I was here today between 2:40 p.m. and until now I have never seen such bad service or an employee who is so rude, really disgusting, so they don't deserve one star.

It's the same every time at Subway: unfriendly employees, uninterested in their jobs. They don't let customers pay by card and are rude and cheeky. Nothing to say about this branch. One star is already too many.

⭐ 1 star I ordered through Lieferando and am truly disappointed – for just under €15, I would have at least expected a fresh and edible sub. The bread was rock hard, not in the sense of freshly baked, but dry and chewy, as if it were a day or two old. I even took a video to show how hard it really was – unbearable. The sub was completely ripped open on the sides, the toppings practically oozing out. It not only looked bad, it tasted the same. The cucumbers seemed old, were translucent, watery, and mushy – a clear indication of a lack of freshness. Overall, it's simply disrespectful to deliver such a product at full price. If I had the means, I honestly would have returned the sub and demanded my money. So, all I have left is this review. Never again. The Footloong Cookie is also yesterday's safe. Unfortunately, you can't eat it because it's rock hard. What a shame. I ordered at 11:30 and I actually think it's all yesterday's goods

A total disaster. The counter was very dirty and covered in soggy leftovers from the day before. They didn't even clean the counter. Never again.

If you want to watch a single employee take 10 minutes to serve two customers, leaving you without food, then this is the place for you. This is the second and last time I'll be entering this store.

Simply the last thing you're forced to do here is use the stupid terminal or pay in cash. I preferred to leave.

We always enjoy coming to this branch, and our last visit only confirmed that. The bread was wonderfully fresh and crispy, the toppings carefully selected and lovingly presented. The extremely friendly and attentive service deserves special mention, making our visit particularly pleasant. The cleanliness throughout the store is exemplary and invites you to linger. We're already looking forward to our next visit and can wholeheartedly recommend this branch!

We were there on the evening of April 18, 2025 and were extremely satisfied. The employees were very nice and the branch is up to date. For me, my absolute favorite Subway store.😊

No hello back, you stand in front of the counter for over 10 minutes and are not served. There were beer bottles lying around outside. Never again!

You can no longer take everything, only 2 sauces, e.g. from there you have to pay extra and the prices are still high. You now have to pay extra for a lot of things then the Philly ends up cutting the meat too thick, which means ten

Food good, waiting time catastrophe. We ordered 2 normal subs at the terminal and had to wait about 40 minutes because the people who didn't order at the terminal were brought forward.

So it tasted good, but I have to honestly say that for €10.40 I would have liked to have gotten a sub that looked appetizing and didn't end up with half of it in the basket...

The two ladies behind the counter were really great in terms of service, communication and filling the sandwiches. I can honestly recommend that if you go to Subway, then go to the Subway on Korschenbroicherstrasse. Both ladies are likeable anyway, I don't know what, but the lovely lady with the short hair, her jokes made me laugh so much that the mountain dew came out of my nose. I'm still laughing as I write this.

Very tasty food with nice and friendly staff also very modern designed I can only recommend

Far too overpriced for now miniscule sandwich and laughably small chicken pieces.

Despite ordering, the cheese slices were missing. The bread was dry around the edges.

I've eaten there four times in a row, and each time my bread tasted noticeably stale, no matter what kind. That was never the case with the old tenant. It was no longer enjoyable. Plus, I had to order from the machine because I wanted to pay by card. So I forgot my bacon. It's a good thing there's another subway in Viersen that's a similar distance away. The last time I went was on Korschenbroicher Str.

Your employee, T., was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Coupons include a free 15cm sub – this coupon is available in various versions. I had the one with teriyaki, but wanted a different one that was on the coupon list. Because I only had the one coupon with me, I was denied it. Unaccommodating, that's not how you win customers. I still enjoy the cookies! 👍🏽

There is only grated cheese, the staff are completely mindless and disorganized, I had to leave the restaurant because I would have gotten too much otherwise, as you can easily wait 20 minutes for a sub and there are only two people in front of you in line. The vegetables and meat in the display look rancid and as I said, there was no regular cheese at lunchtime, just the extra cheap grated cheese. I highly doubt I will come back here again.

Thank you, service unfortunately incredibly bad. I wanted to redeem the voucher campaign for us and our children. However, it was required that everyone who wanted to use the voucher should come to the store. Anyone who has ever ordered from Subway knows that it is a little more complicated, but going to the store with 2 adults and 3 children would just be chaos. We had written everything down and wanted to place the order and then eat in peace at home. Well, thank you. That's what I call child-friendly and family-friendly. As a family of 5, we were very happy about the vouchers but unfortunately they are now worthless to us. Thank you Subway.

