Nach langer Zeit waren wir wieder einmal zu Gast im Schwan in Düsseldorf. Früher sind wir immer gerne dort essen gegangen, weil es bodenständige Küche und qualitativ gutes Essen gab. Dieses Mal waren wir allerdings enttäuscht. Das Gemüseschnitzel an sich war in Ordnung, jedoch konnten uns die Soßen überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Sie wirkten geschmacklos und wenig liebevoll zubereitet. Die Soße auf meinem Schnitzel erinnerte stark an eine Fertigsoße, und die als Paprikasoße bezeichnete Variante meiner Frau schien lediglich aus einfachem Ajvar zu bestehen. Auch die Pommes waren leider weich und wenig knusprig. Besonders unverständlich fanden wir, dass wir für unsere Tochter keine einzelne Portion Pommes bestellen konnten. Erst später bemerkte ich auf der Speisekarte, dass sich bei meinem Gericht problemlos eine zusätzliche Portion Pommes bestellen ließ – was wir dann auch getan haben. Schade war zudem, dass die Kellnerin in dieser Situation keine Lösung angeboten oder Unterstützung gezeigt hat. Insgesamt hatten wir den Schwan deutlich besser in Erinnerung und hoffen, dass es sich bei diesem Besuch nur um eine Ausnahme gehandelt hat.

Guter Burger, guter Service, gute Klimaanlage.

Dieses Restaurant ist ein nettes Lokal in dieser Gegend. Probieren Sie es doch mal aus, wenn Sie authentische deutsche Küche genießen möchten.

Wir waren gestern bei euch, weil wir etwas feiern wollten. Vorher habe ich extra auf eure Internetseite geschaut – dort stand, dass ihr bis 23 Uhr geöffnet habt. Deshalb sind wir gegen 21:15 Uhr zu euch gekommen. Kaum waren wir drin, kam direkt der Kellner auf uns zu und sagte, dass die Küche bereits geschlossen sei. Ehrlich gesagt dachte ich zuerst, das wäre ein Scherz. Im Internet stand nichts davon, dass früher geschlossen wird. Wir hatten Hunger und wollten einfach gemütlich essen gehen. Die Erklärung war dann, dass nichts los gewesen sei und deshalb früher zugemacht wurde. Dafür habe ich grundsätzlich Verständnis – aber dann sollte das bitte auch irgendwo kommuniziert werden. Es kann nicht sein, dass Leute extra zu euch fahren und erst vor Ort erfahren, dass nichts mehr geht. Später wurde uns noch angeboten, dass man „gerne noch ein Schnitzel machen könnte“. Das war zwar nett gemeint, hat mich aber eher noch mehr geärgert. Ich möchte mir ungern vorschreiben lassen, was ich essen soll. Wir kamen schließlich wegen eurer normalen Karte und nicht für irgendeine Notlösung. Besonders schade finde ich das, weil ich eure Küche und euer Konzept eigentlich wirklich mag. Deshalb lasse ich trotz allem 5 Sterne da, weil ich euren Laden nicht schlechtmachen möchte. Aber genau deswegen ärgert mich die Situation auch so sehr. Mein ehrlicher Rat: Wenn ihr wetterabhängig oder bei wenig Betrieb früher schließt, dann schreibt das bitte online dazu oder weist darauf hin, dass man vorher anrufen sollte. Denn wenn Gäste um 21:15 Uhr vor verschlossener Küche stehen, obwohl offiziell bis 23 Uhr geöffnet ist, sorgt das leider dafür, dass viele nur einmal kommen und danach nie wieder.

Das Essen war gut und das Personal sehr unterhaltsam.

Restaurant mit typischer Küche, sehr netter und freundlicher Besitzer, gepflegtes Lokal, einziger Mangel ist etwas Hintergrundgeräusch trotz der großen Räumlichkeiten.

Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten, wobei auch einige vegan sind bzw. zubereitet werden können. Service war ebenfalls freundlich.

