We visited the tarte flambée factory again, and once again, we weren't disappointed. We opted for the all-you-can-eat option and sampled several delicious tarte flambées. All were great and left us wanting more. The homemade "pomegranate ginger" lemonade with fresh mint was delicious and refreshing. We'll be back on a warmer day and look forward to the terrace.

We ordered the all you can eat tarte flambée for two people. The food always came on time for the next round and we were always asked towards the end of the current round what we wanted next without any questions from us, so that there were never long waiting times, even as the number of visitors increased. The service was extremely friendly and the food was very tasty, all in all 5/5 stars and highly recommended.

It was very very tasty and the conditions were super nice! We felt in good hands. Would come back at any time and can only warmly recommend it.

I would now describe myself as a regular customer. The selection of tarte flambées is great. Coffee, soft drinks and also alcoholic drinks are well placed. The desserts are delicious especially the waffles. Even for people who don't like tarte flambée, there is a great selection of other dishes. The service is 1A. Always genre so dear employees.

Nice restaurant with good tarte flambée. There is also a parking lot. The menu is relatively broad, but we only had tarte flambée. These were really tasty. The service was very nice.

Great breakfast experience with perfect service! We had the all-you-can-eat breakfast and loved it! Instead of queuing at the buffet, everything is served directly at the table - a super relaxed atmosphere. The selection was huge: fresh rolls, croissants, sausage and cheese platters, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt and much more. Everything was appetizingly prepared and always refilled upon request. Particularly positive: The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. A great concept for everyone who wants to enjoy themselves comfortably without having to get up all the time. We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful restaurant in a unique location! The tarte flambée factory is located in the lodge house, which gives the whole visit a very special atmosphere. The service is super friendly and attentive – you feel welcome from the start. The tarte flambées are simply delicious, with crispy dough and creative toppings. But it's not just the tarte flambées that are recommended: my wife had a schnitzel that was also excellent - super tender and perfectly fried. It's always a pleasure to eat here. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in an exceptional ambience!

My friend and I visited Flammkuchen Manufaktur today. We had two tarte flambées - one Serrano and one Greek-style - as well as a potato gratin and, for dessert, banana bread with white chocolate and raspberries. Although we had to wait a little longer due to a family gathering, the chef personally came out and apologized, which we found very thoughtful. The tarte flambées were very crispy and had an intense taste. The banana bread was very moist and unique. The waitresses were also very friendly and attentive. We would definitely like to come back!

We were there on Friday evening and had the tarte flambée all you can eat. We had Aperol to drink. The tarte flambées were very tasty, unfortunately the Aperol wasn't a real Aperol, so it was a bit disappointing for just under €7. Service was very friendly :) But we had the impression that one more service staff might not do any harm. Ambiance was very pleasant. The music boxes were a bit annoying but were turned down immediately when we pointed this out. In general there is still room for improvement (e.g. repairing the curtains) but it is complaining at a high level :) We would definitely come back and recommend the restaurant 👍

A little insider tip as it is a little outside the center and therefore not so crowded. The service was very caring, quick and nice. People often asked if there was anything missing without seeming intrusive. The breakfast was very attractively prepared. This included filter coffee from the pot, hot water for tea and orange juice. We would be happy to come back, this time to test the tarte flambées.

I ordered a surprise bag from the daily business through Too Good to Go. When I arrived I was told I still had to wait, this dragged on for over 15 minutes. I then received a portion of freshly prepared fries and schnitzel with a side salad. When I order a surprise bag from a place called Flammkuchenmanufaktur, do I actually expect something other than schnitzel and fries?! Besides, it has nothing to do with saving leftover food. If I had known that I was getting schnitzel with fries, I would never have ordered.

Super nice service and delicious tarte flambée

Since the new owners took over and reopened the new restaurant “Flammkuchen Manufaktur”, we finally have a good address on Uhlandstrasse again. The tarte flambées are highly recommended; I eat them both non-vegetarian and vegetarian and occasionally vegan too! The starters are really good!! I go there at least 2-3 times a month, sometimes alone and sometimes with friends for a beer!

