OK in itself. But if you want to redeem a voucher from your own Subway app, the incompetence of the employees is reflected. You get pat answers that it doesn't work and you wait 15 minutes for a voucher from your OWN app to be accepted and at the end you're told “But next time there won’t be any more” I'm a bit shocked.

If I could then I would give 0 stars. Food tasted terrible. Employees were listless and didn't even wear gloves. I hope that the public order office will take a look.

Bad service staff: The take-away food is not packed in plenty, it is not offered in a bag (even if it costs something). When I asked if I could pack the cookies, I was given a paper bag to pack myself. When I asked for a bag for the bread (because the sauce spilled) there was only an unfriendly comment: "I can't give every customer a bag." How am I supposed to know that the customer in front of me received a bag as a gift??!! Let's be honest, how clumsy that statement was. I just asked for a bag to pack it up, even if it cost I would have bought it lol IF YOU HAD GIVED ME THAT OPTION. You shouldn't treat customers differently just because they look different. It's not about migration background, but about age/appearance/clothes/prejudiced age. Why do you have to be on first-name terms with customers because you think you're younger? The service employee from before should definitely change his attitude.

Sorry, but incompetent, annoyed employees who don't even really know their stuff.

One of the best Subways in the city. It's tiny but clean and cozy. The staff was super helpful in my case, switched to English with no problem and made me a perfect fresh sandwich.

so what is that ? We were there on 8/2/24 around 11:00. After a few minutes we were approached by a dark-haired lady asking if we knew what we wanted to order. We then said that we would like to redeem the 2 for 1 15cm promotion from the app. She then said that this branch would not participate, even though it says so in the SUBWAY APP. Can everyone now decide for themselves? When my friend then said that it was even noted in the app as a participating branch, she just said rudely, "I know, but we're not taking part." Then we went.

The food tastes good there, but today I lost my appetite. The lady who put the topping on my sandwich put my cash on the sandwich by hand using the same gloves she used to put the cucumbers etc. on it. She also took the change from the cash register with the same gloves and handed it to me. She then continued serving with the same gloves and placed a new sandwich on top. The public order office should take a look here. Essential lack of hygiene that I experienced there today.

I've bought a sub here four times so far, and today was the first time on Sunday morning. Unfortunately the bread was from the day before or older, because it was rock hard and crumbly and dusty like rusks. It was so hard that I had to open it up and eat one half at a time to even be able to chew it. I didn't eat the other half. I hardly tasted any of the topping because I felt like I only had bread crumbs in my mouth. The 'potatoe bites' were also harder than rusks, as I couldn't even break many pieces with my hands. Only one was soft in the middle. And I paid 14 euros for it. Unfortunately I didn't have time to file a complaint because I had to go to my training course. But that really doesn't work at all. At 14 euros for half a 'sub & 'potatoe bites' as a side dish, I expect fresh bread and "chewy" potatoes. Please don't do that and only give out fresh bread, because that really annoys us customers. My clothes and my car looked like... it was all covered in thousands of crumbs. You could have made a whole flock of pigeons happy here. Sorry, but if that happens again I definitely won't eat here again, and I won't even come back on a Sunday. The topping was always fresh and delicious on all my visits. The salad and vegetables were always crisp and fresh, the meat was soft and juicy, intense taste and great aroma. There are a lot of options to choose from, there is something for everyone. You can easily put the sandwich together yourself; you can see the ingredients on display in front of you. Or you can choose a sandwich suggestion from the menu. There are also a lot of different sauces. I particularly like the selection of drinks. Everything is well chilled and, above all, you also have zero sugar sodas to choose from, which is great. The saleswoman could be friendlier, she doesn't look at you, no greeting, no farewell, no please, thank you, no nothing. Everything happens consistently without words. Every time. But I liked the facility itself, it was clean and tidy. There were only napkins anywhere, everything was empty, but luckily I always have wet wipes in the car. It's nice that you can also sit outside if you want. The chairs look comfortable and there are plenty of tables.

I have to say that this is one of the best Subway branches I have ever dined at. The vegetables taste incredibly fresh and all the ingredients are of excellent quality. I was particularly impressed by the positive energy of the employees. Not only are they friendly and helpful, but they also make you feel really welcome as a guest. I can only recommend this branch and am already looking forward to my next visit. Everything is just right here – from the quality of the food to the first-class service.

Yesterday (June 2, 2024) I went to the store briefly to get something to eat, unfortunately it took longer than usual (understandable!) because there was only 1 young man working, completely alone! He tried to do 10 things at the same time and was also complained about by customers. I would like to praise him here because he managed it very well. And if the boss reads this: it was very stressful for the young guy, next time you can leave two employees in front 😊

Staff is unacceptable. I wanted to use a Rabat from the app, at first a woman who was at the checkout wanted to open another app in my phone, I would like to say that the first time I wanted to use the Rabat, it was not necessary. After it didn't work, she told me to just pay, earlier her colleague said she would do the Bonn a little later, I thought that she would do it after I paid, but no, I just paid the whole amount. Later when we were eating our order, a woman came to us in 5 minutes and asked me to get up, I was surprised at her shamelessness and she replied no. Then she told her colleagues this and THE COLLEAGUES TOLD US TO GET UP... I've never heard anything like that anywhere... that customers who have taken courage have to go away... My girlfriend and I met something like that for the first time. As an example, I can tell you about Subway in Neustadt am Rübenberge, where I prepared for the exam for 3 days, only ordered once and no one told me when I was finished that I had to leave. After 5 minutes we had to leave... Because another customer wanted exactly our table...

