Leider habe ich in dieser Subway-Filiale eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung gemacht. Beim Betreten der Filiale wurde mir direkt gesagt, dass ich am Automaten bestellen müsse, da viele Bestellungen vorlägen. Als ich erklärte, dass ich lieber persönlich am Tresen bestellen möchte, wurde darauf nicht kundenfreundlich reagiert. Im Gespräch erwähnte ich, dass es in dieser Filiale meiner Erfahrung nach häufiger Probleme gibt, während in der Filiale an der Eckendorfer Straße alles deutlich besser organisiert ist. Daraufhin wurde mir vom Mitarbeiter Ahmed sinngemäß gesagt, ich solle einfach eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben. Anschließend fragte er mich sogar, ob ich „Stress haben möchte“. Auf meine Nachfrage, was er damit meine, wich er aus und sagte nur: „Nichts, schon gut.“ Als ich daraufhin erklärte, dass ich lieber einen anderen Subway besuchen werde, bekam ich die Antwort: „Das wäre auch besser für mich.“ Ein derartiger Umgang mit Kunden ist aus meiner Sicht völlig unprofessionell und respektlos. Kritik sollte nicht mit provokanten Aussagen beantwortet werden. Ich erwarte in einem Restaurant einen höflichen und respektvollen Umgangston. Aus diesem Grund werde ich diese Filiale künftig meiden und stattdessen andere Subway-Standorte besuchen.

Alle guten Dinge sind 3. In 3 unterschiedlichen Filial gegessen. Und vom Essen in allen 3 Filialen hab ich nen flotten Otto bekommen. Die Filiale konnte es auch nicht retten. Ob es am Essen, den Zutaten oder der Hygiene lag weiß ich nicht zu sagen. SUBWAY ist das schlechteste Junkfood Franchise überhaupt.

ich schreibe Ihnen, um mich über eine Situation in Ihrer Filiale zu beschweren. Deutschland gilt im Allgemeinen als sehr hundefreundlich, insbesondere im Fast-Food-Bereich. In Ihrem Hause machten wir jedoch eine andere Erfahrung: Uns wurde der Zutritt mit unserem kleinen Hund untersagt. Zur Begründung hieß es, dass ein entsprechendes Verbotsschild an der Tür angebracht sei. Ich möchte die Geschäftsführung ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, dass an der Tür kein solches Schild zu finden war. Ein Verbot ohne sichtbare Kennzeichnung schränkt mich in meiner Handlungsfreiheit ein und führt zu unangenehmen Missverständnissen vor Ort. Falls Hunde in Ihren Räumlichkeiten nicht erwünscht sind, sollte ein deutliches Schild direkt auf der Tür angebracht werden, um Klarheit für alle Kunden zu schaffen. Da uns der Zutritt verwehrt blieb, konnte ich mir leider keinen Eindruck von der Inneneinrichtung verschaffen und kann das Ambiente daher nicht bewerten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von meinem letzten Besuch bei Subway. Direkt am Anfang habe ich dem Mitarbeiter gesagt, dass ich einen Kaufland-Coupon habe. Daraufhin hat er mir empfohlen, zweimal das „Sub des Tages“ (15 cm) zu bestellen, was ich auch genauso gemacht habe – ohne zusätzliche Zutaten. Nachdem ich bezahlt hatte, habe ich ihn freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich genau um diese Bestellung handelt. Seine Reaktion war absolut unverständlich: Er hat den bereits fertigen Sub einfach wieder an sich genommen und nicht herausgegeben. Außerdem funktionierte der QR-Code angeblich nicht an der Tafel, sondern nur an der Kasse – etwas, das er sehr wahrscheinlich vorher wusste. Am Ende musste ich statt der beworbenen 3,99 € ganze 6,45 € bezahlen. Besonders unangenehm fand ich zusätzlich, dass ich noch gefragt wurde, aus welchem Land ich komme – das war völlig unangebracht. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung: unklare Kommunikation, fragwürdiges Verhalten und ein respektloser Umgang mit Kunden. So stellt man sich Service definitiv nicht vor.