Heute im Schwan in Derendorf gewesen, das Essen war nicht nur preislich gut im Gegensatz zu den Getränkepreisen. Warum man hier so unverschämte Preise aufruft ist nicht zu verstehen. Dann nimmt man eben nur ein Getränk pro Person und geht dann schnell nach dem Essen wieder. Ein gemütlicher Abend sieht anders aus. Auch die voreingestellten Trinkgelder schrecken und ab. Dann zur Zeit lieber nebenan in den Tannenbaum gehen, bis auch hier der Preishammer zuschlägt. So schließen sich gute Restaurants selbst. Nochmal: bis auf die Getränkepreise war alles i.O.

Wir sind wahrscheinlich die Einzigen, die noch nie im Schwan für Mittagessen/Abendessen waren. Wir kamen bisher ausschließlich zum Frühstücken vorbei, denn der Schwan ist unser liebster Laden für auswärts Frühstücken. Super Auswahl und schön angerichtet, auch für Vegetarier oder Veganer, Portionen sehr reichhaltig und Preise angemessen. Service auch immer freundlich und draußen auf der Terrasse eine ruhige und gute Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Mein Partner hat heute Schnitzel mit Pommes bestellt. Die Pommes sind im Preis mit inbegriffen. Mein Partner wollte bezahlen und der Kellner kam mit dem Kartengerät ohne die Rechnung vorzulegen. Der Betrag war verdächtig hoch. Auf Nachfragen brachte er die Rechnung und auf dieser stand +4,50 Euro extra für die Pommes. Darauf angesprochen behaarte er darauf, dass die 4,50 bezahlt werden müssen. Desweiteren wurden nochmal 10 Euro zusätzliche auf dem Kartengerät auf den Endbetrag draufgerechnet. Darauf angesprochen, fing er an zu stottern. Mein Partner spricht englisch und das wurde ausgenutzt. Eine absolute Frechheit!

Wir waren zu zweit am frühen Abend dort. Es gibt sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb Sitzplätze. Mir selbst sind draußen die Plätze zwar optisch in Ordnung, ich mag es aber nicht wenn der Autoverkehr relativ laut ist. Das ist Ansichtssache. Innerhalb der Gaststätte ist es sehr urig und gemütlich. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist nicht sehr groß aber dafür sehr gut. Preise sind OK für Düsseldorf aber eher hoch für solche Gerichte. Dafür waren die Speisen sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Bedienung war locker und super freundlich ohne über die Grenze zu gehen. Ich habe nicht gefragt, aber er hatte in Richtung südländisch/ italienischem Charme und hat dies auch ausgespielt. Man hat sich sowohl als Mann als auch als Frau sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Speisekarte bestand aus einzelnen, eingeschweißten Blättern. Alles andere war OK. Auf mich hat es wie eine familiäre Vorstadtkneipe/-restaurant mit viel mehr Ambiente und besserem Essen gewirkt. Empfehlenswert? Auf jeden Fall. Wie waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Ordentliche Preise,freundliche Mitarbeiter und gute Küche.

Nach langer Zeit noch mal da. Früher war’s immer gut. Komischerweise war der Laden komplett leer. Trotzdem haben wir ewig auf alles gewartet. Das Essen war top. Aber die Bedienung Flop (unbeholfen, unerfahren, unprofessionell). Schade, was daraus geworden ist. Bei den Preisen gehen wir dann lieber woanders gut essen.

