I would like to give ZERO stars. Since the operator changed, the food has been a total disaster and every euro is a waste and a shame what is made with the raw materials. I've said it personally several times, but it's clear from the reviews that no feedback is accepted and used as a basis for improvement. And as the icing on the cake, the prices were raised outrageously AND the portions were reduced.

Had a kebab plate with fries and salad. Was good and plentiful.

The shop has certainly existed for over 10 years and on average I would say I'm there every 3 to 4 weeks, of course sometimes more and sometimes less, but you can still say that on average the shop has held up well, there have been several changes of ownership, the food actually always good, there were of course exceptions, the fries weren't perfect, the meat wasn't completely cooked once, but that can always happen to you, there are always bad days, but I have to say after more than 10 years I'm still a regular customer and I always enjoy the service friendly, always great delivery service has always been great, food was good, there were always a few exceptions, but it was always consistent and it was renovated several times over the years and is now still in good shape, the shop is modern and well kept, of course that is now A kebab shop, not a star restaurant, but still pretty good.

The food was very tasty so far. Only dishes with cream sauce, it's better to leave that alone. They weren't tasty, but everything else was okay

We were passing through with Mortz hungry and went to this inconspicuous kebab house and I have to say super delicious food, super friendly staff, great price. Every upscale restaurant can learn a lesson here. Definitely recommended.

I ordered a kebab plate there last week and had a big awakening at home! It cost 12 euros, fries were fried several times, tasted old and the meat was inedible and already looked gray! The salad was dry and tasteless. I'd rather go to the restaurant and enjoy clearly better quality for 3.00 euros more. We used to be regular customers, but that's it for me.

Since I'm from the town, I've been there many times. It was never a negative experience. Til today. I ordered kebab meat and salad. Got a huge portion without further consultation or asking. I couldn't finish it all. At the checkout I saw that I had to pay €13 for it. When the older gentleman saw my raised eyebrows, he said it was so expensive because I got a LARGE portion. Next time I should just order a SMALL portion. I think that's bold: to inform someone afterwards that there are two options for the size and price of a portion. I didn't want to bother and paid for it. Recommend others to ask beforehand. Otherwise everything was good, clean, fresh, tasty.

We ordered a kebab and a lahmacun with salad and meat, unfortunately there was very little meat, almost none at all, and kebab bread which was cold...Never going there again!!

Erstaunlich, was man aus einer alten Tankstelle machen kann. Sauberer schöner kleiner Imbiss mit Innen und Aussenbereich, auch das Essen ist frisch und lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Dazu wird noch ein Lieferservice angeboten. Insgesamt klasse 👍🏻

Bisher war alles immer gut. Extrawünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Alle sehr nett. Hole immer wieder gerne dort das Essen.

Nun das Beste zu erst. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen hingegen ist eher fad und belanglos. Ich hatte einen Falafel-Teller. Falafel, Salat, Zaziki und Pommes. Die Pommes, gut frittiert, hätten mehr Salz vertragen können. Das Zaziki hätte Knoblauch gebraucht und Salz und ein wenig Pfeffer oder was auch immer man so in einen Joghurt hinein rühren kann. Der Salat war ertränkt in dieser Joghurt-Sauce, aber er hätte gerne mehr sein können, denn er war frisch. Die Falafel, vermutlich Fertigware, waren gar nicht lecker. Weit entfernt von frischer selbstgemachter Qualität. Alles in allem war es eine große kulinarische Enttäuschung. Das Drehspießfleisch, das meine Frau und mein Sohn aßen, war leider auch geschmacklich unauffällig und nichtssagend. Zwei weitere enttäuschte Gesichter. Schade. Aber viel Luft nach oben. Die zwei Punkte sind als Motivation zu verstehen. Die Freundlichkeit der Menschen dort verdient eine bessere Küche dahinter, dann wird es in Zukunft ein Erfolg. Viel Glück dabei.

Auf die Schnelle was zum Essen holen, da bist Du hier richtig. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden, die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Personal in der Küche weis was es tut.

Such a high quality kebap shop on the road to Monschau and around Eifel! Food was very delicious with a decent price. The lamacune was among the best we had ever eaten with fresh bread. We didn't order sandwich, but we saw sandwich bread coming fresh out of the oven. The personal was very kind and respectful. Clean, cozy and relaxing seating. Cherry on the cake, free parking available for the customers. All round satisfying kebap shop where you probably don't expect it. We doubted we would find a halal opportunity in the rural area, so we were really thankful such a beautiful shop existed and with this high quality service. There were many customers stopping by and visiting, proof of this shop reputation. Highly recommended.

Vielen Dank der Dürüm war sehr lecker und mit dem extra scharfen Pulver auch schön scharf so wie ich es mag. Ich wurde sehr freundlich Bedient.

Seit dem neuen Besitzer ist das Essen leider sehr viel schlechter geworden, auch die Preise sind teurer.

Anlässlich meines Geburtstages habe ich für 10 Personen Essen bestellt. Wir wurden gut und freundlich beraten. Das Essen wurde pünktlich und vollständig geliefert, gemischte Vorspeisen, Fleischgerichte, verschiedene Beilagen und Baklava, alles ist bei meinen Gästen gut angekommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem!
