Very nice staff, gives good tips and explains everything that is available. You can choose the sandwiches and put them together individually, each according to your taste and you can also eat them cold because they are quite large so that you can eat everything at once. Bon appetit

The boss (old lady with gray hair) was extremely unfriendly and absolutely cheeky. She kept making disrespectful comments and completely criticizing me. I just feel sorry for the other employees...

It's a shame that I can only give two stars. The food was really good, you can't complain. Unfortunately the owner (older woman with gray hair) is so unfriendly, I have rarely experienced such customer interaction... I don't think the employees there have much to smile about either. Next time it would be better to eat at the Subway in Minden…

Actually good, but I ordered online for the first time today and there was almost no meat on it.

Was there for the second time today and never again. The first time, the older woman with gray hair behaved so badly that I wanted to leave. Second time there today and hardly got any meat on the subs. When I asked if you could have a little more, the answer was: 35 grams per half sub would be normal, then you just have to use twice the meat. I've been to several Subway branches all over Germany and have never had so little on it. Next time I'll go to Mc's and get a cheeseburger with more meat on it for 2 euros.

A dream of a store. I ordered online, unfortunately the system crashed, but my order was prepared straight away, without any problems and very carefully and I was able to take it with me straight away without any further problems. I am very satisfied and can only recommend every Subway fan to order/eat here. Thank you, you are the best. :)

The food is the same everywhere. But, the gray-haired old woman is so incredibly rude to the customers and also to her employees. She constantly makes condescending comments. The employee made a mistake at the checkout. She wanted to communicate this to the boss, who then said things like “Yes, I understood you” and “Believe me, I know the cash register system” all in a very condescending tone. Sometimes it was very loud so that every guest could hear that the employee had made a mistake. That doesn't work at all. You are a team and should approach the problem as a team calmly and objectively and not like that. You felt very sorry for the employee at that moment. A change in boss would be appropriate

As I have already read in other comments about the “older woman with gray hair”, we are probably not the only ones who were served so unfriendly. Today there were no other customers except me and my fiancé. At first there was no stress. There was no hello, nothing! We then started with a question, and then we only received inappropriate answers. We were asked about our order with a tone, we didn't even have time to look at it, she rolled her eyes, and it continued like that. No real explanation, nothing, just stupid statements. When I asked the lady about her unfriendliness, she just laughed stupidly and couldn't justify herself. When I asked for a leader or manager, she said it was her. Thank God a really nice young lady came out of the kitchen and continued to serve us, otherwise we would have simply left the half-finished sandwiches and left. During this time, another customer came in and while we were still standing there, she passed on stupid comments about us to this customer. Since I worked in the catering industry for 11 years myself, I know what it means to work with customers and this lady has pretty much missed her job. Something like that doesn't belong on the counter, TO THE CUSTOMERS!!!!!! We were there today, August 11, 24, around 4 p.m.

The food is the same in all branches - that's why it's simply 4 stars because Subway. The employees are friendly, some of them are simply new and therefore perhaps not as fast as in other branches - but I don't think that's that relevant here anyway. Subway will always be slower than plain burgers. Unfortunately, I can't understand the boss's comments - we are there regularly and "just as you call into the forest, it echoes back". Informal and always friendly. Unfortunately, if you behave like you do, you don't have to expect to be treated like the customer of the month. If applicable. Some reviewers should just think about the fact that this is a subway and not a star restaurant ;)

We got baguettes there to take away....fresh 🍞 bread and a large selection of toppings...always a pleasure

Perfectly run store all around. Very clean, you are greeted in a friendly manner. After a few visits you feel like you are with friends. Then there can also be a saying. The employees are very friendly. They respond very well to individual requests. But also give good tips and suggestions about the subs.

I really enjoy shopping here, even if they say the food is the same everywhere. All I can say is that it's not like that, the care taken in preparing the gluten-free sub is much greater here. There are no problems after consumption. I also ordered the sub plates there at the weekend and was extremely satisfied. The boss talked the whole thing through with me and gave me great advice.

NEVER AGAIN! So the old woman with the gray hair really doesn't have everything on her plate! Every time the old stupid sayings knock, she makes fun of her colleagues and even the customers! Every time we are there we are made fun of or our colleagues are made fun of. When we were there recently we weren't given a receipt and when we wanted to know why we were laughed at and the old woman got really upset. (I'm guessing she's putting the money in her own pocket) That's not how you treat customers not even with employees. I don't know why she has such an inferiority complex and has to butter everyone down, but because of her face alone we won't be entering the store again and it looks like we're not alone. I just don't understand why subway lets another woman like that work for them instead of firing her and giving all customers and employees a good feeling again and gaining back the customers who no longer want to go to the store because of her! If she only feels good when she puts others down, she should seek help and not work in the catering industry!

Was greeted in a friendly manner, gave good advice and the sandwiches were well topped but not overcrowded. The tables were cleaned by the staff immediately after guests had left and the boss still had time for a short conversation. I immediately felt right at home there. Always my pleasure.

