Subway in Mönchengladbach

It was really funny, the employee with the black polo shirt was so short that she could barely see over the counter. Subs seem twice as big with such a small staff. Great marketing.

Today was the last time I went to Subway. The sub ordered and when paying: "Sorry, card payment is not possible." NO word beforehand, NO notice that card payment is not possible. I don't have any cash with me. Like two others after me. Ergo: The subs I and the customers after me took went into the trash. 😡 Great environmental awareness. It's simply absurd not to inform the customer about this.

We had bread from yesterday. One star is still too many. The work morale is at zero. Never again. We had to call the employees ourselves cok kötü dükkan

This is an absolute rip-off, the taste is the wisest thing I've ever eaten, it's such a cheek to pay a fee for eating there, the subs just weren't fresh, the cookies were probably from last week and then the price for 2 subs, 2 drinks and 2 cookies was just €41 rubbish Rubbish disgusting never again, I'd rather eat bread and butter at home

Worst subway of all. Order doesn’t get delivered even after 2 hours and when called they are rude, saying order will not be delivered you have to pick up by yourself. When asked to cancel and refund the order they refuse blatantly. Bad service and work ethics.

Wanted a chocolate cookie. I got it too. This one was probably from yesterday. Nice and dry for at least the first 3 centimeters in circumference. Have a coffee with it and what is the machine broken? You could only make a cappuccino 🤔🤔🤔?? I actually NEVER thought I could give a Subway branch so few points. SUBWAY @MUNICH REALLY SHOULD TURN ON

Really underground service!! First, the phone call was finished in peace while someone else just stood there and the young woman had something else to do. After we said that we wanted onions on our baguette, we got the answer “they are sold out”. If that's really the case, you'll have to make a move and buy new ones down at Rewe. There was no motivation to advise you on the menu, and there was only a small selection of drinks. Napkins were not included either. We won't be visiting this subway again!!!!

A small sandwich was prepared for us as requested, but we were charged for a large one. Unfortunately, due to the completely overwhelmed service and the long queue behind us and the resulting "wanting to leave", we only noticed it too late. According to the staff, no complaint is possible and I would see what was going on and I was just unlucky. Thank you, I was always happy to be a customer at Subway, but the visit to Minto really messed it up. At least the sub, which was twice as expensive, was tasty.

Open since 9:00 a.m., I was there at 10:00 a.m. No vegetables finished. I was told it would be possible to order food in 30-40 minutes. Dinner was then possible at 11 a.m. Eating like that wasn't what you're used to from Subway

Hands off!! After a long road trip on a Friday evening, we ordered two subs. It worked for my better half, but almost nothing for my BMT. My sub was delivered without salad, cheese, etc. You're happy to finally fill your stomach and receive 30cm of soggy bread with salami, ham and a hint of sauce. It's annoying enough, but it can happen. You can talk about anything, so call. The phone rings and rings. At some point the call ends (automatically?). Probably busy. Tried again, same game. Again and again. We didn't reach anyone until the store closed (time around 1.5 hours) and didn't receive a call back. Thanks for nothing. Friday evening with a lukewarm and dry salami bread. Written to the branch and Info@. There was actually a quick response from the Info@ address. But here it's just random excuses: "Under the sausage in the picture there's probably lettuce and cheese" - I'd like enough meat to cover up all the remaining topping! "..Different advertising images.." Sure, we equate appearance with completeness. Terrific. After 5 days there was actually an answer from the branch; 'Sorry for the late reply, it was a lot going on. But since it's been several days, we can't say anything more about it,' was the message in summary. Bottom line: - Food delivered incomplete. - Not warm/toasted - Service nil - And no concessions In my opinion, simply acting stupid is an absolute disgrace! I've never experienced anything like this anywhere else and it's not just this single branch that's done for me. Best regards.

I have never experienced such unfriendly subway staff, especially the two men, a man aged around 20-25 and a woman aged 25-35. Toppings were simply slapped on without asking us, then simply slapped onto a tray without a basket.