Wir waren ganz spontan im Restaurant Schwan essen. Nicht nur das Essen und das Ambiente haben uns überzeugt, sondern der Gastgeber Ziri. Er war immer sehr bemüht, freundlich und sehr unterhaltsam Vielen Dank für den wirklich schöne Abend

Wir haben nach längerer Zeit dort wieder mal einen Tisch bestellt. Alte Erfahrung war eigentlich immer gut. Als wir rein kamen wurde uns ein Tisch angeboten, wo nur 40 kg Personen hätten sitzen können. Da der Laden nicht voll war haben wir einen anderen Tisch bekommen. Platz genommen und erstmal geschockt über die Reinlichkeit des Tisches. Nach Aufforderung, hat der Kellner kurz drüber gewischt, aber der Tisch sah genau wie vorher aus. Nach 20 Minuten durften wir schon Getränke bestellen, die dann auch nach ca. 15 Minuten an den Tisch kamen. Alle haben Essen bestellt, das ging eigentlich recht gut. Essen kam zügig und es war auch lecker. Sauberkeit, Bedienung und Preise sind leider nicht gut. Ich werde definitiv nicht wieder kommen. Im Endeffekt verdurstet man im Laden.

Nach längerer Zeit war ich wieder in diesem Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist nach wie vor sehr schön. Die Begrüßung habe ich persönlich als unprofessionell empfunden, was bei mir keinen besonders guten ersten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Der Service verlief bei meinem Besuch insgesamt schleppend. Die Getränke wurden erst spät aufgenommen und auch gebracht, obwohl aus meiner Sicht wenig Betrieb war. Bei der Bestellung kam es zu einer für mich irritierenden Situation: Ich hatte direkt zu Beginn ein Kalbschnitzel mit Paprikasauce bestellt. Der Kellner reagierte darauf zunächst sichtbar irritiert. Ich habe ihm daraufhin in der Karte gezeigt, dass ein Kalbschnitzel gegen Aufpreis möglich ist. Nachdem das geklärt schien, fragte er am Ende der Bestellung, welche Fleischsorte ich denn möchte, obwohl ich das bereits zu Beginn genannt hatte. Das konnte ich in dem Moment nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte ein großes Kalbschnitzel mit Paprikasauce und Bratkartoffeln bestellt. Als das Essen geliefert wurde, dachte ich zunächst, dass man sich vertan hatte und mir versehentlich die kleine Portion gebracht wurde, was mich schon etwas verärgert hat. Erst als ich später die Rechnung bekam, wurde mir klar, dass es tatsächlich die große Portion war. Trotzdem war die Portion aus meiner Sicht mit Abstand das kleinste Kalbschnitzel, das ich je serviert bekommen habe. Für mich entsprach die Größe eher einer Kinderportion, obwohl ich die normale beziehungsweise große Portion gewählt hatte. Wir gehen regelmäßig Wiener Schnitzel essen, auch in sehr guten Restaurants und teilweise zu vergleichbaren Preisen, daher kann ich das für mich gut einordnen. Die einzelnen Stücke wirkten eher wie kleine Medaillons. Auf den Fotos ist das aus meiner Sicht gut zu erkennen. Zusätzlich fielen mir auf der Oberfläche Stellen auf, die ich persönlich als ungewöhnlich und optisch wenig ansprechend wahrgenommen habe. Das hat bei mir ein ungutes Gefühl ausgelöst. Da ich zeitlich gebunden war und niemand vom Service greifbar war, habe ich das Essen dennoch gegessen. Die Bratkartoffeln waren für mein Empfinden sehr fettig und lauwarm, kaum gewürzt und hatten für mich einen ganz seltsamen Beigeschmack. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde nicht aktiv nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Weitere Bestellungen konnte ich nur selbst anstoßen. Insgesamt war ich von meinem Besuch enttäuscht, insbesondere im Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung, und würde persönlich nicht noch einmal wiederkommen.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit bodenständiger, solider Küche und freundlichem Service.

