Subway in Lemgo

Actually a good restaurant. Always fresh and delicious. But you can't get anything between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. around 15 customers on site each time. And only one editor... The processors also change weekly and are therefore extremely extremely slow. It has happened several times that you either had to wait an hour or had to resort to McDonalds... It's a real shame, things could go much better here if customers were processed properly.

Terrible experience – absolutely unacceptable! I am deeply disappointed with my visit to Subway. There was a hair in my sub! This is not only extremely unhygienic, but also completely disgusting and an absolute no-go for a restaurant that prides itself on freshness and quality. Such incidents demonstrate a massive lack of care and hygiene. As a customer, you expect strict standards to be maintained in the kitchen - especially at an international company like Subway. But that was obviously not the case. This experience has thoroughly spoiled my appetite, and I will think very carefully about ever eating at Subway again. I hope that this incident is a wake-up call and that hygiene standards are urgently reviewed and improved.

I don't know whether I got a new employee both times or whether that's standard practice in the branch. My impression is that there is a lot of savings on salads and the like... The subs from the customers in front of me looked quite sparse and boring, and I had to comment with each item that I would like more. I don't have this problem in other branches. In addition, my sub was poorly packaged with 3 papers both times. It tasted as usual, only the bread was dry.

Very tasty food, there is something for everyone and the staff are really nice. Plus, you don't have to wait long for your food and they offer a huge selection.

Service is great, everyone is always really friendly. Despite ordering online, I had to wait longer today because someone new was being trained. But that wasn't a problem for me at all, but I was given 2 cookies as an apology :) Food is always delicious here - definitely our regular Subway!

The staff is overwhelmed and unable to take criticism. A colleague was trained, I understand that, but not that the colleague cannot be helped when there is a high volume of customers. In response to my criticism, I was offered the opportunity to apply if I could do better. Sorry, that doesn't work at all!!!!

Was served by Martin today and was more than satisfied! He even gave advice on what would go well together and was extremely friendly and cheerful. Gladly again!

Parking right in front of the door, everything very clean inside and out, friendly service, the sub was very tasty. Nice atmosphere, I have nothing to complain about, keep it up.

Simply a bad shop, cookies from the promotion are always "sold out", no new ones are made when asked, not even if you buy a large quantity, subs were heartlessly slapped together and were charged differently than stated in the coupon, so I have I didn't get the coupon as ordered, the cookies were "sold out again", I was charged too much money and what was there wasn't even delivered as ordered.. Very unfortunate…

Very tasty here, I like to come over and eat here. The place is new and everything is very clean. The staff is super friendly and the quality of the food is also okay, definitely one of the better Subway's I've been to. The ambience is just standard subway, so I honestly don't expect anything more. And since it lives up to expectations it is a 5/5 stars. I don't apply the same standards here as I would in a 3 star restaurant.

Nice modern shop. Food is just typical Subway. I think it's great that you can pre-order your food online and then pick it up. However, I sometimes wonder why this is even offered in Lemgo. If I pre-order 2 hours in advance, how can it be that the food isn't ready on time? What if I want to grab something quickly after work in the evening?

Typical Subway store. The employees are all friendly and helpful. Since the sub-offers were changed, the prices have risen again. The quality of bread and toppings is just average. The sauces, on the other hand, were delicious. Compared to other fast food dishes (doner kebab, currywurst/fries) the prices for a whole sandwich are simply too high. Price/performance doesn't fit.

Very nice service, now very expensive "sandwiches"... taste ok.

The staff is overwhelmed, they don't know what goes into a subway, you're always asked what you can get on a selected subway, and at the shift wecksel the staff is late and not in the mood.

If you know what combination you want to eat, it's really tasty and a great alternative to the usual burgers and other fast food.

Das Essen ist sehr gut, so wie es soll. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, aber auch extrem langsam im Vergleich zu anderen Subways. Insgesamt aber super👌

Wurde von Marty bestens bedient. Er hat aufjedenfall Ahnung von seinem Job. Komme gerne wieder und freue mich wenn er da ist. Man fühlt sich insgesamt einfach immer gut aufgehoben bei ihm.

Super Essen und netter Service. Finde es aber eher ungemütlich dort. Der Preis war dafür aber nicht gerechtfertigt!

Ein guter Subway, leider dauert es manchmal ziemlich lange da die Mitarbeiter etwas langsamer sind als gewohnt.

Sehr lecker super freundliche Mitarbeiter aber desto voller desto längere Wartezeiten.... Alles Gut und schön aber 30 min bis man bedient wird ist dann doch einfach zu lang für "mal kurz zu Subway"

Essen war lecker und gut zubereitet. Nette Bedienung und ein sehr sauberer Eindruck im Allgemeinen runden das gute Bild ab. Für mich, als sporadischer Besucher, war das Servieren vor Ort neu: Plastekorb mit einem Papier, darauf der Sub. Das finde ich mal konstruktiv und gut gelöst - so entsteht kaum Verpackungsmüll und hygienisch ist es auch (sofern wie hier, die Körbe auch gereinigt werden). Alles in allem top, komme gerne wieder!

Mega sauberer, neuer Subway mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. 👍 Die beiden vom Sevice hinterm Tresen waren auch total nett und zuvorkommend. Top Subway hier in der Umgebung. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen 😊👍

Ein wirklich schöner Subway Store! Groß, hell und modern. Super zentrale Lage in Lemgo! Die Subs sind immer lecker! Wer mal ein Sub wie aus dem Bilderbuch sucht sollte sich von Denise bedienen lassen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hier war es jetzt nicht so voll. Das Essen ist ja wie immer Top. Alles sehr sauber.

Filiale war sauber. Sonntags Mittags nichts los gewesen. Filialleiterin war sehr nett und Essen schnell und gut gemacht. Wenn viel los ist reichen die Parkplätze nicht. 👍

Nach 2 Jahren in denen ich mir hier regelmäßig was hole, muss ich einfach mal ne gute Bewertung dalassen. Die Subs schmecken schön frisch und sind großzügig belegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr höflich und kompetent und die Chefin ist Klasse 👍🏼. Auch das Restaurant ist sauber und man findet immer Sitzplätze. Sehr schade finde ich nur, dass das Restaurant nicht an den Events von der App teilnimmt. Ansonsten kann man sich nicht beklagen, ist bisher meine Lieblingsfiliale. :)

Sehr freundliches und entspanntes Personal, gute Subs und extrem angenehmes Ambiente. Das Restaurant ist meistens relativ leer, lange warten musste ich nie. Klare Weiterempfehlung!
