One of Düsseldorf's quaint pubs, a much smaller offshoot of the legendary establishment in the old town: always full, always something going on! There are tasty little things to eat, but also hearty ones. The flexibility with which guest requests are taken into account is very nice!

We were here before we went to a concert. We were warmly welcomed and there was a place for us straight away. The waiter came very quickly and then the drinks. We both decided on the schnitzel, which was available in under 10 minutes! Very fresh and hot! It was very tasty, including the sauce that was ordered with it! An absolute recommendation if you are in Düsseldorf!

Was there today for the first time, but not for the last time. The staff is very friendly and attentive. All you can say about the food is - Top👍 Very tasty and the portion was just right. In terms of ambience, it is a typical restaurant. Price-performance is completely okay.

Were there yesterday, there was a lot of activity on site, that was in advance. Unfortunately, the beans and fried potatoes in the knuckle pan were unseasoned and cold.

Spontaneously got a place with 7 people. Fast, cool service, just as it should be! There is no frills and it doesn't have to be! Good portion and no frills here either. Exactly what you expect and how it should

I liked the pub and the staff were very pleasant. But the omelette with foxes (Pfifferlingen, Google may translate it wrongly), i.e. Pfifferlingen foxes) was disappointing, they ran out, so the mushrooms. Maybe it's the German way, but for me an omelette is mainly eggs, but there were not enough of them, on the contrary, a lot of potatoes, which definitely do not belong in this dish in the Czech Republic. But the very good wine put me in a good mood.

Our food came fairly quickly but it was cold. The Wiener Schnitzel fries were rock hard.

I can only recommend the Uerige on the market. The food is great, the service is friendly and the rustic decor is also harmonious. In the picture you can see the knuckle pan with bacon beans and fried potatoes in the middle.

We ended up here by chance. I was totally thrilled. Aspic with fried potatoes made absolutely great. Farmer's omelette is also absolutely great! The food here was really great for us. Service is quick and friendly! We'll be back!

Tidy place and much less noisy than other beer stubes. Very well prepared food. Convenient place also for easy parking. Which allows.

Decoration is pretty. Food is the typical German pub fair and tasty. The only negative experience were the waiters: irritated and pushy with the service.

I had a short stop in Düsseldorf and wanted to spend it visiting an honest pub. This worked brilliantly in the Uerige market! Located on a quiet street within walking distance of the train station, the outdoor area is actually inviting, but due to the weather I ended up sitting inside and was able to enjoy myself with fresh Alt from the tap and meatloaf. Very friendly waiters and a wonderfully tidy atmosphere round off the good, home-style cuisine. Portions not oversized but rather large.

I ordered the vegetarian burger with potato wedges. The burger tasted good. The potato wedges were also delicious. For dessert I ordered apple pancakes. This also tasted good. The portion was very generous. It is enough for two to free people. The coffee was very good. The service was nice.

White asparagus and hollandaise sauce are delicious But the pork chop was very dry and it felt like it was fried in old oil. No other pork chop is like this.

Quaint pub, well attended. There were some guests there for dinner and they looked good too. I only drank 2 Altbier myself. The waitresses were very polite.

Delicious food in a small, rustic brewery. The service was a bit overwhelmed but overall still acceptable.

Unfortunately the pork knuckle pan wasn't good, I put it down to the fact that the cook had a bad day and accidentally drank a Kölsch at lunchtime. The old one is TOP as always. The criticism management was the finest cream, rarely experienced service that deals with customer criticism so understandably. For that 6 stars, food 1. However, I will try it again.

The place is nice, quiet and the menu has delicious foods. The dishes are well served and the waiters are friendly. The small drawback is that it takes a long time to bring you your dish after you have ordered it. It's probably just my case that the cook forgot, but I ordered a flammkuchen and it took them 25 minutes to bring it. But overall, the rest is fine.