This was my second time there and it will also be my last. The first time, I absolutely had to order from the machine after standing in line at the counter for 15 minutes, with the explanation that the debit card machine at the till was broken. After the third customer complained, the staff said that it wasn't broken after all and the branch manager said that the staff should say so so that more orders would be made from the machines. So when I was there today, I ordered directly from the machine, and an employee immediately told me that they only had three types of bread left, only half the toppings, no onions, and who knows what else wasn't there.

Unbelievable, ordered via Lieferando, order was delivered incorrectly. A sub is simply missing! In the end, no one answers the phone in the branch and via Lieferando we can wait until next week until someone answers. By the way, we still received our order after 4 hours

Otherwise it always tastes great here, but today I got a SUB of the day, but unfortunately they forgot to put meat on it. Really sad, I was really looking forward to the SUB.

By far my best Subway visit. The two employees were really great. Just straight back from work and immediately in a good mood. Subs were great too

We were there at around 5:40 p.m. The amount of occupancy was more than disappointing compared to a few days ago. We were sitting at the table and heard a couple at the front mention this, but it still wasn't corrected. We were still hungry after eating. This was not the case a few days ago.

The baguettes are incredibly tasty and fresh. It also has to be said that the staff with the short curly hair was extremely personable and friendly and gave us detailed explanations of how everything works

Absolutely outrageous, opening time on public holidays is 10am. Were there at five before, service saw us. Stood in front of the door until 10:15, the gentleman in service was at the counter several times, looked at us several times and we stood outside. Door locked and also knocked. No reaction. Absolutely not recommended

The food tastes good but it's crazy that I can do the job better than your employees who can't even do a submelt. Plus it's absolutely not suitable for people with social phobia and the employees show zero consideration for it

Unfortunately, at the entrance it is noticeable that they expect young, fit clientele and that it is not suitable for the disabled. The ordering systems cannot understand why the question-answer game was once part of the concept. But the staff, shop and food are really good.

The food was delicious as always. Unfortunately I will no longer visit this store and will switch to another one. Extremely rude, don't understand anything when you explain something to them and are massively ignored. In addition, they don't adhere to certain requirements when you order something.

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at the Subway branch on Korschenbroicher Straße in Mönchengladbach. The employees there were extremely rude and disrespectful. From the beginning, I was confronted with a condescending and arrogant attitude that lacked any sense of decency. What was particularly shocking was the discriminatory behavior I experienced. I felt like I was intentionally mistreated and excluded by the employees because of my background. Something like that is simply unacceptable and disgusting in this day and age. I can only strongly advise everyone not to visit this branch. It culminated in me being kicked out of the branch in a disgusting and perverse manner. Here you are not only poorly served, but also treated disrespectfully and discriminatoryly! One person was particularly hostile towards me: short, short hair, female and apparently (lesbian). An absolute no-go!

Everything is very clean and the screen for ordering is practical. Takes a long time

The store was very empty at first but then became very full. Nevertheless, the employee, who was alone, was super friendly and not visibly stressed. Everything was done correctly and quickly. We purchased 6 subs and received them all correctly and quickly

I like this place and the subs are actually ok too. But unfortunately I have to say two points of criticism!!! 1) It simply cannot be the case that employees smoke in front of the door. This disgusts some customers. 2) Today I was also in the store and wanted a tuna sub. When the sub was taken out of the oven, I saw that the cheese was missing from it. The employee then simply took slices of cheese, slapped it on top and put it in the oven for a few seconds. End of story: The sub was inedible, and I regretted that I didn't bring myself to say that I wanted a new sub in the situation

I'm going to be honest now, and this doesn't apply to this Subway branch specifically, but since we order/eat here often, I'm leaving this review here. The quality of the subs continues to decline. Today, for example, I was delivered a "Tuna" sub, which basically consists of cold bread, a slice of cheese, and some salad stuff. Feel free to refer to the added photo. Hardly any sauce, hardly any tuna - and that costs €12? Of course, I realize that I am also paying for the service and for the time that I would otherwise have to invest if I were to cook myself. By the way, the employees in this branch are very cool, it's not their fault! Because I suspect that the employees are given instructions to use the ingredients sparingly. Of course I'm not stupid and understand that the company is trying to save money everywhere in order to generate more profit. But selling someone a sandwich without keeping to the promise made when advertising that sandwich? I find it cheeky. Of course I can't change anything about it, but I can only recommend that you as potential customers save your money and either go somewhere else to eat or simply make the sandwich yourself. You can easily recreate their famous Chipotle Southwest sauce; there are great recipes for it on the internet. The bread isn't anything special anyway, baguette bread from the bakery tastes a lot better. Yes, and you can easily buy the rest. But please, if you care about your money and your taste buds, don't waste your time on this. Sad. And after a 10-hour shift, I was looking forward to ordering something there. Puppy cake. P.S. I realize that you can't expect much from fast food, but you should be able to expect a little. Not even the sad minimum is met here. A pity.

