The food was delicious, but unfortunately, delivery took a bit longer. So we only had two servings in 60 minutes. Everything else was very good! We'll be back without any time pressure!

The food is delicious. The location is very clean. However, the price is now simply too high. The price/performance ratio is no longer good.

Atypical all you can eat buffet, a little smaller, but also fair price-performance ratio but with a slightly alternative selection of drinks, but we were deliciously full. Unfortunately the desserts weren't to our taste at all, the rest was fresh and delicious.

The restaurant is currently closed for renovations. This was posted on the door. Nevertheless, the information online states that Mikado is currently open. You can also make reservations, and they will be confirmed by email. That's exactly what we did, and we found the doors closed right on time – I call that poor customer service, since we traveled all the way there for this visit. It should be possible to inform customers online when the restaurant is temporarily closed. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

I have already visited a few Chinese restaurants. But unfortunately the City Restaurant in Mönchengladbach has performed the worst of all so far. I found the food very greasy, monotonous and not special. The food that was prepared was burnt and inedible. Maybe I just had a bad day. I will definitely give the restaurant a second chance.

Nowadays there is mass processing with standard meals and lots of fried foods. Vegetarian is difficult and then there are the greedy guests who stuff their plates at the buffet. It's a shame, things were significantly different 5 years ago.

Something for every taste. I think you get exactly what you would expect from an Asian buffet restaurant. Absolute plus point: The buffet price includes non-alcoholic drinks and 2 alcoholic drinks (beer or wine). The waitresses were super friendly. 1 star deducted because you can have various types of fish or meat freshly prepared, although unfortunately a lot of the meat (except the lamb) was fried to death. This could still be improved.
