It's fine, the food is not good

View: phenomenal, food: okay to good, service very friendly, value for money not optimal. Update: We were there again last Saturday. Service was more pushy than good. The food itself tasted very good, but some portions (salmon, baked apple) were too small, and some weren't as described (the field salad with mushrooms contained everything but field salad). The crowning moment: two of us four spent the night in front of/over the toilet because the steak tartare had probably gone bad. We won't be going back there for a while.

Lovely atmosphere. Lovely bar. Everything was nice, view, seats, lighting, even the toilets. Really beautiful place. I only knocked one star off because at the price of these cocktails, I thought they would be made fresh. However they are pre-mixed. This means some of the cocktails were not available on the menu because they had ran out of pre-mix, where as if this were fresh, they could have substituted the missing ingredient. However, still a really stunning place, great service, relaxing, someone has done a good job of this.

We stayed one night in Düsseldorf and the hotel recommended the bar on the 17th floor. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth it for us. We sat right at the bar, but were completely ignored for a very long time – it felt like an eternity before someone finally took our order. The drinks were disappointing: lots of ice, hardly any liquid – the Cuba Libre was maybe 100 ml – and that for €15. We also found a 0.2 l Coke for €5 to be significantly overpriced. It's a shame, because the view and the ambiance would have been really nice, but the value for money and the service were completely unacceptable. For us, it was more of a deterrent than a recommendation.

Restaurant: I give the restaurant 3 stars. The stylish interior, the impressive view, and the attentive, friendly service are particularly noteworthy. Unfortunately, the food wasn't convincing: the coq au vin was rather bland and poorly prepared, and the vegetables were too tough. The monkfish, despite its attractive presentation, was also disappointing. Bar: The bar on the 17th floor, on the other hand, is a real highlight—one of the most beautiful bars in Düsseldorf. Creatively mixed drinks, an atmospheric ambiance, and a spectacular view of the city. Everything is just right here. I give the bar 5 stars. Conclusion: 3 stars for the restaurant, 5 stars for the bar—4 stars overall.

I should probably give it three stars, but the staff were so nice. Let's start with the negatives and then move on to the positives: The food wasn't good. The brisket has a fat core, but most of it should have melted away during the long and slow cooking process. My piece of meat was 40% pure fat. The meat was very carelessly placed on what the server described as "a kind of potato pancake." This rectangular potato product was so firm that it was almost impossible to cut. It was served with a few vegetable strands on top and a few dollops of sauce. My partner had the pointed cabbage, which is a cautious description of "firm to the bite"—just large pieces of pointed cabbage, lightly blanched, very firm, and very sour in taste—not a treat for us. The tuna tataki was tasty; the watery sauce it was swimming in could have been left out. The dessert was okay, but it lacked refinement. The food was ambitious, but unfortunately not well-executed. Positive aspects were the friendly service, the beautiful location and the excellent wine by the glass (Cote du Rhone).

The location is great. The service is friendly. But unfortunately, all the cocktails were undrinkable. I was offered a new one, but if four out of four don't taste good, a new one won't do me any good. It's a shame that I was charged in full for this one despite my complaint.

Highly recommended..... The two of us were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was our first visit here, and it was a truly lovely evening. The greeting card at our table was wonderful. It's a modern, upscale French restaurant with a bar. The restaurant is on the 16th floor, the bar on the 17th, with a stunning view over Düsseldorf. The service was as fantastic as the food. We had our own table service for the evening. Kudos to Yousef (I don't know if that's spelled correctly). Very attentive and unobtrusive. All the other waiters were equally friendly and attentive. The food was very attractively presented and very well-seasoned. A huge thank you to the kitchen team as well. Conclusion: Overall, a very lovely, relaxed evening in a pleasant atmosphere with delicious food, great service, and a fantastic view. It was our first visit, but certainly not our last...

We had dinner with good friends. The waiter specially reserved a place for us to put a baby chair. The sun was bright and the view was great. The food was delicious! The environment was very warm. The waiter was very enthusiastic to help take care of the children. It was a very thoughtful family. We ordered the set lunch. It was a very satisfying day!

The meal was very small and half of it was too salty. The service was great at first, but it deteriorated so much towards the end that we got dessert at McDonald's instead of waiting any longer here. Unfortunately, it was far too expensive for what we got. It was also very dark.

