What are the ambiance standards for a "kebab shop"? The beeper to signal that your order is ready is great (could be a bit more widespread). They not only serve falafel, but also a vegan alternative (seitan-based?) to the meat. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point for my last visit: when asked if they offer "everything with everything," I replied "everything that's vegan." I'm afraid the cocktail sauce on my kebab wasn't vegan. So, there's a need for more information about what is vegan and what isn't.

The doner kebab plate was very good. The location was neat and clean. Parking was no problem. Outside seating is also possible. The food is even brought to your table. You could call it a snack bar 2.0. Addendum 10/24/25: Today, an XL doner kebab plate... again super delicious.

TO VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS 🌱 You are absolutely not welcome there, even if they offer veggie burgers and kebabs on the menu. I ordered a veggie kebab there and immediately realized I was unwelcome because I don't eat tortured corpses. I ordered a veggie kebab with everything, but I got extremely sugary seitan with ONLY iceberg lettuce and onions. Where are the tomatoes? Where's the coleslaw? Where's the red cabbage? Where are the cucumbers? Never again. I'd rather not give it a star at all.

The handling is very bad. I asked him a simple question and he told me that he doesn't speak German. Very bad dealing, because I only asked him a simple question.

They claim to sell steak doner kebabs, but they're just regular meat doner kebabs. They're just priced at a premium because they don't mince it. The second skewer is, of course, minced doner kebab... Who knows what was minced into it? Service is awful. And the ambiance...

The food is good. There's a lot to choose from. When it comes to service, you should be precise, as otherwise misunderstandings can arise very quickly. But these are quickly resolved. The biggest negative point goes to the sauces. I don't like them at all, as they taste too artificial. I would appreciate that they weren't prepared in-house.

Take your time and go to the main train station. The food is poor value for money. The staff is unfriendly. I asked for a lemon and was met with an unfriendly, "Not available." When you're paying €30 for two doner kebabs, one lahmacun, one small fries, and three drinks, you expect at least friendly staff.

Never again, once top, now a flop

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst kebabs I've had in Düsseldorf. The regular kebab was full of meat, barely any lettuce, and no red cabbage. It's a matter of taste, but the sauces were truly awful. Not justified for €8.

The portion sizes and the choice of meat and side dishes are basically impeccable. The food is delicious, as is typical for a doner kebab, without being particularly over the top. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here is completely out of whack; €18 for a large doner kebab plate with a Coke is simply too expensive in my opinion.

The price/performance ratio is perfectly acceptable. The quality of the food is very good and the service is quite fast. But ayran doesn't have to cost 2 euros. :-(

The meat was bad, the fries were way too small and soggy, the vegetables weren't fresh, and the employees were extremely rude. I recommend avoiding the store and going one stop further to the main station – there are better places there.

Tried the new steak kebab for the first time: - Unfortunately the meat is very stringy and tough, and also quite dry and not very juicy. - The dominant, typical taste of high-quality meat is missing. - Bread quite bland. - there were no tomatoes. - Garlic sauce very thin It was busy and you had to wait quite a long time. More like clearance than enthusiasm for the product - a shame...

And the falafels are just glorious 🧆 Portion size is gigantic and not for the faint hearted 🤣 Perfectly clean and well-organized Everything you need you can find in a DIY style but it just feels so comfortable Outdoor seating on benches available for sunny days ☀️ On top of everything, there’s even Plenty of parking available onsite! Food is OK, it's best to take away on site, not so suitable as the food gets cold after 2 minutes. Which shouldn't be the case.

We ordered three kebab variants, namely steak, veal and chicken, which is a very good selection. Other dishes such as falafel or veggie kebab are also offered as alternatives. The food tasted very good. The meat was tender and tasty, the salad was nice and crunchy and the bread was crispy. A small point of criticism concerns the sauces: the only hot sauce offered is curry sauce, which is unfortunately not ideal as the sweetness of the curry sauce does not go well with a kebab. The ambience is pleasant and functional. After ordering you will receive a pager to be notified. However, if you want to enjoy your meal in the restaurant, the pager ringing every few minutes can be a bit annoying. I would like to see an alternative solution here to make the stay even more pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and fair for the conditions in Düsseldorf. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience

There was nothing going on, they charged me for a gourmet box even though I ordered a veal kebab, ok that can happen. I still get a gourmet box. Except for the boss, everyone was very unfriendly. And pigeons just come into the store and chill there. DISGUSTING!!! You used to be really good, but in the last few years you've just been a disaster. Never again!!

Ok, it was Saturday night and it was busy, but they were completely confused about dine-in, pickup or delivery. We were there with two families. We had long since finished when the other family's food arrived and we ordered at the same time. It took too long for a quick snack, we waited 30 minutes for the food. When we asked, the employee also became cheeky. In addition, the food was completely over-seasoned. But that is a matter of taste. In any case, we won't go there anymore.

Today I had the pleasure of trying a Dürüm with steak meat from the gourmet corner - and I have to say, I'm absolutely thrilled! A friend brought it for me, and from the first bite it was clear: This is by far one of the best Dürüm I've ever eaten. What is immediately noticeable is the generous amount of meat. There really is no saving here! The steak meat was juicy, perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The combination of the fresh ingredients and the delicious sauce rounded the whole thing off in terms of taste. The dough was also pleasantly thin and slightly crispy – exactly as it should be. If you value quality and generous portions, this is the right place for you. Absolutely recommended – I will definitely come back!