I don't even know where to start, but maybe just with the fantastic tarte flambée we had. Excellent tarte flambée dough and the different varieties, DELICIOUS! The small portions were perfect for trying out! We had such a special and lovely evening with you! The friendly service can only be praised to high heaven and the ambience was also really nice! I basically celebrated there the day before my birthday. We had a really nice chat and with the present for my upcoming birthday at the end of the evening, I was able to toast perfectly at midnight! Great service! We were warmly greeted and enjoyed two delicious Flammkuchen, a fresh mixed salad, plus beer and wine. The atmosphere was cosy with lovely Christmas decorations. The toilets were a bit hidden behind heavy doors but very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Went there for all you can eat. We were able to try our way through the entire menu of vegetarian, vegan, sweet and savory tarte flambées. The first tarte flambée is usually a large one, after which you can continue ordering small tarte flambées (see picture). Take your time, we ordered about 8/9 rounds and were there from about 2-4:30 p.m. The shop was empty and there was a cook there. Small highlight: I'm not normally a big fan of bacon, but since it had a subtle smoky note, I liked it very much. The dishes are also suitable for allergy sufferers or picky eaters, as you can easily cancel individual ingredients. Unreserved recommendation :-) Thanks for the lovely evening!

New owners! The tarte flambées here are really very good, and I particularly like the possibility of being able to put together the salad freely. There is also a huge selection of banana bread variants, super tasty The restaurant is also particularly suitable for events!

A perfect overall package! The tarte flambées were to die for. We were served so kindly and courteously. Finding a parking space can take a while. But the restaurant can't do anything about it. I recommend traveling by public transport.

We were warmly welcomed but after we ate our tarte flambée, nothing happened for 40 minutes (I kept an eye on the time)! It wasn't cleared away, we wanted to order dessert and drinks but unfortunately nothing came of it! We went to the checkout and the waitress apologized without us mentioning it! She was solely responsible for the service on a Friday evening and it was well attended! That's why only 3 stars but we will try again! I will then adjust the review!

For the first time we tested the tarte flambée factory with its extensive selection of very tasty tarte flambée variants and friendly service staff. What should be highlighted positively is that the chef personally pointed out to us what size the “large” tarte flambées were and that they had plenty of toppings. If these are too big for us, we could get small tarte flambées so that we could test several different versions. We had a great stay and can undoubtedly recommend the tarte flambée factory. Gladly again!

Das Lokal war ungenügend beheizt, der Speck auf dem Flammkuchen schmeckte nach Fisch, ebenso das Wiener Schnitzel und die Pommes Frites. Serviert wurde es mit einer nicht bestellten, aber berechneten Pilzsoße. Immerhin war das Personal freundlich und die Wartezeit betrug nur 20 Minuten.

We were regular customers under the previous operator and will continue to be so. The tarte flambées now have more toppings again. Instead of just one person, as was often the case in the past, there were three waitresses working there when we visited. I cannot understand any reviews to the contrary. With a little elementary school math, you can also work out whether the "all you can eat" offer is worth it and then you won't experience any unpleasant surprises.

Very nice and accommodating owners. There are so many tarte flambée creations that you can't decide on. The all you can eat offer is really good. The tarte flambée can also be halved. We definitely want to come again.

The extensive breakfast buffet is new. You can sit beautifully green and quiet on the terrace or comfortably inside. The buffet is brought to the table, very relaxed. Classic selection of rolls, cheese, sausage, homemade jams, very tasty scrambled eggs and really plentiful. A vegetarian option is also offered. The service was very friendly. All in all a classic breakfast. If you wish, there is also a very large selection of banana bread in every conceivable variety.

Very tasty tarte flambée, the acoustics are unpleasant (especially when individual guests are not considerate!) and the toilets are literally UNDERGROUND! Bad smell, lack of towels... It would be nice if they were adapted to the high standard of the dishes and the prices.

We were happy that the Flammkuchen factory has reopened. The prices have been increased significantly. The tarte flambées are delicious and the selection is large. Since we wanted to try and share different tarte flambées, we decided on the "all you can eat". The three of us shared a total of 5 tarte flambées. To be honest, what surprised us after visiting the restaurant was that, calculated individually (i.e. the normal ticket prices), these tarte flambées would have been cheaper overall than the all-you-can-eat price. If it were, for example, 2 euros, everything would be fine. But a difference of 10-15 euros? What's the advantage of the "all you can eat" concept if you don't want to eat 10 tarte flambées? I would actually be happy to receive a short response. Furthermore, the service was attentive and kindly fulfilled even smaller special requests. One person serving etc. was sometimes a bit small, as there were staff shortages, but that couldn't be helped. The toilets didn't make a good impression (no paper towels, no real soap, etc.) - there's still room for improvement. Otherwise, the house in which the restaurant is located is really nice. Unfortunately, towards the end we also received an incorrect/too high bill, but we noticed this and were able to sort it out quite quickly. Addendum: I think it's a shame that you don't receive any feedback even after several weeks. Unfortunately, based on my last experience, I won't be visiting again.

