Was there for a seminar. I received a very friendly welcome. The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. Modern and friendly furnishings. The brewery tour was informative and the senior chef had a great time entertaining us. Can only be recommended. The entire service was excellent 😊😊😊 and the food was delicious. Nothing was missing at breakfast either. I can highly recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back there.

I went there in April 2024. The food is nice especially the dessert but it is absurd how the waiter charged me 10% tips without asking me. When I checked the amount before paying, the waiter did not show me the tip, after I paid and the receipt was printed, I saw the tip on the bill, and the waiter is reluctant to remove it from the bill and said it is normal to tip. Terrible.

It was kind. I guess it was because we were a family of 5 including 3 children. We were guided to a quiet place inside.

This is how you drive away regulars who have been coming for over 20 years. It's very important not to publish prices online. This way, guests are only scared off by the high prices at the table. On Saturday evening, shortly after 7 p.m., two-thirds of the tables were empty. Why on earth? The food was delicious but completely overpriced. A simple Wiener Schnitzel costs €19.40. If you want a side dish, such as fried potatoes, it costs €5.50 extra. The Braumeister pan, with three small pieces of meat weighing about 120-150 grams (the perfect amount for a children's plate), costs €36.50. You'll probably never see us again.

Die Lage und das Ambiente sehr authentisch mit einem auf den ersten Blick guten Angebot im höherem Preisniveau. Einen Eichstrich für die Biergläser gibt es für den Ausschank nicht, jedes Glas ist anders gefüllt bei einem Preis von 4,80 Euro... Essen, okay...aber die Schnitzel hatten ein so dicke Panade nun ja, das Schnitzel war dünn, der Hammer der Beilagensalat für 4,50 Euro eine Teetasse mit einer viertel Tomate und ein paar Blätter Salat, Wahnsinn ...... Preis/Leistung nicht angemessen ... Bedienung teilweise sehr verwirrt, aber dicke Oberarme ;) ... kann man nutzen, gibt evtl. für diesen Preis etwas besseres.....

Very nice brewery, Cologne cuisine reinvented and very tasty. Highly recommend your own beer. The service was super friendly. I will definitely come back.

Despite all the warnings, we went there. The schnitzels are good, contrary to all expectations, and we both enjoyed the beer. Given the atmosphere, all I can say is: come on over!
