I visit the branch regularly and have always had nice service and delicious food.

Unfortunately, I discovered that my last visit to your Subway branch was anything but satisfactory. When I asked about parking options for the duration of my stay, the employee was unable to give me any information. When I asked for some more olives I was immediately informed that this would be an additional cost. The entire ordering process was neither customer oriented nor customer friendly. The sauces were just squirted in the middle of the subs and they weren't closed properly. This poor execution is regrettable, especially given the otherwise good quality of your food.

Very nice service, the tiriaki was good as always, unfortunately parking was a bit confusing.

The staff is unfriendly. The toppings were clapped together carelessly, the toppings were not distributed properly and there was far too little of everything on it. Sauce too. Worst sub in a long time.

Small shop with standard Subway menu. Everything is clean and the food is as you would expect from Subway. The absolute highlight was the staff. We were there with our two children (5 & 9) and were treated very kindly. The kids felt very comfortable.

A subway right at the gas station, great idea! After 1 year the quality has deteriorated! The staff hardly understands you, skimps on ingredients and the bread is usually not warm but still crumbly and barely toasted.

I ordered via Lieferando and received a late and completely wrong order. Communication was difficult on the phone. The lady said that she would prepare the subs for me and that I would be happy to pick them up. I then had to wait 40 minutes in the store until my order was finally ready. ALL customers who came after me as well as all Lieferando and Uber orders in between were made BEFORE my order. Didn't get any compensation for the additional effort. Also not a decent excuse. Will NEVER order from this store in my life!! Absolute disaster!

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I've been to a few Subway stores and have nothing but good things to say. When we were there, the store was always clean. In particular, the employee with “probably Latin American” roots is always nice and has a smile on her face. The baguettes are always great and if you want something more, that's no problem. Of course it's at a gas station, but in the store itself I find the atmosphere modern and clean. I always like to come back!

However, I was dismayed to discover that this particular branch does not accept digital vouchers, which is both surprising and disappointing in today's digital era. Despite multiple attempts to find a solution with the staff, their response remained unsatisfactory and not very customer-oriented. This experience left a bad aftertaste that couldn't be compensated for by the otherwise tasty sandwich. At a time when digital payments and vouchers are accepted almost everywhere, it is incomprehensible why a well-known chain like Subway is lagging behind in this branch. This not only caused inconvenience on my part, but also raised doubts about the company's flexibility and customer friendliness. It is my sincere wish that Subway sees this feedback as an opportunity to improve, particularly in relation to the acceptance of digital forms of payment, in order to avoid such disappointing experiences for future customers.

Everything all around top. Siham, the lady with the curls, is the best and makes the tastiest subs.

Do not accept vouchers, only printed ones. The vouchers shown in the app are intended to be paid for with Eeward points, but the voucher does not work. Catastrophe!

The employees seemed overwhelmed and tired. Had to say what we wanted several times. We rarely eat at Subway, but we actually enjoy eating there, but we won't be eating there anymore. Wrong sauce and the sub was more cold than warm. Maybe consider allowing employees to take more breaks.

Totally unfriendly and don't even know what kind of offers there are in the app at Subway 03.01.-16.01.24!!! And then say not until next week! If I had been there and not my friend then I would have said no then you can keep the sub totally unfriendly on the phone! I was actually always satisfied and will avoid this branch! And the comments make me sick, apparently the boss doesn't care about any of that either

