We were a group of 6, very quick service and good schnitzels

It's unbelievable how great this evening was. Had a meeting with a very good friend. Lena and Till was our service. What great, loving and authentic people we were able to meet here. My Caesar salad was really good, but Lena somehow saw that it could make me happier. The chicken could have been fried for less time. She promptly took my plate and brought it back completely re-arranged after just 6 minutes. It couldn't be more perfect. Dear people, come here and try this restaurant. Restaurant typiquement allemand, type brasserie à l'ancienne mais pas non plus genre Disneyland. Evidement c'est un peu le temple de la bière, c'est même la plus vieille brasserie de la région, dans les 1640. Il y a une grande salle et une beaucoup plus petite à l'entrée. Ce soir la c'était plein - repas de fin d'année - et il faut aimer les ambiances très bruyantes. La carte est très courte, quatre entrées, dont une improbable tartines de graisse d'oie, deux soupes et un carpaccio. Les plats ne sont pas beaucoup plus nombreux, 7 ou 8. Mais c'est bon et copieux. Le restaurant n'est pas très cher, mais attention amis français, ils n'acceptent pas les cartes de crédit, seulement de débit ou du cash. Une amie à du payer pour moi car malgré mes deux cartes Visa et une American Express, j'étais incapable de payer.

We got an absolutely inexpensive but good schnitzel with fries, the waitress was very attentive and asked as soon as she noticed that we had emptied the glasses.

Es wird auf jeden Fall der erste und letzte Besuch dort sein. Ich war dort mit Freunden um einen Jahresausklang zu geniessen, jedoch mussten Wir feststellen das so manche Vorredner recht hatten. Das Essen war durch die Bank überteuert,Portionsgröße wie in Sternerestaurant, Geschmack war OK aber kein Highlight, und die Preis&Leistung stimmte nicht. Es waren noch 2 andere Tische belegt, und Wir mussten mehr als einmal an die Theke gehen um etwas neues zu bestellen(Getränke).

Uerige am Markt erscheint wie eine Kneipe, rustikal eingerichtet, aber gemütlich. Das Essen war top, gut und viel. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich. Da immer gut besucht, sollte man reservieren.

Found this place as close to where we were staying. Lovely food and great customer service. We loved it so much we came back again a few nights later. Had the Rhenish currywurst both times, totally lovely, would 100% recommend

Oh dear, oh dear, I couldn't believe so many bad reviews! I still have fond memories of fox hunting. A place where half of Eller met again on Sundays for dinner. 7 days a week it was just “cheers, hustle and bustle.” Where the well-being of the guests is important to the host. This is how I remember fox hunting. So gather your strength, press the reset button and go back to the beginning if this is still possible. I wish it for you, Thomas!!!