Very rude employee! I had dinner today around 1:20 p.m. and was served by an extremely unfriendly employee. Even when greeting him, he seemed annoyed and disrespectful. Instead of being professional and polite, he made it clear to me that he didn't enjoy his work. When I asked a question I got a curt answer and he even said: "I'll be out of here soon anyway." Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable! Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of the employee's mood. If you're so dissatisfied with your job, maybe you should find something else to do instead of taking your frustration out on customers. On the positive side, the food was okay. Nevertheless, the poor service leaves a negative impression. Very disappointing - I will think twice about shopping/eating here again.

First of all, I think it's good that Yaprak kebab is offered. Unfortunately, I found the meat to be very tough, something I don't know anywhere else. For €10 I don't think it's good enough.

Service very unfriendly. Steak kebab is sold and the meat has nothing to do with steak at all, it is at most yaprak, but steak means something completely different. Everything is way too expensive. I will avoid this in the future because the pricing is not right at all.

Unfortunately the kebab tastes really good, but if you MIND EVERY TIME. If you have to wait 20 minutes it doesn't matter.

First of all, it's great that there is also veggie kebab, with vegetarian kebab meat 👍🏻 Unfortunately the sauce was only on the bottom, not a bit on top, as you can see. There was too much coleslaw and hardly any cucumbers or tomatoes. And the sauce was a curry sauce and wasn't that tasty either.

It has something of an authority about it. You will be processed correctly. The kebab was ok.

Price performance is not right at all! Far too expensive for the quality, no recommendation, you can eat it but not for the price. 30€ for a plate of kebab kebab, fries and 2 ayran. If you're nearby and want something quickly, well... there's also plenty of parking nearby. But if you have time you should go somewhere else!

The ambience is great (for a snack bar), you sit comfortably, the shop is nice and big and spacious too. It's really nice to stay in there. The service employee wasn't unfriendly, but it bothered me a bit that he ate while it was being prepared or played around with his fingers in his mouth the whole time. I didn't find it very appetizing. The steak kebab for almost €10 was just average. Nothing bad, the meat was actually the most disappointing aspect of the whole thing; without bite, tasted soft-boiled. I have been a regular customer here since it opened around 15 years ago. When it comes to kebabs and the like, this is my favorite shop so far. The food tastes incredibly delicious, the portions, such as the kebab plate, are huge and especially these days you really get more than enough portion for your money. In addition, everything tastes really fresh and the meat in particular tastes significantly different than in the standard kebab shops, which you can find almost everywhere with what feels like the same meat. There are huge skewers, veal, chicken and also a 100% Yaprak skewer. Salads and sauces are fresh. No matter whether it's a kebab plate, kebab bag, Dürüm, everything tastes really great. The inside of the store is visually very well designed and there are plenty of seats. Outside there is a large terrace where you can sit together with a large group, covered, lit and heated in winter. The store is very clean and as soon as customers leave their seats, this table is immediately cleaned and wiped down. I have never sat in a place that still had remnants of the previous one on it. Since it opened, the store has had so many customers that you are called by number, but the employees send out one large portion after another so you don't have to wait long. Everyone behind the counter works very quickly and with concentration. The staff here are really very friendly and have always been the same over the years. There is also a small dessert such as baklava or rice pudding, which is also very tasty. The store is absolutely recommended. Thank you 😃

I wouldn't give it even one star!! It's terrible, we wanted to buy a kebab with pompes and at first we weren't told at the checkout that it wasn't good. After we paid. Did it say that this doesn't work? How could it not work, we were ready to pay?! That's not good service, they weren't friendly or polite. What they told us was if you didn't want to do it half way, then don't do it at all. This is not child-friendly at first. They didn't want to give us our money and had to in the end. Take bread with pompes. THANKS FOR NOTHING. A recommendation is something clever with workers and a thank you. I'll NEVER COME THERE AGAIN.

I took a trip from Osnabrück to eat a kebab there. I can say with certainty that it was worth it. The welcome and friendliness of the employees always invite you to visit the store again. I can recommend it without reservation. The steak kebab is particularly recommended.

The worst and most expensive kebab in Düsseldorf! Employees totally unfriendly don't even say hello and can't even speak German properly. The kebab is terrible had heartburn for two days afterwards! The ingredients are not fresh and the meat is of poor quality. The main thing is to withdraw money!

This kebab shop has nothing to do with a normal kebab shop. Hygiene and friendliness are definitely two foreign words here. Without gloves or tongs, the kebab man reached into the salad where he had just cleaned a table. In addition, the employees gossip about the customers in their own language, I noticed it myself because I also speak Turkish. I would ignore this kind of disrespect if at least the food tasted good, but these gentlemen didn't manage to do that either. The chicken meat was thin and consisted only of cartilage. Absolutely inedible. The fries are tiny crumbs and so hard that the plastic fork provided breaks on them. The meat, on the other hand, consisted of huge limp flats that required a knife. To top it all off, everything was drowned in tzatziki sauce from a bucket. 10€ food for the trash.
