Very little occupied in contrast to other subways

Subway offers hot drinks in reusable deposit cups and explicitly instructs customers to return them. However, if they do, they don't get their deposit back. On the contrary, the staff explains that Subway doesn't accept deposit cups, using a very disrespectful tone. When I refused to leave, they handed me the deposit from a cup under the counter. I will definitely avoid this company in the future.

Everything was perfect and as always great sups. I would just like to wish that there is also a supway in Bielefeld/Quell and that you can also buy original Coca-Cola at supways.

Pre-orders aren't prepared in a timely manner (you wait forever after the pickup time). Then there aren't enough items left. There's no support to get the 5 euros back; the online ticket is simply closed without comment.

It was delicious there again... Tracey, one of the employees, is in such a good mood and jokes around with us customers that it's okay to wait in line for a few minutes longer.

I was here at midnight and was told they were closed, but online it says 1 a.m. I was looking forward to my sub.

Wiam super friendly and helpful, great service

On June 20, 2025, I was at the Subway restaurant at Eckendorfer Straße 37 in Bielefeld with two friends. The employee named Wahid was very rude to us. Even though we had ordered normally, he threw us out of the restaurant without reason and without respect. This behavior is completely unacceptable. We request that the incident be reviewed and appropriate action taken, and this was not the first time this has happened with this employee.

I came especially, but it was closed. Both the website and Google Maps said it was closed until 1:00 a.m. I arrived at midnight. The employee was unfriendly and unprofessional.

My visit to Subway was... okay. The selection of ingredients was varied as usual, and my sandwich was freshly prepared. The taste was solid—nothing mind-blowing, but definitely not bad either. The service was friendly, if rather reserved. Everything went fairly quickly, but the store overall seemed a bit lackluster—neither particularly inviting nor particularly unpleasant. Cleanliness was okay, but some areas (e.g., tables or the drinks area) could use a bit more attention. What you get is basically exactly what you'd expect from Subway: a custom-made sandwich that fills you up quickly—but definitely not a culinary highlight.

I like going to this Subway and have never been disappointed

I'm very disappointed. The sub was extremely sparsely tossed, and it took quite a while after ordering at the kiosk. It tasted good, but there was just not enough for the price. The place was very warm and stuffy.

The terminals are useless, and coupons can't be used. But that only becomes apparent after the order process. So, a waste of time! I've gone to the competition!

It was delicious. I love me those great sandwiches. Great fast food choice, and much healthier.

I had a very stressful day and was completely distracted, so I was quite slow when it came to ordering. The team cheered me up and were really attentive to my needs. Thank you for that! The food is also good and perfect for a quiet evening.

My favorite Subway. The subs are delicious and the employees are friendly and motivated. Wahid, in particular, is an unrivaled legend as a Subway sandwich artist.

Two of us were there for dinner. We entered our order on the terminal and then wanted to enter a promotional code. We tried a few times until an employee told us that the codes couldn't be entered there. We then had to repeat our order verbally at the counter. If you set up terminals like this, they should work.

Modern and clean branch with very nice staff. The subs are great as always.

I pre-ordered with a pickup time and had to wait another 20 minutes on site, something like that shouldn't happen.

My favorite subway! Great atmosphere, nice places to sit, clean and always a great and friendly team of employees. Thanks to Midya and Omid for the delicious sub and the great welcome, I'll be happy to come back again and again. :)

Juice shop, display incorrect prices

Unfortunately it's pretty dirty here in the store. Crumbs and leftover food on the floor everywhere...

Echt lecker, schnelle Bedienung

Open until 1am on Saturday? But the employees were extremely annoyed that we ordered something at 0:20. A lot of what we wanted was empty and this should be updated at the machine. It's a shame, even though I've been here several times, I didn't see it as clean.

48€ for parking? If you sit in the store for a long time to eat and talk, you will be asked to pay a lot when parking. Absolute rip off!!!

The employees were better back then and the store was going under. Was served rudely by the manager (Tracy). The netted potatoes were weaker than those from McDonald's and you have to manage that first. I only wanted my sub with tomatoes, cucumbers and corn and they put very little on it. When I asked for something more because there were only 3 things I was told that it would cost extra. So whether you take everything or only take 3 things, the sub costs the same, I don't understand...