The food is always very tasty, a very welcome change from the usual fast food. Unfortunately, the name doesn't say it all, so orders sometimes take a long time. As soon as I see more than 4 guests queuing, I don't go in at all because it takes a really long time due to the constantly changing staff. Unfortunately, the service is often very unfriendly, which I really dislike. The coordination between ordering and paying often doesn't work. You have to say again what you have ordered. If you want to redeem a coupon, you don't have to say it too early, but you don't have to say it too late either, otherwise you'll get bad-tempered comments again. Sometimes the service is friendly, but often not. This often takes away my motivation to eat here. A new management with a new, constant team would certainly be a solution here. The subs are probably similar on almost every subway.

Honestly, it could be a little better in all areas, but it's just great for a fast food restaurant, I don't know what problems the people who give out 1-star reviews here have. I feel like the staff just gives you back what you give to the staff, stop being such b*****s and be nice to the people who make your food then they'll be nice to you too.

The boss is extremely unfriendly! 0 stars would be more accurate. You have to listen to repeated comments from the boss or even whispered to employees while you pay. The purchase runs according to the boss's whim. Inappropriate comments are even communicated to other customers under their noses. The boss behaves cheekily and unfriendly, but the staff is even friendlier. However, very slowly, which is often the case for others (I can understand it). We were able to enjoy a cold sub in a bad mood.

We tried again in the Lübbecke branch and it was the last time. The staff were so slow that the sub ended up being cold! Impossible. Totally clumsy when it comes to handling food. We'd rather go to Bünde.

Einfach ein guter Subway. Sieht immer sehr sauber aus und die Mitarbeitenden sind auch immer sehr nett.

Für ein Subway top. Im Endeffekt allerdings immer noch „nur“ Subway, was mittelmäßige Qualität zu relational hohen Preisen bedeutet. Service super freundlich und Ambiente sehr angenehm.

Naja, ein großes SUB für fast 10€ find ich schon happig, Brot ist so lala, Rindfleisch war sehr sehnig, Soßen leider eher süss als scharf abgeschmeckt, Geschmack okay aber mehr auch nicht, vollkommen inkompetente Kassiererin. Da nehme ich doch lieber einen Lachmacun 😋

Mit Abstand der beste Subway in der Region. Das Essen schmeckt jedes Mal super. Das Brot ist schön warm und fluffig und die Zutaten sind alle sehr frisch und noch knackig. Gerade als Schüler der Berufsschule um die Ecke ist das Schüler-Menü wirklich unschlagbar. Besonders hervorheben muss ich den Service, die Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke sind wirklich unfassbar lieb und gehen auf jeden Wunsch ein. Ich selber gehe nur noch zu dieser Filiale. Was will man schließlich mehr?

Ich muss gestehen das ich ein absoluter Subway Neuling bin und schon seit mindestens 10 Jahren keinen von innen gesehen habe. Dieser Subway ist sehr modern ausgestattet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bei der Bestellung wurde sich Zeit genommen, um mit mir dieses köstliche Sandwich zu kreieren obwohl ich zur Mittagszeit dort war. Ich kann diesen Subway wirklich nur empfehlen!

Super Laden. Sehr sauber und freundlich gestaltet. Nettes Personal, super Bedienung. Der Glutenfreie Sub schmeckte super, also auch für Allergiker geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war heute da und auch vor ca. 2 Wochen. Was soll ich sagen, beides mal den gleichen Eindruck. Beim letzten Mal wurden 2 Mitarbeiter angeschrien von einer dritten Person die im Küchen/Personalbereich war. Die armen zwei taten mir total leid, man sah ihnen die unangenehme Situation an. Für den Kunden vor mir und mich war es genauso unangenehmen, alle machten das beste aus der Situation. Heute bekamen mein Partner und ich wieder das gestresste Personal zu spüren. Die eine Dame hatte wohl schon längst Feierabend, der Ersatz fehlte aber noch. Unsere subs wurden sehr lieblos zubereitet und man hörte die ganze Zeit das fluchen der einen Mitarbeiterin mit. Man konnte ihnen nichtmal böse sein weil ich jetzt schon das zweite mal die Unzufriedenheit mitbekommen habe. Der Chef muss unbedingt was ändern;)

Immer super nette Bedienung und das Essen wird exakt nach Wunsch zubereitet. Es werden auch Empfehlungen ausgesprochen wenn es neue Produkte gibt und für einen persönlichen Plausch ist immer Zeit. Leider noch nicht ans online Angebot von Subway angebunden. Liebe Grüße

Sehr freundliches Personal. Klappt zu 95% sehr gut vor Ort. Manchmal ist neues Personal da, dann dauert es oder der Ablauf passt nicht ganz. Aber völlig normal.

Subway wie jeder andere auch, nimmt an den Aktionen teil und die MA sind immer freundlich!

Also war heute in dem Subway Und muss sagen es war das beste welches ich besucht habe. Es wurden auch extra Wünsche ohne Diskussion erfüllt und die Mitarbeiter waren gut drauf und extrem freundlich. Die Zutaten waren frisch und es war super sauber.
