I ordered my food online and picked it up locally. When I was at the drive in window, I was forced to wait for over 20 minutes and was completely ignored. There wasn't a single moment of please or anything else and according to the app, my order was already ready long ago.

We waited a total of 20 minutes for our food. When another customer pointed out to the service employee that the refrigerator was empty, he took the trouble to organize new drinks for the refrigerator. But guys, what can I tell you, I was totally shocked because any 80-year-old with a stroke would have packed the fridge twice as quickly. I've never seen anything like that in my life. So if you want to slow down, you definitely have to eat something here. I suggest to the management to set up beds for the customers so they can take a short nap until the food is ready...

Got there around 8:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the guys who serve there were completely clueless about what to do. Nobody knew about the right toppings to put on the subs. A long line of annoyed customers formed. The subs were served more than sparingly. When I asked why there was so little lettuce on it, people just looked stupid. Please train your people properly.!! Even cashing out two subs felt like it took 10 minutes because no one really knew how to use the cash register. The highlight was when the cashier asked how the whole thing worked with Apple Pay and whether we could set it up for him on his cell phone. The annoyed looks from the other 10 waiting customers were worth their weight in gold! That was the last visit here as long as there are no sensible and, above all, trained staff there.

I actually always enjoy going to the subway, but if it stays that way it will be the last time. Here just one star is too many. The new ordering system is absolutely pointless. Employees need much longer than before. Every single ingredient must be read. Which you could otherwise just say when taking the evidence. Contact with the customer is completely lost. You're just a number. If you want to order at the counter you are completely ignored. Despite a lot of patience and perseverance, you won't be pushed in between. Completely inflexible. In addition, it was unfortunately very dirty and the employees were totally unfriendly.

Unfriendly, dirty tables and benches outside! Really disgusting! The deposit bottle could not be returned - because the employee was not authorized - a ploy to avoid having to pay back the deposit??? Is it a problem to quickly clean the dining tables and benches with a cloth and cleaning agent?

Waited over 60 minutes for my order, the staff can't cancel a receipt. The branch manager doesn't answer the phone.

It took 45 minutes before we got our sandwich. A lot of angry people in the branch. There was 1 inexperienced girl behind the counter and the other was working behind the counter. It would have been better if he helped make the sandwiches. Lots of angry people

Ordering a new model is extremely pointless, ordered via a tray and then we had to wait 45 minutes because there was only one employee there (we felt sorry for her). The food was delicious as always, but it was really poorly done.

I recently went to Subway and was impressed. The whole wheat baguette I chose was an excellent choice. I was particularly impressed by the large selection of toppings. From fresh vegetables to different types of meat, there is something for every taste. The ability to customize your sandwich according to your own wishes makes a visit to Subway an individual and delicious experience. Everything tasted very good. Unfortunately, there are also some points of criticism. None of the containers containing the ingredients were labeled. Should I now ask about 30 things about what's in where? If the business concept is based on choosing things, then there should be labels too. In addition, the shop was unfortunately not that clean. A lot falls down when eating because the packaging is not good. A fork for pre-eating would have been good; If everything was a little flatter, you could still have folded it up. Overall, Subway is a good choice for fresh and custom sandwiches, but there is definitely room for improvement in organization and cleanliness.

Today was my first time in this subway and I was anything but impressed. The staff, very unfriendly and annoyed, referred me to a terminal where after a few minutes it turned out that I couldn't pay in cash there. So when I got back to the counter I ordered a Master bBBQ like it says online. I was then allowed to pay extra for the caramelized onions and the double cheese that was advertised online. The party was cold and muddy and you also had to look for a lettuce. All in all, this was my last visit, €12.90 thrown out the window 👍

I like the products and the tone is usually very friendly. Nevertheless, the ambience seems a bit cold and doesn't invite you to stay for a long time. But this applies to all Subway branches. McD... used to be like that too, but has changed it, which has a very positive effect

Ambience...It wasn't dirty, which is great. But the service, a disaster. Ordered online and only 2 other people in store. Wsr was more into flirting than anything else and was therefore so distracted that orders couldn't be found. All in all. Baguette was soggy and was properly thrown away. A pity

I have rarely eaten a sub with worse toppings. One simply had 3 pickle slices on a 12 inch sub. And that's not an exaggeration... you could just count the rest...

Positive: the burgers taste very good. Negative: Tables are not wiped as often, even after a request - poor service. Order machine doesn't always work. The first impression was already bad.

Today Sunday May 11th 24th Mother's Day. I got a 30cm one because I can't eat my mother's food. She just doesn't cook well, let alone bake, she can't do that. So my decision was to get off the highway and get a sub. Nice pretty lady was behind the counter. She prepared me a great sub. The part (i.e. the sub) was really cool (although the service was nice too). Professional, personable, accommodating, and superbly cooked. If the lady cooks as well as she tops the subs, I will soon stop visiting my mother and take the lady with me. I'll drive by again in the next few days in the hope of finding you there.🤤 Sub was also very tasty.(-;

Food was pre-ordered for pickup at 1:00 p.m. and paid for, but it didn't even start at 1:00 p.m. The food was ready at 1:16 p.m., so I didn't have to order online beforehand.

Although the restaurant overall seemed clean, the sanitary area could have been cleaner. More regular and thorough cleaning would help further improve the overall guest experience. I was looking forward to a Philly Supreme Submelt advertised on the app and also on their light display. When ordering I was informed that they don't carry Submelt... Well, bad luck for me, and another sub was chosen. Ordered a latte macchiato at the checkout, which unfortunately wasn't available because the machine didn't want to 😞 Conclusion for me: next time I'd rather go to the competition

12 euros for a teriyaki chicken in a limp bun with some lettuce and sweet onion sauce is an absolute disgrace. It's better to go to MC Donald or the chicken roaster opposite. This was the second time I've been to Subway. The first and last time

I got the special offer today for €3.50 half. It was well documented and you can't really complain. But I wouldn't always eat it. Was an emergency solution. Whoever likes it.

