Subway in Bielefeld

Wir hatten ein tolles Erlebnis bei Subway. Die Sandwiches waren frisch, lecker und genau nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet. Der Service war schnell und freundlich, was Subway zu einem idealen Ort für eine schnelle Mahlzeit macht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nie wieder, das was dort als ein Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich bezeichnet wird sehe ich als Zumutung an.

Heute habe ich ausnahmsweise am Schalter bestellt da die Schlange echt lang war.Bei meiner Bestellung war kein Käse ( obwohl für extra bezahlt wurde),es waren Paprika und Zwiebeln drauf obwohl ich ohne angegeben habe, des Weiteren wurden die Gurken vergessen und bei der zweiten Hälfte da 30cm wurde die Soße vergessen es war trocken bei meinem Kind habe Ich vegetarisch bestellt ich wollte nur das Brot und den Patti (es war nur das Brot drin. Ich hatte zum mitnehmen bestellt und habe leider erst zuhause den sub aufgemacht.Normalerweise hat es immer gut geschmeckt.Nächstes Mal dann lieber wider in der Schlange warten

Ich möchte klarstellen, das anwesnde Personal hat absolt nichts mit der Service-Bewertung zu tun. Es liegt einzig und allein an diesen Bestellautomaten. Nicht nur das die Dinger entgegen allem stehen was in der Gastronomie dazu gehört, sie sind unpersönlich, eine Keimschleuder, bieten keine Möglichkeit etwas auszutauschen oder sich davon inspirieren zu lassen. Ob das Essen dann schnell fertig war? Ja. Hat es geschmeckt? Es war Subway. Das Ambiente ist eben clean. Okay. Aber ich möchte mein Sub nicht bei einem Seelenlosen Automaten bestellen, sondern bei einem - bestenfalls - gut gelaunten mitarbeitenden Menschen. Ob nun System-Gastro oder nicht.

Sonniger Tag, großer Hunger, ein footlong Sub ist in so einem Moment genau das, was ich brauche. Letzten Samstag haben meine werte Partnerin und ich vor unserem Schwimmbadbesuch einen Abstecher beim Subway gemacht. Über das Terminal konnten wir schnell unsere Bestellung aufgeben und wurden genau so schnell bedient. Das Essen war lecker und großzügig portioniert. Mit dem 3€ Gutschein auf den footlong Sub war es zudem noch günstig. Die Filiale wirkt, neben kleineren Ausnahmen sauber und gepflegt. Wir werden diesen Sommer bestimmt noch öfter wiederkommen!

Lecker und freundliches Personal

Immer alle nett und bemüht. Das Restaurant macht einen sauberen Eindruck. Der Sitzbereich könnte jedoch öfters gereinigt werden.. viele Krümel, klebrige Tische, etc.

Sehr nettes Personal! Location ist sauber und ordentlich. Gelegen an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße nicht so optimal, aber dafür gut erreichbar.

Beste Filiale die ich kenne, die Dame mit Brille hat immer ein flotten Spruch auf den Lippen und ist stets gut gelaunt, komme gerne wieder. PS:Was Gett?

Ich war am 14.06 um 1:40 Uhr da und der Mitarbeiter sagt, das der Laden schon zu ist obwohl die bis 2 Uhr aufhaben. Begründung ist, dass die in der letzter Minute kein Bestellung aufnehmen

War echt lecker nur die Geräuschkulisse war blöd lang halt daran das es die Hauptstraße war

Ich war letztens da habe mir einen subway gekauft (der lecker war) und ich vermute mal die Chefin (eine dame die dort arbeitet) war echt sehr unhöflich mit dem Personal! Sowas soll heutzutage nicht existieren!

Wir waren kurz vor Feierabend dort und wurden trotzdem sehr freundlich bedient. Alle Zutaten waren frisch und die Zubereitung ging schnell. Das Team war super aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis – gerne wieder!

Man sollte sehr starke Nerven und Geduld mitbringen, wenn ein gewisses „Schätzchen“ arbeitet. Anstatt zu arbeiten, wird dem Kind vor mir mehrmals erklärt, dass es sich die Bestellung seiner Mutter merken soll. Sie hätte es doch schließlich eben selbst gesagt (warum auch immer das Kind das dann wiederholen muss, anstatt einfach die Bestellung der Mutter abzuarbeiten). Dann wurde noch Pädagogisches Fachwissen verbreitet, dass er in der Schule aber besser aufpassen müsse, während sich die Mutter peinlich berührt das dritte Mal wiederholt, dass es ihnen leid tut, weil sie das erste Mal bei Subway wären. Nachdem ich dann endlich dran war (bei 2 Kunden vor mir…) wurde mein Sub vergessen in den Ofen zu legen, während fröhlich mit den nächsten Kunden gescherzt wurde. Auch die sehr übergriffige Ansprache der Mitarbeiterin war äußerst anstrengend. Der Rest der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett, das Sub war ok, wenn auch sehr vertrocknet. Leider kein nächster Besuch mehr, da meine Nerven eine weitere Konversation mit dieser Dame nicht aushalten würden.

