Subway in Paderborn

Nice and quiet with very friendly staff. Plenty of choice for everyone, and also enough space for a larger group.

Not exactly cheap, but Subway has great sandwiches! One point off for the excessive sugar!

I never usually go to Subway, but I got a free coupon and had to try it, but the experience wasn't great. Right from the start, when I was asked which bread I wanted, I had to ask what was available. She just pointed at the breads in an annoyed tone without saying a word. Fine, I couldn't see it. Then we went through the normal ordering process and the usual questions. After I answered one question incorrectly because I didn't understand it, she became even more annoyed. Unfortunately, I still couldn't hear her because she was speaking quietly and downwards. I didn't understand her a second time either, so she had to repeat herself, which was very difficult for her. I could have understood her reaction if the place was busy and she was stressed, but it was 11 a.m. and I was the only customer. Very disappointing. In summary, the service was terrible and I wouldn't recommend it. The food, however, was good.

Well, I don't know what's going on with them, but there are people running around the store, and no one wants to work. A lady who was cleaning just signaled that the store was closed, or rather, "No, go back." Is the health department doing this, or are you just trying to swindle hours? I don't understand. At 3:35 p.m., they want a sub. But no, they don't want to do any.

Unfriendly staff and paradoxical statements regarding offers. To top it all off, we had to clean the table ourselves. If less than one star were possible, I would give it that!

I stopped in shortly before 10 a.m. for breakfast. The opening hours online and at the store say they're from 9 a.m. The lights are on, but the doors are locked. I waited ten minutes, and no employee was to be seen inside...

Definitely better than burgers. Unfortunately, the wait times are always long.

This branch is always good. But the other one on Detmolder Straße is terrible. Last time, my sandwich had nothing but bread. What a pity.

These days they just throw the sub together. Not much care is taken. No atmosphere as hardly any customers. Staff not very friendly either!

Depending on who's behind it, it can end up being truly careless, with the ingredients simply thrown onto the bread. Nevertheless, there are some who truly prove themselves as sandwich artists. Cleanliness is also OK.

I actually like going here, but this branch has unfortunately deteriorated considerably over time. The service isn't friendly, but rather grumpy. Furthermore, not all coupons from the app are accepted, supposedly because "it doesn't work here." If you're running a franchise like this, you should at least follow the offers provided by the franchise. If not, such offers should be clearly stated in the app. —the review has been edited from this point onward— A small addendum: I can understand that the food isn't quite as fresh at 10:30 p.m. But if I had known that the churro was as tough and hard as a piece of dry dough, I definitely wouldn't have bought it. It's a shame I spent €2.50 on it.

The urinals have been constantly overflowing for over six months. The staff are constantly stressed. And the food isn't prepared as carefully as at other Subways. Some don't even know what the daily specials are.

I ordered two chicken teriyakis on Whit Monday around 11 p.m. It was the most unappetizing sub I've ever eaten. The sub was opened as quickly as it came out. The next customer took their order a few minutes after me. Our food would be delivered at the same time. I suspect his food was cold, too. The food wasn't leaking, it was watery. It fell apart when I unwrapped it. I'll definitely eat there again. 😡👎🏾

Restrooms! In the men's restroom, both urinals are broken and there are no paper towels at lunchtime! A real no-go!

Simply dingy. At 9 a.m., I was confronted by a grumpy waitress. Then I glanced around the cash register and behind the counter. "Please clean the bread shelf. How can the whole shelf be greasy and full of crumbs when you open at 9 a.m. when there are only 10 loaves of bread in it?" Unfortunately, the salad was also from yesterday. The floor in every corner behind the counter was just dirt and crumbs... never again, sorry.

I just like the subs. Find it a good alternative to MC and BK. I like to go here because the service is good and you get friendly service. The place is clean and usually not crowded. You just have to eat subs immediately and not take them home with you, otherwise they will become too soft.

Standard SW loading. The waitresses were super sweet and personable, very friendly. I think the store itself is a bit uncomfortable and not that clean. You can go there and eat.

The best subway branch I've been to so far. In particular, the bearded colleague (so far he looks like Post Malon only without tattoos) was able to give me and others great advice. So the next time you drive past Paderborn you will go back to it (the store was also simple but cozy (for a subway) in terms of ambience)

For me the best subway. The service is very friendly and you get well-filled subs.

It was better, the staff was able to ask questions more clearly.

Here you still find yourself in front of closed doors and a dark shop when the store opens at 10:00 a.m. and at 10:07 a.m. on Sunday mornings.

The subs were cold, as was the cookie. The only positive thing was the young woman behind the cash register.

Request coupons printed out. In 2024... 🫠 Then in the future we'll go to the subway on Detmolder str. ... The grid friezes are muddy... it doesn't work at all. But employees were friendly.

The baguette tasted good no doubt. The fries on the menu looked like they had been thrown up apart from the quantity and when I asked them about it they said they had specifications for it. Landed in the trash in front of our eyes!! The toilet stinks and hasn't been cleaned, no soap, no paper, etc. Tables chairs not cleaned.. HERE for the last time

Turn the music down. It's almost unbearable! You can't even chat in peace.