The most horrible experience in subway ever! Super unfriendly and even rude staff Always forget to put items, so always need to remind them. Gave them several chances. Thought maybe they are not in the mood etc, since I work opposite the Subway and tried lunch here. The last time the guy forgot to put French fries that I ordered as a menu set, when I reminded him he aggressively reacted which made me so confused. Never again

We ordered the Chicken 'Garlic Melt Sandwich through UberEats and they got it completely wrong from start to finish. According to the website, this sandwich wasn't supposed to have bacon on it, but it was topped with bacon anyway. Cookies were also missing from the order. He said he was "dead sure" that he packed them. They weren't open to solutions either, instead the blame was placed on the Uber Eats driver....

Zero stars...what is that??? My husband orders me a Sub Veggie delite costing 11.15 euros is a hell of a lot of money right??? For me, yes... here I come from work, I'm really excited, I'm so happy and what's there, a dry piece of bread with nothing, really nothing... um, are you kidding me? I'm excited to go there tomorrow morning...I'm super excited...I'll report back!!!

I really like this branch. It was tasty, the staff were friendly, requests like extra peppers were accommodated, and it was clean.

I rarely give a review, but the service was TOP! Despite the long line, the employees were super friendly and the subs were delicious. We always enjoy going there.

Depending on the day of the week and time, the line can be long, but it's worth it for the taste. Seating inside and outside, but in our case there were pubescent people outside and people who fed the pigeons with it 🤦🏾‍♂️ Next time we'll take it with us.

My most recent experience with this branch can be rated as unsatisfactory. We didn't find the staff particularly friendly. Heating the sub stopped halfway through. As a result the chicken was cold. When making the topping I didn't want an ingredient, the reduction was accepted as if I had ordered something twice and for free. Despite scanning, the points were not credited. According to their own statement, they do not participate in vouchers (contrary to what the franchisor said directly). After that, I didn't even particularly feel like pointing out the missing napkins. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the branch and it was definitely my last visit.

I was deeply disappointed to find that this Subway store did not participate in the coupon promotion, contrary to their website claims. The unfriendliness of the staff only increased my indignation, as they showed no interest in attempting a solution even after presenting the voucher and the associated website (which clearly states that this subway is participating). It's really no surprise that the ingredients don't end up in the sub as ordered. Very sad.

I would like to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your branch. According to your website, this branch should take part in the current voucher campaign. Despite presenting the vouchers in both digital and printed form, I was refused participation in the campaign. This contradicts the information available online and has resulted in a very unsatisfactory customer experience.

My recent visit to this branch revealed an obvious gap in staff training. Although the website clearly stated that this store was participating in the voucher promotion, the staff seemed neither informed nor willing to support the promotion. This resulted in a confusing and frustrating experience for me as a customer. In my opinion, improved communication and training of staff about current actions and policies is urgently needed.

Habe ein Chicken Terayaki bestellt, auf kurzer Nachfrage was der Herr da drauf tut, da es nach Schweinefleisch aussah, hatte er Kochschinken in der Hand und wollte mein Sub damit belegen. Geht gar nicht! Und dazu kommt noch, das ich dazu noch ein Meatless Chicken Terayaki bestellt habe und darauf Schluss endlich nur Sauce und Gemüse drauf war. So enttäuschend 😕. Nie wieder gehen wir in dieses Subway. Bestes ist das kurz vor der Autobahn.

Essen war schrecklich genauso wie der Kundenservice hatte essen bestellt bei uber eats und ausführlich Beilagen angegeben natürlich bekam ich Brot in der Konsistenz von Kaugummi und potato bites die schmeckten wie Pappe also ehrlich war noch nie so geschockt das erste mal das ich mich beschwere also da letzte mal dort bestellt oder ansatzweise was essen dort als ich anrief war ich der Fehler der Bestellung natürlich wurden die potato bites (frisch) morgens früh gemacht also 6std vor meiner Bestellung? Also nicht zu empfehlen

Schon lange nicht mehr so schlecht in einem Subway bedient worden. Ich weiß es ist ein regnerischer Tag das drückt die Stimmung aber wir standen alleine da und wurden ignoriert. Dann kamen wohl Freundinnen rein die gleich bedient wurden. Sorry aber das geht nicht

Eigentlich sind dort nur nette Mitarbeiter vor Ort und ich komme sehr gerne Vorbei. Leider arbeitet seit einigen Wochen ein Herr mit weißen Harren dort, der immer wieder respektloses Verhalten gegenüber den Kunden zeigt und mich mehrfach ignoriert hat wenn ich etwas bestellen will .