Schätzchen Schätzchen Schätzchen!!! Jeder weiß, wer damit gemeint ist. Bitte schult das Personal besser, oder lasst sie andere Aufgaben machen. Das ist respektlos, sexistisch und unmotiviert: Eine einfache Bestellung dauert ewig. Ich bestell meinen Sub, ein Kind kommt dazwischen, Bestellung vergessen, stattdessen gratis Käse an die Kleinen verteilt. Total nett und kein Problem. Aber: 15 Minuten Wartezeit für einen Sub, und der Laden war leer! Dann noch 'Schätzchen' als Ansprache und der Vorwurf, ich solle mich konzentrieren, ich hätte mir mal vorher Gedanken zu meinem Sub machen sollen, das geht gar nicht. Als Gast fühlt man sich so nicht ernst genommen. Ich zahle ja für den Service und erwarte Höflichkeit. Hey Subway: Macht endlich ordentliche Schulungen für Gastfreundlichkeit. Ihr seid Systemgastronomie? Dann auch umsetzen!

Wir hatten heute ein tolles Bestellerlebnis. Danke an Tracy für die gute Laune. Weiter so. Solche Mitarbeiter bräuchte es viel mehr.

Essen war lecker aber das personal hat alle meine subs die ich konfiguriert habe falsche gemacht es wurde zutaten drauf gelegt die ich nicht bestellt habe so das es nicht mehr genießbar war

Brot war zu hart und Cookie hart

Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Bestellung wurde komplett falsch gemacht… Die Hälfte davon wurde erstmal vergessen. Ich musste leider zurückfahren. Dann mit dem fehlenden Sub nach Hause gefahren, nur um zu bemerken, dass der andere „Footlong Sub“ gar nicht vegan war, sondern mit Fleisch und anderen Zutaten die überhaupt nicht zu meiner Bestellung gehörten, belegt war. Für den Preis war das eine große Enttäuschung!

Immer sehr lecker, große Auswahl und macht gut satt. Vor allem dass man selber entscheidet, was in das Sandwich oder den Wrap kommt, gefällt mir gut. Gibt auch immer wieder mal was neues.

Ich mache eigentlich sonst keine Bewertungen für Fast-Food-Ketten, aber dieser Subway bekommt 5 Sterne. Dieser hier ist weitaus besser als die meisten Subways, wo ich bisher war. Es hat nicht nur richtig lecker geschmeckt (obwohl ich die Zutaten wie immer benutzt habe), sondern auch sehr frisch. Und ganz wichtig: wir hatten kein Bauchgrummeln danach.

Ich gehe gerne zu Subway. Diese Filiale gefällt mir sehr gut. Ich bekomme mein Sub genau so, wie ich ihn gerne esse. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Ich habe die Wahl, ob ich persönlich bei einem Mitarbeiter bestelle oder an einem der Automaten. Das finde ich super. Sie helfen mir sogar, den richtigen Gutschein zu finden. Die Filiale ist sauber und ordentlich. Danke, ich komme gerne.

Ich bin seit Jahren Stammkunde bei Subway und komme grundsätzlich gern. Allerdings fällt eine Mitarbeiterin namens Trazy wiederholt durch einen sehr unfreundlichen Umgangston auf sowohl gegenüber Kunden als auch im Team. Das trübt jedes Mal spürbar die Atmosphäre, wenn sie vor Ort ist. Abgesehen davon habe ich nichts zu bemängeln der Laden ist super.

Die Anfertigung des Essens dauerte geschlagene 20 Minuten . Die Tische waren verdreckt , nicht zu empfehlen!

24/7 nehmen die keine Bestellungen bei uber eats/lieferando wenn man was bestellen will an zu Zeiten wo Safe nichts los ist. Da sitzt irgendwer der anklickt „zur Zeit keine Bestellungen“ damit die nicht arbeiten müssen.

Hatten 2 für 1 Gutschein. leider war die Beschreibung völlig undurchsichtig, so dass 1 Sub bestellt wurde und es kein zweites umsonst gab. (Beschreibung: bestelle ein 15cm Sub und erhalte ein zweites umsonst). Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage vor dem Aushändigen der Bestellung als auch danach, wurde zwar anerkannt, dass wir 2 für 1 haben wollten, auch den passenden Gutschein hatten, aber weil es jetzt falsch in der Kasse war, könne man da nix mehr machen. Man könnte uns auch nicht einfach zu den Subs in der Vorbereitung einfach noch mal eines dazu machen. Wir könnten aber noch eines bestellen und bezahlen, dann würden wir ein zweites zu dieser Bestellung kostenlos bekommen.

