Subway in Dortmund

Also echt, es war mal wieder echt das Letzte. Erst bekommt die Bedienung, Schwierigkeiten damit (nicht der Anzulernende) die Gutscheinbedingungen richtig zu erfüllen. 4x 15cm Subs + 4x Getränk und 4x Kekse und ein Footlong der Wahl 25% günstiger, war der Coupon. Die Sandwiches wurden gemacht und der QR-Code eingescannt aber angeblich waren dann die Couponbedingungen nicht erfüllt. Anstatt sich den Coupon anzuschauen, gibt der Herr erstmal wahllos in die Kasse eine Bestellung ein die natürlich nicht den Couponbedingungen entsprach. Eine halbe Stunde stand ich dann im Laden, nichts passierte. Dann wiederholte er den Vorgang, rechnete diesmal mit Coupon ab und alles war soweit tutti. Zuhause fiel uns dann auf, die Kekse fehlten, was richtig beschissen waren. Er berechnete diese mit und meinte zu mir, alles wäre vollständig in die Tüte gepackt worden. Nun war die Tüte entsprechend voll mit Getränken und Subs, dass ich davon ausgegangen war, die Kekse wären in der Tüte drin. Waren sie leider nicht. Das war ärgerlich.

Bestellung dauerte über eine halbe Stunde, war dann immer noch falsch, Gutschein wollte man zuerst nicht annehmen. Kekse wurden komplett weg gelassen.

Sehr guter Subway! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter man wurde direkt nett begrüßt und super bedient. Die Sandwiches waren frisch und lecker, und alles wurde genau nach Wunsch zubereitet. Komme gerne wieder!

wir haben 2 Baguettes vor Ort belegen lassen, der junge schlanke Typ mit blonden Haaren war ganz nett und hat alles gut belegt, ich bin zum 2ten mal bei Subway und er hat mir gut Zeit gelassen und auch gut beraten. Danke bro

Leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Essen war kalt und schmecktlich wirklich schlecht. Dazu kam noch, das Personal unfreundlich war und man sich als Gast eher störend gefühlt hat.

Muss wirklich sagen , toller Service, kurz vor Feierabend dort gewesen. Die beiden Jungs , freundich , noch alles bekommen was ich wollte , sehr lieb und super geholfen bei der Entscheidung. (Sehr viel Auswahl ) Super geschmeckt , immer wieder gerne Und ganz wichtig auch sauber der Laden Ps haben auch super leckere Cookies

Today at 11:00 AM, four people were standing in front of a closed shop. There was no information on Google or on the door explaining why it was closed, despite what the sign on the door and the internet indicated.

The restaurant is listed as open. The opening hours posted on the door also state that it's open, but unfortunately it's closed.

Delicious food, great staff! Unfortunately, they're understaffed!

The debit card function didn't work and wasn't listed, so I waited 20 minutes and then got some cash. The prices were incorrect, and the guy even said, "Yeah, they're usually wrong." To top it all off, he put a cookie back in the tray that the girls before me had already had! That's just great... when I pointed it out to both of them, they offered to give me the cookie for free as an apology 🙌 So, German didn't seem to be their strong suit. Never again, considering what they usually do with the food there. Around 9:30 PM today ;)

The food is always good and the owner is so friendly, as is the whole team. We arrived shortly before closing time and still received excellent service.

Absolutely outrageous!!! We ordered online (4 cookies, 1 large portion of crinkle fries, 1 "Smashed Falafel" sub, 1 salad). Only one salad was delivered – WITHOUT dressing, even though we selected two dressings, and the sub came with the wrong bread. The crinkle fries and cookies were completely missing. We tried contacting them by phone several times and also left a message on their voicemail. Unfortunately, we received no response whatsoever! This is unacceptable!!! Both the incorrect delivery/preparation and the lack of customer service are unacceptable. Outrageous!!!!

We waited 55 minutes with a pre-order – not recommended! Plus, the whole place reeks of spoiled food! I'd give it zero stars if I could! I hope the health department pays a visit!

My son and I really enjoyed the sandwich, and my child also loved the Smarties cookie. Unfortunately, all but one of the other double chocolate cookies were hard; they're not what I'd expect.

