Subway in Erftstadt

I would have liked to try a Subway sandwich. Unfortunately, redeeming the prize coupon (Telekom Magenta) was not possible upon request (even though this Subway was listed as participating on the competition website). The friendly employee at least gives it a second star.

Always great that subway vouchers are rubbish... and then they are not even accepted even though it is explicitly stated on the website

We had no idea what it tasted like, so we wanted to redeem the vouchers from the Magenta promotion. The Subway website states that the Erftstadt store is participating, but when we got there, we were told they weren't participating! Very annoying!

Best place! The staff is super friendly and fun. The subs and wraps are well-filled, and the cheese is baked inside the wrap. 🤤 Also, there's hardly a Subway that's open until 12! Regular customer!!!

Cleanliness, yes. Very good. But service... They don't care. The employees are good, but the "bosses" or owners are old and arrogant. The selection is getting smaller and smaller, they hardly do any promotions but advertise them. And if you want discounts, which Subway generally offers... Well, tough luck, they're talking around it, and you can just pay full price. They don't care about advertising. It's hard to believe that the Subway in Brühl and Wesseling is far better. Thank you very much, but I don't want to support that.

The food here is always delicious and the staff is very friendly. Apart from other little things that have cropped up here and there, I was there this evening 30 minutes before closing time to get something to eat. But in front of a closed door. After I asked the person who was still closing the shop, they said that the bread was sold out and that's why it closed earlier. I've worked at Subway for a long time myself and know that something like this can be prevented with good planning or by baking in the afternoon. Even if there is nothing left in the warehouse, you should at least be able to offer salads or wraps or whatever is there. I highly doubt that everything is sold out. Unfortunately, according to the reviews, this isn't the first time this has happened. Unfortunately, something negative has happened again, which is why I have to give a negative review in addition to my previous positive review. I hope this will be worked on in the future so that you don't have to drive to the store for free again.

I've been a regular customer since it opened. Always nice staff, even when it's busy. Anytime!

We stopped near them by driving with a forced stop. That's why we went there for coffee, but they make coffee there. They asked about french fries (for my son) - they don't make them either. They answered us politely and patiently and we wanted to buy at least something. The older son ordered chicken snacks, and the younger one - one cookie. And what a surprise it was when these cookies were given to him for free. It was very nice!

Unfortunately I have to agree with the mixed experiences. The food is delicious, but unfortunately some of the employees make it inedible every now and then. The young woman was very grumpy and rushed. In my opinion, you should speak to your customers in a much nicer tone. The high point was making mistakes. We ordered a mix of three cookies and got the same one twice. I think everyone knows how annoying it is to notice this at home. Unfortunately, today you have to check everything yourself, preferably four times. Is that the meaning behind it? PS: Kindness would have made up for this mistake.

Fast, friendly, well documented

I was at this Subway branch today and had mixed experiences. The positive aspects first: The restaurant and the toilets were very clean, which I immediately noticed as a positive thing. My Subway was fresh, tasted good and the employees didn't skimp on the ingredients, a big plus. Card payment also worked without any problems. The friendliness of the staff varied. Two of the three employees were very friendly and helpful, while the third seemed rather unfriendly, which somewhat affected the overall impression. Unfortunately there were a few negative points. No student discount is offered, although this is often the case at other Subway branches. Additionally, neither the coupons we received in the mailbox nor those in the app were accepted, which was disappointing. In addition, the prices outside did not match those at the checkout - the Tuna Sub was outside for €9.00, but I was charged €10 (see photos). Overall it was okay, but the branch could do some improvements in terms of price transparency and discount promotions.

We basically go to our “canteen” from Monday to Friday. Always very friendly and good advice when needed.

It would be advisable to adjust the opening times or make sure that you can get something to eat until the store closes. Several times now, around 10:30 p.m., nothing happens and then only three to four ingredients.

Nice employees but don't take part in any activities. You always have to pay the full price. This restaurant doesn't even take part in the sub of the day.

Für mich der beste Subway überhaupt, war nie in einem besseren. Hier wird man immer freundlich bedient, immer ist alles sauber. Die Mitarbeiter geben dir sogar Tipps bei den Belägen. Weiter so!

Leider ist (oder wirkt) das Personal sehr unmotiviert. Sehr aufmerksam leider auch nicht was die Bestellung anging. Auf meinem Sub wurde ein Kreuz drauf gemacht damit man wusste welches wem gehört. Leider war es auf dem anderen Sub. Wenn man etwas nicht isst oder Verträgt & das fällt später beim essen erst auf ist das schon ziemlich dumm gelaufen & man steht blöd dar...

Sauber, stylisch, angenehm. Sehr leckeres Essen mit erstklassigen Zutaten. Bedienung zwar freundlich: Ein Mitarbeiter jedoch fällt permanent auf durch unangebrachte, gezwungen wirkende und wenig originelle Scherze.

Habe hier bisher immer gut gegessen, dem Service geb ich 5 Sterne, allerdings kommt es darauf an wer da ist. Der letzte Besuch hat mir wegen der Mitarbeiter, die in dem Moment in der Schicht waren, nicht so gut gefallen......

Wir haben über Lieferando online bestellt. Was da für knapp über 30 Euro geliefert wurde, grenzt an eine Frechheit. Pampige matschige Wraps und Subs. Einfach lieblos zusammen geknäult. Mehr Sauce als Belag und triefend. Nichts knackiges und einfach nur ekelhaft. Das war das letzte Mal. Vergleicht mal das Bild vom Tuna Sub mit nem Werbebild. Das hat nichts miteinander zu tun.

Ist genau sogut wie alle sagen, erstes subway gehabt, lecker.

Super Bedienung und gutes Essen. Leider seit der Renovierung sehr unbequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und sterile Umgebung.

Wir holen uns wenn wir keine Lust zum kochen haben dort gerne mal die verschiedensten Sandwitches. Sie sind immer sehr gut belegt und lecker. Vedat ist immer gut gelaunt und freundlich und weiss manchmal sogar auswendig was seine Besucher für Vorlieben haben. Witzig!

Das mit Abstand freundlichste Subwaypersonal, das ich je erlebt habe. Bisher habe ich nur negative Erfahrungen mit dem Personal diverser Subwayrestaurants gemacht. Hier aber wirklich großes Lob! Trotz später Stunde, alles frisch, lecker und selbst zum Schluss wird man gefragt, ob der Sub so in Ordnung ist. Wow! Danke!

Toilette dringend sauber machen. Service war sehr gut, Sauberkeit Toilette unmöglich.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter jetzt innerhalb einer Woche zweimal hier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nahm sich beide Male Zeit, meiner Tochter alles zu erklären, sie durfte sogar die Sossen vorher probieren. Der Innenraum ist neu gestaltet und deutlich netter als vorher, wirkt aber etwas steril. Es gibt auch einen Lieferservice, der aber nicht über die Subway-Webseite funktioniert, sondern man muss anrufen.

Bester Subway den ich kenne. Ich bin noch nie enttäuscht worden es schmeckt immer 1a. Mindestens 1x die Woche hole ich mir ein Chicken Fajita 😎
