Very good döner, choice of four types of meat, large portions, actually too much, but that is better than too little of course

Today I had the pleasure of trying a Dürüm with steak meat from the gourmet corner - and I have to say, I'm absolutely thrilled! A friend brought it for me, and from the first bite it was clear: This is by far one of the best Dürüm I've ever eaten. What is immediately noticeable is the generous amount of meat. There really is no saving here! The steak meat was juicy, perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The combination of the fresh ingredients and the delicious sauce rounded the whole thing off in terms of taste. The dough was also pleasantly thin and slightly crispy – exactly as it should be. If you value quality and generous portions, this is the right place for you. Absolutely recommended – I will definitely come back!

My experience of the visit was that I ate a really delicious Steal kebab yesterday. I'll soon try the other types and thank you to the nice staff at the checkout.

Very rude employee! I had dinner today around 1:20 p.m. and was served by an extremely unfriendly employee. Even when greeting him, he seemed annoyed and disrespectful. Instead of being professional and polite, he made it clear to me that he didn't enjoy his work. When I asked a question I got a curt answer and he even said: "I'll be out of here soon anyway." Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable! Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of the employee's mood. If you're so dissatisfied with your job, maybe you should find something else to do instead of taking your frustration out on customers. On the positive side, the food was okay. Nevertheless, the poor service leaves a negative impression. Very disappointing - I will think twice about shopping/eating here again.

First of all, I think it's good that Yaprak kebab is offered. Unfortunately, I found the meat to be very tough, something I don't know anywhere else. For €10 I don't think it's good enough.

Service very unfriendly. Steak kebab is sold and the meat has nothing to do with steak at all, it is at most yaprak, but steak means something completely different. Everything is way too expensive. I will avoid this in the future because the pricing is not right at all.

Unfortunately the kebab tastes really good, but if you MIND EVERY TIME. If you have to wait 20 minutes it doesn't matter.

First of all, it's great that there is also veggie kebab, with vegetarian kebab meat 👍🏻 Unfortunately the sauce was only on the bottom, not a bit on top, as you can see. There was too much coleslaw and hardly any cucumbers or tomatoes. And the sauce was a curry sauce and wasn't that tasty either.

It has something of an authority about it. You will be processed correctly. The kebab was ok.

Price performance is not right at all! Far too expensive for the quality, no recommendation, you can eat it but not for the price. 30€ for a plate of kebab kebab, fries and 2 ayran. If you're nearby and want something quickly, well... there's also plenty of parking nearby. But if you have time you should go somewhere else!

The ambience is great (for a snack bar), you sit comfortably, the shop is nice and big and spacious too. It's really nice to stay in there. The service employee wasn't unfriendly, but it bothered me a bit that he ate while it was being prepared or played around with his fingers in his mouth the whole time. I didn't find it very appetizing. The steak kebab for almost €10 was just average. Nothing bad, the meat was actually the most disappointing aspect of the whole thing; without bite, tasted soft-boiled. The store is actually always quite busy, the opening times are great, I'll try again in a few weeks...

Too much kebab bread in the sauce, otherwise actually good, but not that good either, so you can say that the steak kebab is worth 10.

I have been a regular customer here since it opened around 15 years ago. When it comes to kebabs and the like, this is my favorite shop so far. The food tastes incredibly delicious, the portions, such as the kebab plate, are huge and especially these days you really get more than enough portion for your money. In addition, everything tastes really fresh and the meat in particular tastes significantly different than in the standard kebab shops, which you can find almost everywhere with what feels like the same meat. There are huge skewers, veal, chicken and also a 100% Yaprak skewer. Salads and sauces are fresh. No matter whether it's a kebab plate, kebab bag, Dürüm, everything tastes really great. The inside of the store is visually very well designed and there are plenty of seats. Outside there is a large terrace where you can sit together with a large group, covered, lit and heated in winter. The store is very clean and as soon as customers leave their seats, this table is immediately cleaned and wiped down. I have never sat in a place that still had remnants of the previous one on it. Since it opened, the store has had so many customers that you are called by number, but the employees send out one large portion after another so you don't have to wait long. Everyone behind the counter works very quickly and with concentration. The staff here are really very friendly and have always been the same over the years. There is also a small dessert such as baklava or rice pudding, which is also very tasty. The store is absolutely recommended. Thank you 😃

I wouldn't give it even one star!! It's terrible, we wanted to buy a kebab with pompes and at first we weren't told at the checkout that it wasn't good. After we paid. Did it say that this doesn't work? How could it not work, we were ready to pay?! That's not good service, they weren't friendly or polite. What they told us was if you didn't want to do it half way, then don't do it at all. This is not child-friendly at first. They didn't want to give us our money and had to in the end. Take bread with pompes. THANKS FOR NOTHING. A recommendation is something clever with workers and a thank you. I'll NEVER COME THERE AGAIN.

A kebab shop that impresses with fresh ingredients and has friendly, courteous and humorous employees. Highly recommended, especially the steak kebab is a must. Once a gourmet always a gourmet!!

So I have to say the store is great. I've never eaten a kebab like this in my life. We come specifically from Frankfurt to Düsseldorf to eat at Schlemmer Deluxe Döner because I'm studying here, my sister and my aunt, they all come too. The best kebab in North Rhine-Westphalia is Schlemmer düsseldorf

I took a trip from Osnabrück to eat a kebab there. I can say with certainty that it was worth it. The welcome and friendliness of the employees always invite you to visit the store again. I can recommend it without reservation. The steak kebab is particularly recommended.

