Food was good, service unfortunately very mixed. You get the feeling that the women are trying hard, but the men, unfortunately, not so much. It's also a shame that reservations still can't be made and you have to queue outside before a waiter has the grace to let you in.

In this place they decriminate you for being Mexican They condition you to a minimum consumption of 50 euros per person, they do not give you service if you do not order mandatory food. The treatment is very bad and I did not like how they behave, I do not recommend it

I heard it would be crowded, so I went to the front of the store at 11:50, before it opened at 12:00. He showed me around right away. By 12:30, the place was almost full. I ordered scampi pasta. The cream sauce was exquisite and delicious. It was very luxurious with plenty of shellfish and shrimp.

So, I was there today and unfortunately I was very, very disappointed. I ordered bouillabaisse, luckily only a small portion and it's a total disaster. I think the mussels that go into the soup were simply caught next to it in Rein. The soup itself is a vegetable broth, maybe a bit of tomato paste along with a few pieces of salmon and very square mussels. That has nothing to do with bouillabaisse. For the main course I had ribs which were simply dressed up with the Heinz BBQ sause. In my opinion, that's a bad tone for a restaurant, it's not a kebab shop. The wine, I only ordered one glass, was definitely opened a few days ago and was left open for quite a long time, so it was no longer drinkable. All in all disappointing. Service was nice.

Ich habe noch nie so eine schlechte Bedienung gehabt KRISTINA .Frittenwerk gibt gibt besseres Servce.Das Essen war ein besserer Durchschnitt.Die Meeresschnecken waren sehr gut und so war die Lammkeule .Austern Rockefellar waren eiskalt ,zurueck geschickt in die Kueche.Kabeljau war unter dem Durchscnitt .135.00 Euros fuer zwei, das ist es nicht wert

A very good address. My boiled beef was first class. The creme brulee was good, but could have been better. The service was very friendly. The cleanliness cannot be complained about. A very good price-performance ratio. It certainly wasn't the last time.

Went to Robert on Friday March 23rd. As I have done for over 20 years, I ate the small fish soup again. She's never been this good in all these years. Great fish stock, the best fish with vegetables, with cheese, rouille and croutons. Just awesome! The service was great. There was nothing to complain about. We would love to come back soon. Both my wife and the people at the next table had the impression that something had changed for the better in terms of quality. Keep it up !!!

Very good restaurant with a special French flair, very good food and friendly service.

The food was once again first class, but unfortunately the service wasn't this time. Something was forgotten with the starter, I tried to mention it 4-5 times - but it was overlooked. We were left sitting for a long time, every time we spoke to a waitress we were referred to someone else and in the end we were apologized but charged in full without any compensation such as a café or a nightcap. Guests who knew the staff were obviously given priority and were served by several people. This circumstance made the meal an unpleasant experience, which is a shame. I don't think that's the claim and that's how we know Robert. not actually. I hope the wait staff learns from this, even if there is a staff shortage or something like that, that the guests shouldn't feel that due to forgotten components and disregard for the guest

We were here on one of the first sunny days in March. This made it particularly crowded, outside and inside. Despite all the hustle and bustle, we felt comfortable. Also because the friendly service kept an overview and the food was very tasty.

Always well attended, but still managed to get a spot. :) Great selection on the menu and the Taglierini Vongole were simply delicious. The portion was also really big. Great value for money. Service was also very friendly and quick. We'd love to come back. :)

This restaurant would be a wonderful and welcome addition to the culinary scene in any city in the world, even Paris or Lyon. The always friendly and casual service brings first-class bistro cuisine to the table, which is authentic in every detail and at the same time sensual and comforting. The diversity is impressive. In contrast to the food, the wine selection has a stronger German accent. Maybe a glass of Crozes-Hermitage or a white wine from the Jura would also be a hip option, but no reason for fussy dogmatism. ROBERT is great!

Great restaurant right on the Rhine. Very high quality cuisine with a large selection of regional and French dishes. From unusual dishes like marrow bones as a starter to the classic but perfect fish and chips. Very nice atmosphere inside, nice outdoor terrace in summer. It is always possible that there is no space available, the store is very popular.

The calf thymus and foie gras are highly recommended. The grilled oysters were well seasoned, but the oysters were small. Just order a small portion of the onion soup, it will be too salty if you drink too much. The seafood soup has mixed reviews and the seasoning is very special. The rice in risotto is relatively hard, and Chinese people may not be used to it.

The decoration of this restaurant is quite nice. I had dinner here last night. Because it was Valentine's Day, there were relatively more guests. French restaurants all have small tables of 60*60, which are very close to other tables and sit side by side. It feels good to get used to it, haha; the food service is very slow during peak hours, so if you want to eat here, you must check what you want on the website first, so that you can order immediately when you arrive. We were because the menu fonts were too small I watched closely for a long time, and after ordering, I had to wait for about 50 minutes before the main course was served... The oysters as an appetizer were okay, the lamb potatoes and scallop potatoes as the main courses were both good, but the mutton tasted a bit like duck meat to me. … For dessert, I ordered the first mille-feuille on the menu. There has been a deterioration in the kitchen for some time now. You know that you have to sit very closely at Robert's and that things are often hectic, but you accepted that given the good food. But the kitchen is no longer a reason to expose yourself to the discomfort or the hectic mood of the staff.