Auf diese Subway Filiale kann man sich immer verlassen. Wie Tracy sich um die Kunden kümmert, ist einfach einmalig. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich, als würde man in sein Stammlokal kommen. Die Qualität der Sandwiches passt immer! Die Zutaten sind frisch und die Brote mega lecker! Leider haben die Cookies etwas nachgelassen, sie sind teilweise sehr trocken. Das scheint aber am Produkt selbst zu liegen, da es mir bereits in einigen Filialen aufgefallen ist. Dennoch halten wir hier immer wieder gerne an um etwas zu essen ☺️

Hello. I went to Subway again after a long time. Up until 3-4 years ago, I used to go several times a month. Subway is generally my go-to fast-food chain because they have the most variety and are also one of the healthiest fast-food restaurants. I always enjoy going there, even though I've ordered pretty much the same thing for years, with only a few exceptions. I always find the food delicious, and the cookies are especially amazing! Since they started offering sides, it's nice to have something different than just subs. I'm always happy to go to Subway!

Tastes very good, but the price has risen extremely in recent years; without deals it's actually too expensive.

Super friendly staff. We'd love to come back. The food was delicious, too.

Very little occupied in contrast to other subways

Subway offers hot drinks in reusable deposit cups and explicitly instructs customers to return them. However, if they do, they don't get their deposit back. On the contrary, the staff explains that Subway doesn't accept deposit cups, using a very disrespectful tone. When I refused to leave, they handed me the deposit from a cup under the counter. I will definitely avoid this company in the future.

Everything was perfect and as always great sups. I would just like to wish that there is also a supway in Bielefeld/Quell and that you can also buy original Coca-Cola at supways.

Pre-orders aren't prepared in a timely manner (you wait forever after the pickup time). Then there aren't enough items left. There's no support to get the 5 euros back; the online ticket is simply closed without comment.

It was delicious there again... Tracey, one of the employees, is in such a good mood and jokes around with us customers that it's okay to wait in line for a few minutes longer.

I was here at midnight and was told they were closed, but online it says 1 a.m. I was looking forward to my sub.

Wiam super friendly and helpful, great service

On June 20, 2025, I was at the Subway restaurant at Eckendorfer Straße 37 in Bielefeld with two friends. The employee named Wahid was very rude to us. Even though we had ordered normally, he threw us out of the restaurant without reason and without respect. This behavior is completely unacceptable. We request that the incident be reviewed and appropriate action taken, and this was not the first time this has happened with this employee.

I came especially, but it was closed. Both the website and Google Maps said it was closed until 1:00 a.m. I arrived at midnight. The employee was unfriendly and unprofessional.

My visit to Subway was... okay. The selection of ingredients was varied as usual, and my sandwich was freshly prepared. The taste was solid—nothing mind-blowing, but definitely not bad either. The service was friendly, if rather reserved. Everything went fairly quickly, but the store overall seemed a bit lackluster—neither particularly inviting nor particularly unpleasant. Cleanliness was okay, but some areas (e.g., tables or the drinks area) could use a bit more attention. What you get is basically exactly what you'd expect from Subway: a custom-made sandwich that fills you up quickly—but definitely not a culinary highlight.

I like going to this Subway and have never been disappointed

I'm very disappointed. The sub was extremely sparsely tossed, and it took quite a while after ordering at the kiosk. It tasted good, but there was just not enough for the price. The place was very warm and stuffy.

The terminals are useless, and coupons can't be used. But that only becomes apparent after the order process. So, a waste of time! I've gone to the competition!

It was delicious. I love me those great sandwiches. Great fast food choice, and much healthier.

I had a very stressful day and was completely distracted, so I was quite slow when it came to ordering. The team cheered me up and were really attentive to my needs. Thank you for that! The food is also good and perfect for a quiet evening.

My favorite Subway. The subs are delicious and the employees are friendly and motivated. Wahid, in particular, is an unrivaled legend as a Subway sandwich artist.

Two of us were there for dinner. We entered our order on the terminal and then wanted to enter a promotional code. We tried a few times until an employee told us that the codes couldn't be entered there. We then had to repeat our order verbally at the counter. If you set up terminals like this, they should work.

Modern and clean branch with very nice staff. The subs are great as always.

Unfortunately it's pretty dirty here in the store. Crumbs and leftover food on the floor everywhere...

Echt lecker, schnelle Bedienung

Open until 1am on Saturday? But the employees were extremely annoyed that we ordered something at 0:20. A lot of what we wanted was empty and this should be updated at the machine. It's a shame, even though I've been here several times, I didn't see it as clean.

5 people and 3 customers and half an hour waiting for poor service

48€ for parking? If you sit in the store for a long time to eat and talk, you will be asked to pay a lot when parking. Absolute rip off!!!

The employees were better back then and the store was going under. Was served rudely by the manager (Tracy). The netted potatoes were weaker than those from McDonald's and you have to manage that first. I only wanted my sub with tomatoes, cucumbers and corn and they put very little on it. When I asked for something more because there were only 3 things I was told that it would cost extra. So whether you take everything or only take 3 things, the sub costs the same, I don't understand...

I was there with my husband and little son a few days ago. So Wiam is the best sandwich artist I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing at Subway. Great praise, honestly, I've never received such good advice as I did with him 😊.

Completely overpriced! Two half subs and two cokes for over €20. Now I remember why I never eat here and prefer to go to the competition. In any case, you get more service for the money. Unfortunately I didn't receive any receipt.