Beste Subway in ganz Bielefeld!! Mega freundlich und kompetent , vorallem Angelina und Wiam , sehr freundlich. Sauber und aufgeräumt . Sind sehr zufrieden kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Versehentlich woanders per App bestellt, da gleiche Strasse. Vor Ort mit einer "Managerin" verbunden. Dort schlimmste Kommunikation ever, Details spare ich mir. Der Chef relativierte das Ganze. Habe es Subway gemeldet und mein App Konto direkt gelöscht.

Ungewohnt geräumige Filiale von Subway. Alles sauber und nette Mitarbeiter gibt es auch.

Subway hat hier vor kurzem eine Neueröffnung gefeiert. Und nun ja - dieser Subway gefällt mir deutlich besser als der an der Eckendorfer! Schick, modern und vor allem deutlich weniger los als an der Eckendorfer.

Essen war gut, ebenso wie die Ambiente. Leider sind die Mitarbeiter extrem Inkompetent…ich habe über das Terminal bestellt und war der einzige Kunde und habe ÜBER 15 Minuten auf mein Essen gewartet. Erst nach Nachfragen, wurde meine Bestellung bearbeitet. Unglaublich

Excellent Subway. Newly opened this year. Everything is nice and clean, the staff is friendly, there's plenty of space, and the place is solidly furnished. The self-service kiosks also reduce the wait time when ordering. One of the better Subways.

The sub of the day was a complete mess. But it's my fault, I don't really like Subway anyway and ordered something silly. I wouldn't order it again.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. The employee was extremely rude to us and misunderstood our order several times. The sub was okay, but the waffle fries were a disaster—no seasoning and very soggy.

Not an option for a wheelchair user! I can't get in without assistance, and the restroom isn't accessible either! The woman who took my order was incredibly rude and abrupt 😔 Subway isn't an option like this!!!!

Today, I wanted to redeem a "MEGA DEAL: Footlong Family Meal" voucher for €17.99. I initially announced this before ordering. At the checkout, I was then informed that the voucher wasn't valid for the gyro-style sub and that promotional subs weren't eligible. When I pointed out that I had pointed this out before ordering, they shrugged off the request and pointed out that it was stated in the terms and conditions of the vouchers. My point that it wasn't stated there was of no interest – it's just the way it is. As a courtesy, they then charged me a 2-for-1 voucher, and while I ended up paying €22.99 less than the regular price for the family meal, it was still €5 more than I would have paid with the correct voucher. In my opinion, the customer-friendly solution would have been to simply bill me for a different sub or offer me a different one. Attached are screenshots of the vouchers and the corresponding terms and conditions, where there is no mention of any restrictions on the subs.

"Emma" will be showing off her TikTok channel today at 11:00 a.m. how she creates hygiene deficiencies behind the scenes during production live on camera. Her slogan: discover the taste of Subway 😂. Private glass drinking bottles are being used during the production of cucumbers and peppers. They either have no idea about hygiene, cleanliness, and safety, or are subtly requesting an inspection by the Office of Health and Consumer Protection. Blink twice if you need help, Emma... Clear recommendation: please do not order from here. (But maybe she doesn't know any better, so please don't livestream behind the scenes either...) But maybe it's not Emma at all, but Manuel Neuer 😉

The new Subway is great! Friendly, delicious, and modern.

The charm of a train station concourse!!! Stuffy and hot, windows closed, air conditioning off. Almost unbearable. The employees are overwhelmed and extremely slow. We ended up giving almost €10 too little change, luckily we noticed in time... The sub was very sparsely topped, and the bread had probably been burnt in the oven for too long...

