Robin served us today, very quickly and very nicely. He gave us, no joke, the best recommendation; it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Robin!!!

Unfortunately, the drink was forgotten in my order, the sub was prepared completely wrong (ingredients were simply added even though I had canceled my order and left out the ordered ingredients). When I complained over the phone, it was blamed on the Uber Eats delivery person.

My experience with the Subway in Dortmund was so-so. 🫤 The team was very polite and fulfilled my expectations! 👍 However, the food was definitely not fresh, the salads were already soggy, and the meat was simply dry; the three different sauces didn't help at all. 😜 I don't even want to get started on the hygiene situation.

Good Subway, clean, and friendly staff. Sandwiches are standard, just like any other.
