Also echt, es war mal wieder echt das Letzte. Erst bekommt die Bedienung, Schwierigkeiten damit (nicht der Anzulernende) die Gutscheinbedingungen richtig zu erfüllen. 4x 15cm Subs + 4x Getränk und 4x Kekse und ein Footlong der Wahl 25% günstiger, war der Coupon. Die Sandwiches wurden gemacht und der QR-Code eingescannt aber angeblich waren dann die Couponbedingungen nicht erfüllt. Anstatt sich den Coupon anzuschauen, gibt der Herr erstmal wahllos in die Kasse eine Bestellung ein die natürlich nicht den Couponbedingungen entsprach. Eine halbe Stunde stand ich dann im Laden, nichts passierte. Dann wiederholte er den Vorgang, rechnete diesmal mit Coupon ab und alles war soweit tutti. Zuhause fiel uns dann auf, die Kekse fehlten, was richtig beschissen waren. Er berechnete diese mit und meinte zu mir, alles wäre vollständig in die Tüte gepackt worden. Nun war die Tüte entsprechend voll mit Getränken und Subs, dass ich davon ausgegangen war, die Kekse wären in der Tüte drin. Waren sie leider nicht. Das war ärgerlich.

The debit card function didn't work and wasn't listed, so I waited 20 minutes and then got some cash. The prices were incorrect, and the guy even said, "Yeah, they're usually wrong." To top it all off, he put a cookie back in the tray that the girls before me had already had! That's just great... when I pointed it out to both of them, they offered to give me the cookie for free as an apology 🙌 So, German didn't seem to be their strong suit. Never again, considering what they usually do with the food there. Around 9:30 PM today ;)

Absolutely outrageous!!! We ordered online (4 cookies, 1 large portion of crinkle fries, 1 "Smashed Falafel" sub, 1 salad). Only one salad was delivered – WITHOUT dressing, even though we selected two dressings, and the sub came with the wrong bread. The crinkle fries and cookies were completely missing. We tried contacting them by phone several times and also left a message on their voicemail. Unfortunately, we received no response whatsoever! This is unacceptable!!! Both the incorrect delivery/preparation and the lack of customer service are unacceptable. Outrageous!!!!

Unfortunately, my visit to this Subway was very disappointing. The prices on the signs didn't match what was charged at the register – this is very annoying and lacks transparency. Dear Subway Team, I would like to complain about my order today at Subway Hörde. I ordered two baguettes and specifically stated that they should be toasted, warm, and crispy. Unfortunately, both baguettes were cold, untoasted, and soft. I took a photo immediately upon receipt, which clearly shows this. When I called the store, the employee on the phone said he had prepared the baguettes himself and that they were supposedly toasted. However, this is not true—the bread was clearly not toasted. The employee also suggested I contact Lieferando, which is pointless in this case, as Lieferando only arranges delivery. The preparation was clearly done by your team in the store. I was here today and have to say that the food wasn't good. The salad was already yellow and brown, so I left it straight away. The pickles didn't look good either. The employee was nice, but the whole sandwich just didn't taste good. Putting a salad like that in the display is a disgrace; after all, the customer can see what's rotting in the bowl. I think Subway standards aren't being met here. It's a shame, but you can work on it. The number of flies that were flying around the ingredients there wasn't great either. Flies are always nearby when there's something to eat, but you can do something about it. Set traps, etc.

I was at your place on the evening of June 13th and bought two subs. Unfortunately, your staff is very careless with the food. When I walked in I was served immediately. A young bald man did everything I wanted. Even when I had to wash my hands after eating, he helped me immediately. Service 1a .... he was preparing at the back, so you could also enjoy your sub in peace and watch what was happening on the street. Please clarify to your employees what sub of the day means. The poster says: Sub for €3.99 Sub Menu for €5.99 It's explained so easily online. We ordered one sub of the day and one sub menu of the day here and paid almost 12 euros. I still don't understand how this price came about. Unfortunately, I didn't get any information from the receipt either. The employee said Sub of the Day is only valid for Thursday 🤣 apparently because the offer for Thursday was shown in large size on the poster, as an example. As always, the other days are on the right with the respective sub. But he wanted to, or couldn't understand it. Or couldn't explain it. Is it Subway's intention that the employees act stupid when it comes to the sub of the day, or are they not enlightened? Or are customers not informed? My visit to this Subway branch was extremely unsatisfactory. A male employee - conspicuous by his painted fingernails - was extremely unfriendly towards customers and treated his colleague in a condescending tone. Such behavior is completely out of place in customer service. Particularly annoying: Only after payment was it pointed out that the desired sauce was not available. Such information belongs before the purchase is completed. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. The bread seemed old and dry, the lattice potatoes weren't cooked properly and the portion for €3.40 was more than meager - as if half a potato had been used. Conclusion: Unfriendly staff, poor product quality and a price-performance ratio that is in no way justified.

