You always pay more in a restaurant than if you were to prepare the same thing at home. The selection is really very extensive. All the food I ate that was eaten warm was also warm, if not hot! I think it's very good. In other restaurants of this type, the food is usually only lukewarm to cold. In terms of taste, I would place most of it in the middle range. Unfortunately, sushi is very one-sided with salmon. Although in different dosage forms, but boring. Deep-fried sushi always has an air of “what shall we do with the leftovers for tomorrow?” I can't imagine that a Japanese person, whose food culture is miles above ours, would come up with the idea of ​​eating something like that. We were at the lunch buffet. Non-alcoholic drinks were included for €17.90. The food was delicious, the staff very attentive. Empty plates and bottles were immediately collected. Access is barrier-free. There is a ramp for wheelchairs and walkers. There is a spacious parking lot, but it was already full when we arrived. We will come back in any case.

Like the food, you get these yourself (self-service). Only a la card products (such as wine) are ordered at the table. The store is huge and it was very busy so it was quite noisy. People sit very close to each other. It was extremely hot and you were urged to leave after 2 hours. It was claimed that the table had already been taken again. Since there were still a lot of seats available in the restaurant, even though it was busy (the store is huge), I could only explain this by saying that they wanted to avoid guests consuming too many drinks (decreasing margin for all-inclusive). I found it very hectic overall and then the price was only half worth it. If you prefer to drink wine or are vegetarian, then the buffet is not worth it for the high price. I don't necessarily have to go back.

All you can eat and drinks are free. On a Friday evening we paid around €32 per adult. The staff were on their toes and the tables were cleared quickly, and they were friendly. It was very warm in the restaurant that evening, it would have been nice if there had been ventilation. From 10:30 p.m. you can book a box and then fill it with the leftovers from the buffet, as much as fits into the box. Tip: Take a box with you to refill, because the boxes are made of cardboard, they go through quickly.

I would love to give it 100 stars, I can't recommend the shed to anyone. Hair and ants in the food... that's probably not possible, when I asked the unfriendly lady at reception about it she seriously wanted to tell me that couldn't be the case and the hair from the customers blah blah blah was absolutely impossible. About the ants she said it was a lie, then showed her the ants and asked me why I didn't tell reception. I pointed this out to a nice lady who was in the ice cream department at the time and she immediately ran away, so I told the rude woman and her answer was that the woman I spoke to didn't speak German . However, we only received this information from a receptionist at the entrance to the restaurant, as it was not noted on the website or in the menu with the opening times. Even though the price was the same as a reservation, we still accepted the offer. The food itself was fine, a classic Asian all-you-can-eat buffet that leaned heavily toward European cuisine. For vegetarians or vegans there is particularly little choice and variety. What was particularly positive was the large selection of drinks that were included in the price - from water and tea to soft drinks and beer. The selection of sweet dishes was also varied. Nevertheless, the design of the service affected my personal rating of the restaurant. The mostly young wait staff were friendly, but obviously overloaded. Within a maximum of three minutes after we had finished eating, the empty plates were cleared away, which, combined with the lack of a reservation system, caused additional time pressure. Unpleasant situations often arose because the waitresses and guests were so rushed. It was also quite difficult to move between the tables in the narrow aisles, as they were placed very close together to accommodate as many guests as possible. A particularly unpleasant experience was when we still had some cake on our plate towards the end and the next guests from the receptionist were already at our table at the beginning, even though we still had three minutes left. These guests stared at us up close and I felt compelled to eat my food hastily. In addition, they both laughed at us and made derogatory comments because we hadn't made a reservation. I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment and it completely ruined our evening. When we "had to" leave the restaurant around 7:30 p.m., a long line of up to 50 people had already formed, which made it difficult to pay and even leave the restaurant. I ate there every now and then with my colleagues or my family. The service was friendly, the food was tasty...but I find it questionable to get diarrhea every time. I like to eat out and the only problem I have is in this restaurant, which I don't like the atmosphere at all. When we arrived we were told that we had to leave the table/restaurant in 2 hours. I asked where this is written. “That applies to all guests on weekends” was the answer. I asked again where exactly this was written and why we weren't told this on the phone - the answer was repeated in annoyance. We wanted to sit comfortably with friends and chat. So it's a joke to just tell the guest that way. This is probably not entirely legal even if it is not written that way (neither on the homepage nor on the menu does it say that you have to leave after 2 hours!). In principle, I understand that you want to allocate the tables several times on the weekend, but please also make it clear that the time is limited to 2 hours! As always, the food was good, the selection of drinks was okay, and the staff at the tables (“cleaners”) were mostly very friendly.

Two plates were handed out at the same time - one meat and one vegetable. Meat 15 minutes plus another 25 minutes for the vegetables. Staff is NOT approachable and doesn't care, they are busy checking in and stocking up. Standing in line at the buffet as if you were at a major event and sometimes the food is not hot, just lukewarm. There are other similar restaurants with more selection and better quality less than 15km further in Lüdinghausen.