This restaurant is something completely unexpected! I went there for dinner and I must admit that I was caught by surprise. Service was great, the Flammkuchen variety is HUGE and prices are really good for a food/cost relation. Totally recommended if you love Flammkuchen (or to get to love it!)

If you like flammkuchen, then this is the place to go in Düsseldorf. It's good for groups and couples alike. The atmosphere is a bit upscaled. The menu offers a lot of classic options to try but also some special ones.

Ein gemütliches Restaurant mit einer großen Auswahl an herzhaften und süßen Flammkuchen. Einen großen Pluspunkt gibt es dafür, dass es sowohl die herzhaften als auch die süßen Flammkuchen als vegane Alternative gibt. Auch die Bedienung war äußerst freundlich und höflich. Auch preislich liegt das Restaurant absolut im Rahmen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ein Besuch in der Flammkuchen Manufaktur in Düsseldorf war rundum fantastisch! Die Flammkuchen waren köstlich, der Service perfekt, und das Ambiente einfach toll. Belebte Stimmung, insgesamt ein perfektes Erlebnis!

Von außen ein sehr schlichtes und unscheinbares Restaurant. Innen wirkt es schlicht gehalten, aber sehr gemütlich. Der Service war wirklich sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Betreiber nimmt sich auch gerne die Zeit für seine Gäste. Die Flammkuchen kamen alle zusammen, auch von eine größere Gruppe. Die Auswahl auf der Karte ist vielseitig. Es ist von süß bis herzhaft alles dabei. Eine gute Auswahl aus der vegane Küche ist auch vorhanden. Wahlweise können sogar einzelne Zutaten hinzugefügt oder weg gelassen werden. Insgesamt einfach nur toll. Sehr gerne wieder.

Musik war etwas einschläfernd - sonst alles fein.

Gute Flammkuchen Variationen, kann man empfehlen. Aber! Der Teig ist leider nicht selbstgemacht. Fur ein Lokal was sich “Flammkuchen Manufaktur” nennt würde ich auch das voraus setzen.

Der Flammkuchen Tomaten und MOZZARELLA war lecker

An unserem Besuchstag schien es ein Problem mit der Kanalisation zu geben. Der Geruch der aus den sanitären Anlagen im Keller nach oben ins Restaurant drang war leider sehr deutlich wahrnehmbar. Auf die Toiletten zu gehen war kaum auszuhalten. Hinzu kamen ein paar Schnitzer im Service, was den Besuch alles in allem nicht zu einem großen Erfolg hat werden lassen. Hoffentlich wird da in Zukunft nachgebessert.

Jedes Mal sehr gut und nettes interessantes Ambiente, da es eigentlich ein/zwei Wohnzimmer wären. Wem von der großen Flammkuchenauswahl trotzdem keiner zusagt, kann selbst zusammenstellen. Vegane Optionen gibt es auch einige. Einzig die Weinkarte könnte man mal durch deliziösere erneuern.

Es war in Ordnung, aber es fehlte an einem gewissen Flair oder einer besonderen Atmosphäre. Das Essen war solide, aber insgesamt eher durchschnittlich.

The French onion soup was delicious, but unfortunately not served in the typical crock with the melty crusty cheese- which is the best part! I love the goat cheese pear flatbread. It's a perfect combination of sweet and salty and the crust is so thin and crispy. The Mexican was okay but it could have been more flavorful. Service was good, even though the waitress was new. We were the first table there and were surprised when the text table was sat RIGHT next to us. This was a little silly since the restaurant was completely empty. My husband said the men's toilet was disgusting and unsanitary, but unfortunately did not tell the staff. Please correct this issue! The women's bathroom was fine. Will definitely be back for the Flammkuchen.

Sehr feine Flammkuchen-Spezialitäten mit dünnem knusprigem Teig und leckeren Variationen in süß und herzhaft. Sehr herzlicher Service und auch das Ambiente ist sehr einladend. Nur die Toiletten fallen aus dem Raster, hier fehlt es an Hygiene. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert!