A very disappointing experience at the bar last night. We arrived with high expectations, shaped by the online image and the deep connection to French gastronomy. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met in any way. Customer service was nonexistent. A charcuterie platter we ordered (very small for the price and by no means comparable to other high-priced French establishments) was still waiting 30 minutes after the drinks had already been served. When we politely inquired, the waiter simply replied with a rude, "That's always the case, you'll just have to wait." When we pointed out that this was a shame and that better communication should have been provided when ordering—especially since bar food is assumed to be served with the drink, as is the case in France at an aperitif—the waiter began a loud argument. This not only made us feel very uncomfortable, but the surrounding tables also turned around, visibly irritated. A simple, polite response like "Sorry for the delay, I'll take care of it" would have been much more customer-friendly. The service disappointed us throughout the entire evening. The selection of non-alcoholic cocktails is limited – a real shame at a time when many guests are consciously paying attention. The bar's decor also doesn't live up to the desired image of an elegant venue: walls covered in scratches and chipped paint, speakers so inferior that the music constantly distorts. And as the waiter himself noted: the fine Parisian image the bar strives for is, in his opinion, "only in the name." That says it all about the establishment and its standards.

We enjoyed a great lunch today at Paris Club. Great french cuisine and wine, amazing view over Düsseldorf and last but definitely not least our host Olga. She was the cherry on the top. We cannot wait to come back!

I was at the Paris Club for a business meeting. Anyone who struggled to get there by car (parking is terrible) is rewarded with a fantastic view of the city on the 16th floor and equally excellent food. The service was also very attentive, friendly, approachable, and yet professional.

I was at the Paris Club Düsseldorf this evening, as I'm staying at the 25hours Hotel for two nights on business – and it was absolutely worth it! It was Champagne Monday, including a fantastic three-oyster offer. The food was consistently excellent, accompanied by a very good rosé. I particularly want to mention the crème brûlée – one of the best I've ever tasted! The service was extremely attentive, warm, and professional. The view is also a real highlight: I was able to enjoy the sunset over Düsseldorf – an unforgettable moment. A real recommendation for anyone visiting Düsseldorf – whether for business or pleasure. I'll definitely be back!

So... find the mistake yourself: We read 'fine dining' and everyone around us is saying fries 🍟 and bratwurst. A few specialties don't really matter, especially since the portions are seriously beyond words.

Everything was wonderful. Oysters and other dishes. I didn't like so the side dish to Octopus, rice had too intrusive sour taste that conflict to proper taste the meat. The view is marvelous🌇 The photo doesn't reflect the view, but the restaurant design)

How can even chicken be this bad? They literally cut it up and put it in sauce before cooking it.

Unfortunately, you can't give zero stars – absolutely terrible! We waited over 30 minutes for our drinks. At some point, we just got fed up and left. The service was abysmal: unfriendly, completely overwhelmed, and even argued with us (!) instead of apologizing. As if that wasn't bad enough, the waitress then literally insulted a colleague in front of us. It couldn't be more unprofessional. We'll definitely never be back.

Being vegetarian, you won't have many options only 1 in the main course and 2 in the starter (salad). Otherwise the food was okay. So I had only one option which was pointy cabbage and was not that good, very hard to cut and not worth the overall price too. For the salad it was goo I liked it. The view from the restaurant is great! The staff was also very nice.

An absolutely fantastic experience! The food at the Paris Club was not only incredibly delicious, but also creative and perfectly balanced – every course was a delight! I'd especially like to highlight the outstanding service: The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, making the evening truly enjoyable. Overpriced drinks, monotonous DJ, but a nicely designed bar with friendly staff

The Paris Club impresses with a great view, very friendly staff, and excellent service. The food, however, was rather average and not particularly memorable. Recommended for the ambiance and service – less so for gourmets.