Das Essen selbst verdient geschmacklich 5 Sterne. Leider dauerte es fast 2 Stunden, bis unser Essen kam, und meins war sogar kalt. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Gerichten. Allerdings sind sie nicht sehr flexibel. Ich wollte Klöße mit Gemüseschnitzel, aber das war nicht möglich. Und bei den Bratkartoffeln muss man, wenn man sie ohne Speck möchte, auch ohne Zwiebeln bestellen. Sehr seltsam. Es gab nur zwei Kellner, daher die lange Wartezeit. Die Kellnerin war freundlich, der Kellner wirkte etwas überfordert. Schließlich haben wir auf ein Dessert verzichtet, weil wir befürchteten, es würde noch eine Stunde dauern, und weil wir ehrlich gesagt alle einfach nur genervt waren. Also, wenn ihr hierher kommt, kommt nicht hungrig, dann werdet ihr mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden sein! (Auf dem Bild seht ihr Gemüseschnitzel mit Stampfkartoffeln)

Direkt am Frankenplatz gelegenes Restaurant. Wohl das Ursprungshaus der kl. Schwan Kette. Wunderschöne altdeutsche warme Atmosphäre. Auch günstige Mittagsangebote sind im Angebot. Die Currywurst schön angerichtet mit neuer Sauce ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr Freundlicher Service. Unser 2:1 Rabattgutschein wurde anstandslos angenommen. Sehr saubere Räumlichkeiten einschl. der Toiletten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurzfristig für Silvester einen Tisch bestellt. Wir hatten nicht gesehen, dass es ein Silvester Menü gibt. 30 Minuten nach Buchung bekamen wir einen Anruf, welches Menü wir nehmen möchten. Die Karte wurde uns per WhatsApp geschickt und wir konnten auswählen. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und erhielten eine Begrüssungsdrink. Das 3 Gänge Menü war hervorragend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn wir alleine am Hochtisch saßen, war es ein schöner Abend.

Sind seit über 10 Jahren immer wieder mal hier. Leider enttäuschend. Currywurst für 13€, wo jeder Imbiss die Bratwurst wenigstens anbrät. Hier haben wir eine lauwarme Bratwurst in einer schlechten Currysauce bekommen. Zudem war der Service absolut grauenvoll. Zunächst bringt man uns ein falsches Getränk und bont es tatsächlich auch noch bei der Abschlussrechnung. Des Weiteren wurde die Kritik einer Bratwurst dann sehr irritiert zur Kenntnis genommen. Weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Angebot es vielleicht mit etwas gutzumachen. Nachdem wir gesagt haben, dass wir seit über zehn Jahren herkommen und dies aber wahrscheinlich das letzte Mal war, kommentiert man dies nur mit „Das will ich auch hoffen!“ Dieser Bitte kommen wir dann auch gerne nach.

Ehrlich und ohne Umschweife. Der Rotwein war sehr lecker. Die Burger zum Spottpreis von 22,90€ mit einem eigentlich Wert von 3,50€ nicht. Die „Frikadellen“ trocken und schlechter als bei McDonalds. Wundert euch nicht wenn keiner mehr kommt. Das Essen war grottig.,

Ich war vor kurzem hier und es war sehr lecker. Ich habe Hummel & Ähd bestellt und fand es sehr gut, plus die hausgemachte Limo war auch gut und nicht zu süß.

I ate here today and I'm absolutely thrilled! You feel right at home as soon as you walk in – the ambiance is charming and truly cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; everything was just perfect. The food arrived quickly, was freshly cooked, and absolutely delicious – honest, good home cooking, just the way you like it. A thoroughly enjoyable visit: fantastic food, warm and welcoming staff, and an atmosphere you'll want to linger in.

The potato and scallion soup was delicious. The curry sausage and tortillas were also delicious. The fries served with it were uniquely shaped and really great. The dessert was a very special and delicious combination of shortbread, custard, and hot apple sauce.

Unfortunately, disappointing again: The last few orders arrived cold – soggy fries, lukewarm burger. For that price, I expect hot and fresh food. I can't recommend it.

This was our second visit. The schnitzel was delicious, as always. I couldn't quite finish the large portion, and that's saying something. We were particularly impressed by the friendly service, as this is unfortunately lacking in many restaurants these days. Our only criticism is that the drinks (at least the soft drinks) are relatively expensive. We'll definitely be back.