After mass we had dinner with 8 people. Very good service, we found the menu and dishes excellent 👍 we would be happy to come back when we are in Düsseldorf again

Cozy and delicious food and drink and fair in price

We went there Sunday night, we were a group of five, we had a really good experience. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. Highly recommended for local cuisine

We had a fantastic meal at Uerige am Markt, whilst in Düsseldorf for the boat show. We were staying nearby and wanted a “proper German meal” and found this place on the map. My fiancé had the draught pilsner to drink, which he enjoyed a lot, and I had a couple of glasses of the house white wine. We ate the “Haxe” (pork knuckle) which was served with a creamy potato puree and sauerkraut, and the Wiener schnitzel with bratkartoffeln (crispy potatoes fried with onion and bacon). Both the meals were delicious - the pork fell off the bone and the schnitzel was crispy on the outside but not dry on the inside. The portions were huge and neither of us could manage a pudding. It was also very reasonably priced, the atmosphere was relaxed but warm, and the service was impeccable. We’ll definitely return! P.s they also speak English, should you need it!

A real "corner pub"... I felt very comfortable. The Uerige was delicious, but the glasses are really small🤣...

Very good restaurant, highly recommended, good portions, good value for money.

The food was absolutely first class. The starter with goulash soup and burger as the main course was a dream in terms of taste. Service was impeccable with an older friendly nice lady. The ambience is also pretty rustic but with a modern touch. All in all, only 110% recommended for tourists and/or locals.

War hier für die Weihnachtsfeier meines Betriebs und war vom essen sehr begeistert. Es war sehr lecker und reichlich. Auch das Ambiente fand ich ansprechend.

Das Essen kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, weil ich nur 1 Bier getrunken habe. Die Mitarbeiter sinde sehr freundlich, sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung wirkt modern und gleichzeitig traditionell, jedoch ist es mir zu hell darum. Mir persönlich würde etwas mehr indirektes Licht besser gefallen.

Step in and enjoy the enthusiasm of the people serving your food and pouring your beer! A schnitzel comes to perfection, a beer comes in a minute. People in the back having great fun as a group. Smaller tables enjoying the food.

Wir haben mit einer großen Truppe hier gegessen. Dazu haben wir unterschiedliche Speisen bestellt. alles in allem war lecker und preislich ok. Die Gegend ist zwar nicht beste und auch die Ambiente nicht wirklich angenehm um lange zu verweilen. Hier würde ich eher mittags essen gehen oder wenn es schnell gehen muss.

Hübsches typisches Brauhaus. Bin kein Alt-Fan, aber Uerige ist schon lecker. Wir haben uns zu Zweit eine Portion Muscheln geteilt, sehr lecker.

Brauhaus Ambiente, allerdings konnte man verdursten. Sehr schleppender Service. 12 Essen bestellt 11 kamen. Das nach 15min nachgelieferte Essen entsprachen auch nicht der Bestellung.

Disaster.1,5Stunden(!) Auf das Essen gewartet. Service uninteressiert...ist halt so.

Leider Essen nahezu kalt erhalten, aber auf Nachfrage beim freundlichen Personal sofort in der Micro nacherhitzt. Geschmacklich in Ordnung, mittlerer Brauhausstandard, nicht mehr. Bier läuft.

Wat heerlijk gegeten hier! Een super hamburger, Heerlijk altherrentoast en schwein medaillons. Echt een aanrader!!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen. Das Essen Muscheln, Haxe, Gänsekeule Zwiebelrostbraten hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war herzlich. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Tip Top! Wir werden sicher gehen, dass wir nächstes Mal in Düsseldorf wieder vorbei schauen :)

Sehr gutes und reichliches Essen! Sehr schönes Ambiente und freundliche Atmosphäre. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man verdurstet dort nicht. Aber keineswegs aufdringlich! Alles in allem war es ein gemütlicher Abend mit Freunden! LG Raphael

Das Essen war sensationell, die Preise angemessen. Sehr ehrliche, rustikale atmosphäre! Wenn wir wieder in Düsseldorf kommen wir gerne wieder. Brathaxe mit kartoffelpürre und Sauerkraut, sehr zu empfehlen.
