Simply outrageous according to Lieferando, the bell was not rung and nothing was delivered. The store cannot be reached by phone and is not recommended!!!

That's how it went, I don't understand the hype at all. The kebab is very salty. But the sauces were delicious. However, it's not worth the price.

First the prices were increased significantly and now the portions are even significantly reduced. The price of the new fitness plate no longer bears any relation to the service provided. 16€ for a lot of salad and very little meat plus sauce is very excessive. We as an office have been customers of the store for many years (mainly because of the fitness plate), today will definitely be our last visit. A pity!

Friendly and helpful staff. Food hit the spot and was so tasty- we got the beef and chicken doners which were very large and filling. Of course we also bought baklava to try and it was perfectly sweet. There are two benches outside to eat and they bought us out a small mint tea for free with extra napkins.

It won our appreciation with its wonderful taste and friendly staff. Our mood was lifted by the service of tea and dessert.

Very expensive but it wasn't tasty either. Because of the traffic jam they don't care about the quality anymore these days!

There are great kebabs here, tasty and good. In addition to kebab, there is also falafel, lahmacun and fries and more. The service is always friendly, helpful and funny, even when it's busy.

I don't usually do reviews, but this had to be done. 12.05.2024 - We were 19 hungry norwegians who came walking from the airport for a 5 hour layover, looking for the best german döner kebab, and for the short time we were in Germany, Alanya Kebap House did not dissapoint!! Best döner kebab I have eaten. The employes and the owner of the restaurant were so welcoming and solution-oriented and provided us food before we even payed, and let us instead pay before we left since we were so hungry. The food was made impressively fast and the kebab was really really good. The bread, and the different salads were fresh and with a high quality. Next time I’m in Germany, I WILL be coming back to Alanya Kebap Haus, thank you very much!

I always enjoyed eating at your place, but today was the last time I was in your store. I had ordered two Dürüm and it started with your employee's bad mood. For 10 euros, two slices of cucumber, half a slice of tomato and in general your Dürüm has never been as sparse as it is today. It's a shame the boss wasn't in the store. I'm sure he would never have given something like that over the counter. I won't be making that trip in the future and if we order a large quantity again in the office, we'll do it somewhere else from now on.

Today we took a guest from the USA 🇺🇸 out who really wanted to eat real kebab. Several food bloggers have recommended this restaurant. And we were thrilled! The food was delicious and above all fresh! But the service was the best! Friendly and the tea at the end is very tasty.

The kebab is really tasty and a great shop with nice owners. I deducted a point because the prices were very high. They're probably even fair, but the feeling was that it was steep. Still - gladly again but not so often for me because of the price.

The shop is small and actually quite inconspicuous, but is really recommended. The vegetables are always super fresh and crunchy, the meat is delicious, the bread is well toasted and the price is right. The team is relatively small and you sometimes wait 5 minutes, but it's definitely worth coming here. The guys behind the counter are very welcoming and nice, you usually get a Turkish tea after your meal. There is a toilet and enough seating for the small shop. There would be 5/5 points if the sauces were a little more intense, the “spicy” sauce would have to be really spicy and there would have to be a real garlic sauce. That's the only drawback, otherwise you feel comfortable and the food has always been delicious.

We ate here for the first time in 2018. Can't understand why Prices aren't a bigger issue here in the reviews... If I'm not mistaken, the kebab here before Corona cost 3.50 or 4 euros and now costs 9 euros! The large kebab plate costs 11 euros, the small one costs 9 euros. Even if the quality of the food remains good to very good, the prices for a kebab shop are simply no longer justified. Sorry, but at 20 euros for a large plate of kebab or 11.50 for lahmacun with meat, you just have to open a restaurant. Neither the increased energy costs nor the VAT or rent for the store can explain this price increase. It's simply the owners' greed for money. We now always go to the Antalya Grill in Ratingen Lintorf. For example, the large kebab plate only costs 9.90 euros and lahmacun with meat costs 7 euros. And it tastes just as good there. These are reasonable snack prices. So if you would like to spend too much money, you can continue to come here. At least not us. Too bad !

I love the food, I like the place and the service. The kebab is definitely one of the best that I (always enjoy) eating. I don't doubt that the kebab has to cost that in order for the shop to earn something, but compared to the competition, Alanya has unfortunately become relatively expensive. The portions also feel smaller. Therefore, overall only four stars, even if everything deserves five stars.

I really regret that I ended up in this snack kebab shop and my experience was more than disappointing. The food was average and there was absolutely nothing special. This is just an ordinary kebab shop. I ordered a small plate of salad with a little meat on it and had to pay an incredible €12 for it. Neither rice nor chips were included, there was only salad and some meat. Normally a small salad costs around €5.50. If you then add a little meat on top, you end up with 12€. In comparison, a kebab or dürüm usually costs between €7 and €9. So I'm wondering how this calculation comes about. I felt really ripped off and will definitely not visit this store again. There are other kebab shops just a few meters away that are better both in terms of price and taste. I cannot and will not be able to say anything about the staff.

Very tasty food! We ordered online with self-collection and it worked well. The kebab shop from Düsseldorf city center should come by to remind you how good kebab can be. Lots of vegetables, delicious and fresh side dishes and fair prices. Here kebab with everything is really good.

Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal dort und ich und meine Frau sind absolut überzeugt. Perfekt belegt, kein komisches rundes Brot sondern vernünftiges eckiges Fladenbrot und gut gefüllt. Ist unser neuer Dönermann des Vertrauens. Top Jungs!

Die Drehspieß-Tasche ist ganz gut portioniert gewesen geschmacklich ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Eher durchschnittlich. Wobei ich noch anmerken muss, dass ich das Hähnchenfleisch dem Rinderhack vorziehen würde. Dafür wären die Soßen ganz in Ordnung. Der Preis von 7€ ist auf jeden Fall der Hammer und meiner Meinung nach zu hoch. Das war auch die teuerste Drehspieß-Tasche die ich bis jetzt konsumiert hatte. Wäre ich dort nicht extra hingegangen, mit Hunger, wäre ich wieder weggegangen.

Absolut begeistert von meiner Erfahrung im Alanya Restaurant in Düsseldorf! Der Döner war einfach phänomenal – perfekt zubereitetes Fleisch, knackiger Salat und unglaublich lecker. Das kulinarsische Zentrum des Döners wurde durch eine ausgeprägte Hypernatriose tangiert, deren prägnanter Einfluss das Aromenprofil signifikant abmilderte. Parallel dazu manifestierten sich eklatante Sanitationsdefizite im kulinarischen Habitat, potenziell kritisch für die alimentäre Sicherheit. Die Belegschaft agierte wenig kundenfokussiert und inkompetent. Die Proportionalität des Brot-Fleisch-Salat-Verhältnisses im Döner offenbarte eine Disproportionalität, resultierend in einem insuffizienten Gaumenspektakel. Demzufolge obliegt es imperative einer Rekalibrierung der Qualitätsnormen und des Kundenservices, um das Vertrauen der Klientel zu rekapitulieren.

Wir waren über das Wochenende im Maritim Hotel ganz in der Nähe. Aufgrund der Bewertungen sind wir zum Alanya Döner gelaufen (Es fährt vorm Laden auch direkt eine Bahn) Den Bewertungen kann ich mich nur anschließen, wir haben noch nie so einen leckeren Döner Teller gegessen, inkl Tee. Es ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist super freundlich und Preis Leistung ist top. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Inhaber ist freundlich und bemüht. Preise wurden in den letzten Jahren stark angezogen. Für nen Imbiss ist nen Dönerteller für fast 15€ teuer und dafür ist er einfach nur mittelmäßig.

Hier gibt es mit Abstand einen der besten Döner in ganz Düsseldorf! Die Zutaten frisch, die Saucen lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Jeder der Döner mag MUSS einmal im Leben bei Alanya gegessen haben. Nur empfehlenswert!

Das ist der saubere Laden des Lebens. Die Mitarbeiterin nett sauber, saubere Mitarbeiter leckeres Essen. Alles ist frisch. Salat ist frisch das Essen ist frisch und warm und man kann da genießen das Essen

Sehr nettes personal und extrem leckerer döner!! Hab einer kollegin den döner gezeigt und seid dem jammert sie mich immer voll das sie mehr möchte.

Der Laden ist schön eingerichtet und macht einen sauberen Eindruck . Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend . Die Döner Qualität ist auch gut genauso wie für andere Speisen . Aber Leute, 12 Euro für einen sehr sehr sehr sehr kleinen Dönerteller und 15 Euro für einen großen sorry geht gar nicht auch wenn es gut schmeckt. Der für 12 ist wirklich mini, habe schon Salat weg gelassen und immer noch viel zu klein . Fahrt mal bitte zu yedegör Worringer Platz, großer Dönerteller 9,50 und wenn man ohne Salat nimmt bekommst du Fleisch um 2 Leute satt zu bekommen .

Döner einfach zu teuer in Deutschland

Beste Döner im Düsseldorfer Norden. Man trifft oft den ein oder anderen Promi. Lecker Döner ohne Schaf.

Ich habe über den Laden einen Test bei Youtube gesehen. Stand im Beitrag an Platz 1 der Düsseldorfer Dönerbuden. Der Döner hat mir richtig gut geschmeckt. Habe mir das große Teil für 15 Euro gegönnt. Wartezeit waren keine 5 Minuten. Absolute Empfehlung von mir.

Für mich ist das einer der besten Döner in Düsseldorf. Das Fleisch, sowohl Hähnchen als auch Kalb sind sehr gut gewürzt, der Salat ist frisch und die Soßen sind sehr lecker! Allerdings kann es passieren, dass das Fleisch gegen 20:00 / 20:30 Uhr bereits aus ist. Update 1.5.22: Leider ist der Preis für eine Dönertasche mittlerweile auf 6€ gestiegen, ein kleiner Dönerteller liegt bei 10€. Dabei ist die Menge gefühlt gesunken, der Käse schmeckt seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr und heute war im Weißkohl sehr viel essig. Ich kann in Anbetracht der allgemein steigenden Preise verstehen, dass auch die Preise für den Döner steigen müssen. Aber dass dabei auch noch die Menge und Qualität schlechter werden, finde ich sehr schade. Daher 2 Sterne Abzug. Update 7.4.23: der Preis für eine Tasche ist bereits bei 7€ aber im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr sind Geschmack, Qualität und Menge wieder gut!