Durch Zufall beim Stöbern im TripAdvisor gefunden, nur ein kurzer Fußweg vom Holiday Inn, war das eine nette Überraschung. Eine mehr als ausreichende Auswahl verschiedener Speisen, natürlich auch der typische Flammkuchen Elsässer Art, aber auch etliche Varianten sind erhältlich. Dazu eine überschaubare, aber brauchbare Weinkarte, aber natürlich auch Biere und Softdrinks. Die Atmosphäre ist zumindest mit 30% Besetzung gediegen, die Einrichtung ist OK, kann aber noch besser gemacht werden. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und freundlich! Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder!

Mehrfach dort mit Gruppen gewesen. Gute vegane Auswahl. Auf dem Foto ist der vegane süße Flammkuchen mit Sojajoghurt und Himbeeren. Minuspunkt: Es waren recht wenig Himbeeren drauf, obwohl Himbeeren meines Lieblingsbeerenfrüchte sind.

Preise sind definitv gerechtfertigt. Service ist teilweise noch ausbaufähig, aber das Essen ist sehr lecker. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Sehr leckeres Essen in schönem Ambiente und freundlichem Personal. Herzhafte und süße Variatonen und große vegane Auswahl.

so oft bin ich schon mit der U-Bahn hieran vorbei gefahren und hab mir gedacht: Mensch, das sieht richtig gut aus, da musst du auch mal hin. Heute war es dann endlich soweit😊 Es handelt sich hier um ein wirklich wunderschönes Gebäude mitten in einer Wohnstraße. Der Gastraum ist tatsächlich nicht übermäßig groß, was ich aber sehr angenehm finde. Die Tische sind nicht dicht an dicht, das schafft eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Hohe Decken, moderne Einrichtung und französische Musik im Hintergrund runden das Ganze ab. Zu essen gibt es - Überraschung! - Flammkuchen und den in allen erdenklichen Formen. Ob Fleisch, Fisch, vegetarisch, vegan und/oder süß, hier ist wirklich alles dabei. Der Teig ist schön dünn, wie es sich gehört, der Belag frisch und hochwertig und geschmacklich sind die Flammkuchen einfach köstlich (wir hatten jeweils 1 herzhafte und 1 süße Variante). Zudem gibt es noch eine relativ große Auswahl an Weinen, unsere Wahl fiel auf den Rosé, der uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Preislich absolut in Ordnung, super find ich auch die Option einen kleinen Flammkuchen mit 2€ Rabatt bestellen zu können. Es war schon recht voll, Reservierung würde ich empfehlen😉 Rundum hat es mir sehr gut gefallen, ich komme definitiv wieder😊

Die Flammkuchen sind grandios und die Auswahl riesig, abwechslungsreich und sowohl für Allesesser, Vegetarier und Veganer geeignet. Die Damen im Service waren herzlich, aufmerksam und fix. Wir sind zufrieden nach Hause gerollt nach dem All you can eat.

Definitiv zu empfehlen. 👌🏽Meiner Meinung nach die besten Flammkuchen in ganz Düsseldorf :)

Ich war hier letztens in einer Gruppe für ein All-yuu-can-eat und es war wirklich super. Es gibt eine wirklich RIESIGE Auswahl an Flammkuchen aller Art. Die Bedienung ist super freundlich, das Essen schmeckt fabelhaft und die Preise sind in Ordnung.

Zur Auswahl stehen eine Vielzahl verschiedenster Flammkuchen: basic, Hähnchen, Fisch, Mexiko, vegetarisch, vegan, süß. Eine eigene Zusammenstellung ist ebenfalls möglich, All you can eat (tischweise) ebenfalls. Der Service ist sehr schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Der Mexikan kam etwas "nüchtern" daher, optisch zurückhaltend. ABER der Geschmack und die Kombination der Zutaten ist überwältigend gut!!!!!! Ein sehr dünner und knusprigen Teig: hervorragend lecker. Und weil noch Platz für einen Nachtisch war, wurde gleich die süße Versuchung Himbeer bestellt. Auch dieser schmeckte sehr gut. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Besuch hier.

Zeer lekkere flammkuchen, vriendelijke bediening, mooie zaak, echt de moeite om een kwartiertje naartoe te wandelen vanuit het oude centrum!