Super clean and tidy for a subway. Everything was fresh. We'd love to come back again. 3 months later, still great!

Ordered food, order was not processed. It then turned out on site that half of them were not in stock. And as a parting gift, the lettuce on the subs was completely brown. Top shop. You're happy to spend just under €30 on this.

Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich! Wenn es dann mal Fast Food gibt, ist dieser Laden meine Anlaufstelle :D

Das erste Mal zu Hause bestellt und abgeholt...hat sehr gut geklappt...Subway immer einen Besuch wert. Service sehr gut 🙂

Essen sehr gut :) alles frisch und nicht schnell schnell zusammen geworfen. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Sehr heller freundlicher und sauberer laden. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Essen war wie immer bei Subway gut. Allerdings war es in dem Laden viel zu kalt und die Bedienung hatte wenig Lust zu arbeiten.

Die Subs sind nie richtig frisch, weil das Gemüse in der Auslage immer vom Vortag ist, das Personal ist nicht richtig geschult und nimmt immer die falschen Brote.

Einer der besten Subways in dem ich bis jetzt war, und ja da gibt unterschiede..

Diese Subwayfiliale ist ganz gut. Die Essenszutaten sind frisch. Es gibt alle gängigen Subs, Salate, Wraps und auch vegetarische Optionen und tolle vegane Schokocookies. Das bedeutet auch, dass hier für alle Ernährungsweisen gut was zu finden ist, veggie, vegan, keto. Getränke gibt's auch. Menüs sind möglich. Es empfiehlt sich auch das Sub des Tages vorher auf der Internetseite rauszusuchen. Das wird nicht zwingend im Geschäft angezeigt. Die Mitarbeitenden sind meistens freundlich und bemüht. Sie wissen nicht bei jeder Frage eine passende Antwort, arbeiten mehr nach dem Motto keep it simple, aber sie bleiben freundlich dabei. Das Ambiente entspricht dem eines Imbisses, aber ist in der Regel sauber. Die Lage ist nur mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, mit Bus und Bahn leider nicht. Ich komme auf jeden Fall nochmal auf ein Sub vorbei.

Mittlerweile leider sehr teuer geworden

Vreemde en omslachtige manier van werken. Veel keuzes waardoor het maken van de broodjes veel tijd in beslag neemt. Wat is de lol van het afbakken van een broodje MET tonijnsalade. Verkeerde volgorde. Inrichting heeft de charme van een bedrijfskantine uit de jaren 70.

Een van de drie fastfood restaurants op deze plek. Deze is het minst druk en je kunt zelf helemaal bepalen wat je voor beleg en eventueel saus wilt. De beste optie als je een gezonde keuze wil maken. Denk er aan om even de app te downloaden voor extra voordeel.

Ich war jetzt wirklich sehr oft da weil es es direkt um die Ecke ist und sich Tür an Tür mit KFC und Mc's befindet, aber ich bin immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und der Sauberkeit in der Filiale. Auch Bestellung für fixe Termine mit mehreren Party Platten funktioniert ohne Probleme. Ich komme wieder wenn mein Bäuchlein Hunger auf SUB' hat 😉

Nette, flinke Mitarbeiter. Gewohnt frische Qualität. Das Ambiente finde ich persönlich sehr clean und ungemütlich. Habe mein sub aber eh mitgenommen und zu Hause gegessen... ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und es gibt einen Drive in.

Die Baguettes wie immer hervorragend. Jedoch müsste die Musik leider oder der Service lauter sprechen. Ich finde die Umgestaltung gemütlich. Einzig sollte Sub sich überlegen bei einem 10€ Baguette vll ein Getränk Inkl. Anzubieten . Pommes oder der gleichen braucht niemand mehr nach einem Riesen Baguette aber ein Getränk wäre cool , wenns nicht zusätzlich 3 € kostet

Sichtbar: neue Mitarbeiterin. Das diese noch nicht alles kann ist normal. Man sollte Sie jedoch gescheit einarbeiten, zumindest dahinter stehen. Dann wären unsere Subs nicht überpfeffert

Wir sind hin und wieder schon mal hier in Wickrath im Restaurant man kann sagen klein und fein. Der Raum könnte etwas besser beheizt sein. Schade das es nicht mehr den Getränkeautomaten gibt wo man sich was nachholen kann.

Es stehen verschiedene Brotsorten bereit, die man sich ganz nach seinem persönlichen Geschmack belegen lassen kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind gut organisiert und stehen auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man Fragen bezüglich der Zusammenstellung hat. Dazu ist das Lokal sehr sauber.

Immer wieder gehen wir als Familie gerne hier hin! Natürlich muss man auch etwas warten, schließlich wird hier alles frisch belegt.

Subway ist einfach geil. Zwar ein bisschen teuer aber das kompensiert sich durch die Qualität.

Lekker broodje. Worden netjes gemaakt zoals je wilt.

Würde das Essen nicht so gut schmecken, würde ich nie wieder kommen. Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Die Damen bemühen sich wenigstens ein wenig, doch der große, breite Kollege ist einfach unfähig. Für 2 Subs brauchten wir eine Viertelstunde

Eine schöne Alternative zu Pommes und Co. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, alles TippiToppi. Leckere Baguettes mit ein Riesen Auswahl. Kann man machen !

Subway bietet eine recht gesunde Alternative zu den Fast-Food Läden um die Ecke. Man kann sich die Sandwiches selbst zusammenstellen und die Zutaten sind immer frisch. Leider kein Warmes Essen.
