SUBWAY Oberhausen in Oberhausen

The service was truly outstanding, especially thanks to the friendly and professional store manager S.U. She made the experience even better. The team was attentive, quick, and perfectly fulfilled all requests. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, just as you would expect. Definitely one of the best Subway stores I've visited!

Ordered for the first and last time! I ordered a BBQ rib, with a Honey oat bread (actually my favorite). After the first few bites everything tasted bland... I went back and asked the employee (who unfortunately didn't understand anything and neither did I) to take it out and swap it with chicken and I would then pay an extra charge for that. He started taking a new baguette and demanded that I pay for a completely new sub. I tried to explain to him that I just didn't want to eat the meat (I'm pregnant and just wanted to be on the safe side because the meat tasted really strange... I felt something come up right after the first bite...) and as I mentioned, I was I would have been willing to pay an extra charge and it would have been possible, but if you're greedy and don't have enough, you'll lose customers and get a rating like that! I worked in the catering industry myself and it's always possible to charge extra for meat, vegetables or sauces! I picked up my disgusting sub again and took the meat out myself and threw it away. I took a second bite and noticed how far dry the baguette suddenly was. I was really disappointed because I unfortunately had to throw away all the food. It's really very unhygienic 1) the meat tasted weird which is not typical and 2) the bread was dry! I really don't want to know how old it is! & 3) normal communication is not possible because the gentleman unfortunately didn't understand anything (or didn't want to understand anything)… In the end I went to another shop where they had a delicious Sucuk Baguette for €4 and it tasted a lot better! I'll never get food there again, I'll end up catching something.

With two subs ordered, it's absolutely outrageous that none of them arrived even remotely as ordered...IT'S ALL ON ONE PIECE OF WRITING!!!!!!! Never again...

No phone number to call! Same thing with Lieferando! We've been waiting for our food for 3.5 hours and don't know if it's even coming. This restaurant just confirmed it in the app, even though nothing has arrived!!! PEOPLE, NEVER PAY ONLINE OR YOUR MONEY IS GONE!!!!!!

Friendly staff, always accommodating to requests. All ingredients are fresh. I enjoy coming here.