Not for everyone: I liked it, but my family didn’t. Convenient location - a stone's throw from the promenade, fast and friendly service, charming interior. By food: - onion soup - very, very tasty; - oysters - 👌; - crab - I thought that it would already be cooked somehow: chopped, for example. It was cold and tasteless; - potato soup - very tasty, but the portion is small, in a tea cup; - scallops - with a very interesting sauce; - Foie gras - I liked it, but not really wow. Overall, it's worth the money, but if you're a social phobe and a lover of quiet places, then this is not the place for you. I am attaching a photo of the invoice.

Ich kann gar nicht zählen, wie oft ich hier schon gegessen habe. Für mich das beste Restaurant in Düsseldorf - nicht zu teuer, immer frisch und ohne Schnick Schnack bei unvergleichlicher Bistrot Atmosphäre.

Der Essen ist hervorragend und der Service ist einzigartig: aufmerksam, schnell und so herzlich. Das bei dieser Zahl an Gästen so hinzubekommen, ist großartig!

Hummer und Zwiebelsuppe sind ein Traum. Bei den Hauptgerichten und Salaten ist auch definitiv etwas für den jeden dabei.

Insgesamt ist Robert. in Düsseldorf wohl etwas besonderes. Ein Kleines, aber feines Restaurant mit einer sehr ansprechenden Karte und einem ambiente, welches wohl Geschmackssache ist. Zwischen vielen vielen Menschen in sehr lauter Atmosphäre Essen hat bestimmt für viele etwas gemütliches, für mich war es jedoch nichts. Das kritisiere ich nicht, da es dem Charakter des Lokals entspricht und wohl auch Konzeptuell so gedacht ist. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Produkte sind hochwertig. Die Mitarbeiter waren insgesamt freundlich, jedoch kommt das im "Crowded-Room" nicht immer gut rüber. Wir saßen drinnen, da im November bei dem vielen Regen und den Temperaturen keine außen Gastronomie stattfand.

Heerlijk gegeten, het restaurant is wel wat klein en volgepropt maar het eten en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel maakt dat helemaal goed. Je kan hier niet van tevoren reserveren.

Wer französische Küche mag ist da gut aufgehoben. Ich selber bin ein mäckel und nicht alles Esser, deshalb war für mich nichts dabei. Bin leer ausgegangen. Ansonsten sehr laut und eng zwischen den Tischen.

Wir sind negativ überrascht von diesem Restaurant. Das Ambiente wirkte hektisch und ungemütlich, unser Gericht war mittelmäßig, die Bedienung war nett. Was wir mit erschrecken auf der Karte lesen mussten, dass dort Gänseleberpastete angeboten wurde. Was für ein Laden bietet solch eine kranke Tierquälerei heute noch an? Als wir dies äußerten wurde schnippisch reagiert.

Fantastischer Mix aus regionaler und französischer Küche. Die Speisekarte ist abwechslungsreich (Fisch, Fleisch, vegetarisch) und bietet kulinarische Überraschungen. Zu erwähnen ist der aufmerksame und fleißige Service. Das Ambiente ist nostalgisch, französisch mit Liebe zum Detail. Tische könnten vorab nicht reserviert werden.

Empfehlung eines Arbeitskollegen. Und…wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Im Gegenteil. Super nette Bedienung. Und super leckeres Essen. Wir sind hier Stammkunden, das Essen ist super und der Service stets extrem freundlich und kompetent! Eins der besten Restaurants in Düsseldorf!

Speisen, Wein und Service auf den Punkt. Mann muss es mögen, ich liebe es. Laut, eng, turbulent. Keine Extrawünsche und keine Reservierung.

Sehr gutes Essen in schöner Lage am Rhein. Trotz einer Stunde Schlange stehen, da keine Reservierung möglich ist, war es wieder ein sehr schöner Abend. Umfangreiche Speisekarte, Innovativ zu bereitete Speisen. Hat alles mal wieder sehr gut geschmeckt. Meine Empfehlung sind die Taglierini mit Hummerkrabben und Vongole .

Das Essen ist absolut hervorragend. Wartezeit einplanen, aber die wird auch gerne mit Aperitif verkürzt.

Bestes Preisleistungverhältnis, aber vor allem wird hier Robert Hülsmanns Kochstil wunderbar weitergeführt.

