There is a large selection of food. Unfortunately it doesn't really taste good! I've eaten much better! Service is ok. Ambience is also good. Unfortunately we sat under the air conditioning which was quite cold. Price: 33 euros per person including drinks.

I had great expectations of the Gourmet Palast, but was unfortunately disappointed. The restaurant was extremely crowded, resulting in high noise levels and a rather hectic atmosphere. There seemed to be more emphasis on quantity than quality. The selection was large, but unfortunately a lot of it wasn't convincing in terms of taste. In addition, the smell of food in the room was very strong and not very pleasant. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a completely successful experience for me. The best thing for me were the original drinks and I was pleasantly surprised that no drink syrup was used.

The food was tasty and varied, although one meat dish I had was somehow strange, so it wasn't that tasty. But there was a lot of drinks and food to choose from. Very tasty food! Absolutely recommended. Unfortunately, it's usually so full that it's simply too stuffy. But it's still always worth it. All employees put a lot of effort into organizing, cooking and service. Everyone is very friendly. For 33 euros you can eat and drink as much as you want for 2.5 hours. Each additional hour costs 6 euros. But the 2.5 hours are completely enough. Apart from some desserts, everything tastes simply amazing. We go here for all family birthdays. I would advise everyone to wear something very light if you go out to eat here on the weekend, otherwise it will be too warm. 😃😉 If you are supported by a walker, you should mention this when making your reservation.

The selection was overwhelming, There was an abundance of everything and it was quickly refilled. The selection of drinks was also really good. I just wouldn't let the beef fry because it was served very tough. But since everything else is convincing, I give the food a full 5 stars. The service was quick. The atmosphere is not very Asian but still good.

I have visited this restaurant in the past and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, my last visit in December left me very disappointed. We were there on New Year's Eve. We checked into the hotel next door and thought we would try our luck. They tried to find a table for us, but we decided to just take something to go from the buffet. The selection was fantastic. Staff very friendly. Price performance great.

Unfortunately, our reserved table was missing a chair, but that wasn't a problem since the waiter clears the table at regular intervals (use plates that are not needed) and the drinks distribution is very well designed, as you can get your own drink. The buffet is one of the best I know and is enormously large; I didn't see an empty plate during my visit. The only downside was that it was very crowded, but that's completely okay.

First of all, it should be noted that the parking situation is more than catastrophic. There are a few parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant, which of course are far from enough for the large crowds. The gas station next to it is used for wildlife parking and if you are a stranger who is brave enough to drive down the entrance to the hotel parking garage (by the way, it is not designated as a parking space for the restaurant, but there are also parking spaces down there that are not occupied by the hotel) Experiences a completely chaotic mess with vehicles honking and standing all over the place, which is definitely not for the faint of heart. Unfortunately I can't contribute anything to the food or ambience as we stood in the rain outside the restaurant for half an hour despite having a reservation. Many visitors cheekily walk past the waiting queue, people push forward and bully people. The reception is completely overwhelmed and after a large group of other people pushed past us extremely aggressively, we decided that we didn't want to eat there anymore. I understand that a restaurant is not responsible for the guests who serve there, but either you have this clientele under control and exercise your house rules or you just have to live with this special type of guest. Apparently there are enough seats to be occupied, but after our experiences at the entrance we were no longer in the mood for people to continue to harass us at the buffet. Whoever likes it...

We were there with 8 people on a Friday evening. Table reservations are required on weekends. The ambience is very nice and the food was very good. Something for every taste. It was packed and that was very noticeable. Conversation was hardly possible. Since I came from outside Düsseldorf, finding a parking space was quite unpleasant for me if you don't know your way around. There are on-site parking spaces, but not enough, at least not on weekends.

Mass eating for loud people. Unfortunately, as with all all-you-can-eat places: big, loud, uncomfortable and terrible crowd. Special mention: Every bad station toilet is cleaner. No wonder given the audience. Save yourself the stress and eat sensibly!

Children run all over the place, put their fingers on the chocolate fountain and everywhere else, and parents sometimes don't pay attention. It's a shame for the good fish and meat. Conclusion for us, never again... it's a shame...

We were asked to leave the restaurant after just an hour because other guests were already waiting. When it comes to eating you will find many standard dishes such as nuggets, spring rolls etc. but there is something for every taste. If you have any questions, the employees are always helpful and friendly. The fresh seafood and fish, for example, unfortunately it really depends on the day whether they are fried well. Unfortunately, we've had days where a lot of things weren't cooked through... All in all, we can definitely recommend this restaurant. At €33 during the week with no time limit and including drinks, you definitely can't go wrong... We had problems after the meal never before. We are happy to be guests.

Went there yesterday and it got really bad. I found a hair in the buffet (the waiter didn't like it, the response was stroppy), the sushi wasn't fresh at all, it was terrible, it looked like it was 3 days old and it tasted like it too. The decoration above the buffet is terribly dusty and sticky with frying oil. Unfortunately not family friendly slot machines with money are ok but they don't have a play area for children, there are others unfortunately. We don't come here anymore, yesterday was enough for us.