An excellent German restaurant! Warsteiner on tap, juicy schnitzels, and appetizers—everything is top-notch. I especially recommend the burgers and crispy sweet potato fries. Located right across from the park, there's a cozy covered outdoor area. The perfect place to relax with friends.

Disappointing breakfast! A topping and a spoon were missing from the cereal (very little cereal in general, for €11). The egg breakfast was simply missing bread. And there was a bug in the mint tea. At our next table, we heard that the freshly toasted avocado bagel was missing the avocado and wasn't toasted. And all this for a whopping €45.

Nice atmosphere and delicious food. The service was very friendly and attentive. We had the Cordon Bleu, the salmon, and the currywurst, and everyone enjoyed it. The Blonde craft beer is also highly recommended.

I had the "Ziegenpeter" salad. It was okay. However, the two stars are only because the "Ziegenpeter" now seems to be replacing the discontinued "Heidi" (which I enjoyed for "decades"), a herb salad with fine leaf lettuce, which I already found borderline expensive at €18.90, but also very tasty. The "Ziegenpeter" consists mainly of simple lettuce and the like, and is simply not comparable in quality. So, the purchase price has been reduced again, while the selling price remains the same. I've been annoyed by the trend toward overpriced products and declining quality at Schwan for several years now. Such a shame! But this change has now prompted this review.

The food always tastes delicious. Never over-seasoned or under-seasoned. The selection is fantastic, from salads to schnitzel. The service is friendly—and the terrace, weather permitting. Simply fantastic. We'll be back 😉

There's no longer any brunch on Sundays; you have to put together your own breakfast, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But the food isn't fresh (wilted lettuce leaves, old fried potatoes, scrambled eggs that are barely recognizable as such). The presentation is carelessly presented (damaged dishes), and the service is unmotivated. Definitely not a recommendation!

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is now poor. For €18.90, you get an appetizer-sized salad with wilted leaves. I returned the first one; the second one wasn't much better. Check out the salads at Malinas or Mangold for the same price! I just felt annoyed and ripped off.

Unfortunately, not a successful dining experience We ate at this restaurant with four people (two adults and two children) and were overall disappointed. The service was inattentive: After we had only ordered two dishes, the waiter wanted to leave without waiting for our complete orders. We had to point out that we wanted to place more orders. The drinks were also disappointing. The iced tea we ordered (one liter) tasted more like water than iced tea – very watered down and flavorless. The food was similarly disappointing: One person ordered asparagus, which was unfortunately undercooked and had an unpleasant consistency. The hollandaise sauce was also not very flavorful. The salmon burger was also disappointing and had little in common with a real burger – it seemed carelessly prepared and tasted bland. The two schnitzels with fries for the kids were okay, but nothing special – at least you can't go wrong with them. All in all, the value for money was unfortunately not right here. We had hoped for much more and will not come again.

We spontaneously stopped by Schwan for dinner today. We were very pleased with both the food and the drinks. We were served by a friendly, attentive waitress. We'd be happy to go back!

A cozy, beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food and absolutely fantastic service! The service is truly first-class, very attentive and friendly (but not intrusive). The food is always solid and tasty, and the children's menu is extensive and varied (there's always something for the kids to color). Today, I even got a chocolate cake on the house for my birthday – thank you so much for that and for the lovely evening!

Breakfast was very good, but they could have catered more to individual requests, like a waffle with ice cream. Otherwise, everything was excellent; the buffet was always well-stocked.

A delicious asparagus burger with breaded meat. All the German specialties in one dish. A very friendly welcome, and the dishes are both delicious and well-prepared. To be enjoyed with a real German beer, of course.

We can only agree with the disappointing opinions. We were there at 10:30 today. The butter was refilled upon request after 15 minutes. The fried eggs were promised every 10 minutes, but were never refilled. We found the selection poor for €19.99. No fresh fruit, e.g. E.g. fruit salad. Instead: bananas in a bowl and three apples, loveless. For example, there was no smoked salmon either. The Sunday breakfast was disappointing - unfortunately. The location is really great!