Very average experience. The “sandwich artists” were quite stingy with the toppings. It started with the beef and cream cheese and continued over at the salad toppings. The bread seemed dry. Subway is not as good as I remember it.

I was just there at 8:30 p.m., and I've never seen such an unpleasant employee. I didn't even order and walked out. Absolutely not. You don't have to speak perfect German, but a smile is enough.

Never ever. The bread was old, extremely dry, and not at all tasty. Fewer and fewer ingredients. The sweet onion sauce was also different than usual! 😒

The shop looks very old and run-down. You wouldn't really want to eat there. The service wasn't much better, unfortunately. The man serving the sandwich seemed ill, so we decided against a sub. There's nothing very appetizing about someone sniffling and coughing while they prepare it. The lady at the cash register seemed very annoyed to have to work today. Unfortunately, that wasn't a very customer-friendly attitude. Overall, we won't go there again and will instead visit the shop on Eckendorfer Straße. At least they make sure to be friendly without slamming the product down on you or snorting disparagingly.

What friendly service! Aiham and Anhelina, the best service, super fast, clean, and with a genuine smile, simply top-notch and worth more than 5 stars! Such employees are worth their weight in gold. I work in customer service myself, and with employees like them, you can only win! See you soon!

It's a shame that this branch is closing. In my experience, the employees there are the nicest of all the Bielefeld branches and are always relaxed, even when there is a lot going on.

1 star only because of the 2 staff. Seems like they hate their job and i felt like i was asking for free food. It was exactly 14:30 on 15.03.25. These kind of people should not serve people with their grumpy attitude. Find a better job you love.

Nowadays, dogs are allowed in almost all restaurants. I find it impossible that there is no sign posted. If I had known this before ordering, I would neither have eaten here nor taken food with me. Once and never again. Sorry!

I've known this subway for a few years and have had mixed experiences - it really depends on which employees are working at the time. Sometimes the sandwiches are excellent, well topped and fresh, while other days it's less impressive. I don't know why exactly - maybe it's the amount of topping used or how fresh the ingredients on display actually are. Some time ago I had a really negative experience: an employee was extremely economical in his consumption, and when I politely asked if he could please take a little more, he rudely said that he couldn't because a camera was monitoring him. Sure, there are regulations, I understand that, but the way he said it was anything but customer friendly. That almost made me stop going. However, there has been an employee for a few months now - I'm not sure whether she's Russian or Ukrainian. She tops the sandwiches perfectly, is friendly and makes sure that everything tastes really good. She's the only reason I still go there. When I see it's there, I know it's going to taste good. The subway is clean and the tables are tidy, which is definitely a plus.

Fast service, stressful at peak times due to the size of the room. Otherwise standard Subway quality. If you like it, you'll enjoy it there too. However, if you have problems with strangers in a small space, it is better to go out to eat at unusual times.

Was there yesterday around 10:20 p.m. Was served by a very tall, young lady with a slight accent (possibly Russian). She had absolutely no interest in her job and was constantly annoyed and unfriendly. My questions (which types of bread are available, for example) were ignored. She just stared at you. Customers after me were also treated rudely. Maybe you should change the staff.

Where should I start? Monday evening at 6:30 p.m., in transit. So oh a subway, parking entrance way too short, but ok. Inside there were 2 service staff and exactly 2 couples to serve. One person has probably been there for a long time, the other one who is still learning and has no idea how to use and do which Subway Sany ordered according to the menu. We wanted to eat at the restaurant after the long drive. The tables looked like they had been wiped with a dirty rag from the morning, they were sticky and had unpleasant streaks. The restaurant floor was well stocked with all sorts of leftover food that had fallen off the tables, etc. Then we got the food, the Sub BBQ...as a menu with riffle potatoes. The sub was enjoyable, even though I had eaten better subs in Lower Saxony. But the riffle potatoes were soggy, soft and completely inedible. Then came the walk to the women's toilet. So it's a good thing that there was an imitation wood PVC covering there, because judging by the cobwebs and spiders on the floor and all the strange streaks on the floor, the mop was probably hardly used. The bandage bucket was overflowing, as was the paper towel bucket. The toilet was at least superficially clean (I didn't dare look underneath). After I got soap out of the contactless dispenser, I was able to wash my hands and disinfect them afterwards. According to my partner, the men's toilet was completely empty of soap (empty) and no paper towels either. Oh and a very big RISK: the emergency exit was locked from the inside with a padlock. Conclusion: this Subway restaurant is definitely NOT recommended.