The worst and most expensive kebab in Düsseldorf! Employees totally unfriendly don't even say hello and can't even speak German properly. The kebab is terrible had heartburn for two days afterwards! The ingredients are not fresh and the meat is of poor quality. The main thing is to withdraw money!

This kebab shop has nothing to do with a normal kebab shop. Hygiene and friendliness are definitely two foreign words here. Without gloves or tongs, the kebab man reached into the salad where he had just cleaned a table. In addition, the employees gossip about the customers in their own language, I noticed it myself because I also speak Turkish. I would ignore this kind of disrespect if at least the food tasted good, but these gentlemen didn't manage to do that either. The chicken meat was thin and consisted only of cartilage. This was my first and LAST time in this store, I would like to give 0 stars and it's way too overpriced

Absolutely inedible. The fries are tiny crumbs and so hard that the plastic fork provided breaks on them. The meat, on the other hand, consisted of huge limp flats that required a knife. To top it all off, everything was drowned in tzatziki sauce from a bucket. 10€ food for the trash.

Overall, the kebab plate was tasty, but the salad was too generous for the price. Since I ate the veal kebab plate, I've spent a lot of time on the toilet. It's unacceptable to charge 50 cents for the toilet (if you're not eating in a restaurant), especially because it looks terrible. Overall, you should pick up a cloth more often. The staff is friendly.

Meat was inedibly salty. When I complained, I was told that the skewer was not made in-house. The meat was also lukewarm and it smelled like spices. We took a bite three times and ended up throwing it away. This is the third disappointment within a month. In the future we will give the store a wide berth. What was also strange was that there were fewer and fewer people eating there. We noticed that again today. It was lunchtime and not a soul was there. This is how you lose regular customers.

Citizens are not recommended here, the citizen's cheese wasn't even melted. 42.50€ for 3 small citizens 3 small fries and cola. Don't go here again!

I'm new to Düsseldorf and relatively new in Deutschland too, so my German is weak. I was looking for a takeaway of a few burgers, both, with meat and vegetarian. Despite the language barrier, the staff was very helpful, guiding me through the ingredients and giving me the desired burgers. Needless to say, the burgers tasted great! A big thumbs up to the team. Since it's quite close from where I stay, it's surely becoming one of my go-to places for great burgers 😌

Too overrated. I think Schlemmerecke on Duisburger str is much, much better and the portion is significantly larger. Still ok for a quick hunger pang

We went there to get our food today and it tasted pretty good too. Unfortunately, the staff there isn't very polite, there was a fries missing from our order, which of course can happen, but we were really insulted about what was missing and we literally had to justify ourselves. In my opinion it doesn't work at all.

I bought there again after a year in the hope that something had improved there, but I thought wrong again; Three small kebabs filled with herbs, but for a whopping €21!!! What an absolute disgrace!!! After the fourth test purchase within 2 years, it seems to me that there has been intent here and there will probably be no further improvement. They don't care about the customers, at most they obviously only care about the regular customers. That was definitely our last kebab there!!!

The former gourmet corner used to be good. Gourmet Deluxe? The competition definitely has more to offer. With the rising prices, the price-performance ratio is no longer suitable in my opinion. Overall, not a bad snack.

It was our first time eating kebab here. The food was very tasty. The staff friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the fact that it was very clean (especially the children's chair, which has unfortunately been different in other restaurants). We would be happy to come back.

Super unfreundliche Dame an der Bestellung/Kasse. Dönerteller wurde mir nur noch mit Hähnchen verkauft, weil Kalb aus war. Hähnchenfleisch war super ölig und knorpelig, nicht kross. Der Salat bestand nur aus Eisberg-& Krautsalat. Das billigste vom billigsten, keine Tomaten, Gurken o.ä. Die Pommes waren ungesalzen. 18€ für diese Döner-&/Dönerteller Qualität ist unverschämt!! Absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen! Sehr schade, denn früher war es super..

Ich habe hier früher wirklich gerne gegessen. Mein heutiger Besuch wird definitiv der letzte gewesen sein. Ich wurde schon zum 2. mal kräftig enttäuscht. Leider fängt es schon mit der Dame an, die die Bestellung aufnimmt. Maximal unfreundlich, maximal Lustlos. Der „Döner“, hier nur noch drehspieß Tasche/Teller/Fleisch geschmacklich nicht mehr überzeugend. Egal ob Kalb oder Hähnchen. Der Salat, Ideenlos und fad. Nur Eisberg und Krautsalat. Die Saucen quasi geschmacklos. Pommes (wenn man die denn dazu bekommt) nicht mal gesalzen. Alles in allen echt nicht mehr essbar. Wenn man teurer werden muss ist das okay aber die Qualität sollte dann NICHT schlechter werden.

Leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen.Fleisch ist Gummiartig, liegt wohl am vielen Phosphat.Das war Mal besser.Preise sind auch zu hoch, da bekommt man in Oberbilk bessere und günstigere Döner.

Das besste fleisch was ich je gegessen habe

Hat leider sehr nachgelassen. Das Brot vom Döner ist sehr klein geworden, das Fleisch ist auch nur noch überschaubar, dafür der Preis gestiegen. Der Dürüm mit Salat besteht leider auch nur noch aus extrem sauren Weißkraut. Die Tomaten, Gurken und den grünen Salat sucht man vergebens. Schade!