Very crowded, the toilets are dirty and smell right into the dining rooms. A kindergarten-age child sits behind the cash register on his cell phone. Other guests, like in a public park, turn on loud music on their cell phones and no one does anything. In general, all tables are very close together to accommodate as many customers as possible. But that's not always good. Then it's better to sit at 20 fewer tables and not sit back to back with loud groups. The tables were cleared quickly. The service is difficult to rate because you don't come into contact with service staff except when paying at the end. But the food was ok. The all you can drink was especially cool. Nevertheless, we won't be coming back.

First of all, it's crazy that people eat everything with their fingers. (Personally, I feel sick watching it) The landlord can't help it. Of the 6 plates ordered, 3 pieces were inedible (burnt and charred) and plate number 4, only the meat was not edible. The two good plates “only” came about because people were repeatedly told “no shoe soles” or “please don’t leave them on for so long”. When you pointed this out to the waitress, you were told that meat without sauce would always be dry anyway. Competence/customer service not available at this point. I felt sorry for the animals. If it had been on the grill for 30 minutes, even though it was only 1-2 cm in diameter, any meat would probably have become tough. There was also an unfriendly encounter when paying. (No more on that) So actually we are regular guests, but we will probably switch to other restaurants in the near future and avoid this one. The Gourmet Palace seems to have enough customers if you can treat your guests like that.

Unclean, not a pleasant atmosphere, extremely loud and the buffet was very cramped. Conversation at the table was impossible and we really regretted not going elsewhere for a special occasion. The food itself was quite ok. Large selection of sushi, the quality of which is only mediocre. The selection of beverage flats is large. Beer was well chilled. But I can't recommend dry wine. Our conclusion. We won't come back and recommend everyone who appreciates cozy atmosphere and cleanliness to go somewhere else.

The food is not particularly different from other Asian buffet offerings, although what stands out here is the selection of sushi, the steam-cooked dumplings, the large selection of grilled items and, above all, the soft ice cream machine. Grilled dishes are served at the table and dirty plates are quickly cleared away. The quality of the food that has already been prepared is solid, although we would recommend the Asian grill pans as well as the steam-cooked dishes. The sushi, however, didn't impress us in terms of taste and couldn't keep up with the competition, which specializes in sushi. Anyone who finds sushi from the fresh counter at the supermarket satisfying in terms of taste will get their money's worth. But everything is surpassed by the grill plates that you can put together yourself. The fresh food counter offers various fish and seafood, meat and vegetables, as well as the basic rice and pasta, as well as various sauces for preparation. Overall, everyone at the Gourmet Palast can find their plate and be full and satisfied at the restaurant for a reasonable price leave.

Unfortunately, the visit to the Gourmet Palace was anything but a culinary highlight. While the self-service sounded convenient, the buffet seemed to consist of leftovers rather than fresh food. There is a large selection, yes, but if everything tastes the same bland, that doesn't help. The sushi in particular seemed like it had been made the day before, and the warm dishes were lukewarm to cold. The drinks are included, but there is hardly any choice. The best thing about the whole evening was probably the water, which was at least fresh - which can't exactly be said about the other drinks. Some of the glasses were still wet on the table, as if they had been pulled straight from the dishwasher. The ambience wasn't any better: bright lights and simple decorations make the room look like a canteen. Unfortunately not a restaurant that you would want to recommend. Go here once, but definitely not again!

Supi Dupi will definitely come back because an offer like this all-you-can-eat buffet is only available once in Düsseldorf. It has something of a Xiao feel about it but it's not crowded and overloaded with people as it's more hidden. It's definitely worth a visit!

We got to this establishment by accident and did not regret it. The interior is very good, the staff is very pleasant, the service is at a sufficient level. The Gourmet Palace in Düsseldorf is simply top class! Everything is great - the food is always fresh, incredibly tasty, and we are completely satisfied every time. The variety is impressive: from numerous warm and cold dishes to a large selection of fresh sushi and desserts, there is something for every taste. We are particularly impressed by the huge selection of drinks, where even beer and wine are included in the price. The variety and quality of the food and drinks leave nothing to be desired. A huge thank you to the entire team for this great service and the loving preparation. We're always happy to come back!

I spent a great evening there with the family, there is a huge selection, there are enough different types of dishes for every taste. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the price because I was invited and didn't pay anything myself.

The service was very friendly, unfortunately the food wasn't good... The quality of the sushi wasn't particularly convincing and neither was the food, the only thing we found good was the fried food section. Another small plus point was the option to load your own plate with vegetables, meat or fish (raw), choose the sauce and have it grilled there. The plate is then brought to you at the table. Drinks are included in the price and there is a self-service coffee machine and soft ice cream machine.