Can't say anything about the food. I canceled the order because my 8-year-old son almost wet himself and was forbidden from using the restroom. There is a large restroom on site, but the manager and the rude staff insist they no longer make it available to customers. Even though it's directly accessible to customers, the service is absolutely terrible. It's a NO-GO! Children are even allowed to use the restroom in stores where there really aren't any customer restrooms. Zero stars is best. No restroom = no order.

Today it was a little less beautiful. The employee consistently wore his mask under his nose, CheeseOregano bread was sold out again and the peppers in the display were already shriveled. A decent Subway branch on your first visit. Today I found exactly the opposite. Been there in the middle of opening time. Doors locked. No signs or anything else at the store that says it's on break or closed. The 2 employees ignored me and another customer. We stood there for 20 minutes and were ignored. So we went and got something to eat somewhere else. The branch won't see me again!!! It's easier to spend your money where you'll be served.

We were there on January 18th at around 8 p.m. The service was great, unfortunately the service staff were not briefed that vouchers were currently available. Since we know that not every Subway accepts them, we specifically chose the store because it was declared that way online. The service staff handled the situation confidently and as a gesture of goodwill they even gave us 5 cookies for the price of 3 😊👍

Service is absolutely unbelievable, I wanted to choose a Philly King sub but instead of having the cheese oregano grain bread, she told me it wouldn't work because the ingredients are specified, what's so difficult about just grabbing another bread? She was totally uninterested, you could tell she wasn't in the mood, it made everything very bleak and it wasn't stressful. Two of them were the only people in the shop, the other gentleman seemed nice, but I wasn't lucky enough to be served by him Everything is very good Service best 0 stars

I ate at Baguetterie d'Angelo on Thursday and unfortunately developed severe stomach problems afterward. These worsened over the next few hours into food poisoning, resulting in two days of nausea and vomiting. I'm disappointed, and this was definitely my last time there!

Beware if you're vegan or have allergies! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience last night. I asked for the vegan cheese, and the employee offered me two options, both of which he claimed were vegan. He said the difference was that one was lactose-free. I explained that vegan is always lactose-free, but lactose-free doesn't automatically mean vegan. Despite a lengthy discussion, he insisted they were both vegan. I then chose the one he hadn't mentioned being lactose-free, because I suspected he'd made a mistake and the lactose-free cheese was simply made with lactose-free milk. For the vegetables, another employee came, and I asked him again if both cheeses were really vegan, as it seemed odd to me. He wasn't sure at first. Only after further discussion did he tell me that the cheese already on my sub was just regular Gouda, and only the lactose-free one was vegan. I then asked my friends behind me in line if anyone would take the partially used sub so it wouldn't have to be thrown away, and one of them agreed. They made me a new one, and I sat down in the back of the restaurant. When the person who wanted the original sub came over, he said they'd thrown it away anyway. I think employees in a restaurant like that should know what they're selling and, above all, not so confidently make false claims. Especially for someone with allergies (I'm also allergic to milk protein), something like this can be very dangerous. Please make sure this doesn't happen in the future. For me, it was just annoying because I asked so many questions (which I was really embarrassed about!), but for someone with allergies who blindly trusts the staff's statements, something like this could be life-threatening in the worst-case scenario.

My experience with the Subway in Dortmund was so-so. 🫤 The team was very polite and fulfilled my expectations! 👍 However, the food was definitely not fresh, the salads were already soggy, and the meat was simply dry; the three different sauces didn't help at all. 😜 I don't even want to get started on the hygiene situation.

The sandwich fillings are a joke. They only put one of each ingredient on. If you want bell peppers, you get exactly one strip. Please review your company policy. 13 euros for a sandwich!