Absolut dreckiger und süffiger Laden, war selber vor Ort. der ganze Boden ist total eingesaut wurde glaube ich noch nie geputzt ,die Theke reinste Katastrophe alles total verschimmelt ,da wo die Soßen drinne sind steht der Schimmel 2 cm hoch, ein Messer ist auf dem Boden liegend gewesen hat sie aufgehoben und damit den Sub durchgeschnitten, hat den Müll rausgebracht und hat sich danach noch nichtmals die Hände desinfiziert ,hat danach einfach in die Gemüsebehälter gefasst. weil ich es drauf angesprochen habe ,wurde die Polizei gerufen und ich habe ein Jahr Hausverbot bekommen ohne einen Sub und ohne mein Geld zurück. war die reinste Katastrophe dieser Laden ,ich gebe euch den Rat, schaut euch den Laden an macht euch selbst ein Bild ...ich rate jeden davon ab der gesund essen möchte. Ich werde morgen eine Meldung an das Gesundheitsamt geben und das Ordnungsamt werde ich auch informieren da darf gar kein Sub mehr bestellt werden geschweige denn über die Theke gehen .habe die Chefin eingefordert habe mit ihr geredet die gute Dame wollte nicht ein Wort mit mir sprechen nur über die Polizei kommunizierte sie mit mir und das ist eine Chefin die ein Subway laden betreibt echt einfach nur noch lächerlich. Mir wurde unterstellt ich hätte in diesem Laden randaliert dabei stimmte das gar nicht dann wurde mir unterstellt ich hätte einer Mitarbeiterin einen Sub vor den Kopf geworfen( in Gedanken bestimmt) aber ich habe es nicht getan dann wurde mir unterstellt ich wäre rassistisch gewesen auch das habe ich nicht gemacht. Ich rate jedem einzelnen Subway Kunden schaut euch die Läden an ob die wirklich geeignet sind um da einen Satz zu bestellen wenn ihr meine Bewertung lest ihr werdet nicht enttäuscht sein wenn ihr euch selbst ein Auge davon macht ich habe viele Fotos gemacht die ich leider Gottes nicht online stellen darf aber ich darf das Gesundheitsamt informieren auf Anraten der Polizei der gute Herr hat mir sogar recht gegeben werde ich wie gesagt das Gesundheitsamt und das Ordnungsamt informieren dass dieser Laden vielleicht auch zugemacht wird weil da darf wirklich nichts mehr über die theke gehen.einen Stern ist es aber noch nicht mals wert,wenn es nach mir gehen würde würde ich null Punkte 0 geben aber leider Gottes damit es auch malauskommt und die Welt draußen erfährt was in diesem Laden losgeht muss ich leider Gottes ein Stern geben

Das Essen war großartig und die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr nett.

Dafür, dass dieser Subway direkt an einer Tankstelle ist, ist es Recht gemütlich vor Ort. Die Cheffin ist eine super sympathische Frau welche, bei Bedarf, auch Mal Geheimtipps / Kombination vorschlägt die wirklich gut sind.

Subway zoals altijd wel vertrouwd lekker. De sfeer is waardeloos, maar daar kom ik niet voor. Het staat pal naast een benzinestation en is erg klein met 5 zitplaatsen.

Also bei unserem Besuch war alles super. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und weder hektisch noch zu langsam.

SALZ wird hier großgeschrieben. Schon bei der Begrüßung hatte der Verkäufer gefühlt schon 3 Salzstreuer in der Hand. Das Personal legt einen riesigen Wert auf Salz im Essen. Es wird auch besonders drauf geachtet, dass zwischen jeder einzelnen Zutat nochmal ganz locker eine Prise Salz aus dem Handgelenk geschüttelt wird. Bei der abschließenden Frage, ob noch Salz und Pfeffer hinzugetan werden muss, handelt es sich um eine Fangfrage. Alle Leser können sich das Endresultat ausdenken. Ansonsten hätts echt sehr lecker sein können.

Die Storemanagerin ist super. Immer freundlich, immer schnell und vor allem immer lecker. Danke dafür.

Wir waren eben in dieser Subway Filiale und waren unzufrieden. Das Personal ein junger Mann und eine Frau mittleren Alters wirkten überfordert. Die beiden haben die Arbeitsplätze hin und her getauscht, hat beim abkassieren auch nicht zugehört. Wir wollten getrennt zahlen haben es auch gesagt, er sagte ach getrennt und kassiert uns dennoch zusammen ab. Auch wenn der Laden gut besucht ist sollte Qualität und Freundlichkeit/Motivation dennoch gegeben sein.

Essen gut wie immer , Personal freundlich, die Kartoffelbeillage besser auslassen und cookie nehmen

Für was schnelles auf ne Hand, geht's immer.Super freundlichen. Halt kein Kulinarischer Genuss auf höchsten Niveau, aber zwischen durch geht es immer mal. Ambiente, gehört jetzt nicht grade zu den schönsten Lokalen im Umkreis,aber immer Sauber und meistens auch ein Plätzchen frei.

One of the cleanest and best branches! Employees are nice and polite and they do the sandwiches well. Problem is that they run out of some types of bread early like 7 pm.

Bedienung war nicht gerade motiviert. Auswahl beim Gemüse war sehr eingeschränkt

Super speisekarte, leider ist diese nur über die diashow, welche ziemlich schnell wechselt einsehbar. Meine Mutter (58), welche zum ersten mal bedient wurde, war etwas überfordert, wäre Sie alleine dort gewesen, hätte Sie den Laden nicht in guter Erinnerung behalten. Hätten uns über etwas mehr Zeit und Beratung gefreut

Das die Sandwiches von Subway sehr lecker sind, sollte ja bekannt sein. Den feinen Unterschied unter den Filialen machen aber die Mitarbeiter. Die zwei Jungs die bei meinem Besuch da waren, waren freundlich und schnell. Daher würde ich das nächste mal auch wieder diesen Laden neben der Tankstelle besuchen.
