff, plenty of space. What more could you want?

It's truly amazing here. We were in Gütersloh for a day and had dinner here. Everyone agreed. The food was super delicious (photo of the taco burger), the beer was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. You can sit inside or outside. The highlight, however, was our waitress, Xenia, who was super sweet, warm, and attentive. A big thank you and a big hug.

We celebrated our wedding at the Brauhaus on May 9, 2025, and it was a wonderful conclusion to our special day. The coordination beforehand went very smoothly; we were always given a warm welcome and were able to coordinate everything well. The setup for the ceremony and the subsequent dismantling went smoothly and without any problems. During the ceremony, nothing was lacking: The service staff were always attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic, beautifully presented, and simply outstanding in taste. It was truly perfect and made our day even more unforgettable.

The rat meat mixed with monkey meat was very tasty

The Brauhaus impresses with something that always bothers me in other restaurants! They have a menu and not a menu; there aren't many restaurants that pay attention to such details. And the food is also very impressive. I'd be happy to come back. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

A CHEF IS NEEDED Once or twice a year is okay. The schnitzels could be improved a bit, breaded better, and cooked with less oil—that would be an idea.

Here, rustic style meets real warmth - a perfect place to feel comfortable and leave everyday life behind. What was particularly impressive was the warm welcome from the senior manager, whose friendly smile and authentic hospitality immediately put a smile on my face. The entire team was incredibly attentive and warm, making you feel completely welcome. My meal was perfect: I ordered a wonderfully tender, medium-rare steak and a fresh side salad. Both came quickly to the table and were prepared with love. The taste was excellent! The brewery not only offers excellent food, but also an atmosphere that invites you to linger. Whether for a cozy dinner or a relaxed evening with a freshly tapped beer – everyone will find their favorite place here. I'm looking forward to coming back soon to try more delicious dishes and just enjoy the cozy atmosphere. A place where you feel welcome and always want to come back!

We were registered for dinner with a larger group. We were assigned a comfortable spot in a corner. We were able to have a good chat there without disturbing the other guests. The drinks were taken quickly and served quickly. Super!! We ordered a la card. Here too, the order was taken quickly and served to everyone at the same time. More drinks were brought just as quickly. After a few schnapps (great selection!) we went to pay. Everything is great here too! Otherwise there is always something left open, but not here! Great. All in all a great evening with good food and good drinks. I'd love to come back!

Company dinner with 15 people. We had to choose food in advance. Unfortunately, Brauhaus atypical dishes. My fitness plate was delicious and, according to my colleagues, so were the other dishes. Portion could have been larger for some. Dessert was also delicious (crème brûlée) The brewery is delicious. Service was friendly and quick. I can't say anything about the price, the company took care of that. I would come back.

We were unfortunately disappointed. The food wasn't bad, but unfortunately not good enough for the price. There was a supplementary menu with specialties, but all but two of the dishes were no longer available. It was disappointing, especially if you came specifically for the specialties. But it can happen when the specialties are in high demand, so it's okay. The portions were decent, though, and we were still filling. Nevertheless, we wouldn't come back again. The ambiance wasn't my cup of tea either. A brewery could be much more appealing. It didn't feel inviting or cozy, which is why we just ate quickly and left straight away. We just didn't feel comfortable. The staff were all very nice and attentive. And the online reservation worked perfectly, too.

The food is too weak for the price, neither the meat dishes (chewy, fatty) nor the vegetarian dishes (drowned in sauce) are particularly tasty. If you want to drink a beer, this is probably the right place for you, but for the price you should probably eat somewhere else.

We celebrated our son's baptism in the winter garden of the brewery. Both the preliminary discussion and the subsequent support and service were great. All guests enjoyed the food very much. We had received several menu suggestions in advance and then put together one menu from all of them. The pork cheeks in thyme sherry sauce are recommended. But the other dishes and antipasti were also great. The prices were absolutely fair and justified. We took care of the decorations and the cake. The brewery took care of the rest. Many thanks to the team :)

What a perfect end to my city trip! This charming restaurant with a friendly and attentive service offered a wonderful experience. I enjoyed a delightful dinner and savoured the house beer, brewed in their own brewery. I highly recommend this restaurant. Five stars worthy!

We had a great Christmas party. Food, service and the premises were great.

The classic German brewery: amazing beer (I think they brew it themselves) and super friendly and kind staff! I tried the pork knuckle with sauerkraut and an excellent beer served in a big 1-liter mug. I had to skip the strudel… no room left! Everything was great, I’ll definitely be back!

*Rating for the Gütersloher Brauhaus: ⭐⭐½* So where should I start... The service was really nice - the waitress was friendly and accommodating, nothing to complain about. But that's about it for the positive aspects. 🤷‍♂️ The food? Well, it couldn't be more average. It is edible, but nothing more. There are definitely better options in the area. The portions are okay, but somehow I completely missed the “wow” moment. The taste isn't really that convincing, and the prices are pretty steep for what you get. 💸 The atmosphere? Yeah, if you like the typical “I’m-on-a-brewery-trip” feeling, it’s fine. But for the price and quality I just expect more. So all in all: The nice service saved me the 2.5 stars. Unfortunately, you can forget the rest. It would be nice if the brewery would invest a little more in quality.

One thing first: the food was very good and also appropriate for the price. The staff themselves were also very friendly, BUT: I went to the brewery's Christmas party with my bowling club and waited in vain for my drink order 3 (!!!) times, but it was recorded in the system. At the end of the evening we got a bill that was completely outrageous and I had to pay almost 70 euros for a meal, four beers and a long drink. Maybe it was because the staff was overwhelmed, but I won't be entering this store again anytime soon. Merry Christmas!