I went there with my best friend and I have to say the food was very delicious.

I stood here for 30 minutes only to find that, firstly, online orders are valued more than the customers standing here, and secondly, the order wasn't very good in the end, even though it's exactly the meal I always order. Perhaps they should consider putting two employees there instead of just one.

I used to be very satisfied. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get the plant-based chicken teriyaki twice in the last three days. I mean, it's a standard refrigerated item; how disorganized can a restaurant be that it's suddenly unavailable so frequently? I never had any problems like this until a month ago.

7 p.m. on Sunday evening, still far from closing time. Two types of bread were unavailable, as was the cheddar, and the sauce and the ordered cookie arrived half-frozen. Disappointing. Despite the obvious franchise status, there seem to be significant quality differences between the individual stores. The only positive point was the one employee who was genuinely trying his best.

Unfortunately, my visit to this Subway was very disappointing. The prices on the signs didn't match what was charged at the register – this is very annoying and lacks transparency. Furthermore, the service wasn't particularly friendly, and the overall impression of the restaurant was poor. I cannot recommend this location.

I think the newer employee smokes 5 blunts before his shift; if there are more than 2 people there, you can wait half an hour.

Dear Subway Team, I would like to complain about my order today at Subway Hörde. I ordered two baguettes and specifically stated that they should be toasted, warm, and crispy. Unfortunately, both baguettes were cold, untoasted, and soft. I took a photo immediately upon receipt, which clearly shows this. When I called the store, the employee on the phone said he had prepared the baguettes himself and that they were supposedly toasted. However, this is not true—the bread was clearly not toasted. The employee also suggested I contact Lieferando, which is pointless in this case, as Lieferando only arranges delivery. The preparation was clearly done by your team in the store. Ordered two subs, one 6" with ribs and the other 12" with chicken teriyaki. The ingredients and sauces were simply swapped, however that could have happened. Luckily, we both eat meat and don't have any allergies, but what if we didn't? It's a disgrace to mess up a simple, written-down order. Honestly.

The food was terrible! Nothing was fresh, everything in the display was gray! We had stomach problems that evening! Never again!

We were just in Hörde after not being served at the Subway on the B1 because the employees were too stressed. Subway in Hörde was super fresh, the employees were very friendly, and the food was absolutely clean. Unlike the other B1. From now on, only Subway in Hörde :-)))

We were there today, and the sandwich we ordered was not tasty. The roll tasted very stale, and the salami on display was very gray and no longer appetizing. Unfortunately, I had to throw the sandwich away because of the bad taste. I would not recommend it.

I was here today and have to say that the food wasn't good. The salad was already yellow and brown, so I left it straight away. The pickles didn't look good either. The employee was nice, but the whole sandwich just didn't taste good. Putting a salad like that in the display is a disgrace; after all, the customer can see what's rotting in the bowl. I think Subway standards aren't being met here. It's a shame, but you can work on it. The number of flies that were flying around the ingredients there wasn't great either. Flies are always nearby when there's something to eat, but you can do something about it. Set traps, etc.

We ordered through Uber Eats. The food that was delivered tasted super fresh. Unfortunately, they forgot to include a cookie, which is a real shame, since we paid for it and didn't get a full refund. You only get a partial refund. In this case, it's just one cookie; it would be a different story for a whole sandwich.

Not only the food, but also the incredibly good service, especially from Hanif, is unbeatable and deserves special mention. I was at your place on the evening of June 13th and bought two subs. Unfortunately, your staff is very careless with the food. When putting the subs on, the staff throws the salad onto the bread so that everything flies around. The sauce from the sub in front of me splattered all over my bread. And the staff didn't care; they just packed it up and it was over. I'm done, too; I won't be coming back to you anymore.

When I walked in I was served immediately. A young bald man did everything I wanted. Even when I had to wash my hands after eating, he helped me immediately. Service 1a .... he was preparing at the back, so you could also enjoy your sub in peace and watch what was happening on the street. The cafe was clean and acceptable and the bar itself also made a very clean and orderly impression. Well managed, super friendly staff on a public holiday (the poor guy didn't have a day off). Big fat thumbs up.

