A solid kebab without any frills! It tastes good. The portions are definitely filling, even if you're not just coming off a four-week fast. Oh, and the dürüm bread is homemade, and you can taste it!

Chicken döner is good, eggplant dish is bad. They should make it more successful

Worst kebab shop in Düsseldorf.

I used to be satisfied with Palace of Kebabs. This time, however, after a long time, the experience was very disappointing. I ordered several dishes – including a wrap, which was delivered in a loaf of bread. Unfortunately, none of the dishes were properly packaged, so everything fell apart. This shouldn't happen with a delivery. Overall, the quality is unfortunately no longer satisfactory. I will never order from there again.

Delicious and very friendly! I don't eat kebab often but the staff were very accommodating and polite to me. I felt comfortable and it tasted good. I will come again, thank you!

Unfortunately not so good after the change of ownership

Standard meat (frozen), standard bread. Sauces inconspicuous (I think it's good). Very nice service and inexpensive - chicken €6.50 Nothing special at all given the good value for money, but still four stars for me.

Very tasty, as always. Large portions, even if the price has gone up considerably. 10 euros for a doner roll 😲 Despite the four employees, we waited about 10 minutes. The employees are very friendly. Everything is clean, but it's not cozy. We prefer to eat at home.

Our daughter wanted some kebab meat – really just a very small amount. Unfortunately, the employee was absolutely inflexible: Either a complete plate or a kebab pocket, anything else was “not allowed” because otherwise the boss would complain. No accommodation, no understanding, instead a rather unfriendly manner. Unfortunately not recommended for families with children.

The best kebab in town. Always fresh, everything clean and friendly staff. The variant with grilled vegetables is highly recommended.

We were regular customers for many years. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated extremely, the portions are getting smaller and smaller, but the prices are getting higher. The service and friendliness of the employees have also noticeably decreased. What a shame!

Since the new owner in 2025, the shop has definitely gotten worse. The kebab was delicious, but the new owner is completely unacceptable and tries to drive away guests who want to sit inside with loud music, and even admits to it. I'm not going to see the shop again for a while.

They only serve chicken, but this isn't mentioned when ordering. So you get chicken whether you want it or not! What a shame!