さすがの人気店で開店前から並んでました。店内はそれほど広くないので、昼過ぎには結構いっぱいになってました。ランチメニューはないですが、たくさんのメニューがあり迷いました。リゾットとパスタを頂きましたが、どちらも美味しかったです。特にリゾットにはプラムが入っていて初めてのお味でした。英語を話せるとてもフレンドリーな男性スタッフさんがとても感じが良かったです。

Es gibt Restaurants, die sind schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das ROBERT. gehört dazu! Wer das Besteck in Besteckkörben bereithält, eine Speisekarte als Fotokopie vorhält und sein Personal in Straßenkleidung arbeiten lässt, bedient ein Klientel, dem Stil und Etikette nicht wichtig ist, beansprucht aber sicher nicht, in der Liga der Spitzengastronomie mitzuspielen. Die Lage des Restaurants am Rheinufer ist exzellent! Die gereichten Speisen waren in Ordnung. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Negativ ist zu werten, dass das Restaurant keine Tischreservierungen entgegennimmt und man daher mit dem Tisch vorliebnehmen muss, den man von Seiten des Personals angeboten bekommt.

Letzter Tag vor dem Urlaub und erster Tag nach dem Urlaub Bei Robert. Michael , Ufuk und das ganze Team haben es geschafft , die Atmosphäre die Robert Hülsmann dort geschaffen hat , perfekt zu erhalten. Ein schöner entspannter Ort am Rhein . Französische Speisekarte , kleine äußerst fair kalkulierte Weinkarte. Um 15 uhr 30 min auf einen Tisch auf der Terrasse warten, selbst in der Schlange haben die Hätte schon gute Laune. Das setzt sich drinnen fort, entspannte Stimmung , meist Düsseldorfer , Sonntags 90 % Stammgäste. Essen mega , Lotte , Pü , Pfifferlinge in Zitronen Beurre Blanc und Schweinebauch leckeren Cremant Riesling und eine Vielle Prune. Wir waren die letzten Gäste die gingen.

Die Karte ist umfangreich und lecker. Tolle Auswahl. Keine Reservierung möglich - das gehört zum Stil. Obwohl es so voll ist, ist das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam.

Dies ist ein Platz für Lebenskünstler, Genussmenschen, tiefenentspannte Lebensart und Frankophile. Wer sich bei dem herzlich-verrückten Maitre nicht wohlfühlt, die köstlichen Austern, die Hummersuppe, die Boudin noir und die Lachsterrine nicht geniesst, dem ist nicht zu helfen. Schöne Terrasse, aber auch hübsches «art nouveau» Interieur.

Gepflegtes Bistro-Ambiente, nette Terrasse am Rheinufer, schöner Innenraum, allerdings sehr eng und laut. Keine Reservierungen, d.h. zu den üblichen Essenszeiten steht eine Schlange Wartender vor der Tür. Es gibt eine umfangreiche, vielfältige Tageskarte von französischer über italienische bis zu deutscher Küche, das Essen ist hervorragend, die Portionen genau richtig, um sich selbst ein kleines Menü zusammenzustellen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, der Service trotz des vollen Restaurants meist aufmerksam und freundlich. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Gerichte wirklich super - belgischer Einfluss und nicht klassisch Französisch nach meinem Verständnis. Service war leider eher mäßig. Wenn wir Kontakt hatten dann super freundlich aber irgendwie mussten wir immer winken, nachfragen etc… Ambiente ist gut. Tischreservierung am Telefon nicht möglich - schade.

Ein schönes Ambiente mit nettem Blick auf den Rhein. Speisen und Getränke können leider nicht in meine Bewerbung einfließen. Meine Großmutter und ich wollten eine Tasse Kaffee trinken. Leider wurden wir mit dem Verweis weitergeschickt, es handele sich ausschließlich um ein Speiselokal. Viele Tische waren noch frei. Sehr schade.

Die Tradition des begnadeten Küchenmeisters Robert Hülsmann lebt hier weiter, und das Publikum is(s)t begeistert. Essen im ROBERT. ist immer eine Freude in jeder Hinsicht, wegen der köstlichen und kreativen Küche von bemerkenswert beständiger Qualität, als auch aufgrund der quirlig-grossartigen, auch bei Stress stets gutgelaunten Mitarbeiter. Und die Preise sind so fair kalkuliert, dass man sich fragt, wie das Team dies schafft. Das Ambiete ist fantastisch, diese Lage mit Blick auf das Treiben der Rheinpromenade grandios. Kein Wunder, daß dieser liebenswerte Ort rheinischer Lebensfreude eigentlich immer voll, laut und lebhaft ist.

I had not too much time to eat because I was in hurry to the Airport. I got the meal quickly and all of them was fantastic.

Wir kamen gegen 21.20 h und fragten, ob wir noch ein Dinner haben könnten. Ganz unkompliziert führte uns die charmante Kellnerin an einen Tisch auf der grossen Terrasse mit Rheinblick. Und meinte, "bitte zügig bestellen, die Küche macht gleich zu". Da wir die Karte vom früheren "Roberts Bistro" im Medienhafen noch gut kennen, ging die Order schnell von der Hand. Alles schmeckte hervorragend wie früher, lediglich der Beilagensalat hätte ein wenig mehr Würze und Dressing vertragen können. Die Preise sind etwas höher als früher, was ja verständlich ist. Ein wunderbarer Abend war das wieder einmal im Robert.
