The staff is attentive and very friendly. We had a great time with our waitress 😊 Everyone enjoyed the food and the drinks. The ambiance inside is particularly well-designed, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere.

Soooo...on Saturday evening, of course, it was busy, but it was very chaotic. The tables next to us kept getting the wrong drink and had to wait a long time for servers. The elderflower spritzer is very poorly done...Simple sparkling water with syrup, a mint leaf, or something in a glass would have been nice for €4.50. The food arrived quickly, though, and the staff were nice, though, as I said, they were simply overwhelmed. The food tasted OK, but unfortunately, it wasn't value for money.

It's always really nice at the Wilma Wunder. Super dog friendly, service always friendly. Varied menu, also good for vegetarians. The overall concept just fits.

The bill was higher than it was supposed to be and the Lachs mit Grün portiln left me hungry

A very nice restaurant with good food and very fair prices. Above all, the extremely friendly service and the beautiful ambiance really impressed me. Since it's very centrally located, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a nice evening without spending half a fortune. P.S.: It's also a really nice place for breakfast, and I was very impressed. :)

We drunk some coffee and tea and ate desserts. Everything is fine but the service is slow. But as the only place open on Sunday we were happy 😁

A nice shop in itself, and also visually appealing. We made a reservation in advance for my birthday. As we sat down at the table, a waiter came over and quickly placed two "birthday napkins" and a streamer on the table, offering a quick congratulations. We were able to quickly place our order (drinks and food), and after 10 minutes, the first breakfast arrived. We waited about 8 minutes for the drinks. A while later, the second breakfast arrived (an acai bowl, which was completely liquid and more like a smoothie in a bowl). Unfortunately, it felt like a rushed service, and the prices were a bit too high for the food. Unfortunately, it wasn't a relaxing or pleasant breakfast.

Wilma Wunder am Kö impresses with its beautiful location and stylish ambiance. Most of the staff are very friendly, although a smile behind the bar would sometimes make the atmosphere even more pleasant. The Café Crema was quite strong in flavor (a matter of taste), but overall it was a pleasant visit. I'd be happy to return!

After visiting the Polish Institute and the State Parliament, we went to a restaurant yesterday with a group of about 30 women from all over North Rhine-Westphalia. I reserved a table in advance and discussed the seating arrangements with the very friendly staff member, Shpend. The evening was fantastic; the food and drinks were delicious, and the waitress, Sara, took excellent care of us. Thank you very much, and see you soon! 😊

Food was brought to us without cutlery. The waitress just wanted to go into the kitchen to get cutlery and never came back. Without taking action myself, I would wait today. Asked for the bill and then never heard anything again. Asked again after 10 minutes, then received the bill. No excuse. Food was okay but I expected more for the price.

It was very busy when we were there on a Saturday evening. The waitress made a lot of effort even though she was all alone on one floor. The non-alcoholic Hugo and the food there were very tasty! An absolute recommendation :)

In my opinion, value for money is not right. The food is okay, but really nothing special. The overall picture gives off more appearance than reality. Having to pay €8 for a carafe of sparkling tap water is very cheeky. Furthermore, the staff is extremely overwhelmed and disorganized. The tables are positioned very closely, so that you are essentially sitting at the same table with your strangers. After being asked twice, we were finally able to pay after waiting 20 minutes. The wrong drinks were brought to the neighboring tables several times, for which you also have to wait a little longer. Conclusion: Not recommended!

Nice place with delicious food and drinks. It was very busy even on a Monday afternoon and it's all pretty tight seating, so it can get a bit loud. The service was excellent with a lot of nice friendly people :) I don't have anything bad to say.

The cheese fondue was very tasty, the service was very friendly but quite overloaded, which led to a longer waiting time. Unfortunately it was quite drafty, which led to our Richot being wiped out several times.

We have been here several times, but unfortunately we have to say with regret that the condition has worsened. Neither my girlfriend nor I had worn lipstick and there were really thick lipstick residues on two glasses, that's just not possible! No compensation was even offered!

We were there for the first time yesterday and were absolutely thrilled! Nice ambience, great service and the nice selection on the menu were topped by the quality of the dishes! Definitely a recommendation! We'll be back!

We were there 3 times. Unfortunately, something was wrong with our order on every visit. One time the goat's cheese was missing from the salad with goat's cheese (because it had run out), without anyone asking if something else could be added. Sometimes ordered meals were forgotten. To the credit, the service staff were very friendly and apologized every time. Unfortunately, one person always ate alone or the others ate their food cold.

When I rate it, I mainly focus on the food. The sauerbraten was extremely dry and the napkin dumpling dish tasted very bland (hardly seasoned and overwhelmed by a roux on top). Unfortunately, the elderberry and rhubarb spritzers were very thinly mixed. Things are really getting better. The location is nice in terms of furnishings. The nicely decorated table on the occasion of a birthday was positive.

We had two chai lattes, and both were absolutely inedible. With every sip, the pure powder was spread around your mouth - it even stuck between your teeth. When we pointed this out to the waitress, we were assured that the drinks were "prepared correctly." This isn't the first time I've had a chai latte and I know what it should taste like. I didn't feel comfortable arguing, so we paid and left. Absolutely disappointing! But look at the pictures for yourself. At first I thought it was cinnamon but it wasn't!

The place was a bit understaffed on busy Saturday breakfast time, so service wasn't on the top of the game. But the food was great!

