I'm from the Netherlands. I was looking for a good place; they have 1.2k+ reviews. I had a dürüm döner. It was so delicious, it was simply amazing. You could eat your fingers off. There was plenty of room to sit. They were friendly and attentive. After dinner, I got a delicious cup of tea. If you're ever in Düsseldorf after Germany and you're hungry, you simply must come here; it's so delicious. I really enjoyed it, thank you, guys. And the restrooms are clean too.

I've eaten döner in many places in Germany, and most of them left me feeling nauseous and disgusted. But here, I truly felt like I was eating döner. The taste is truly Turkish, and it's quite hygienic. The only problem is the street parking problem and the crowds.

As in many similar shops, the doner kebabs here are unfortunately getting more and more expensive and smaller. If they were really tasty, you could accept that, but in my last chicken doner, I couldn't taste any of the chicken at all because it was completely over-seasoned. It can happen, but at €8, the overall package of doner size and flavor was very disappointing.

I used to enjoy driving here from Derendorf to get my weekly kebab. But since they introduced a minimum order value of €10 to pay by card, they've lost me as a customer. Unfortunately, that's not modern. It's not visibly displayed in the shop, but rather written in small print on the card payment terminal. After a brief conversation, I was allowed to pay the €8 by card, but this didn't seem very sympathetic. It's a shame.

The doner kebab was unfortunately a disappointment. The meat was sloppy and greasy. The bread was cheap flatbread from a packet. At least the salad and the yogurt and herb sauce were tasty. The service was also rather subpar. The youngest of the three employees, in particular, was unfriendly and unpleasant. The price was also far too high for the food offered.

Fantastic food, the trip from Grafenberg was worth it! We tried the lentil soup, börek sticks, lahmacun, and the dish of the day (vegetables with rice and couscous + stuffed eggplant), and it was absolutely delicious. We received very attentive and courteous service. We'd be happy to come back.

It used to be one of the best kebabs. I'm not suffering so well now. Too expensive for the portions. Unfortunately the staff also became very slow. But top people are still in a great mood every day. Since I was received very unfriendly there, I had to find another kebab shop nearby, so I came to Alanya Döner, It's a bit away from the trade fair, but the trip is definitely worth it, as not only is the kebab good, but the service and also how the kebab is prepared. Good kebab, but unfortunately too expensive at €7 and up. Fries (small) were also too expensive at €3.50. Everything inside is clean and tidy, no grease residue and card payments possible. Unfortunately deducted two stars because of the very high prices. Otherwise everything is fine and if you think the price level is OK, you can stop by. Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore. That's how it went, I don't understand the hype at all. The kebab is very salty. But the sauces were delicious. However, it's not worth the price.

First the prices were increased significantly and now the portions are even significantly reduced. The price of the new fitness plate no longer bears any relation to the service provided. 16€ for a lot of salad and very little meat plus sauce is very excessive. We as an office have been customers of the store for many years (mainly because of the fitness plate), today will definitely be our last visit. A pity!

Friendly and helpful staff. Food hit the spot and was so tasty- we got the beef and chicken doners which were very large and filling. Of course we also bought baklava to try and it was perfectly sweet. There are two benches outside to eat and they bought us out a small mint tea for free with extra napkins.

It won our appreciation with its wonderful taste and friendly staff. Our mood was lifted by the service of tea and dessert.

I don't usually do reviews, but this had to be done. 12.05.2024 - We were 19 hungry norwegians who came walking from the airport for a 5 hour layover, looking for the best german döner kebab, and for the short time we were in Germany, Alanya Kebap House did not dissapoint!! Best döner kebab I have eaten. The employes and the owner of the restaurant were so welcoming and solution-oriented and provided us food before we even payed, and let us instead pay before we left since we were so hungry. The food was made impressively fast and the kebab was really really good. The bread, and the different salads were fresh and with a high quality. Next time I’m in Germany, I WILL be coming back to Alanya Kebap Haus, thank you very much!

I always enjoyed eating at your place, but today was the last time I was in your store. I had ordered two Dürüm and it started with your employee's bad mood. For 10 euros, two slices of cucumber, half a slice of tomato and in general your Dürüm has never been as sparse as it is today. It's a shame the boss wasn't in the store. I'm sure he would never have given something like that over the counter. I won't be making that trip in the future and if we order a large quantity again in the office, we'll do it somewhere else from now on.

Today we took a guest from the USA 🇺🇸 out who really wanted to eat real kebab. Several food bloggers have recommended this restaurant. And we were thrilled! The food was delicious and above all fresh! But the service was the best! Friendly and the tea at the end is very tasty.

The kebab is really tasty and a great shop with nice owners. I deducted a point because the prices were very high. They're probably even fair, but the feeling was that it was steep. Still - gladly again but not so often for me because of the price.

The shop is small and actually quite inconspicuous, but is really recommended. The vegetables are always super fresh and crunchy, the meat is delicious, the bread is well toasted and the price is right. The team is relatively small and you sometimes wait 5 minutes, but it's definitely worth coming here. The guys behind the counter are very welcoming and nice, you usually get a Turkish tea after your meal. There is a toilet and enough seating for the small shop. There would be 5/5 points if the sauces were a little more intense, the “spicy” sauce would have to be really spicy and there would have to be a real garlic sauce. That's the only drawback, otherwise you feel comfortable and the food has always been delicious.
