I was absolutely positively surprised by my last visit to Burger King. The staff were not only friendly, but also very attentive and prepared my order quickly and correctly. The burger was hot, freshly topped and tasted really impressive - juicy meat, fresh vegetables, perfectly balanced sauces. The fries were also on point: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and well seasoned. Particularly noteworthy: the branch was clean, well organized and the atmosphere was pleasant. The modern ordering terminals make the process easier, and special requests were also implemented without any problems

You have to wait forever for take-away orders and then the side dish is missing. Even when ordering from the Drive Inn, Even a burger was missing.

Even one star is too many. The alleged branch manager was extremely insulting and unfriendly when we pointed out that our order was wrong and some of it was undercooked. First things were forgotten. Then they were brought not fully cooked. The words came: “If YOU don’t like it or don’t like it, there’s no money back or just do it yourself.” It wasn't our fault and we pointed it out in a very friendly manner. There are also manners such as “excuse me.” “If YOU don’t like it” Professionalism and respectful behavior towards customers was non-existent. A branch manager who treats his customers in this way in front of his employees neither creates a nice atmosphere nor is he a role model for his employees. Never here again!! I hope that higher authorities intervene there.

I like to eat at Burger King every now and then. I personally like it better than Mc D. The taste is good, my orders were and have always been complete. The terminal is still easy to use even for the older generation. I will definitely come back again .

Ordered 2 Whoppers with fries and cola earlier. Ordered both Whoppers with cheese and extra onions. In addition, I said again: more onions, many on both Whoppers, because I know the problem with the German language. Result: two Whoppers with cheese but no onions. So complaint, the boss can and wanted to take the Whopper apart, put onions on it and put it back together again. I insisted on new ones and he skillfully threw the two Whoppers into the open wastebasket from about 2 meters in front of me. I got 2 new ones: Buns not toasted, patties not completely cooked through without roasted aromas, cheese not even melted and assembled crookedly but with onions, but not too many. In the meantime the fries were cold. No "I'm sorry" or anything like that, the Whoppers were wordlessly and carelessly thrown off the side tray because it had previously been pushed to the side on the counter to serve the next customer. The whole thing for 15.99 But the ice cream with cola wasn't bad...

Been there a few times after work. Food was okay so far and tasted good. Ordering went quickly. The first time I was very annoyed with the ordering terminal because it was quite incomprehensible and in the end I couldn't complete the order. Has changed in the meantime. In itself a great Burger King restaurant. I like to stop here when I'm driving through or coming off the highway. It is obviously cleaned there regularly, which of course corresponds to the well-kept image - at least that was the case when I visited. It's often full, but then you know how much waiting time you'll have to expect. I always like to order extras on the burger. Finally, however, the extra fried onions for 50 cents each were not added. There was a lot going on, I can understand that, but you also have to make sure that the kitchen might have more people on site when it's busy. These are typical peak times. Otherwise everything was great. This is a great place to take a snack with you on your way back/through.

Food actually tastes like everywhere else. Unfortunately there was an excessive amount of sauce and the thick bits of lettuce that would otherwise probably get lost. But the worst thing is ordering the Big King as a single burger and paying and getting a Whopper Junior. I won't go there again, unfortunately it's not the first time, I haven't been there for a long time. I won't anymore either.

Typical Burger King store. The selection is quite large, but the burgers are hastily and carelessly assembled. The taste is okay, but nothing special. What doesn't work at all is the price. I paid 10.50 euros for a burger and a drink. The price/performance ratio doesn't match at all compared to other fast food (doner kebab, currywurst/fries).

04/22/24: Fat rats are running around in the parking lot and always towards the back entrance/kitchen of the restaurant. Delicious. The health department should take action quickly!

There are several well-fed fat rats running around outside. Without having ordered anything, I made a 180° turnaround. I don't want to try it or explore it further.