Fast food. But somehow better than Meckes and Co. Maybe because of the fresh vegetables and without an awful lot of chemical sauce.

So when I see the waitress taking her salad out of the cans and eating it and then serving the people with her mouth full and talking to them, I forget everything! You can move to the back if you want to eat something, but that's not how you serve customers!

The lady was very nice and patient with me. As always, the food was very tasty and fresh.

The ambience is traditional Subway. There are no counters to order or no machines. It is ordered directly at the counter. What should be highlighted in the branch is the friendly service, which is very accommodating. Better than other branches.

Unfriendly and overwhelmed staff

Went to Subway for the first time yesterday I was really a bit confused with my wife, the young lady with dark hair yesterday had a really sweet smile. Service for the customers was great and really friendly. Gave us great advice on getting a sub. Come by often :) Parking is very tight unfortunately!

Open until 11 p.m. but cleaning starts at 7 p.m., the coffee machine is cleaned at 8 p.m. so no more coffee is available, the refrigerator is cleared out, a baguette is made by 2 employees, each ingredient is paid for individually, staff is slow and incompetent

War zum erstmal dort. Wahrscheinlich habe ich mein lieblingssub noch nicht gefunden.

Die Servicekraft ( ein junger Mann), hat sehr engagiert, kompetent, schnell und freundlich die Bestellung von uns erledigt

Mitarbeiter die nicht richtig zuhören und sich kurz vor Ladenschluss über jeden einzelnen Kunden lästern, selbst über eine normale Familie mit Kindern die sich absolut nichts haben zu Schulden kommen lassen. Wer weiß ob sie nicht noch über mich und meine Freunde gelästert haben. Ich persönlich hoffe, dass andere Kunden sowas nicht mitkriegen müssen. Außerdem werde ich selber diese Filiale nicht mehr betreten, denn es gibt in Bielefeld zum Glück noch ein paar mehr Standorte.

Gerne genutzter Zwischenstopp auf Reisen! Nur etwa 3 Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt, mit Tankstelle gegenüber und immer sauberer Toilette.

Fürchterlich. Angeblich bis 23.00 Uhr geöffnet, aber bereits um 21.30 Uhr musste geputzt werden und wir sollten eine halbe Stunde warten. Danke, dann eben zu Burger King.

Spät abends,kurz vor Schluss dagewesen.Service trotzdem 100%. Vorbildlich war der Umgang nachdem man meatless bestellt hat. Es wurde gefragt ob Handschuhe gewechselt werden sollen(weil sie parallel eine Bestellung mit Fleisch und Käse bearbeitet hat) und hat alternative vegane Toppings vorgeschlagen. Das habe ich zwar nicht beansprucht,aber allein die Nachfrage hat mich wirklich glücklich gestimmt👍 Super lecker war es wie immer natürlich auch:) Also sehr zu empfehlen, auch an die veggies unter uns ! :)

Unfreundlich, ungemütlich, unhygienisch und garnicht lecker.

Fahre da öfters entlang um 23:30 steht außen noch OPEN Halte an ziehe an der Tür geschlossen Öffnungszeiten bis 23 Uhr Falls ihr pünktlich schließt und den Laden noch abschließen müsst dann auch Schild außen rechtzeitig aus machen. Halten bestimmt viele noch an in der Hoffnung einen sub zubekommen
