Subway in Bielefeld

I have 20! Waited minutes for my sub even though we were the first to order and everyone was brought forward. The store wasn't even full when we ordered. That doesn't work. That has nothing to do with good service! Update: the sub was completely cold when I received it.

Order via screen, very friendly staff and subs very well filled (quantity). Ambiance could be a little better. EnBw charging park & ​​EWE Go right next to it.

Really tasty and reasonably healthy for fast food. The staff is also friendly and always funny if you don't come just before closing time. Gianluca in particular is of course an absolute legend. We actually only come because of him.

We ordered churros that were frozen. When I took a bite, they were still frozen. It's a shame, for a piece for 3.00 euros the quality should be appropriate.

Long waiting time. The employee is sniffling and is hunched over with his nose over the sandwich he is preparing for me. I was afraid that the snot would fall on the food during preparation. I almost left. Unfortunately I also got a limp sandwich.

They simply take too much time for fast food. Instead of chatting, it's better to finish eating. Ordered for pickup at 7:45 p.m. and we're still waiting... it's 8:00 p.m.!!! To pick up!!!

Subway, always delicious. BUT this location is extremely greedy with subs. It is not uncommon for at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the meat to be missing. Value for money is not true here at all. Otherwise a top modern subway, with great facilities and self-service machines.

I had the pleasure of being served at Subway by the incredible employees Jacky and Mr. Subway. As soon as I entered the branch I felt the magic in the air - or was it just the smell of fresh bread? Jacky is a true sandwich artist genius. With a smile brighter than the neon sign outside, she whipped me up a sub that looked straight out of a picture book. She juggled the ingredients expertly and I'm sure I even heard a "Ta-Da!" when she added the jalapeños. Just fantastic! And then there's Mr. Subway. What can I say? The name is program! With energy that would put even the most energetic energy drink to shame, he prepared my cookie. Yes, you heard right, he prepared it. A little drama, a little show – and suddenly the cookie was perfectly in the bag. I could have watched him for hours. Together, Jacky and Mr. Subway are like the Batman and Robin of the sandwich world. An unbeatable team that turns a simple sandwich purchase into an unforgettable experience. My recommendation: definitely visit and don't miss this show. Bonus points if Jacky and Mr. Subway pull off a double act! Five out of five foot length subs!

I recently went to the Subway at Hansestrasse 1F in Bielefeld and was super satisfied! The food was really tasty – everything was fresh and exactly to my taste. The service was very friendly and gave me good advice. It is also practical that there are fast e-charging stations nearby. This meant I could charge my car while I enjoyed my sandwich. Definitely come back!

The two girls who work there, one of them called Jackie I think, were very friendly, super fast and the food was, as always, delicious!

First time Subway, I come in and see a screen where I have to order 😉 Then the price, savings menu 15 € shock 🤭 A large baguette and a 0.5 liter Cola. The delicious fresh baguette was positive 😀

Unfortunately, we didn't have the cheese or sauces we ordered on any of the sandwiches we ordered. I recommend not ordering at the terminal

Since the new location in Schloß Holte is not yet open until 11 p.m., we usually drive to Sennestadt. After a very friendly service with Maurice and Jacky, we just had to leave a 5 star review. Very personal service, always friendly, courteous and personable!

Super modern branch. Very hard-working staff. A coupon didn't work and they tried everything and succeeded. Food like Subway tastes. So I highly recommend this branch!

First time Subway for me, it tasted very good (a bit salty etc but it's fast food). I think Subway's concept is quite good. The toilets were ok, but only 1 standing toilet and 1 sitting toilet

What do you have ordering terminals for if you are driven away from them by a completely unfriendly employee?

Unfortunately the product range has become worse over the past few weeks, things like bread etc. are missing. Otherwise the staff has remained friendly.

I am very unpleased! Even though there are specific suggestions on the menu and I indicate to the staff that I want exactly WHAT is on the menu (The Philly Boss), they still ignore it and require me to say/indicate what I want. My brother was making a larger order for several people who were sitting in the car with children, and even though we wanted specific suggestions, my brother brought sandwiches in which he had to quickly and randomly choose the ingredients. ABSURD!

After a less than pleasant subway on the A3 recently, we had an absolutely positive experience here. Service was friendly and quick, Tim also patiently explained the individual ingredients to our daughter. The subs were tasty and the place seemed clean. A big thank you to Tim and his colleague!

So really incredible. I like going to Subway but this time it was really terrible. The employee named “Shrek” doesn’t work at all. He just annoys the guests with his “casual” and “funny” manner. Steps on someone's toes and really doesn't notice when they're crossing a line. Just talking and most of the time there isn't much material going on. At first I took it lightly, but eventually it became easy enough. I left the branch angry and was upset for a long time about how someone could be so annoying. Impossible really.

