Hygiene ist eine Katastrophe!!! Habe danach einen Magen Darm Infekt bekommen.Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Lecker und gut befüllter Döner! Auf den Tischen steht auch Zitronensaft, Salz, Pfeffer und Chili je nach Bedarf. Einziger Kritkpunkt: zu wenig Soße

Dönnerrolle bestellt und explizit gesagt was man nicht drauf haben möchte. Es war trotzdem drauf. Zum Glück früh genug bemerkt und einer allergischen Reaktion vermieden.

Unfreundliches Personal, welches bei einem vollbezahlten Kalbdöner, nur ein Stück abschneiden und mehrfach faltet, Währenddessen zweimal mit Salat und Sauce drüber getan wurde. Freundlich war der Mitarbeiter auch nicht. Ich kann das niemandem empfehlen der wirklich einen guten Döner essen möchte.

Fleisch ist mit Weizenmehl gestreckt, was kein Qualitätsmerkmal ist, dafür sind die Allergene angegeben. Dönerteller kostet 13,50€, Portion ist aber groß genug. Hauseigene Brudi-Sauce ist so ähnlich wie Cocktailsauce. Essen schmeckt aber lecker, die Pommes sind sehr gut.

Ein normales Erlebnis. Es gibt 3 Sterne Abzug für 1. mit Fleisch gegeizt, obwohl mit extra Fleisch (+2€!!) bestellt wurde - und wurde auch abkassiert. der Döner hätte grundsätzlich mit mehr Inhalt befüllt werden können… 2. Döner war beim Essen unten direkt aufgerissen, es ist alles rausgefallen und ich habe dann eine Dönerteller mit Brot gehabt…. 3. Es muss noch Soße oben auf den Döner drauf. Personal war normal freundlich, Ambiente ist sehr schön und grundsätzlich ist der Döner lecker.

Isch besser möge andere Kebab in Stadt is Nix saftig mit Sauce seien alt. Kann Krautsalat koste extra sein?

Dort gehe ich nie wieder essen. Das Personal ist sowasvon frech, sowas hatte ich noch nie erlebt.

Ich war vor ein paar Tagen zum ersten Mal dort. Leider habe ich mich nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter haben mir mehrere persönliche Fragen gestellt, wodurch ich mich eher unwohl als willkommen gefühlt habe. Vielleicht war das nett gemeint, aber für mich war es unangenehm und respektlos. Das Essen war in Ordnung, allerdings würde ich persönlich nicht noch einmal dort essen.

Sehr miserable Hygienezustände und beeindruckend winzige Portionen, welche nicht den kleinsten Hunger stillen. Nicht empfehlenswert, wenn man anschließend gesättigt sein möchte.

Das ist mit Abstand der schlechteste Döner, den ich jemals im über 30 Jahren gegessen habe abgesehen Von der Qualität des Fleisches lässt nur zu wünschen übrig. Mitarbeiter unhöflich sprechen kein Deutsch. Ich empfehle jedem lieber sein Geld bei Crispy Kebab zu lassen

Geschmacklich eine 10/10. Aber die Herren hinter der Theke sind nicht die freundlichsten und ambitioniertesten für einen dönerladen. Und gut gefüllt ist der Döner leider überhaupt nicht. Man hat nach dem Essen immer noch Hunger. Keine Empfehlung !!!

Der veggie burger ist wirklich einfach frittiertes Gemüse, was in einer Dönertasche echt nicht gut schmeckt und dafür 6,50€ ist schon echt happig. Auch war kaum Soße drauf und generell ein sehr underwhelming Erlebnis

The fries tasted alright, but the way they arrived was a complete disaster. They melted the packaging. Never buy fries from this place! 0/5 stars. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant again.

My stomach has been weird for 4 days because of this rotten meat

The service was very rude. You could tell they were insulting us in Turkish. The food wasn't tasty. When we asked for the meat to be crispy, all we got was "yes, yes, yes" and a "turn over." In the end, we got mushy meat that wasn't even cooked through. Better to eat somewhere else.

One of the worst doner kebabs I've ever eaten

I bought a falafel roll today. It always tastes great at the Verl branch or at the train station, but not so much here. For €9 these days, I'd even go so far as to say it's a disgrace. The guy who served me was as uninterested in his job as possible. When I asked if he could add some white cheese and corn, he replied with an annoyed "I'll do it right away." The corn was still missing. I highly recommend the chain itself, but definitely not the branch at Jahnplatz.

Really delicious kebabs, as the bread is very thin and the sauces are also delicious, not your average fare. The restroom needs to be renovated, as there's only one. There are no tissues, the dryer doesn't work, and the service is quick, but they seem a bit annoyed.

Unfortunately, there's very little meat, hardly any sauce, and it's simply ridiculously expensive. I've given this place three chances now, and this is the last one.

We visited today. The Dürum doner was so packed with meat (which is awesome) that you could barely eat it all in one sitting. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The music in the dining area was a bit too loud for me personally, but that's a matter of taste. All in all, a good doner place.

