Wir haben hier mit der Familie das dritte Jahr in Folge den Heiligen Abend verbracht das Servicepersonal war sehr aufmerksam. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Servicekraft Yousab. Sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam. Danke und bis nächstes Jahr.

Unser Weihnachtsessen 2024 war phänomenal. Yousab, unser Kellner, war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam. Er stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und hat unseren Abend sehr besonders gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

“Great experience and great service!” We were guests in this house bar and were absolutely thrilled. The two waiters Olaf and Filippos served us excellently - attentive, friendly and very professional. They made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Very nice location with a view over Düsseldorf and good food. The service is very attentive. We had reserved a table by the window but initially didn't get it, which we expressed with regret. The reaction was exemplary: After an initial rejection and allocation of another seat, the employee came to us after 10 minutes of her own motivation and said that the reservation time for the window table had expired and we could move there. We were very happy about that, and that's how customer-oriented service should be. :) A recent visit confirmed the positive image regarding the nice location, good service but average food.

My experience at the Paris Club Last Saturday I took advantage of the opportunity; it was an extraordinary evening that will stay with me for a long time. atmosphere As soon as I entered the bar I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. Subdued lighting, tasteful furnishings with gold accents created an elegant yet cozy ambience. The bar looked modern without losing its charm. Drinks & Service The drinks menu was impressively varied. Particularly noteworthy were the cocktails, which were not only creatively named but also visually a real eye-catcher. The bartender also took the time to explain the ingredients and inspiration behind the cocktail to me - great service. Audience & atmosphere The bar attracted a mixed crowd, from young people looking for a relaxing evening to older guests who enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. It was pleasantly lively without feeling crowded. You felt welcome no matter who you were. Conclusion Paris Club is definitely a place I will visit again. The combination of stylish design, excellent drinks and attentive service made the evening something special. For anyone looking for a bar with character, it is a clear recommendation!

We've loved going here until today, but our last visit was absolutely unacceptable. The waiter (short black hair and dark mustache) chased us away because we hadn't reordered after 2 drinks and he wanted to make room for other customers. And that even though the bar was not full on that Wednesday evening on November 27th, 2024 (no line at the door and there were still many empty tables). It's a shame that you can't end the evening comfortably in the bar of a hotel without being constantly harassed to order something more and then being thrown out if you don't do it. We've never experienced anything like this before 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻!!!

Disgraceful!!!! Waiter kicked us out because apparently consuming 2 cocktails isn't enough. Despite just under €30. With the note that the bar was full and we should pay. Fun fact: Bar was half empty. The waiter continues: We have to earn money too. I have never experienced anything like this and have no words for such incredibly poor customer service. When we asked if we could sit somewhere else, he just said that it would be better if we paid and left. Deserves 0 stars and staff should consider whether another job would be more suitable.

Unfortunately only one star because of the outrageous service.

More appearance than reality. Unfortunately, neither the quality of the food nor the service correspond to the prices quoted. The taste is okay, but at a price of €38 for the entrecôte, I expect the meat to be cooked to perfection. And the side dish is not served lukewarm and is prepared like in the cafeteria. Unfortunately, the veal fillet was still too rare and came back partly burnt after we asked to put it on the grill for a moment. Coincidentally, the sauce was spread over a large area of ​​the burnt areas. The service was nice but not very attentive. For example, our coats were not taken away. Only the view and the ambience were unbeatable. So something to “see and be seen” rather than “eat well”.

In der Regel schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber gerne mache ich hier eine Ausnahme. Wir hatten Wochen vorher für einen besonderen Anlass online reserviert, und um einen Tisch am Fenster gebeten. Vor Ort wurde uns ein viel zu großer Tisch in unmittelbarer Nähe der Küche zugeteilt, wo kaum eine gemütliche Atmosphäre möglich war. Also no merci dem Kellner gesagt und er bemühte sich uns einen neuen Tisch zu organisieren. Etwas weiter weg von der Küche saßen wir dann am Fenster, um den Ausblick über DD zu genießen. So weit so lala. Die Karte ist eher minimalistisch gehalten, was eigentlich mir zusagt, sofern die Qualität stimmt. In unserem Fall traf das kaum zu, es war gut essbar, aber weit entfernt von einem Besonderen Esserlebnis. Die Sauce kalt, die Pommes weich, das Fleisch mit Sehnen. Vielleicht hatte der Koch einen schlechten Tag, gut möglich, aber dennoch hinterlässt dieser Besuch einen faden Beigeschmack. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung leider keine Empfehlung.

Delicious cocktails, chic atmosphere and an unbeatable view

Food is great. But when you run a restaurant, servers should know that they have to check on their guests regularly. We had asked for a dessert menu, but it took an hour before the waiter even came to our table - with the excuse: 'I didn't think you would want dessert.' This meant we sat at the table waiting for an hour with nothing but our water glasses - even a bill would have been welcome during that time. But lying and portraying it as a misunderstanding is a terrible way to end a birthday. Even if the restaurant is full, how can he go to other tables several times but ignore ours?

I really enjoyed the location—such a lovely atmosphere with quick service and friendly staff. While the food wasn’t spectacularly unique, it was still very well done. We also stopped by the bar on the 17th floor, which added an extra touch to the evening. It was the perfect spot for a date night! We were lucky to be seated without reservations, but if you plan to go on the weekend, definitely make a reservation in advance.

Unfortunately, I only read the reviews afterwards. So a short summary of my/our restaurant visit: The ambience is okay, but the background noise is very loud when the restaurant is full. The waiter Yousab was very attentive and tried to re-deliver a meal that was accidentally delivered incorrectly as quickly as possible. The food did not meet our expectations in any way. The prices are definitely too high for what was delivered. A restaurant for Instagram - you can eat better and cheaper.

The staff is friendly, and the view is fantastic. The food is decent but has room for improvement. Overall, we had a wonderful time at The Paris Club.

Now comes complaining at a high level. The food was very good, but compared to Qomo, which is similarly priced, I would go to Qomo again. Unfortunately there was an additional faux pas, so one dish was great, the other unfortunately not. People apologized for it several times and they were visibly uncomfortable. The service was great, very attentive and friendly. Let's see, maybe we'll come back.

Great ambience, very nice service but there was a faux pas with the food that shouldn't be allowed given the price. Starter everything was fine, but with 4 people, everyone's steak was visibly well done instead of medium rare. We let it go back and it was through again for everyone. The waitress was so embarrassed that she offered to let it go back, but then the evening got so advanced that we just ate it. Unfortunately a bit disappointing. Otherwise everything was great and there were certainly no problems with other dishes.
