We were regular customers under the previous operator and will continue to be so. The tarte flambées now have more toppings again. Instead of just one person, as was often the case in the past, there were three waitresses working there when we visited. I cannot understand any reviews to the contrary. With a little elementary school math, you can also work out whether the "all you can eat" offer is worth it and then you won't experience any unpleasant surprises.

I absolutely loved my visit to Parlin! Right from the start, the friendly staff made a great first impression. I found it particularly impressive that a gluten-free starter was served to a person in our group with celiac disease without being asked - a really attentive service that shows that the individual needs of the guests are taken into account here. The food: I had the schnitzel - by far the best in Düsseldorf! Perfectly prepared, crispy and incredibly juicy – ​​simply a pleasure. Doesn't get any better. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who values ​​first-class food and excellent service. Great wine list - great advice - I'll definitely be back! Thank you very much 🙏
