We went to the asparagus buffet at the Spargelhof Austerschulte. In my opinion, the dishes on offer were okay, but nothing extraordinary. The asparagus was nice and fresh, the asparagus soup was okay, the schnitzels and the roast were okay. Overall it was fine. The price of around €36 plus drinks was quite sporty...Will I go again next year? Probably yes...

We have only been there for the lunch buffet so far, so the review only applies to that. The restaurant is already pretty busy at lunchtime. This time the food was unfortunately only lukewarm, no idea why. We like it warmer, but the food itself was delicious as always. There are enough service staff on site and everything runs quickly. You are brought to your table and asked directly if you would like something to drink. The staff are friendly and joke with the guests - which is not the case in many restaurants. We will be back

I was there today with my husband at the all you can eat buffet and neither of us thought it was that good. Be it the finished dishes or the freshly grilled dishes, it was extremely greasy. In my opinion, the selection of desserts was also far too little. But what we liked was the ambience.

Nowadays there is mass processing with standard meals and lots of fried foods. Vegetarian is difficult and then there are the greedy guests who stuff their plates at the buffet. It's a shame, things were significantly different 5 years ago.

Big disappointment - poor food and little choice I went to eat here with my partner for an important occasion. It's been a long time since we last ate so badly, I feel sick even though I'm still hungry because you can't eat much of it. The culinary offerings at this establishment are sickening and I mean that literally. From the pasta to the schnitzel, everything tastes pretty monotonous and unvaried. The dessert is also incredibly bad and there is little choice and I'm really sorry to have to say that, but I feel even more sorry for the remaining customers and the many fish in the small aquarium. The evening was over for me despite the fortune cookie👍 #BettlerBuffet

For the price there is a great buffet. I've only been there once, but the staff could have been a little friendlier and you felt like you were being watched every time you went to the buffet. Still recommended overall.