In the last 15 years I have never had such a bad sub as here, dry baguette and the chicken was dry and not marinated in BBC sauce. No barbecue master would rather be taken out of the trash can again. People prefer to eat next door, there is better food there.

Waiting half an hour for a quick snack? Not so good

Bestellung war leider komplett falsch, das Proboem wurde direkt und freundlich behoben. Jedoch ist mir gerade aufgefallen das die Chips abgelaufen sind, zwar erst seit zwei Tagen (was mich nicht stört) aber trotzdem geht es nicht.

Ich weiss es liegt vielleicht an subway generell weil alle fillialen das jetzt haben aber euer neues meatless teriyaki schmeckt nicht! Holt das alte zurück🙄und ein minuspunkt dafür dass ihr während öffnungszeiten euren tresen reinigt und alles dabei rausholt. Manche menschen haben leider keine zeit da 15 min auf euch zu warten.

Das Essen war immer ganz lecker aber Mitarbeiter meistens unfreundlich sehr schade.

Noch nie eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht und hab dort bereits mehrmals gegessen. Sowohl Mitarbeiter als auch Subs waren top.

Ich Frage mich immer wieder warum Menschen die eigentlich keine Lust auf den job haben, diesen Job machen. Freundlich ist anders. Ich habe mich schon nicht mehr getraut fragen oder wünsche zu äußern. Das an einem Monatsanfang, Samstag nur eine Person bedient, ist auch ein Unding. Hier ist mein Eindruck, daß es anscheinend am Besitzer liegt, das die Mitarbeiter dadurch einfach überfordert sind, mit dem was sie tun. Das geht definitiv besser.

An sich ein guter laden, und es gibt super sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Bedienung war aber sehr unfreundlich und hat das essen schlechter als bei anderen Filialen zubereitet, sehr inkompetente bedienung

Essen vertauscht.. bestellt und das falsche bekommen... Service naja.

Geht lieber den Weg zum HBF und geht da zum Subway. Die sind immerhin Freundlich und machen bessere Sandwiches :)

Alles gut allerdings ist die Bedienung, das dunkelhaarige Mädchen, ziemlich frech und unfreundlich

Die Sandwiches sind magisch. Man kann zwei Sandwiches hintereinander essen und hat immer noch Appetit.

Ich kann es nur immer wieder sagen ! Ich wurde noch nie so gut und ausführlich bedient wie in diesem Subway ! Mitarbeiterin ( Azubi ) hat sehr gute Arbeit geleistet ich empfehle diesen laden weiter ! Weiter so !!!

Bei Subway gibt es super leckere belegte Baguette in vielen Variationen. Sehr empfehlenswert

Super Subway, wie immer sehr zufrieden.

Musste leider stark brechen von meinem letzten Sandwich. An sich mag ich’s schon, aber die Leute die dort oft eingestellt werden, sind recht eklig und ich glaube nicht, dass diese sich oft ihre Hände waschen. Als ich dort mein letztes Sandwich verputzte, es war ein 30cm Chicken Teriyaki im Cheese Oregano Brot, musste ich leider am Folgetag stark brechen, wodurch ich leider nicht meine theoretische Führerscheinprüfung antreten konnte. Wenige Tage später jedoch konnte ich die Prüfung mit 0 Fehlerpunkten bestehen. Seit dem hab ich leider kein Sub mehr gegessen

Schmecken tut es. Nur dauert es oft viel zu lange je nach Andrang. So richtig bemüht kam einem das Personal da nicht vor.

Sub schmeckt wie immer ganz gut, nur die Mitarbeiter sind dermaßen unfähig und langsam. Schlechte Führung!

Die dicke Kassiererin ist Mega unfreundlich!! Bei Problemen absolut nicht lösungsorientiert. Ausgezeichnete Preise stimmen scheinbar nicht mit der Kasse überein... Dieses Subway ist echt nicht empfehlenswert!! Essen war zwar lecker und die beiden anderen Bedienungen waren professionell und freundlich jedoch hat mir das Gesamtbild den Geschmack verdorben...

Günstiges Essen für den kleinen und großen Hunger.
