Every now and then I get the vegan patty on the menu. Basically, I am satisfied with the staff, the restaurant itself and the food. However, many deals are not always available but are advertised with posters on the door. I don't think it's that good.

Unfortunately disappointed on two out of two visits. On the first visit, the sandwich was just really poorly put together, the requested bread was out and the sauce was skimped on. Today it was a little less beautiful. The employee consistently wore his mask under his nose, CheeseOregano bread was sold out again and the peppers in the display were already shriveled. Also, the cookies looked extremely small. ...But it is possible that an above-average number of them are still needed, because on this (unfortunately probably last) visit I found the reason for the many good Google reviews: They were purchased (with cookies) -> See photo.

The food was very good. My sub was made with a lot of love. The gentleman who worked there today is a master of positive charisma. He was very friendly and provided entertainment. There is nothing wrong with this subway!!!🫶🏽

On orders from the boss, the toilet may not be used!

Super nice service but the food was really horrible... totally limp churros, the lattice fries were more than limp & bitter too. The sub was like that - but fresh also tastes different. It's a shame, unfortunately everything has become quite expensive now, so you're hoping for better quality.

Nice shop. Unfortunately, we were explicitly asked whether we wanted a whole or half sandwich, but contrary to our wishes we were given both long ones? Well, we were uncomfortable and didn't say anything, but I won't go there again

The food was tasty. BUT very slow condition. No air conditioning (it felt like 30 degrees in the shop, outside it was around 23/24 degrees). In addition, as a “participating restaurant”, they unfortunately do not accept the coupons… what a shame… I also pointed out to them that this branch is listed as a “participating restaurant” on the homepage. Was just told “our boss said we weren’t allowed”. Then the boss should not have his branch listed on the homepage. Gives the impression of fraud to rip off customers.

As always, the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the food at Subway is far too expensive for a fast food restaurant. In addition to eating almost, the food wasn't "almost", we queued for 20 minutes for Kevin's tuna baguette. He also had a very strong, unpleasant smell coming from his little mouth afterwards. 🤧 Best regards Your regular customer who gained 20 kilos because of you.😘

Went there for the first time today when we drove past! Conclusion = best Subway I've ever been to!

A decent Subway branch on your first visit. Today I found exactly the opposite. Been there in the middle of opening time. Doors locked. No signs or anything else at the store that says it's on break or closed. The 2 employees ignored me and another customer. We stood there for 20 minutes and were ignored. So we went and got something to eat somewhere else. The branch won't see me again!!! It's easier to spend your money where you'll be served.

The Subway in Hörde invites you to eat on site. It's very clean and the selection is great. The staff is very friendly. The only drawback is that there is no customer toilet on site.

Always a long waiting time because the concept just doesn't work but you can't say anything about the service and food, everyone is fine, everyone is nice and friendly 😌

Very experienced and friendly staff. Food is always on point and super tasty! Ambience personally not my thing, but okay.

We were there on January 18th at around 8 p.m. The service was great, unfortunately the service staff were not briefed that vouchers were currently available. Since we know that not every Subway accepts them, we specifically chose the store because it was declared that way online. The service staff handled the situation confidently and as a gesture of goodwill they even gave us 5 cookies for the price of 3 😊👍

The food is really great, everything is very fresh and tasty. The service is A+. Very, very nice people and everyone is very relaxed

Service is absolutely unbelievable, I wanted to choose a Philly King sub but instead of having the cheese oregano grain bread, she told me it wouldn't work because the ingredients are specified, what's so difficult about just grabbing another bread? She was totally uninterested, you could tell she wasn't in the mood, it made everything very bleak and it wasn't stressful. Two of them were the only people in the shop, the other gentleman seemed nice, but I wasn't lucky enough to be served by him Everything is very good Service best 0 stars

Nothing wrong with the food and service. Just a few more parking spaces wouldn't be bad. But usually you can always find one.

Servus, hatte Bock auf subway. Wollte auf meinem sub bisschen bacon drauf haben. Aber das eine Katastrophe, allein das ich gefragt habe. Es werden nur ausschließlich die vorgefertigten verkauft. 3x subway und ab jetzt niewieder.

Super Eindruck. War nie oft bei Subway doch die Mitarbeiterin Frau Roda hat mich und meine Gäste mehr als herzlich empfangen. Das war ein sehr angenehmes und leckeres Erlebnis. Werde jetzt öfter zu Subway kommen. Wir haben weit mehr bestellt als wir vorhatten. 👍Weiter so subway und Frau Roda.

Also da gibt es eine Dame names Roba und eines Tages, als ich Hunger hatte, habe ich mir gedacht „hm mein letztes Geld vom Jobcenter investiere ich schlau und gehe zu Subway“ normalerweise kann ich mir sowas nicht leisten, weil ich arm bin, aber ich hatte endlich mal in meinen 20 Jahren Lust. Ich habe meinen Kater mitgenommen, weil er auch Hunger hatte und als wir da waren hat uns die Dame Roba bedient und uns ein leckeren Sub mit teriyaki gemacht. Sie war super freundlich, nett und war hilfsbereit. So alles schön und gut… ich bin dann später rausgegangen und ein Hund ist aufgetaucht, hat meinen Kater verscheucht und er ist auf einem Baum geklettert. Als ich verzweifelt geweint habe und Hilflos war, kam Roba aus dem Laden raus, ist hochgeklettert und hat mein Kater gerettet. Ich war ihr so dankbar, doch die Dankbarkeit hielt nicht lange, da es stark geregnet hat und mein Kater am frieren war…Daraufhin kam die nächste Überraschung !: Roba hat uns ihren AMG geliehen und ich durfte mit ihrem Auto nach Hause fahren ! Vielen Dank an Roba. Sie ist die beste Mitarbeiterin und verdient eine Gehaltserhöhung. Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit:)

ein schönes mädchen die roda hieß, hat mich bedient und schockiert, meine einzige hoffnung zum nettigkeit hatte sie erfüllt und werde immer wieder kommen. subway sollte dieses mädchen ein gehalts erhöhung geben.

Viel zu teuer geworden. Man zahlt für für 2 Leute für 1 Menü genau soviel wie bei einem richtige Restaurant besuch. Es handelt sich um Fastfood mit Restaurantpreisen. Ich geh nicht mehr hin

Ich bin öfters dort essen, da ich in der Nähe arbeite. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass wenn Melek am arbeiten ist, es immer sauber ist. Dazu ist sie sehr freundlich und nimmt sich auch Zeit für einen. Komme immer wieder gerne dort hin.