There should be 10 stars for the employees 😂Super friendly

This is the best Subway store I've ever been to! The food is prepared quickly as there is no huge crowd of people on site. Inside it was very clean and tidy, both in the dining area and in the kitchen. The atmosphere was also very relaxing and inviting. Whether alone or with friends, you feel very comfortable. The highlight, however, was the employees! They were incredibly friendly and extremely humorous. Especially the three trained boys and the likeable young lady. You feel so comfortable, as if you weren't being served by a stranger, but as if it were a brother)))

The food tastes good and the place is clean, but the poor employees are treated like robots. I felt very bad when I saw how the employees were treated by their boss and almost wanted to place my order. I'm really sorry for the employees.

Great rolled wrap, you would think it goes without saying, but unfortunately you often find out otherwise. The ingredients are fresh and the subs are skillfully topped. Every bite is a taste. The baguettes were also fresh.

Das Brot war lecker- wie bestellt! Die Pommes leider die Schlechtesten, die ich gegessen habe- sie schmeckten alt, waren kalt und "ledrig" . Es war auch sehr kalt im Raum🥶

Bei Subway kann man jetzt auf einem Computer seine Bestellung anklicken. Wenn man nicht sofort das 'Menü' sieht, sondern die Sachen einzeln auswählt und dann später merkt, dass man kein Menü zusammenstellen kann, muss man alles löschen und von vorne anfangen. Das ist ein bisschen blöd. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Meine Kinder lieben Subway, es ist immer etwas besonderes, denn oft können wir es uns nicht leisten.

Das Personal ist Super Freundlich und das Essen ist Top! Wenn es um Sauberkeit geht, dann kann ich nur gutes erzählen! Ich bin ein Stamm Kunde geworden.

Bin mittlerweile großer Subway Fan und fast jede Woche dort. Man kann sich seinen Sub individuell zusammenstellen, es ist alles frisch und lecker. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zutaten frisch zubereitet, Preise sind angemessen. Toiletten geräumig und behindertengerecht.

Der lustige Brasilianer ist der Beste! Super Laden und schnelle Bedienung!

Das "Meatless Chicken Tiryaki" ist nicht besonders lecker. Wartezeit 20 Minuten ist m.E. für Fast Food zu lange.

Subways unterscheiden sich im großen und ganzen nie voneinander da sie immer zum gleichen franchise gehören. Es steht und fällt einfach mit dem anwesende Personal, welches in diesen Subway sehr nett und entgegenkommend ist. Ich hatte ein gutes ab und einen guten Parkplatz. Immer gerne wieder.

Bestellung über Terminal funktioniert gut. Essen auch super. Dass das Personal sich streitet und scheinbar von Gästen genervt ist, geht gar nicht. Vorallem Sätze während des Konfliktes wie "Frau, wenn ich sage es ist so, dann ist das so" Sowas versaut es einem als Gast komplett. Und wenn man mit seiner Familie da 30 bis 40 Euro lässt hat das nen faden Beigeschmack. I

Die Mitarbeiterin ist top, freundlich und schnell. Der Mitarbeiter hat in der Dienstleistung nichts verloren. Bis er fertig ist, ist das Sub kalt, kommt was dazwischen, ist er überfordert und wird unhöflich.

Nicht so gut wie das Subway in Paderborn, aber soweit in Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich aber wirkte etwas gestresst obwohl kaum Gäste da waren. Enttäuscht waren wir von den Nuggets mit Panade. Die waren nicht richtig heiß und schmeckten auch kaum nach Hähnchen.

Alles was ihr fertig stellt schmeckt. Und ein Lächeln hab ihr auch noch drauf für uns..bei so vieler Kundschaft..Küssi für euch da..

Der schönste und sauberste Subway, den ich seit langem gesehen habe. Bestellung übers Terminal war einfach und verständlich, der Service ist super. Alles sauber und nett ausgestattet.

Ich finde es wirklich ein Unding, dass die Bestellungen nicht in Reihenfolge des Eingangs bearbeitet werden. Immer wenn ich am Automaten bestelle bekommen Leute die, teils lange, nach mir an der Theke bestellt ihre Sachen zuerst.

Zur Mittagszeit da gewesen und zügig essen bekommen. Am PC bestellt, konnte kein Kaffee darüber bestellen nur Softgetränke, aber an der Kasse problemlos Kaffee erhalten .

Lecker 😋 Mitarbeiter waren dem Durchschnitt entsprechend, nicht über aus freundlich, aber eben anwesend.

In den bald 25 Jahren, die ich Subway Restaurants kenne und schätze, hatte dies das ansprechendste Ambiente von allen. Die Menüführung der vorhandenen Bestellpanels ist noch ausbaufähig. Ansonsten alles topp. Große, saubere Sanitäreinrichtungen. Gut belegte Subs und freundliches Personal. Was will man noch mehr?

Als Franchise-Unternehmer sollte man auch an den Coupons des jeweiligen Franchises teilnehmen. Finde ich sehr schade, dass hier keine Coupons angenommen werden.
