Subway in Monschau

We're currently on vacation in Monschau and were happy to see that there's a Subway here, as we haven't been to one in a while. Not only was the Subway here clean and the food was of good quality, but we especially liked the friendly atmosphere. The man who made our sandwiches was named Tobias, and he was friendly, sweet, and patient. We even came back two more times during our vacation, and both times our first impressions were confirmed. I highly recommend this place for the food, the ambiance, and especially the staff! We'll be back on our next vacation. :) (One more quick note: especially as a queer couple, we felt very safe and well looked after. An absolute safe space.)

I ordered three cookies but only received one. I reviewed my order on Lieferando. One of the team members contacted me relatively quickly and told me I could come and pick up the cookies. I did so and received three more cookies as compensation. The team is absolutely fantastic, and the food tastes amazing. Thank you!

I was at this Subway branch today and I'm absolutely thrilled! The employee was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and fulfilled my perfect sandwich request with a smile. Such a warm and customer-focused approach is rare these days. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food fresh and delicious—exactly as you'd expect. Kudos to the team, especially to this amazing employee, Tobi! I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We ordered two salads and a few other snacks there. The salads were again very tasty, but unfortunately, mine was missing cheese. The cookies were, as always, simply fantastic. What I particularly wanted to highlight was the service. After I explained my problem via the Subway chatbot due to a misunderstanding, I was immediately contacted by phone by an employee from the Imgenbroich branch. The employee discussed my issue with me in a very friendly and extremely competent manner and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. I always enjoy ordering from you and can definitely recommend you to anyone.

My husband and I often stop by after the construction work is over—we even came all the way from Belgium for this! The food is always delicious, and the staff is always friendly and in a good mood. We especially want to highlight Andy's "pizza"—it's absolutely amazing! I ate at Subway today and was advised by Andi, and what can I say: absolutely top-notch! Andi was not only super friendly and attentive, but also in a really good mood, which immediately translated into the atmosphere. The order was quick, everything was fresh and perfectly topped. What was particularly nice was that Andi even fulfilled small special requests with a smile; you could tell that customer satisfaction is really important to him. Employees like this make all the difference!

The promised delivery time was exceeded by 500% of the earliest and 100% of the latest. That means the delivery was over an hour later than the latest. That's an absolute no-go! It was also cold ☹️

Very good customer service from the guy who worked there on Tuesday and Wednesday. I've never experienced such good customer service in Germany. I also enjoyed the sandwich.

Food of the usual Subway quality. The service was really cool and relaxed, including a warning that the spicy sauce should really be enjoyed with caution, but in the end, it wasn't so bad 😉 Regarding the ambiance, I have to say that there are simply too many tables right next to/opposite the restrooms...not so great. If you like Subway, you can still stop by without worry. Regarding the service: In my opinion, when guests are standing at the counter ordering, they should briefly turn off the vacuum cleaner so everyone can hear each other while ordering. We were the only guests at the time; a wait of 2.3 minutes would have been acceptable, then people wouldn't have had to shout at each other.

Tobi and Andi are great guys who care about the quality of their food. No other Subway tastes as good as this one; everything is super fresh, from the bread to the ingredients to the cookies (never hard or dry). <3

We were just on the go and spontaneously stopped by for two subs to go. The service was really good, very courteous, and customer-oriented. Truly the best experience at Subway so far. Thank you, and we'll be back.

We came in on Sunday morning with 15 people to order sandwiches. We were all helped nicely in English or German. Very impressed by how calm the employee remained and how nicely he handled everything. Thanks for the sandwiches and the good atmosphere!

Food is what you would expect at Subway. You know what you're getting, no matter where you are. The employees are super welcoming! The climate is good and people seem to enjoy working there.

This has to be one of the best places I've been to with my baby. The staff has been so kind, friendly and helpful! We are on vacation and have been wandering around the whole day, meaning a lot of carseat and stroller for our little one, and she's had it. Last stop: Subway to get our dinner. Baby gets upset while we're ordering, and there is no stopping her cries... Within instants, one of the shopkeepers hands me baby food, which makes her stop immediately. "Works like a charm with my kids, too!" She even got offered a cookie on our way out.

The subs delivered were cold and came in a plain paper carrier bag. Every pizza service works with thermoboxes, why not here too? With a delivery fee of €4, I expect the food to be warm.

Trips are combined despite extra delivery costs. My food was ready in 50 minutes and arrived cold. It's nice when you want to treat yourself to something at the end of the day and then bite into it after an hour and it's cold inside. Nachos like sub. At least the staff was aware of their inability and reimbursed me for the delivery of organic waste

Today we went to Subway again after a long time. We were definitely more than satisfied, the owner himself served us and was very, very friendly. (We learned that the owner has changed) He advised us very kindly and was also very accommodating. I also have to say, back then 1 1/2 years ago, the employees weren't always that friendly - at least we would be greeted and served as friendly as we were this time. We ordered again today under the new management of the company and, as always, we were more than happy with the service and the quality of the food. The driver was once again very courteous and friendly and the food was once again very tasty and, above all, got to us much quicker than was stated. I used to order from the old owner several times and was disappointed almost every time. Either the order was wrong, things were missing or the waiting time was long. With the new owner, everything was fresh, fast, complete and, above all, warm and super friendly. No comparison to before.

Edit: the owner got in touch immediately and is trying very hard to ensure satisfied customers. The last order was perfect except that the food tends to arrive no longer warm due to the distance. Ordered today for the first time since the reopening. It took a while, which is why there were free cookies, which is an extremely nice service. Unfortunately, the vegan sub had the wrong bread (cheese oregano instead of sesame). I think there was a lot going on, so that could happen. For allergy sufferers, for example: but pretty uncool. In any case, we will try again because the reviews here have been very positive so far.

We were pre-registered with a group of almost 50 people. It was well prepared, extra tables and chairs were placed, and the restaurant was signposted as a closed party for us for two hours. The employees were on the ball and super friendly. And as a perfect ending, there were 2 little things for everyone! Super Service!!

We registered beforehand with 50 people and were there. The staff was super nice and accommodating in advance. The boss reserved the entire store for us and even organized tables. We were met quickly on site and served in a very friendly manner. There were even small snacks for those waiting. The food was also great. All in all a great visit!

I've been going to the branch for 4 years and I was really disappointed today. For €9 I expect warm bread that was made with effort. My patty was in the oven just long enough for it to thaw. There was a lot of savings on the salad and there was also a lot of sauce on it. I'm really disappointed

Toiletten dürften ein bisschen sauber sein.

Enorm vriendelijke en attente medewerker, die de broodjes met liefde belegt. Erg van genoten, maar toch wil ik er even benoemen dat de airco het niet deed waardoor de medewerker de hele dag in de hitte staat te werken. Hopelijk wordt hier gauw iets aan gedaan, maar petje af voor de jongeman!