Sorry, but I really can't recommend that. I tried Subway again after a long time because I got an offer for the new Sub Melts. The taste is average at best and the quantity is less than a normal (e.g. teriyaki) sub. BUT the (normal) price!? 16.90 euros for a sandwich??? I thought, that must be a huge portion or a unique taste experience. But it was far from both. I also ordered potato bites, but they were sold out and were replaced by 4 limp mini chicken bites. They were also grossly overpriced at almost 5 euros. The sub + the bites together would normally have been over 20 euros. But you can eat VERY well. For me, that was it with Subway. The prices are simply outrageous for what you get.

It would be cool if you increased your delivery radius on UberEats again. Otherwise great 👍🏼

Visited this branch on Thursday afternoon. Was served by a nice little lady with a black polo shirt. Very friendly and accommodating. The SUB tasted very tasty🤤. I ate the sub in the branch.😍 Delicious, delicious, delicious. 10/10 I'm thrilled. It was really brutally good service and brutally good SUB(-; Am thrilled.

Had a piece of the tuna in my sandwich even though I don't like it at all. Before, it was always a good shop.

The prices are now excessive. €28 for 2 baguettes is simply no longer acceptable

Unfriendly staff. The employee with crooked, unkempt teeth is a disaster and should not be working with customers.

At this Subway branch you have to be lucky with the employees. On good days you get a well-filled sub that fills you up, but on some days the subs are so sparsely filled that you're even hungrier after a 30 cm sub than before. So it always depends on the mood of the employees. I think it's a shame that the quality varies so much. If this were fixed I would also give 4 stars, but unfortunately there are only 3 stars.

The expired salad in the counter remains full to the top, all other items are empty and are not refilled. Accordingly, it is also documented. We always get 30cm and are actually full after half of it, but today 30cm didn't even fill us up. 22€ for these stingy subs is a disgrace.

You really have to be lucky with the Subway employees here. I was there on New Year's morning. The employee with the black glasses, who was a bit younger, was extremely friendly and filled the baguette very well. If I see that there are other employees there, I'll go straight back. Another employee, whom I don't want to describe in more detail, is so unsuitable for this job, he should be fired, unfriendly, mushy and puts so little topping on the baguettes that you could also spread bread on it.

It was a clean shop with good staff who worked quickly

The skinny guy with the glasses eats small portions and is stingy. When I order a tuna sandwich, half of the tuna cream falls into the cheese and he doesn't add a little more, but just keeps going. Rest is ok

Ein nettes kleines Subway. Man kann sich wie gewohnt ein leckeres Sandwich komplett nach seinen Wünschen zusammenstellen. Das wichtigste: Das Personal ist echt super nett was für mich das wichtigste ist. 👍

Herausragender Kundenservice. Die Mitarbeiterin heute, hat das Unmögliche möglich gemacht und innerhalb kurzer Zeit mehrere Subplatten fertig gemacht. Tausend Dank, wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder 🙏

Bin heute mal wieder dagewesen. Freundliche, kompetente Bedienung. Fahre gerne dort hin. Die vegane Auswahl ist richtig gut geworden. 👍

Essen Schmeckt sehr gut. ABER sobald der junge mann ( immer lustlos ) belegt ist für den preis nichts auf den Subs drauf. Zwiebeln werden auf ein grosses sub nur 4 kleine Scheiben drauf uvm. Man bestellt kids menüs und das Ganze zubehör (Getränk spielzeug und fruchtwuatsch) wird vergessen bis man nachfragt. Werden es meiden dort weiter hin zu fahren.

Sehr lecker und frische Ware wenn man will kann man dort essen, oder mit nach Hause nehmen ,aber die Preise gefallen mir nicht so ganz.

Sehr sparsam belegt, die Röstzwiebeln konnte man an einer Hand abzählen. Ich vermute mal, dass es eine Vorgabe von oben ist, da es bei jedem Mitarbeiter ähnlich ist. Da fahre ich lieber ein paar Kilometer mehr und unterstütze einen Franchisnehmer, dem Kundenzufriedenheit noch etwas bedeutet. LG

Zum Mitnehmen eine gute Lage, man kann sich innerhalb einer halben Stunde vom Bahnhof aus Subway gut erreichen. Ansonsten eher klein und direkt an der Hauptstraße.
