We received a very warm welcome, and the food arrived relatively quickly, even though it was busy. The chef even let us know when the chicken took a while to arrive. The kebab bread still had a great texture even after a half-hour drive. The meat (especially the veal) was very juicy and tasty. The sauces were also very good, and the salad was standard. A very sturdy kebab for €8! You can even sit outside under a roof. I'm very impressed. Rating: 8.9/10

An authentic kebab, not a mainstream kebab. These guys work hard for their money, and it shows. Everything is freshly prepared in-house—pide, lahmacun, etc.—and served right in front of your eyes. For me, this is the best kebab in Düsseldorf.

On my first visit, I was disappointed because I had to wait 55 minutes for one doner, but when I went the other time, it wasn't that long, and the doner was really delicious!!

The last time I visited, it wasn't tasty. I had a relatively large piece of bone in my kebab, and the taste of industrial salad dressing doesn't suit me as a kebab sauce. After visiting there occasionally over the past few years, this will unfortunately be my last visit. The staff is friendly.

I went based on Google reviews, but it was a complete disappointment. The only good thing is the lavash bread, which they bake on the spot when you order it, and it arrives piping hot. It's more like a durum filled with vegetables, especially cabbage, than a döner. We couldn't tell if there was meat or not. I had it in Berlin the day before I ate here, and then in Amsterdam the day after. I'll say it again: what they do here has nothing to do with döner; they stuff the bread with vegetables. You're eating a durum filled with cabbage.

Delicious kebab. Fresh meat, salads, and fries. There's an outdoor patio. The wait isn't long. I recommend it!

One of the best Döner and Falafel I have ever had. I especially recommend the Falafel. The bread is very crispy n good. The Falafel is also very tasty n crispy not oily at all. Thanks for the great food :)

It was our first time here and we will definitely be back. We received a very friendly welcome when we entered the shop. A big plus is that you can pay by card! We ate there and the food was brought to our table. It was quite busy, but the food still came quickly. We had two kebabs, which were very tasty. The meat was juicy and the bread was delicious. It looked as if the bread was homemade. The price was absolutely fair, too. At one point the staff asked us if we needed anything else, which was very nice. Döner Kebap at Spichernplatz is truly one of the best kebab shops I've visited recently!

A solid kebab without any frills! It tastes good. The portions are definitely filling, even if you're not just coming off a four-week fast. Oh, and the dürüm bread is homemade, and you can taste it!

We've tried many kebab shops, but none match the quality and taste we enjoy here every time. The kebab plates with fries are particularly outstanding: The meat is perfectly seasoned and always fresh, the portions are generous, and everything is served quickly and hot. What makes this visit even more special is the consistently friendly and attentive service. You're always greeted with a smile, which makes the atmosphere all the more pleasant. A big thank you to the entire team for the delicious food and warm hospitality. Highly recommended – we're already looking forward to the next time!

As a newcomer, I looked for months for a kebab shop I could trust and here it is! The bread and sauce are super tasty, and the proportions of meat and other ingredients are perfect. In other stores you often end up with just meat and bread left over, but that's not the case here at all. I'm super excited and will now only buy my kebab here ☺️

There used to be Dönerstrasse at the main station with one shop better than the next. The kebab cost 2.5€-3€. That wasn't 10 years ago? Now good kebab has become rare in Düsseldorf. Spichernplatz is not pretty and is intimidating at first, but this kebab shop is a gem. The food is always great! The employees are super friendly and everything tastes good. The only thing missing is a delivery service.

Old meat…. I don't recommend it

I ate Dürüm because I fell for the other reviews. The quality is absolutely average. Vegetables were warm and combined with the warm chicken it's not that nice. Vegetables would need to be much cooler. Meat is nothing special, unlike described in other reviews. The bread was well fried, but crumbled badly. What's positive is that it's really sharp. So it wasn't worth the longer journey for me.

I would like to say a very, very big compliment to the people who run the kebab snack bar at Spichernplatz. When I was a guest in the inconspicuous shop on Spichernplatz for the first time, I was immediately convinced: the staff was authentically warm and friendly, the goods were exclusively fresh and crunchy, the fries were fresh and well seasoned - everything here was just right right from the start... and that has been like this for several years now. No matter whether it's a doner kebab, Dürum or Lahmacun - everything is always cooked to perfection, seasoned, topped and super tasty. No matter whether at lunchtime, in the evening during rush hour or just before the end of the day: the staff is always relaxed, cheerful and in a good mood - and if something is no longer there, they even apologize politely and offer an alternative. Even the little things are always right here: the order is prepared exactly as requested without having to be asked three more times, the fries are ready at the same time as the kebab/lahmacun and no food gets cold in the meantime, the prices are really fair and reasonable - In short: Thank you for giving me and my hunger a new home and for doing your work so well every day in a friendly, kind and reliable manner. I always enjoy coming back and am already looking forward to my next visit. You don't need palaces for good Turkish food - you just need people who enjoy doing their job with fresh, delicious products and who value and maintain a friendly atmosphere. Keep it up. We were staying at the Hilton, we went out and there was this place nearby. Everything was closed on Sunday and this place opened at 13. I think we arrived at that exact time. We liked the doner kebabs very much. When a friend heard that we were from Turkey, we chatted and asked about places to shop, etc., and he helped.

Was there today on the recommendation of a colleague and I simply have to say it was the best kebab I've ever eaten. The boss is a really nice guy and also provided good service. So I can really recommend this kebab to everyone.

5 stars for the Lahmacun! The kebab is tasty in this shop, but nothing special - but I'm not primarily rating it here because I don't eat it often. But the Lahmacun (with meat, salad and cheese) is a stunner. I can't remember ever having a lahmacun that tasted so good in all my years. The meat is relatively high quality and tastes different than most kebab shops - great! The tzatziki is our own creation and really great! And the Lahmacun itself is a poem! In addition, a really decent portion - and at a fair price (€7.00 with cheese - as of 04/23). It's worth the trip from Bilk every now and then. Keep it up!

Best kebab in the north of Düsseldorf! I've tried a lot of kebabs in the area but no one comes close to Spichernplatz.

Sehr cooler Laden, und mega leute Vorort am arbeiten. Meistens nehme ich das essen mit oder bestelle es direkt zu dem Irish Pub Derendorf gegen über, glaubt mir die Kombination ist sehr gut -> auch wenn ich dort nur Softgetränke hole aber so kannst auch du das beste Abendessen haben was ich empfehlen kann!