Please clarify to your employees what sub of the day means. The poster says: Sub for €3.99 Sub Menu for €5.99 It's explained so easily online. We ordered one sub of the day and one sub menu of the day here and paid almost 12 euros. I still don't understand how this price came about. Unfortunately, I didn't get any information from the receipt either. The employee said Sub of the Day is only valid for Thursday 🤣 apparently because the offer for Thursday was shown in large size on the poster, as an example. As always, the other days are on the right with the respective sub. But he wanted to, or couldn't understand it. Or couldn't explain it. Is it Subway's intention that the employees act stupid when it comes to the sub of the day, or are they not enlightened? Or are customers not informed? Otherwise, the employee was very nice.. and, as I said, tried to explain to us that the offer is only valid for Thursday 🤣🤣🤣

My visit to this Subway branch was extremely unsatisfactory. A male employee - conspicuous by his painted fingernails - was extremely unfriendly towards customers and treated his colleague in a condescending tone. Such behavior is completely out of place in customer service. Particularly annoying: Only after payment was it pointed out that the desired sauce was not available. Such information belongs before the purchase is completed. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. The bread seemed old and dry, the lattice potatoes weren't cooked properly and the portion for €3.40 was more than meager - as if half a potato had been used. Conclusion: Unfriendly staff, poor product quality and a price-performance ratio that is in no way justified.

Rude, was laughed at because you wanted to pay separately and was asked several times about it and was just laughing when asked what was so funny about it, you couldn't answer it. Gloves are not changed after the toilets are opened, let alone by the customer beforehand after food preparation and at the bar when changing money. They were only changed after request. Toilets dirty.

Can't say anything about the food. I canceled the order because my 8-year-old son almost wet himself and was forbidden from using the restroom. There is a large restroom on site, but the manager and the rude staff insist they no longer make it available to customers. Even though it's directly accessible to customers, the service is absolutely terrible. It's a NO-GO! Children are even allowed to use the restroom in stores where there really aren't any customer restrooms. Zero stars is best. No restroom = no order.

Staff were very friendly and sandwiches are good and everything is fresh. Unfortunately there is no customer toilet here, which I found very stressful because I had a drink on site and had to go to the toilet. There was also no way to wash your hands before eating (or after eating), even though you eat with your hands...very unpleasant, hence only four stars.

It is said that the restaurant does not participate in the coupons/promotions, although it is listed online in Subway's restaurant finder. The individual campaigns in which a franchise participant takes part are listed there. Pretty bold to lie to customers like that.

Every now and then I get the vegan patty on the menu. Basically, I am satisfied with the staff, the restaurant itself and the food. However, many deals are not always available but are advertised with posters on the door. I don't think it's that good.

Unfortunately disappointed on two out of two visits. On the first visit, the sandwich was just really poorly put together, the requested bread was out and the sauce was skimped on. Today it was a little less beautiful. The employee consistently wore his mask under his nose, CheeseOregano bread was sold out again and the peppers in the display were already shriveled. Also, the cookies looked extremely small. ...But it is possible that an above-average number of them are still needed, because on this (unfortunately probably last) visit I found the reason for the many good Google reviews: They were purchased (with cookies) -> See photo.

A decent Subway branch on your first visit. Today I found exactly the opposite. Been there in the middle of opening time. Doors locked. No signs or anything else at the store that says it's on break or closed. The 2 employees ignored me and another customer. We stood there for 20 minutes and were ignored. So we went and got something to eat somewhere else. The branch won't see me again!!! It's easier to spend your money where you'll be served.

We were there on January 18th at around 8 p.m. The service was great, unfortunately the service staff were not briefed that vouchers were currently available. Since we know that not every Subway accepts them, we specifically chose the store because it was declared that way online. The service staff handled the situation confidently and as a gesture of goodwill they even gave us 5 cookies for the price of 3 😊👍

Service is absolutely unbelievable, I wanted to choose a Philly King sub but instead of having the cheese oregano grain bread, she told me it wouldn't work because the ingredients are specified, what's so difficult about just grabbing another bread? She was totally uninterested, you could tell she wasn't in the mood, it made everything very bleak and it wasn't stressful. Two of them were the only people in the shop, the other gentleman seemed nice, but I wasn't lucky enough to be served by him Everything is very good Service best 0 stars