On Saturday, July 12, 2025, we had the honor of visiting this restaurant after making a reservation. After indicating this in our reservation, we were shown directly to a beautiful table by the window. We were immediately presented with the menu and wine lists. The service was impressive, with a personal, humorous style that reflects the restaurant's modern appearance. We also received excellent advice on several questions about individual dishes. For example, we were offered the option of ordering a starter to share, and we could swap the side dish for a main course. The water flat rate is particularly recommended, with which you can enjoy water for €5 per person throughout the evening. The water was always immediately refilled by the very attentive waiters. The main courses were particularly impressive, with their excellent, typically French sauces. I would like to highlight the entrecôte, which far exceeded our expectations, especially with its perfect cooking. We were always given sufficient time during each course to enjoy the evening. The highlight of the evening was our dessert, the Passion et Coco, which can be seen in the pictures. I've rarely enjoyed such a delicious and exciting dessert. At the end of our evening, a drone show took place over the Rheinkirmes fair, which we could at least partially see from our table. The large windows enriched us with a breathtaking view throughout the evening. The restaurant also impresses with its pleasant ambiance and friendly atmosphere. This was certainly not our last visit to the Paris Club. I highly recommend it!

The waiter with glasses was very unprofessional, seemed completely overwhelmed, and was very rude. We paid our bill in advance and then had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks. When we asked where our drinks were, he said, "So little tip and they still noticed!" I'll never go here again!

Great view (we made a reservation), very nice and friendly staff:) About the food: we choose menu for 62€ which consist of whatever starter (tuna for my partner and schrimps for me), main dish (fish or meat) and dessert with coffee. Tuna was really delicious, shrimps was tasty, but I‘ve expected something more interesting than 8 boiled shrimps for 18€ in menu😜 Main dish unfortunately wasn’t that great - my fish was good, but it was so small amount of fish and so huge portions of fairly hard lentils. I even couldn’t finish it. Meat wasn’t that tasty as well, at least not what we expected from the view. Pralines was nice 👍🏼 Overall experience because of the amazing view and nice atmosphere is quite good, but for such price I would expect more delicious dishes in menu 😋

The lobster soup tasted awful; it gave my husband a stomach ache. The main course was okay. I thought the prices were excessive. The waiter had a problem with the red wine and didn't bother to rectify it. I thought the ambiance and the view were very nice.

Delicious dinner. The meat was excellent. Excellent red wine.

Nice and cozy place to see the sunset with your girlfriend. Don't hesitate to spend your money. It deserves every penny of it!

A very nice view of Düsseldorf. The food is excellent, but rather expensive. There are various creative drinks, but they are rather inflexible when it comes to preparing classics. Nevertheless, it's highly recommended if you want to experience something special in Düsseldorf.

I want to start of by complementing the quality of the dishes. We really enjoyed this, and the friendly service. But I would like to get something off my chest about the portions of the drinks and dishes. We started our dinner off with a cocktail. Little did we know we would receive the world's smallest gin and tonic. The glasses were filled up with two ice cubes each, the size of golf balls, leaving hardly room for anything else (mind you, we tried it with our water afterwards). Same goes for our food. My girlfriend got the pasta with shrimps, sadly only three of them made it to the plate. I got the entrecote with bearnaise (perfect cuisine!), but I hardly got any fries. Good thing there was one cherrytomato. For this, and water, we paid 93 euros. Again, we enjoyed the service and the food itself, but we left dissappointed and hungry.

We went there for breakfast and we were very friendly. There was a lot of choice in bread, cold charcuterie, cheese, bacon, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, orange juice and sparkling wine. The view is amazing, ask for a table at the window. Watch out because you can reserve until 12h30, but the buffet closes at 13.

A superb view while dining and a very stylish ambiance. The table service, especially from Mr. Yousab, was first-class! With the fillet steak, we would have preferred some small vegetable side dishes rather than just fries. The vegan cauliflower main course was a bit lean. Otherwise, we'd be happy to go back!

Absolute disappointment. The waiters, service, quality of the drinks, and the atmosphere are a complete letdown. I'm extremely disappointed with this place. After about 35 minutes, a waiter finally came. We ordered two non-alcoholic cocktails that were only 1/4 full for about €25. We didn't drink any of them and left immediately. I can't recommend this place to anyone!