The food and ambience were great but 1 server for a wedding party of 20 was definitely not enough.

We were there on business with a larger group, everything was prepared, we were expected and we were able to flexibly accommodate one more person without any problems. The ambience is inviting and has a 100% feel-good factor and the team is really great, friendly and quick! The food was very tasty and the price was also great! Food ok, service not good, the ambience was really nice

Went there today for Easter brunch for €25.90 per person. According to the homepage, the option would have been from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. At 11:40 a.m. there were no more large plates left and no more were served. Otherwise: pancakes cold, fried eggs cold, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, Nuremberg lukewarm. Coffee and tea very expensive. It wasn't properly refilled either. A total of around 86 euros spent for 2 people. We were there with 8 people and are very disappointed. Never again swan! Only our waitress at the table was on the ball and received a total tip of just under 35 euros. In Van der Valk it would have been 95 euros including endless coffee and water with really warm dishes such as several types of roasts, higher quality fish and much more.

This must be an April Fool's joke. At the Lokal Schwan Restaurant Düsseldorf Derendorf there is only breakfast à la carte on Good Friday. Now comes the kicker. When I asked by email what kind of selection you have “à la carte”, the answer came “enclosed you will find our breakfast menu - you can find a la carte breakfast on the second page!:)” In the photo is 2nd page. That's not breakfast.

We went there several times to eat something after work. The ambience is great - you immediately feel at home, the employees are super nice and friendly, you are served quickly and the food is really, really good. Thanks to the team.

Disappointing buffet experience at Schwan Derndorf – definitely not a recommendation! We were at the Schwan in Derndorf on Sunday, April 6th and were actually looking forward to a cozy buffet meal - unfortunately we were completely disappointed. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the waiter was on his cell phone and there was no sign of activity in the kitchen. And when we saw the buffet, we realized why - there was simply hardly anything there. The offering was extremely meager: a few cold plates, a small selection of cheese of questionable quality and that was almost it. The only things warm were pancakes, eggs and bacon - all empty. And even if something was added briefly, it was immediately gone again because far too little was provided. A sparse sausage platter rounded off the disappointing “offer”. Nothing was replenished regularly and what was there was of no quality whatsoever. Particularly bitter at a price of €18.90 per person - you can expect a lot more, especially fresh and sufficient food. When we arrived there were only three guests, which is not surprising given the situation. As we were walking, the cook came towards us - from the kitchen where she was supposed to be working. That also explains why the buffet was so empty. This was the first and last visit for us. It's sad to see a place run down like this.

Nice staff, clean and tidy store with a nice interior. Price performance unfortunately not convincing. Salad was nothing special for €15 and then there wasn't enough dressing. 4 fried fish bites for an additional €5. The Cordon Bleu also looked like frozen food, was super small and cost almost €30. So I don't recommend it, although the shop is very cozy.

We spontaneously went there for dinner in the evening. Good home cooking with local specialties. We chose the paprika schnitzel with fries and cucumber salad and the meatloaf with mashed potatoes. It wasn't too busy during the week, very relaxed atmosphere, rather rustic but clean throughout. The staff was very nice and the food tasted very good. I rated the prices for most of the dishes as normal. We found the drink prices to be expensive compared to other Düsseldorf restaurants. Would eat here again.

Very friendly service (Daniel S.), advising on the choice of food, which was excellent. We were here today for the first, but definitely not the last, meal. We decided on potato pancakes with pulled goose and local beef burger. Very tasty, with a gray Burgundy and a nice Altbier. Very pleasant location. We recommend stopping there once. p.s. Don't forget change for the parking meters.

