Ordered X-spicy Nacho Chicken. Taste wasn't good. The bread was rubbery and the meat was cold even though she had put it in the oven. She wrapped the sandwiches with the baking paper. So that the bread with the baking paper was softened and melted with the sauce and the topping. Man didn't get it. I ate some of the paper. She was completely overwhelmed because she had 3 customers in the store. Unfortunately, the employee had no idea what she was doing.

Luka from Subway in Nordpark really deserves high praise! His service is first class every time - friendly, quick and professional. You can immediately tell that he enjoys his work and really makes an effort to fulfill the customers' wishes. No matter how busy it is, Luka always remains calm and cheerful, managing to maintain the perfect balance between speed and care. The sandwiches are fresh and put together exactly the way you want them. I always like going there because you just feel like you're in good hands. Thank you, Luka, for the great service and the positive atmosphere - this makes visiting Subway twice as much fun!

A pretty nice restaurant for Subway, unfortunately the waiting times at lunchtime are not acceptable. The employee always works alone. A queue of up to eight people quickly forms who have to wait. Part up to 30 minutes. It's definitely not fast food anymore. Please put another person behind the counter.

Just don't go here. I've never had such a bad meal at Subway as I did here! The portion was so small!! The filling is barely there!! The bread was toasted for too long and became as tough as a shoe sole. The service was also terrible. You're better off looking for another Subway if you want decent portions and good taste.

After ordering from Lieferando (I can't write a review there), we were promised a delivery time (4:14 p.m.). After waiting for 30 minutes (4:45 p.m.) I finally reached someone after 3 unsuccessful attempts. The ladies on the phone were very friendly and pointed out that the driver would be with us in 10-15 minutes. I accepted this, with the advice that if this was not the case, I would make my way to the branch to pick up my order in person. I was on my way to the car when a company car pulled up. The subs were cold and ended up in the oven. Very disappointed!

Actually very relaxed at Subway as a guest, I used to work there on the side, but: If you stand in an empty shop for 10 minutes and don't get served because the employee with the hair band prefers to do the dishes, clean the oven, etc. - understand that you want to prepare for the end of the day, but service comes first. The other employee can't be blamed; he served the only family very courteously, alone and sympathetically. ✌🏻 In the end I didn't order anything, I was in a bit of a hurry.

We ordered food on Sunday at 3 p.m., after waiting almost two hours and probably 30 attempts to call there, an employee called and explained that the driver had probably had an accident and that they now had to find another driver, no sound of apology or anything like that , rather mushy and very unfriendly, when I wanted to cancel the order, it would supposedly only be possible via Lieferando, after a long back and forth with Lieferando the order was canceled!!!! Tried once and never again!!!! It's a shame to contact us after two hours when they advertise that the order will be there within half an hour!!!!

We ordered food at 1:49 p.m. At 3:10 p.m. the food was delivered after a call. Both subs were totally soggy, one was completely wrong, 1 drink was forgotten and wedges were delivered instead of a cookie. We were then told that next time we would get a drink for free, even though it was paid for when we ordered anyway. I then drove to the store with the order and received it completely new and correct. I didn't even get an apology or a drink or cookie as compensation and I didn't get the €3 delivery costs refunded, even though I had to drive myself again. The staff was totally unfriendly, but the food was freshly prepared and delicious. Never again!

Was there a few weeks ago and unfortunately fell over the cast mat. I got a big bruise on my knee. The employees noticed that I had fallen and didn't react at all, even ignoring it. After my son helped me up and I recovered from the pain, I spoke to the young employee about it. He said he had already told his boss that the mat was not okay, but he hadn't repaired it. The young employees were quite overwhelmed. A visit is no longer an option for me after this experience.

Classic Subway, staff is very friendly. If you can't park in front of Subway (there are about 4 parking spaces), there are plans for additional parking spaces opposite at MCs. The atmosphere is just like a fast food restaurant

Wir sind sehr froh, dass Subway es in die Gegend geschafft hat. Wir waren seit Öffnung gerne dort und haben über die ein oder andere Kinderkrankheit im Service von Beginn an hinweg gesehen. Leider scheint die Fluktuation relativ hoch zu sein, da gefühlt alle 4 Wochen neues Personal hinter der Theke steht, das natürlicherweise eingearbeitet werden muss. Die Leute sind idR auch sehr höflich und nett; allerdings stark überfordert. Die Geschwindigkeit ist zu Stoßzeiten echt eine Frechheit. Ich habe schon bis zu 45 Minuten gewartet. Dazu kommt, dass bei jedem 3. Besuch das EC-Gerät streikt. Versucht bloß nicht mit Rewards und den Rest per EC-Gerät zu zahlen. Das funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Ein Armutszeugnis! Am schlimmsten ist aber die unzumutbare Hitze im Hochsommer in dem Ladenlokal. Kein Wunder, dass Mitarbeiter scheinbar gehen. In dem Laden sind es mitunter gefühlt 40Grad + enorme Luftfeuchtigkeit. Laut Personal wolle der Chef Ventilatoren anschaffen. Aber mal im Ernst: Da muss eine Klimaanlage rein. Das ist unmenschlich. Ich hoffe, die Dinge (Prozesse, Umgang mit Mitarbeitern) bessern sich in Zukunft.

Sehr tolles Subway Cookies immer wieder lecker. Ich finde die Mitarbeiter auch sehr nett. Schülermenü lohnt sich auch. Auf jeden Fall kann ich nur empfehlen 😜 also für den Hunger. Zwischendurch einfach nur top. Ich gehe da öfters hin und ja es lohnt sich immer wieder

Super süßer kleiner Subway. Versteckt beim Edeka Nord. Hier könnte ein neue geheimer Treffpunkt entstehen als absoluter geheim Tipp. Die Baguettes waren wie immer lecker. Ein Stern Abzug da es etwas gedauert hatte bis das essen fertig war. Lag aber eher daran das die Mitarbeiter noch neu sind und sich trotzdem viel Mühe geben und es noch mit liebe zubereiten.

Schöner Laden wir essen auch gerne bei Subway... Die Mitarbeiter waren auch nett aber leider sehr sehr langsam. Vor uns waren 2 Damen bis deren Bestellung fertig war haben wir 30 min gewartet. Dann mit unserer Bestellung wieder ein halbe Stunde.Das sollte nicht sein dann fahre ich lieber zur Minto da sind die wenigstens sehr schnell.

Leider hat die Mitarbeiterin mich nicht verstanden, und ich im Gegenzug ihre Rückfragen nicht. So habe ich letztendlich ein Sandwich bekommen, indem sie fragend auf Zutaten gezeigt hat und ich per Nicken oder Kopfschütteln mitteilen konnte, was ich möchte. Das Sandwich war lecker und frisch, die Mitarbeiterin freundlich, aber die Bestellung war Stress.

There is only grated cheese, the staff was completely headless and unstructured and had to leave the restaurant because otherwise I would have gotten too much because you easily wait 20 minutes for a sub and there are only 2 people in front of you. Vegetables and meat in the display look rancid and as I said, around lunchtime there was no normal cheese at all, just the extra cheap grated cheese... I highly doubt whether I'll come back here again.

An order was placed at the terminal and 2 subs of which the topping was not there were ordered footlong cooki and received the wrong one. There was no product that I ordered and paid for. Been to Subway for a long time and it was a total disaster.......

Don't do it! The staff was now completely overwhelmed and understaffed several times. It takes forever at lunchtime and the vouchers seem strangely strange to me. Rewards and vouchers don't work in the calculation and are then already redeemed etc. I love Subway, but not there anymore.
