Calculate the prices beforehand because there is a risk of rip-off!!! the baguettes are a 10/10. really really really good. But what I don't like at all is that you're trying to pull one off. especially the young man who works there… wanted €36 for 2 sucuk baguettes (€5.90) ​​and 2 iced teas (€4.50). disrespectful how he wanted to rip us off for €15. The baguettes are worth 5 stars, but you get 2 stars for your haram money campaign. disrespectful but I'll come back to eat baguette.

Vouchers from the app are no longer accepted when ordering on site, but you could still use the vouchers online (we thankfully decided not to, sales are sales ;)) Service staff on site but always nice :)

Unprofessional and discriminatory behavior by an employee! I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Subway branch in Dortmund-Barop today. I came from Hamm specifically to eat with my colleague who works here because he makes the best Subway in the world. Since he was late, I waited for him outside. Before I could even enter the restaurant, an employee approached me outside for no apparent reason and asked me if I had any drugs on me. Although I assured him several times that I did not own or consume anything of the sort, he persisted in this unfounded assumption. He even called me a “dealer” and threatened to report me if I entered the store. I tried to de-escalate the situation and explained to him matter-of-factly that his behavior was not appropriate. Still, he insisted that no one using drugs was allowed into the restaurant - even though there was no sign that I had anything to do with drugs. The situation was so inappropriate that I was forced to go to the police and file a report. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but also discriminatory. I had just gotten home from work and apparently my tired appearance was used as an excuse for this unfounded accusation. I'm an athlete, I don't drink alcohol, I don't take drugs - and yet I was treated in a disrespectful way. I hope that management takes this incident seriously and takes appropriate action. Such behavior is unacceptable and should have no place in a customer-focused company.

The sandwiches were delicious as always and the service was friendly, but what happened to the decor? Unfortunately, the subway is now only half as big, with uncomfortable seating and a lot of gray. The atmosphere to eat there is no longer pleasant. We especially miss the second rear part of the Subway with the warm colors and large seat cushions, which are no longer available. Since the cozy decor was the main reason for my returning visits, I will not be returning in the future.