Trust me, don't come eat here, you'll regret it! First of all, when I saw how they make the lahmacun, I wanted to puke. Apparently they have never heard of gloves or hygiene. One guy just throws the lahmacun down as if it were a piece of paper, and then he grabs the lahmacun with his disgusting hands - you don't know where his hands were before. Just disgusting! And it didn't even taste good, you think you're eating cardboard and one of the employees is unfriendly, thinks it's something special...

The food itself is good and tasty, but the service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Nobody has to carry us on their hands, but nobody wants to be served in an annoyed manner. Friendliness is written wrong and lowercase in the case of the older gentleman and the man in his mid-20s. Total zero-buck mentality that leads to customers never coming back, even though the food is really tasty. But a snack bar or restaurant lives and dies with good service. It can't be in the owner's interest that his employees treat customers like this and potential is wasted. But of course I don't want to take away from anyone, it could have been a bad day. The food speaks a different language and was great.

ich wollte heute bei Ihnen einen Döner bestellen, musste den Laden jedoch leider ohne Essen wieder verlassen. Der Grund dafür war das Verhalten eines Mitarbeiters am Tresen. Ich habe beobachtet, dass der Mitarbeiter sich mehrfach im Gesicht berührt hat und anschließend ohne Händewaschen meinen Döner zubereiten wollte. Als ich ihn höflich bat, sich bitte die Hände zu waschen, entgegnete er mir: „Warum sollte ich?“ Trotz meines Hinweises auf die mangelnde Hygiene hat er dies ignoriert. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich entschieden, nichts zu bestellen und zu gehen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie dieses Verhalten intern ansprechen und künftig auf mehr Hygiene achten – insbesondere im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln.

Hello, the employee didn't know the greeting "Moin". It's confusing for him that I greet him in the evening with "Moin". You can say that at any time of the day. The portions are generally small. Very disappointing for the price. I ordered fries and a falafeldürüm. The chip bowl was only half full and the Dürüm was carelessly rolled so that you couldn't bite properly without it rolling apart. The service is also bad. I ate on site and the staff won't even bring it to the place. Laziness wins. The ingredients for the kebabs aren't very diverse either. When you stand at the counter, you think it's almost closing time and the ingredients have already been put away. But no, there are just a few ingredients available = stinky, boring kebab. Was there for the first time. That was also the last time. The worst thing was actually the music being way too loud. There was really nothing to enjoy.

We are visiting here in Bielefeld. And were hungry. When we were in the store, people were hardly interested in us. When we ordered Doner kebab x2 and durüm x2 and 4 cokes €49.80 First I had to sell the kidney. And it didn't even taste good. So people. Take a detour and keep walking. At this price you can visit any other store. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 And finally, the toilet... you can also do it outside. The same cleanliness.

For 2x 9.50€ I would have to look for the meat for a long time. I wasn't even full of the kebab. When I asked why there was so little meat, the employee told me you had to let me know... :)) my wife wasn't full either..

Well, doner kebab, service and ambience are okay. Doner kebab looks more like a meat sandwich, very little seasoned with meat and sauces and with an excessive amount of salad. Okay in an emergency, but if you have another choice, think about it again. Service stands around and does its job, but you can tell that the workers don't really feel like it and are waiting for the end of the day. It's understandable, but only 3 stars for that.

The best döner in the city, and lovely staff

The kebab itself was okay. However, it contained very little meat and almost no sauce at all, even though I asked several times if there was cocktail sauce in it. Even though they said yes, there was almost no sauce visible and what was in it was a completely different sauce. In general, the staff seemed very disinterested and didn't feel like serving, even though there wasn't much going on. Therefore not recommended.

It's been 3 years since my visit and I only gave the review to the wrong branch. The Döner Brothers are currently having bad reviews removed due to “defamation” claims. That's why I had to enter the review again at the correct branch. My review is genuine, only describes what I experienced and tasted and is therefore not slanderous. When I look at the recent reviews, nothing seems to have changed in terms of quality and service. So here is my old review: In the branch near Jahnplatz I ate the worst Lahmacun ever. The flatbread was as if it had been warmed up in a water bath, mushy and soft. The very small amount of meat was not even remotely browned. The onions were from the lowest category in terms of taste, the lettuce and the red cabbage also couldn't change the taste. My three companions each ate a kebab bag. Ratings of all three were a grade of 4 to 5. The store will never see us again. The staff was unfriendly and hectic. Music way too loud. Toilet broken.

Ordering chicken takes the topic in a different direction. I would never have expected to get such a kebab with so much oil for that price. I ate it normally and still so much oil came out. If I had pressed extra, it would have been even more.

Nice guys. I had the veggie bag and it was awesome. The bread was nice and thin. In addition to the “normal” salad, there were also grilled (or fried) vegetables; the garlic sauce was great. Would come again and again 👍🏼

I wanted to order a kebab bag and had a question because I didn't seem to fully understand something and was complained about in a completely unfriendly manner by the cashier. Then my bag was filled miserably, which doesn't justify the price. I would like to use a nicer tone next time and make sure that the customer receives appropriate value for money. All the best, I didn't mean anything bad to the cashier and asked nicely and was pretty surprised by the reaction.