The atmosphere is wonderful, though it can get quite crowded. Despite some delays with the orders, the quality of the food is exceptional.

Last Saturday we had a surprise party with a larger group. The reservation process via email was very friendly and easy. Everything was prepared as promised. We were also allowed to decorate accordingly for the occasion. The service, in turn, exceeded all expectations. For a group of 15+ people, the food came to the table flawlessly and almost at the same time and the service staff were always very attentive and accommodating. We felt very well looked after throughout our entire stay. The gallery was the perfect location for our event! I would recommend it again and again!

I've only been there twice - a year apart, but I was very impressed twice by the great service - you feel welcome and enjoy the great scenery. What's particularly nice is that it's a very dog-friendly restaurant - there's even a small treat bag for guests with fur. The non-alcoholic drinks are top, as is the food and the price-performance ratio is good. So my dachshund has already decided: we'll be back!

Nothing that the restaurant can do.... but I hope some German.people read this message: 1st no need to be rude sometimes people doesn't want to cut the line is just that normal humans cannot read minds and guess if someone is leaving or waiting..... 2nd. You are not alone in the world. There are also kids that are small, so please watch out when u walk. 3rd. We booked the restaurant for a business lunch and will not do so again due to the following three points. 1) The food didn't suit our taste. 🍳 2) We waited a very long time for the drinks - sometimes over an hour (a tip: the drinks are already recorded when ordering for the invoice creation. Make sure that all the drinks ordered are actually delivered to the table).💰 3) No official proof of hospitality was possible. According to feedback from the waiter (after consultation with the boss), reference to a hospitality receipt must be given when reserving the table. We would have at least expected flexibility here. 😩 Maybe we just had a bad day...

Ordered a table for three for New Year's Eve. Unfortunately we got a table that was actually only designed for two people. The service and friendliness of the staff were excellent. The food tasted very, very tasty. Absolute recommendation. We had the pork schnitzel with truffle fries, napkin dumplings and a classic tarte flambée. For this reason it definitely deserves 5 stars. But a small note, we had a table on the right hand side from the entrance. It's quite borderline to set up a table there that is directly behind a room divider/ceiling support and therefore you can't really see into the restaurant. Then it's better to forego one more table.

We were at Wilma Wunder yesterday. We cannot understand the bad reviews. The staff was super friendly, the food tasted great and was hot too! Salatissimo with goat cheese, is touted with young lettuce. I had it delivered and it was a sunken, mushy lump with way too much vinegar. It just tasted sour. The price-performance ratio is not right at all. Only the avocado pieces were fresh. Never again!!!!!

We wanted to have breakfast and had reserved a table for two people. When we were brought to the table he said no to us and politely asked if it would be possible to get another table. The gentleman said no, saying that everything was full and didn't even give us the opportunity to wait at the bar. We found his reaction to be unprofessional and after a little discussion we went to have breakfast elsewhere. Despite the lack of staff in the restaurant, the man should send this gentleman to training so that he can learn how to deal with guests. Accommodating 2 people in a restaurant shouldn't normally be a problem after all it was 11:30 a.m. and breakfast was until 2 p.m. How much do you like it?

Long wait. Bad service and not good food

We were placed in Wilma's gallery on the first floor without being asked. We didn't have to make a reservation a week in advance. At least we would have liked to have known beforehand. There's a difference! The bread basket with three dips is not recommended. The bread was old and hard and the dips had no taste. In addition, the price of 10.50 euros for 4 half small slices of poor quality bread is a bit too high. The croutons in the Cesar salad were also inedible.

Nice, well-located location - but a bit “rocked”... (leather seating torn and tattered...) The lunch menus are also pretty worn out - depending on which one you get. Friendly, quick service Drinks: The freshly tapped beer on tap comes without foam and seems stale. Meals: You look forward to the Christmas card and then the duck, for example. no longer available. Roulades & Co (filling is next to or on the roulade) can be found in ANY brewery, poor performance. That's better! The service can't help it! Parking options (4€/h) opposite. Card payment possible.

In itself it's a really great and beautiful restaurant, I've been here for the second time and I always find it amazing. However, there is also one thing that I don't find so nice and that is the toilet, unfortunately it smells a bit unpleasant but otherwise very good

Good quality food with a few vegan options: The pumpkin salad is really good. Very pleasant staff. Well suited for smaller groups: there is already a lot of activity and a correspondingly lively atmosphere. The prices are also fair for the quality of the food and the location.

Nice place, but the prices are about too high! Furthermore, for a luxurious rest, one would expect that the bread and water would at least not be too expensive. But you always have to expect that you will pay more than what is stated on the card.

Over-priced and low breakfast portion. Their staff behaviour toward the people of colour is disgusting. It seems the remnant of world war II is still living there. The managers need to get the staff, particularly the tall man who wears glasses and manages the table services to review the concept of racism and code of conduct. The food was average but that guy was so aggressive, unprofessional and impolite. Our morning was ruined because of that behaviour. First and last time !!!!!!!!

We had reserved a table for a 30th birthday by phone. It was even announced on the phone that the table would be nicely decorated for the birthday. When we arrived we discovered that the reservation had obviously been lost. We were involuntarily seated at the bar and served there. Unfortunately, you obviously didn't see the blame on yourself, so you didn't even consider giving yourself a round of champagne with ojuice or coffee on the house. Overall, unfortunately a very disappointing experience.

Very accommodating and friendly service, very tasty food, all in all highly recommended, would be happy to come back. It was my third visit.
