I ate a doner kebab today and got diarrhea immediately afterwards because the meat was raw and the chicken was dry. Never again! 🤢

One came with green salad and both sauces, the other with green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, and no sauce. The delivery time was stated as 35 minutes, but it actually took a full hour for the food to arrive. Furthermore, it wasn't possible to track the order status via Lieferando initially – only after the food had already been shipped. Regarding taste and quality: At first, the meat tastes very good, flavorful, and juicy. However, after a short time, you realize that the meat quality isn't high. The taste lingers, but it's unpleasant – and shortly afterward, I experienced stomach problems, which strongly suggests that the meat wasn't fresh. There are also significant weaknesses in the preparation: In the doner kebab with sauce, the sauce was almost exclusively at the bottom of the bread, leaving roughly three-quarters of the kebab completely without sauce. Both doner kebabs also contained hardly any salad – estimated at only 10 to 15 grams – and this too was almost entirely at the bottom of the bread. Conclusion: The initial impression is that the taste is good, but the quality of the meat is very disappointing and can lead to health problems. Considering the long delivery time, the inadequate tracking, and the unfortunate distribution of sauce and salad, the overall result is rather mixed. With fresher meat and a little more care in preparation, there is significantly more potential.

This was my preferred kebab shop until a few weeks ago. At least twice a week, for many years. Then they changed the sauce base and used different kebab meat (veal)...since then, I've been looking for a "new" kebab shop, as neither my kifs nor I like the "new" taste. What a shame!

We ate chicken and veal kebabs with fries. The meat was cut nice and thin, crispy and well seasoned. The salad was fresh, there could have been a little more tomato (and possibly cucumber). The sauces were delicious. The fries were also very hot and fresh. The only downside is the uncomfortable atmosphere, which is perhaps why hardly any guests eat on site (we were the only ones at lunchtime on the weekend). The team was very friendly and served the food according to our wishes. Price-performance ratio is right here (although the outdoor advertising for Pomm-Kebab is unfortunately wrong, the prices are much higher). We would still like to come back.

I love this kebab grill, by far one of the best in Düsseldorf, with really nice staff. We usually eat the kebab plate. Neither with chicken or veal. The meat is extremely seasoned and the sauces are amazing. Really addictive for me. That's why I'm looking forward like a little child to getting two kebab plates there again today.

So after more than 10 years and more than 100 kebabs that I have eaten there, after being asked nicely if I can use the toilet, I get an unfriendly no... such an impudence from regular customers... I didn't know any of the employees either.. (new owners?) I will never eat here again on principle. Telefonisch PommDöner ohne Pommes, mit Salat bestellt. Bei Abholung sollte große Portion bezahlt werden. Am Telefon kam gar keine Frage nach großer oder kleiner Portion, also warum dann unverschämt sein und einfach große Portion berechnen?? Ich bestand auf Nachfrage, warum das so gehandhabt wird. “Ich diskutiere nicht. Dann halt kleine Portion.” Hab große Portion bezahlt. Weil Ehrenmann. Für minderwertiges, völlig überwürztes Knorpelfleisch, müden wässrigen Salat und schäbige Soße. Dazu noch Plastikgabel… 😵‍💫 Ich bleibe lieber bei meinem BioEssen als nochmal so ne fette Geldverschwendung zu leisten. Rückgrat hat man; das verdient man nicht durch dubios ergaunerte 1,20€/Portion. Schade, dass man einen Stern vergeben MUSS. Selbst dieser eine Stern ist zu viel! Also nix Ehrenmann, eher ehrenlos. Lass dir die 1,20€ Gewinn schmecken!

Fleisch war saftig und konnte je nach Vorliebe auch knusprig zubereitet werden angenehm. Dieses Restaurant kann wärmstens empfohlen werden.

Der Besitzer des Ladens ist stets freundlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch den man auf dem Herzen hat. Die Wartezeit vor Ort passt auch super. Bis jetzt hatte ich nie was zu meckern 😅❤ meine Freunde mit denen ich da war, waren auch stets begeistert.

Ich habe einen großen Dönerteller mit Hähnchenfleisch gegessen. Das Fleisch war lecker, kross und reichlich. Der gemischte Salat hat mir auch gut geschmecht, die Soßen waren auch reichhaltig so war das Gericht auch nicht trocken. Die Pommes hätten besser sein können aber für einen Preis von 10 Euro war ich zufrieden. Der Angestellte der mich bedient hat war sehr freundlich, ich habe mein Essen zügig am Tisch serviert bekommen. Tische sind auch sauber gewesen.

Der Nachfolger ist top 👌 sympathischer Mann, die selbstgemachte weiße Sauce ist mega. Mit etwas mehr Auswahl an Gemüse wären viele zufrieden.

Ich war heute das erste Mal hier und kann die neueren Rezensionen nur wiederholen. Ein großer Pommdöner für 5,50€ ist bei aktuellen Preisen vertretbar. Das Fleisch ist gut gewürzt gewesen und die Jungs an der Theke waren sehr freundlich.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Ja, durch die Inflation ist einfach alles teurer geworden. Hier kostet der kleine Döner 4,50€ und der Normale 5,50€. Der Döner ist gut belegt und schmeckt sehr gut. Kalb, sowie Hähnchen. Hatte das letzte Mal bei Dene Ve Gör gegessen, den Döner von Troya finde ich viel besser.

Update: Ich hatte leider Werbung in meinem Briefkasten obwohl ich einen Keine Werbung Aufkleber auf meinem Briefkasten kleben habe. Döner war ok, 2 Sachen waren nicht so toll, erstens der Döner war bisschen klein und zweitens hatte man am Schluss nur noch Fleisch. Das Fleisch war saftig aber sehr fettig. Es waren zwar Peperonis und Feta geschnitten in der Ablage, aber scheinbar zählt das nicht unter alles drauf. Preis fand ich mit 4 Euro ok, mittlerweile ist es ja überall teurer.