I was there with my husband and little son a few days ago. So Wiam is the best sandwich artist I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing at Subway. Great praise, honestly, I've never received such good advice as I did with him 😊.

I now find eating there to be really overpriced for normal people. You should give up franchising and find a reasonable price. I don't go there anymore, I can't afford it anymore

Completely overpriced! Two half subs and two cokes for over €20. Now I remember why I never eat here and prefer to go to the competition. In any case, you get more service for the money. Unfortunately I didn't receive any receipt.

So the sub tastes okay and edible. But the staff is very lacking. We were there on April 18th. at around 8:30 p.m. in the Eckendorfer branch. There were 4 employees working. Two ladies and two gentlemen. The smaller (medium-sized) gentleman was very unfriendly, just threw all the ingredients around and gave me a very serious and angry look when he didn't understand which cheese I wanted. By the way, he and one of his colleagues looked at customers who came in and giggled and sometimes laughed at them while they were working so dirty and without concentration. The taller, slim gentleman is actually quite nice, but he makes far too many jokes and comments on everything you want on the sub, so it's very unpleasant for us customers. One of the ladies, who was relatively quiet, was very nice and fine. I hope that the many negative reviews that have emerged in recent months will lead to branch management making staff aware of their behavior. LG

Typical Subway... Subs are always delicious, the selection is wide and there are always nice promotional days with certain subs. Unfortunately, Subway is becoming more and more expensive, like everyone else, but you still get your money's worth here. Really tasty and filling!

I ordered something to be delivered a total of 3 times. When ordering for the first time: No drink included, no two types of cheese as ordered. 2. Delivery: no drink included, no 2 different types of cheese. 3. Delivery of the SUB ordered was missing the second type of cheese and the iceberg lettuce. I strongly advise against having this delivered, leaving out ingredients is cheating! And if you are not able to deliver drinks and blame it on the supplier when asked, it is inhumane and bottom drawer! Apparently they only do their job when you're there and watching. Stop the delivery service again if you only care about fraud.

Very crunchy bread, fast and friendly staff. Unfortunately, people in wheelchairs will hardly be able to use the toilet because the planning was wrong.

The bad rating only applies to the employee Wahid. He tries to be funny (at the expense of the customers), but is very, very unfriendly as a result. You feel attacked and not taken seriously. Unprofessional behavior towards his customers. He was also insulting to his colleague. Otherwise Subway is great.

Got the best sub of my life here today - salami with extra love. <3 The employees are always nice, well trained, funny and treat each other nicely. This branch is probably doing something right! I always enjoy being here

We have eaten here several times and have always been very satisfied. The service is always friendly, the subs are always tasty and plentiful. Even when it was very busy today and customers actually complained for no reason, the staff was very friendly and didn't let themselves be put off. That impressed us again in a very positive way.

They only tell you when the sandwich is prepared that you can't redeem a coupon, which forced me to pay the full price.

Bin früher sehr gerne dort hin gegangen aber in letzter Zeit weniger , werde auch nicht mehr dort hin gehen das Personal ist sehr unhöflich , man wird immer böse angeschaut sobald man extra wünsche hat. Die Sandwiches sehen schrecklich aus die klatschen das einfach darauf lieblos Sehr schade früher war es deutlich besser .

Meine "Liblingssystemgastro' wenn man es so sagen kann. Durch die Bestllterminalas noch viel besser. Man kann in Ruhe schauen was man möchte. Die Subs waren richtig lecker. Einzig das Ambiente erinnert etwas an OP Saal und es war zu dem Zeitpunkt zu dem wir da waren nicht ganz sauber auf den Tischen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Subway Filiale und sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Besuch gewesen. Wir sind von Jasmin sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und sie hat die Bestellung sehr schnell und rasch zubereitet und dabei stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen gehabt. Dabei hat diese Filiale sogar Bestellterminals, aber wir bevorzugen den persönlichen Kontakt. Die Subs sind sehr lecker gewesen. Als Nachtisch haben wir uns noch jeweils einen XXL-Cookie gegönnt mit Macadamia Nüssen und dazu eine Tasse Kaffee. Soooo lecker schmecker. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!