Disrespected and Dismissed – A Disappointing First and Last Visit I visited The Paris Club last night with my husband, expecting a refined dining experience to match the elegance of the venue. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. We arrived early and were told the restaurant opens at 6 p.m., so we waited at the bar for about 45 minutes. At 6, we approached the hostess—a fat, double flab-bellied waitress who stood at the counter with a cold, expressionless face. Her greeting? A flat “Ya?” No smile, no welcome—just an attitude as though I were asking for a free meal. I told her we were here to dine, and she responded with “Sure, do you have a reservation?” We didn’t, and she checked her tablet before leading us to the most undesirable table in the center of the restaurant, directly across from the bar. I kindly asked to sit by the window and explained we would only be dining for an hour. She replied sharply, “All tables are reserved for 7 p.m.” We accepted the seat, but I made it clear I’d be watching. Sure enough, by 6:30, another couple came in, were seated in the middle, and—after asking—were moved to a window table. I overheard their entire exchange and knew they hadn’t reserved it. I called on a waiter, explained the situation, and he initially tried to make excuses. He later returned to apologize, but the original waitress never came back. She completely avoided us. That kind of passive avoidance and lack of accountability is unprofessional and cowardly. I cannot help but feel that I was judged by my appearance—as a well-dressed Black woman, confident and luxury-presenting. If she had a problem with me being a rich Black woman, then at the very least she should have respected my money. I was not given the same courtesy or treatment as others in the room. It was not just disappointing—it was offensive. It’s unfortunate, because the restaurant has potential. The food was good, but hospitality is about more than a nice plate. It’s about respect. Unser Besuch im Paris Club war rundum perfekt! Das Essen war nicht nur geschmacklich ein Highlight, sondern auch wunderschön angerichtet. Ein besonderes Lob geht an unsere Bedienung Lisa – sie war äußerst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hat mit ihrer herzlichen Art maßgeblich zu unserem tollen Abend beigetragen. Die Atmosphäre im Paris Club ist stilvoll und einladend – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

We spontaneously got a table for the evening. We decided against the menu and each took a cake with 3 small dishes and a main course. The cheese platter afterwards was delicious, but unfortunately it couldn't be explained at all. They tried hard. The wine was delicious, the service was great. However, the wine was put in the cooler behind us. The meat in the main course was great - the sauce was a dream. For €150 per person we ate and drank deliciously here. The water flat rate for €5 was also great.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Bekamen einen Tisch direkt am Fenster und wurden sehr freundlich und liebenswert von unserer Bedienung Olga begrüßt. Olga hat uns wunderbar den ganzen Abend über betreut. Sie hat uns unsere Weine empfohlen und auch zuvor vom Weißwein probieren lassen bevor wir die Flasche bestellt haben. Das war ein super Service. Danke Olga! Das Essen war hervorragend. Alles. Wir hatten einmal das Menü mit Heilbutt und die Etageren. Tagliatelle mit Garnelen und Hummerkrabbe sowie Hummerbisque und Entrecôte. Alles sehr fein von Geschmack und äußerst lecker. Ein rundum gelungener Abend und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Best duck breast in a long time! We had the duck breast and the halibut. Both were very tasty. However, the duck breast was cooked so perfectly that it was almost unbelievable (good). Super tasty. At the beginning there was bread and butter. The service was brilliant. 🤩 Tip: Choose the water flat rate of €5 per person, then you can have as much water as you want, whether still or sparkling.

I was just visiting someone staying here for a few drinks and it was stunning. The service was very high end. The windows and the views of the sky bar were amazing. Great spot to watch the sunset over a couple drinks. I had a Paloma and the Pineapple Express.

We didn't belong to the hotel but were still able to go to the bar. The view is very nice, as a non-smoker but annoying on the balcony because everyone smokes. Prices expensive.

Very nice restaurant with French cuisine. The dishes are of a high standard and creative. The wine list is varied and offers a wide selection. The service is friendly and attentive. The highlight of the restaurant is its location on the 16th floor of the 25Hours Hotel. You have a breathtaking view over Düsseldorf.

Sat outside, the view was really nice. The first round of cocktails was really good, the drinks after that weren't so good, if I pay €18 for a cocktail I want to get a good one... The fries are terrible - I can absolutely NOT recommend them to ANYONE🤣

We had two drinks there to start a lovely evening. Everything was perfect: great location, very pleasant service and the drinks were perfect too!