Great in itself, but my meal was incorrectly topped and I pointed it out straight away (while still filling it). They completely refused to make a new sub because it was 30 minutes before the end... In my opinion, that was his mistake and so he has to get a new one make. Unfortunately, the service has been very unfriendly on several occasions. Then soon you'll probably just go to the subway on Detmolderstrasse, where you'll receive friendly service and everything is always right.

Now there isn't even the sub of the day here anymore. But half a sandwich for €6 and more.

The best Subway branch in Paderborn. Up until now the employees have always been super nice. I especially like Veronika and Alex... keep it up and stay as you are. You can tell that all employees enjoy their work and dealing with people.

At around half past 12 we were at this branch on Frankfurter with our little son and were really looking forward to the food because we were all sick and didn't want to cook ourselves The service was subpar and unfortunately so was the food! My baguette was so old and so hard that I could hardly chew it. If we weren't so sick, we would have gone back and asked for our money back!! When I went out, my little son, who was walking behind me, threw some cards off the table (he's 2.5) and I didn't see it, otherwise I would of course have picked it up. But instead of telling me properly, the waitress just yelled at me from behind why I would throw something on the floor and just walk away. You really don't need something so unfriendly. The outside area is of course also the last thing. Totally dirty and full of rubbish despite the beautiful weather. Very very disappointing. We will definitely never eat there again No wonder the store was completely empty (Find the receipt after all! It was 11:20 a.m.)

So far okay. Unfortunately, vouchers are not accepted from the official Subway website, even though this is displayed on the restaurant page. The toilets are also often not clean.

If I'm in a hurry I always go here, it's almost always empty and you can order straight away and receive your food straight away.

The employee should receive training on how to behave in a friendly manner towards customers. Before ordering, we asked whether we were taking part in a promotion, and a friendly (new) employee replied in the affirmative. However, the promotion could not be taken advantage of at the checkout. Instead of looking for the problem and solving it, the gentleman in question called from behind: "It doesn't work, if it doesn't work in the cash register.. then there's nothing you can do." There was no one behind us, so you could have looked into it We can take our time since the offer was confirmed to us at the beginning. The “manager” just said: “Maybe that won’t work since today is the last day of the campaign.” Does she believe that herself or is she trying to take customers for a fool? Even during the preparation you could see the gentleman's mentality, who looked unfriendly and yawned. Does he know that he is being paid at that moment? In the end, we just took the outrageously expensive and outrageously underfilled subs and left. But this was just due to hunger, normally we would have had to leave the subs and just leave. We won't go there again.

Essen war lecker, wie bei der Kette üblich. Habe allerdings keinen Salat gefunden, das Personal konnte keine Auskunft abgeben…. Toiletten waren defekt, keine Seife wirkte alles leider etwas schmuddelig, für mich leider nicht nochmal

Essen war wie immer top, Subway Sandwiches gehen einfach immer! Es könnte etwas sauberer dort sein. Auf den Tischen und Bänken und auf dem Boden sind häufig Krümel

Haben kein Salz+Pfeffer da (?!) und nehmen an keinen Angeboten aus der App teil.

Ich hab dort 6 Subs bestellt und mitgenommen. 2 sollten nicht "alles drauf" was wohl untergegangen ist in den Gesprächen zwischen den Mitarbeiter*innen. Zu Beginn wurde mir noch gesagt das 6 Subs auf einmal ein echtes Problem sei. Normalerweise müsste ich die einen Tag vorher per Email bestellen. Ich war um 10 Uhr dort. Der Laden war leer.

Gut besuchter Subway, mit gut geschulten Mitarbeitern die auf Sonderwünsche etc eingehen gern jederzeit wieder!

Sauberer laden und entspannte Atmosphäre.

Leider ist der sub des Tages jetzt noch teurer geworden. 7,99 für den sub im Angebot ist mittlerweile echt ein bisschen zu teuer.

Die Bänke und Tische sind sehr klein. Das Essen dauert ganz schön lang und eine Erklärung zu den Saucen, was sich dahinter verbirgt wäre schön.

Die Zutaten sehen immer sehr frisch aus und schmecken auch sehr gut. Auch Preislich finde ich das in Ordnung. Das Personal ist meistens freundlich.

Guter Subway mit frischen Zutaten. Einige Tische waren leider in dem Moment nicht sauber.

Preise angehoben, und die zwei Bedienungen hinter der Theke als wir da waren bei 10 Gästen im Lokal waren kaum in der lage diese vernünftig abzuarbeiten. Man kann natürlich auch nen auch ungünstigen Tag erwischt haben. Werden nochmal wiederkommen✌🏽👍🏽

5 von 5 Sternen. Bester Subway in Paderborn. Meine Erfahrung bei dem Subway, ist grad morgens sehr Positiv. Die Mitarbeiterin hat jeden meiner Wünsche umgesetzt. Der Laden ist sauber und ordentlich. Parkplätze sind mehr als genug vorhanden.

Schlechter subway. Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und immer hektisch. Gehen nicht auf die Wünsche von Kunden ein. Das frische Gemüse immer durcheinander gemischt. Zwiebel fliegen überall auf den Gruken auf der Paprika etc. rum.

Der Ort ist sehr sauber und das Essen ist lecker Vielen Dank .
