Great restaurant. There were 5 of us guests and we all ate the goose menu, which was super tasty.

We have already celebrated three birthdays at Bistro1919 and have been completely satisfied each time. The restaurant is really beautifully decorated and creates a cozy atmosphere. The food was always really tasty – freshly prepared and prepared with a lot of love. We would particularly like to emphasize the excellent service: the employees and the owners were always very nice, courteous and friendly. We felt welcome every time and always enjoy coming here. Clear recommendation for everyone who appreciates good food and great service!

Open and very friendly employees. The food was not only beautifully prepared but also very tasty. You can simply taste the freshness of the products and the love for food. Definitely coming back.

Takeaway food, very tasty samosas and vegetarian main dishes. Good portions, very flavorful and fresh. Peppers were even a little crunchy. Very nice service, I would love to come back!

Pub and bar hopping around this part of the city we decided to drop into Ludwigs Bier Und Brot ,been here before on previous holidays to Dusseldorf, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. I love the look of this pub, interior is superb, an island style serving bar dominates the main room, pubby decor and furnishings, big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub, its just a great locals pub to unwind in. We were here on a cold and rainy night in late December, pub was toasty warm as was the welcome from the barmaid, we luckily managed to get a table were two altbiers from Schlosser Brauerei landed on our table, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular pub. A bit fan of the altbiers from Dusseldorf, dark,slightly malty and bursting with flavour, when served freezing cold as in this pub its just a totally delicious beer indeed, it was just so good being in such a lovely pub enjoying a quality brew and sat with my twin brother, best beer companion in the world. We both really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to Ludwigs Bier Und Brot we had a great time. Ludwigs Bier Und Brot is easy to locate along Mertensgasse . Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from 6pm. A wonderful pub,well worth checking out if you're in the Old Town of Dusseldorf.

Today I had the best spinach pizza I've ever eaten! Thank you! The other dishes are also highly recommended! By the way, the restaurant is not just for club members...

We like to use the restaurant for festive occasions (baptisms, school enrolments, birthdays) to dine with 10-20 people. The service, ambience and quality of the food are always perfect! The acoustics are very pleasant even with several people. Thank you for the nice evening!!

Restaurant Philosoph is het onbijtrestaurant van Hilton Düsseldorf hotel. Het aanbod is volledig , inclusief heerlijke verse zalm, en wordt zeer geregeld aangevuld. Het is een grote ruimte doch bij de grote Kerstdrukte diende uitgebreid naar de naastliggende zaal. Het restaurant is s’avonds niet in gebruik. Voor een snel diner kan je terecht in de Axis Bar, gelegen naast Philosoph. Top hotel maar er mocht toch voor s’avonds een aanbod zijn van een meer uitgebreid restaurant dan de Axis Bar, mede gezien de ligging van het hotel buiten het echte centrum van Düsseldorf.