Amazing view but unfortunately the were no sitting or helpful staff the just let you do what you want and they don’t seem to help each others so much

UPDATE February 2025: Very friendly and attentive service. Only a small selection of dishes, but that seems to benefit the quality. For the rest, see previous year. February 2024: Great view, interesting ambience, varied cuisine, high quality food - there were two mistakes in the drink orders, but this was probably due to the large crowd - otherwise the service was very attentive throughout. However, you shouldn't order the completely overpriced menu with its tiny "starters" (see photo), but rather a normal starter and main course, because that's much more acceptable in terms of price.

You have a great view up here. The service staff were very attentive and things went quickly. It's a nice location to look out over the city, but it was a bit too loud for a comfortable conversation. The cocktails served were well prepared, but were too iced for the prices and seemed watery. I know this much better and we should work on it.

Top location, top service, very good food. Staff is nice and attentive. Reservations are also easy. The starters are excellent, but the entrecôte was a bit overcooked. The Paris Club Spritz and the Ratatouille are recommended. The interior design is very atmospheric and elegant.

Good volume for conversation, bartender was friendly and answered questions, some cocktails are quite interesting (the Americano Beauty for example). When we arrived we were ignored at the bar for 15 minutes until we got a card and the service was generally very slow.

Again we had a fantastic evening at the Paris Club. Pietro Miceli's service was truly exceptionally attentive! We look forward to next time! And the view is great as always!

“My birthday at the Paris Club – an absolute failure! We wanted to celebrate my birthday at the Paris Club yesterday - with eight women, full of anticipation for a lovely evening. But the reality was a catastrophe! Already at the reception we were confronted with a condescending attitude. As soon as we sat at the table, we were literally stared at from near the kitchen - even the chefs thought it appropriate to watch us throughout. It was unpleasant and disrespectful. When we briefly went to the toilet upstairs, we discovered the bar. There we wanted to inquire about the possibilities of having a drink later. But the bartender treated us so unfriendly that we asked ourselves whether we were even welcome here as a guest. His curt answers were unprofessional and simply disrespectful. The highlight? When we expressed our displeasure, the lady at the door didn't apologize, just a snarky: "But we have now reserved a table for 8 for you." - as if that would make up for the lack of friendliness! We decided to go straight. Luckily we were able to reserve a table at short notice in a restaurant in the Medienhafen, where we were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful evening. We ended up leaving €650 there – with joy because they deserved it. This unnecessary, “upscale” and arrogant attitude from the staff at the Paris Club is completely out of place. A restaurant thrives on service and atmosphere - and neither was present here. What a shame!”

Wir waren hier zur Silvesterparty und waren positiv überrascht von dem guten und aufmerksamen Service sowie der TOP Auswahl an Speisen am Buffet. Es wurde den ganzen Abend etwas zu Essen angeboten. Die Aussicht auf Düsseldorf und das Feuerwerk war großartig.

This review refers exclusively to the bar. I can't say anything about the food or anything else on offer. At the bar, the following can be said: The cocktails are at most interesting than average, the quality is more than below average and when it comes to the quantity you get, the prices tend to be rather high, which is an outrage If you pull the huge block of ice out of the glass, a small puddle remains at the bottom of the glass. Thankfully, this new trend of charging significant prices for a small cocktail is not catching on everywhere, but here it is practiced with some excellence. The crowd on the Saturday evening we were there tended to be mostly out-of-towners. If you know anything about cocktails, you'll probably go somewhere else. The offering in the immediate area is good and large. Google it a little. Conclusion: if you want to show something to people who have never seen a rooftop cocktail bar, you can certainly do that. Maybe a glass of wine or a cocktail is IO! Then you should look further away.

The food and location were really very good, unfortunately noise in the restaurant really affected the experience. Sometimes it was 80 dB. This is untenable for a restaurant in this price range.

Very lovingly furnished retro rooms. The bathtub on the balcony in particular should be a real highlight in summer. Minimal with drinks and sweet and salty snacks free of charge. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

Delicious non-alcoholic cocktail in a nice atmosphere

I was at the Paris Club Düsseldorf and had a drink there. The Skybar offers impressive views over the city, a real highlight especially in the evenings. The atmosphere is modern and stylish, perfect for a relaxed evening. The drinks menu offers a good selection and my drink was high quality and well prepared. The service was attentive but not intrusive. Definitely a place that I would recommend if you are looking for a special location in Düsseldorf!

The food was a waterfall of new flavours. Would love to go back but at a better table.
