Super unfriendly service. We asked if we could redeem the vouchers in the app, hardly got an answer, only after asking several times did she say yes. When we wanted to pay she said, after we asked again, that only a voucher would work. We won't come here again. I would have preferred to leave the sub there.

Today I went to Subway in Sterkrade for the first time. I ordered a baguette for 8 euros. Salami mozzarella. I wanted to have French or cocktail or Irish Thousend as a dressing, but they weren't available. I was advised to try a spicy dressing, which was supposed to be a hit. Honestly, the dressing ruined the whole baguette. I was full afterwards, but I didn't taste any of the salami and mozzarella. Just the old hot sauce. Please put a dipping bowl with cocktail sauce next to the baguette soon and I will become a regular. But the current sauces are a no-go. But the price was okay. Service too. But you have to work on the sauces or dips. And please don't put it on the baguette, but in an extra large bowl next to it. Your Christian from Oberhausen Sterkrade.

After many years I decided to visit a Subway restaurant. I have to say I was very impressed with both the service and the sub. It definitely wasn't my last visit to a Subway restaurant.

I ordered via Lieferando at Sterkrader Tor and I have to say that it takes less than 10 minutes by car. SUB is completely softened and no cheese was used. Meat is searched in vain and not everything was toasted cold. I will contact Subway directly.

I come to this Subway very often and am always very satisfied with everything. The food is always very freshly prepared and the staff is always super friendly. Thanks to Miri for your friendly welcome😊

The subs taste good and the shop seems clean, but unfortunately you'll be let down if you're overwhelmed.

We always like to go to subway at Sterkrader Tor but after today probably not anymore. I wanted to order 3 subs and was greeted with enthusiasm - this motivation is awesome The complaint is out.

Store was very clean. New facility and pleasant to eat on site. Staff very friendly, special requests were made immediately. You can also order on tablets.

My favorite subway! The counter was always clean and the food looked appealing. At this point just a big shout out and thanks to the great staff behind the counter! 🫶 Every special request I have is always taken into account without complaint, friendly, humorous and you always feel like you're in good hands. Always a pleasure to come!!

We had baguettes yesterday. Have always been satisfied so far. But our baguettes were rock hard. I really mean what I say. On top it was still okay, but the ends and the bottom part were as hard as rusks. I was really annoyed.

Of course it's just like any subway but it's delicious, top service, delicious biscuits 🍪 and this selection is gigantic and it takes a lot of time until you decide something for everyone, so enjoy it

Good service, very friendly staff, freshly prepared sandwiches but unfortunately bread tasted like it was from the day before. Good seating on site and a nice, quiet atmosphere.

Fast alle Mitarbeiter super lieb und mega freundlich. Theke immer sehr sauber und gut gefühlt. Extra wünsche werden immer mit ganz viel Liebe berücksichtigt. Einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist, das es ganz oft vor der Türe dreckig ist. Aber das ist auch mit ein Problem vom Tor, und der Mülleimer Situation.

Wir waren heute mit unserem Sohn (im S04 Outfit) bei Subway in OB Sterkrade und haben vom netten Subway Mitarbeiter (wahrscheinlich BVB Fan) auf seinem Sandwich diese Mitteilung entdeckt. So einen Humor mag ich🤣 War alles lecker,frisch und nette Mitarbeiter 👍

Bisher immer nettes Personal, der Rest ist ja Franchising bedingt wie alle Subways.

Also der Fahrer hat 2 min vorher angerufen und gefragt ob er Schellen darf weil es schon so spät ist damit die Kinder nicht geweckt werden! Mega! Essen auch lecker! Und einen gratis Cookie gab es auch noch

Wir kommen wirklich oft zu euch, aber so nett bedient wie heute von einem ihrer Mitarbeiter wurden wir noch nie. 😊 War wirklich schön zu sehen das wenigstens einer seinen Job noch gerne macht. Wirklich 5 Sterne für die Bedienung heute 😊

Typisches Subway, schlicht und einfach. Sauberkeit war nur akzeptabel. Essen war wie immer ganz okay. Der Service allerdings war grandios schlecht, ich hab mich dort eher als belastend gefühlt, zwei von drei Mitarbeiter hatten wohl kein Bock.

Wie immer sehr lecker! Ich esse am liebsten in dieser Filiale. Sie ist gut erreichbar, man kann direkt vor der Tür parken und man bekommt das Essen schnell und freundlich. Auf Sonderwünsche wird genau eingegangen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es herrscht eine angenehme, lockere Stimmung. Ich komme immer wieder gern 👗

Gut belegte Sandwiches und nette Bedienung!

Ambiente und Essen in gewohnter Qualität, jedoch ist das Service Personal der Albtraum eines Arbeitgebers! Unfreundlich ist Kein Wort für das benehmen der Mitarbeiter an diesem Abend der Schicht. Nichtmal ein Tablett haben wir bekommen um vor Ort zu essen. Nach Rückfrage haben wir lediglich den grünen Brotkorb erhalten. Die Tische wurden auch nicht abgeputzt und waren klebrig und siffig. Unerwünscht trifft den Nagel auf den Kopf.

Holen dort immer unsere Subs, die Qualität ist super und das Personal (ein Angestellter dort besonders) ist sehr nett. Und wer sich fragt wie die Qualität nicht super sein kann, es kommt da prinzipiell das gleiche drauf wenn man das gleiche bestellt und die Zutaten sollten ja immer gleich sein, der kann gerne mal ein Sub in Dinslaken holen oder eins in Oberhausen über Lieferando bestellen (wird von wo anders geliefert).