The Schwan restaurant in Derendorf impresses with an inviting atmosphere that immediately conveys a feeling of comfort. The ambience and the friendly, trained staff make you immediately feel at home here. The menu offers a solid selection of home-style dishes, with a focus on burgers and schnitzels. For my personal taste, the menu could be a little more varied, as I often look for new taste experiences. I'm all the more happy about the additional daily specials, which often offer a welcome change and the opportunity to try something new. Overall, the Schwan Restaurant is a recommended place for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and tasty, home-style cuisine. However, if you expect something less from burgers and schnitzels, you should take a look at the daily menu - there might be a little culinary surprise hidden here.

An absolutely great restaurant with very tasty food. Today we came from Stuttgart to the beautiful city of Düsseldorf. We love the food. Very authentic and homemade. Service very nice and friendly, price performance top. Would love to come back.

I ordered the goulash and it cost 25 euros and I actually got 5 small pieces of meat I was speechless I will never go there again and the staff was extremely unfriendly THE POTATO PUREE WAS READY FROM PPFANI THE POMMES STAND FOR 7 EUEO WAS EXTREMELY SMALL, salad had 1 small tomato in it, a shame

Completely disappointed. The portions are a bad joke. Beef goulash 4 small pieces of meat in the sauce for 25e. Plus Pfanni dumplings and red cabbage. Applesauce in a jar 1/5 filled small jar simply placed in the sauce. Fries on the stand for 8e are also just outrageous. Better described with a small bag of fries. In my salad for 10e there was actually a small half cherry tomato and 1 slice of cucumber. Side salad was served in a small glass diameter 3cm. The waitress didn't care about the complaint at all.. My clear recommendation: go eat somewhere else.

Had our Christmas party here last Friday, and it was fantastic! The ambiance was cozy and festive, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A perfect spot for a memorable gathering. Highly recommend!

We have had a super delicious cheesecake here several times, which is so good that it should actually be “forbidden”; In addition, the espresso is top class. They also offer a bratwurst or a brilliant meatloaf with mashed potatoes and pointed cabbage vegetables at lunchtime, which is also great. And the service is also absolutely great.

The ambience of the restaurant is nice, unfortunately it was a bit cold in the room. We were there on a Friday evening and there wasn't much going on. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service and the cuisine. The food was okay. Unfortunately, the goose and the cordon bleu were quite dry, and the coleslaw was in very small portions. In addition, it was not possible to exchange individual components, only when I was told that my girlfriend was allergic to a component did the kitchen suddenly ask whether the side dish could be exchanged. What was then done was exceptional! I come from a gastrinomy background myself and don't know this kind of attitude towards guests. The service wasn't suitable for us either. The drinks were slammed on the table, we didn't ask if we would like something else to drink, even though there wasn't much going on. When paying, it was not possible to simply divide the invoice amount by 2. Unfortunately, the overall package didn’t work for us. Unfortunately, the prices are quite high and do not reflect the service and quality of the food preparation.

We ate very well today and want to write it all down here for everyone to see. The first thing we noticed when we entered the restaurant was the excellent atmosphere. Super nice restaurant, very well done. The staff was friendly and accommodating, that's how it should be, you feel comfortable there. After we actually chose our food, it arrived relatively promptly, which we hadn't expected at all and discovered that the food was actually all freshly prepared, which unfortunately you don't have that everywhere these days and it was very tasty. The salad wasn't ice cold either and was actually not a standard salad, but a salad that was also freshly prepared. All in all five out of five stars from us because the food was excellent, many thanks to the chef.

First of all: The staff is very friendly and quick. Unfortunately, you don't get enough for the fairly high prices. The schnitzels are tasty and wafer-thin, but correspondingly little. Also far too little mushroom sauce. Fries and fried potatoes were very salty, even on the children's plate. One side dish is included, another costs €4.50. At €20 and the small amount, that's really close to exorbitant. Given the price, I expect a small side salad and enough sauce. That doesn't cost anything!? Otherwise it was very loud because there was a lot of echo in the restaurant and it wasn't even full. We had to speak very loudly, which was obviously uncomfortable. In the end we weren't convinced by the price/performance ratio and unfortunately we won't be coming back.
