Mega busy on Sunday evening, the shift was probably not complete. That's why it took a really long time and some things in the order ended up being wrong. It happens sometimes and isn't always like that.

No, not again. We didn't like the food at all. Except for the milkshake, which was good. The toilets were extremely dirty and the floor was sticky as ever. The service hardly spoke German. Unfortunately the food was really bad this time.😞

Seriously BurgerKing?!?!?!!?? You pay over a euro extra for such filth?! This is not the first time in this BK but definitely the last time! Never! Can you make an order correctly...and now I even have to check the fries before departure to make sure there's more than 1 dollop of sauce on them???? Just sad...

Unfortunately, a not so clean Burger King restaurant where we waited a long time for the food even though there were still 6 customers and hardly any drive-in customers. A pity

In itself a great Burger King restaurant. I like to stop here when I'm driving through or coming off the highway. It is obviously cleaned there regularly, which of course corresponds to the well-kept image - at least that was the case when I visited. It's often full, but then you know how much waiting time you'll have to expect. I always like to order extras on the burger. Finally, however, the extra fried onions for 50 cents each were not added. There was a lot going on, I can understand that, but you also have to make sure that the kitchen might have more people on site when it's busy. These are typical peak times. Otherwise everything was great. This is a great place to take a snack with you on your way back/through.

Staff completely overwhelmed and listless! Food lukewarm after waiting 20 minutes. Ambience nothing special... not again so soon!

We waited an incredible 32 minutes for 2 menus today. When asked, the order was probably being processed...but it still took another 10 minutes. Fast food is something different

Half the order is missing, something else is fresh too. Men's and women's toilets closed.

The food is good. If you want to take the food with you, unfortunately you can't trust the staff. Even though I asked, food was missing again. The service is ruining this branch. A pity. If you eat locally, you can eat well here. The restaurant was clean while we were there.

This Burger King is pleasant, clean, not too crowded and it tastes very good here. There could be a little less sauce on the burger but otherwise I have no complaints.

Food actually tastes like everywhere else. Unfortunately there was an excessive amount of sauce and the thick bits of lettuce that would otherwise probably get lost. But the worst thing is ordering the Big King as a single burger and paying and getting a Whopper Junior. I won't go there again, unfortunately it's not the first time, I haven't been there for a long time. I won't anymore either.

Typical Burger King store. The selection is quite large, but the burgers are hastily and carelessly assembled. The taste is okay, but nothing special. What doesn't work at all is the price. I paid 10.50 euros for a burger and a drink. The price/performance ratio doesn't match at all compared to other fast food (doner kebab, currywurst/fries).

04/22/24: Fat rats are running around in the parking lot and always towards the back entrance/kitchen of the restaurant. Delicious. The health department should take action quickly!

There are several well-fed fat rats running around outside. Without having ordered anything, I made a 180° turnaround. I don't want to try it or explore it further.

Central location On the highway The food is becoming more and more expensive. The prices are slowly becoming ridiculous

Richtig schlechter Laden , man bekommt nicht das was man bestellt . Auf dem cheesy Rösti lover chicken ist kein Rösti , der Salat da drauf ist braun . Ein bestellter und ebenso bezahlter Burger ist nicht dabei …. Einfach nur schlecht .

Wie immer bei BK haben nur was für zwischendurch geholt 4 gleiche Burger 🍔 mussten in deren System leider 4 mal neu eingegeben werden man konnte nicht die Anzahl erhöhen war nervig. Dann wurde die Karte nicht genommen und man musste bar zahlen

Wir alle kennen ja Fast-Food Ketten. Aber die hier ist äußerst gut gepflegt und das essen ist halt für BK-Verhältnisse echt gut.

Dieser Burger King hat durch Unfreundlichkeit und Unaufmerksamkeit geglänzt. Ich hatte einen doppelten Cheeseburger bestellt, bekam einen einfachen. Hab es reklamiert, sie haben ihn mit mürrischer Mine zurück genommen und mir eine kalte Käsescheibe und kalten Fleischeinlage reingelegt. Also nochmal reklamiert, dann haben sie den Burger kurz in die Mikrowelle getan. Da fahre ich/wir sicher nicht mehr hin.

Sämmtliche mitarbeiter komplett überfordert aktuell 6 Bestellungen und sie komme alle samt nicht klar und mussten sich hier auch gerade erst mal gegenseitig anzicken.

Für einen Burger King echt sehr gut. Personal, vorallem eine Person,ultra freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr lecker,besser vom Geschmack als bei anderen BK's. Sehr sauber. Großer aussen Bereich zum Essen. Müsst ihr wissen :*

Die Bestellungen werden schnell bearbeitet, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und man kann mit QR Code zahlen :)

Das Personal sollte besser Deutsch können. Essen im Haus nicht in eine Tüte packen. Tische abputzen......haben die noch nie gelernt. Deckel und Strohhalm könnten ganz der Umwelt fehlen. Tut mir Leid.....aber wir werden ausgerottet.

Ging doch recht flott auch wenn es recht voll war. Auch war unsere Bestellung vollständig und heiß, trotz dass die Angestellten einen völlig gestressten und genervten Eindruck machten. Die Pommes konnte man dagegen gleich in die Tonne kloppen - waren pappig und schmeckten nach altem Frittierfett. Nachtrag 03.09.23 Verqualmte Luft, irgendwas ist angebrannt. Lüftung nicht eingeschaltet und auch noch sehr warm. Nach kurzer Zeit tränten einem die Augen. Wenn man auf seine Bestellung, mit Nummer im Auge behalten usw, 20 Minuten warten muss ist das bei so schlechter Luft sehr unschön. Vielleicht wären auch mehr Stühle im Außenbereich angebracht. Wenn da Familie Ismiregal mit 10 Kindern, Tante, Onkel, Schwager und Schwester kommt und alle Stühle in Beschlag nimmt hat man verloren.
